Ive been buying my vapes here since early 2023 til this day and plan on staying a loyal customer. Carlos has great recommendations and knowledge of the products. They all feel like friends at this point and I would recommend this smoke/vape/glass shop to anyone. Anyone who writes a bad review is just simply wrong or competition. idk how else to say this place is lit...

I love coming over here every time I get off work on the weekends to get me a vape or two. Carlos and Chris are one of the most AMAZING people Ive ever met in a vape store. I love the environment I love being there, would definitely recommend coming over here! - Matthew

Carlos was super rude and smart guy to my wife who I asked to pick up an item for me. He was extremely unfriendly and I would not recommend anyone step foot in this shop. Carlos needs training on simple respect on how to talk to people and how to talk to a woman. if I could give 0 stars I would

Been here a couple times now and the person on the other end of the counter has always been very pleasant to deal with. Add to that all the deals they have going.. this shop right now is a keeper.

Came in yesterday and got a glass piece went home and used it and it broke.... Was told to come up here and talk to the manager, he tells me hes not the manager that I need to speak to the guy I bought it from. This is horrible customer service!!!!

Horrible customer service, they send you emails just so you come in to their store and then they don’t honor it. This place is a rip off I would not even spend one more penny. In this establishment.

Never shop here. Go to Holy Smokes. They’re far superior in knowledge and will take care of you. Made the mistake of buying a caliburn here, malfunctioned immediately. Came back and was given a new device which also malfunctioned yet again. Drove another 20 minutes back to be told they couldn’t give me another replacement because “it may happen again”. Essentially telling me anyone who buys that model vape is going to have issues and his manager had to decide next steps as an excuse so they didn’t have to deal with me (the same person told me this who gave me the initial replacement that broke again immediately, so that was a bold faced lie). First and last time I make the mistake of doing business with this unprofessional “business”.

Gret prices and deals on disposables. Staff is very knowledgeable. Chris and Carlos are excellent with customers.

Great place for House Juice or for Premium. Also reasonable prices on batteries mods rdas and other General items for quick need. Nowhere near as cheap as online but excellent for local. Carlos and sometimes Kenny have been keeping me happy for more than three years now.

Clean store, decent selection but very overpriced and there house juices have about zero flavor. Ive been vaping for a long time and have been to many shops in different states. These guys are mostly friendly and clean but there prices are really high and there house juice...it honestly has zero flavor. If they had a better selection and stopped the home made juice (big seller for them because its simple to make your own juice and very very cheap) then I could give it 4 stars. But sorry, theres better and cheaper places to go that are a good 30 to 40 percent cheaper

Have to go back for help with new vape and Im sure hell get me up and running again. Also shout out to Ed, hes got fantastic customer service skills and is very kind. I love that they make their own juice and I can get my Runyon 4 in zero nicotine. You guys rock!

Hands down my favorite vape shop I’ve found in SW FL. They have the MOST variety of options and flavors and the staff is super helpful and kind. They answer all my questions and give me honest opinions when I ask about new stuff. I live between Florida and Minnesota for work and I wait to buy my vapes here because of the great pricing and deals. 10/10 recommend!

After finding this vape store, I don’t go anywhere else. Always clean, the people here are super knowledgeable and friendly and they treat you like a valued customer. The prices are on point or lower than everywhere else, and the staff is always ready to give advice on their large selection of products. After YEARS of struggling to quit cigs, I was finally able to and I owe it all to them ❤️ I highly recommend them!

As a smoker looking to quit with vaping, I wasnt quite sure where to start. Fortunately, Ed helped me to select the right vape for my budget and needs and gave me a run through the different juice options. He even threw in a free sample of his favorite house flavor. The 2 for 1 deal on house juices seems like a good value. Overall, Im pleased and will return for any future vaping needs.

If this is the same vape shop Carlos is at, my dude is a real one. Everyone that works there is super cool and helpful. If could give 10 stars for customer service I would. My only complaint is that every vape shop doesn’t move like they do, why y’all gotta take all the cool people yo??

Great products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially the manager Carlos! I used to go here all the time and then it stopped due to an issue at a different location. Due to a client of mine letting me know New Management had taken over I gave them another try. And I will now continue to be a regular vape store client at this location! Carlos knowledge and understanding and the time that he spends to make sure you know what you were buying and comparing to what you have from other companies makes a tremendous difference! Everybody here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They are amazing to deal with. This is the only location that I will go to out of all of their stores. They have the best customer service with the guys that have the best knowledge on merchandise and juices. And they tell you like it is. They dont lie to you they dont feed you a bunch of BS and they dont try to force up sales. They will make recommendations but they do not high pressure on anything which is truly appreciated! I love these guys and I love this location and if you vape and you havent checked them out go check them out!

This company as a little nest of corporate vipers!I have been a customer for over a year and am there buying ejuice every 2 weeks. On this visit I was having trouble with my vape pen and was trying to determine if I had a bad coil or my unit was malfunctioning. I asked to try a new coil to test my theory and was told in no uncertain terms that I had to purchase the entire box. Now, if it was a bad coil it would have been immediately evident and I would have purchased a new box. If it was a malfunction of my unit I would have bought a new pen, but even after I insisted the kid talk to the manager both refused to help without purchasing an entire box.This company cares more about corporate profits than its customers! But what can you expect from a penny stock entity whose current price is $0.0007 and sliding for the past year?Dont spend your $$ here! Go to a family owned business like Downtown Vapor where they treat you with respect and bend over backwards to troubleshoot your problems!Btw, it was a bad coil which I bought at The Vape Store!

I have been going to this store for almost 2 years. And I want to give a 10 star rating to the store manager, Billy. He is amazing and honest and helpful. I was well educated by him and will be returning with any of my vapin questions because of him. Ive never had any problems with this store and love the cleanliness of the store as well.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The house juices are nice and are very well priced if you use the buy 1 get 1. They have a very good selection of other juices too. Inventory for other products is scarce though, I wanted to look at their RDAs and they only had 2 available.

Located in the Forum Shopping Center its easy to get to off of I-75. The monthly specials on juices are not to be missed as well as the not so traditional and interesting combination of flavors. At this time theyre practicing social distancing and also have curbside pickup. The staff are always nice and accommodating as well as helpful with any questions. Its a clean and laid-back atmosphere with quality products. Of all the vape stores in the area this one is my favorite.

This place is Amazing!! They are well stocked with everything vape & the employees are always very nice, accommodating & knowledgeable. Their house juice is pretty good. AND........ Ive been going here since this shop opened. The best prices in Lee County. Carlos is the Manager. Hes a great guy and hell explain anything you need to know about vaping. So will all the other guys too. Theyre all really great!

Terrible customer service and staff. Been visiting here about 1 a year for the past 5 years because every experience has just been awful but the location is convenient. Bought a pack of (5) coils a couple of years ago, changed them on-site, and explained to the guy behind the counter that these are not working. He changed out 3 of the coils for free, which was nice, but none of them were working. At the time, my device was just 1 month old with no physical damage. After the 3rd coil that was replaced, the guy said well, we cant keep giving you free ones, like these were working... Most recently, I just needed to ask if they carried salt nicotine since I never go to this store anymore. Instead of answering the question with a simple yes or no, they repetitively stated please hold, please hold, please hold, please hold. This was a question and answer that should have taken no longer than 3 seconds, instead I was on the phone for 10 seconds being yelled at. So, I show up needing juice just to find that theyre closed. Useless!Whenever anyone asks me where to go for vape supplies, I simply tell them go online, but whatever you do, dont go to the Vape Store! Seriously, I get better service at the gas stations that sells the same stuff XD

Love all the employees in this store! Theyre knowledgeable and their selection is top notch! I have tried other places on a whim and the amount you get for the price you get it is crazy compared to The Vape Store. You literally cant beat it! Keep up the awesome work guys!

The worst store I ever been too,however Im judging this based on experience with only one person I delt with his name is Jordan. I came in to buy a Mod,Tank,Charger,Batteries and it seemed like my money wasnt good enough, I got rushed out of the store saying that corporate does not allow for overtime, Jordan was Extremely rude,I asked for 4 bay battery charger but when I got to the car it was 2bay charger,and when I went back in to tell him its wrong he would not let me return it,said I can exchange it in one of their other stores which is a lot closer to me and that turned out to be a lie...Im stuck with 2bay charger and its pain in the butt to charge 3batteries my Mod requires....I cant speak for other employees there but Jordan Shouldnt be working there yet be a Manager..Their other stores I went to were Great and I was Told as long as customer is in the store especially buying stuff they dont get in trouble for overtime,and willing to gladly stay like one of their other stores did...Highly recommend going to one of their other stores and avoid this one

My experience sucked I went in store to buy a mod, coils,juices and a couple tops for other mod. My 16year old son came in with me. I got my order went to cash register and the guy working on my order,ask to see my sons i.d. I told him he didnt have one. So he refused to sell to me.

This one used to be my favorite shop to get my juice, but one or two of the employees have almost ruined it for me. They need more help at night or you will sit there for a little bit for your juice. Best time to come in is in the morning when the store manager is in. The manager is awesome and the only thing that keeps me from going elsewhere.

Eh, it’s a better vape shop than most. Inventory is always slim and has never been under control, the tank selection is poor but the mod selection is great. Coils are usually always out of stock. 3mg nicotine juices are rarely there, usually just 6mg or you need to get a squirt of nicotine added and since it isn’t mixed the juice is usually ruined by rough spots. Staff is mega friendly and always looking to get you a deal or inform you of how a juice tastes. Ain’t half bad over-all.

The second I pulled a $40 vape out of the box it was broken and they wouldnt switch it out. I dropped over $500 at that store the last few months and they lost my business. If you expect them to stand behind their product you are wrong.

Poor customer service!!!I have been a customer for years and recently bought a faulty vape from this shady place-and they know it too! Said there was nothing they could do-Really?! The behavior of the person I dealt with was unexcusable! Dont spend your money at this vape shack!

Excellent vape shop. Ive been getting my vaping supplies from them for over a year and have no complaints at all. I cant help but notice a similar pattern among those who have rated this store with one star. Theyre also pretty much illiterate. Im thinking that if the very basics somehow escape them, perhaps other common senses do so as well. Just an observation.

I am 26 years old and I came to this corporation to buy a vape without nicotine, the boy with a bad tone asked me for my ID and I told him that I did not have it, but I did have a photo, he refused the sale and then my mom went to buy it and he denied her the sale, without knowing that it was for her, in short, a place with poor customer service.

As always it was a great visit. They always give you their full attention and answer all your questions. They dont let you leave until you are comfortable w the mod you purchased. The Vape Store in the Forums is an A+ all across the board.

Quite literally the best vape store Ive ever went to and ive been vaping for at least 8 years. Guys there know whats up.have great recommendations and are really chill and nice. Ill never go anywhere else since they recommended my last mod. Its a beast I love it 10/10 would recommend.

DONT go here! The employees are seriously RUDE, they dont know how to mix the flavors with the nicotine. They put to much nicotine in my bottled, it caused me to get sick and I had a headache all day. I asked for cinnamon flavor and it had no cinnamon taste to it what -so- ever! Go some where else where you will be treated nicely and they know what they are doing, before they kill someone.

Im new to vaping and chose this store because they had the best price for the Vision Nunchaku ($36), I was nervous as heck (idky) but Alyssa was super patient, she explained everything! Fair prices, warm and friendly staff, clean shop, would recommend to friend.

Great company. I have been a customer with The Vape Store for more than three years and I have NEVER had an issue. If I have had a problem, all I had to do was go back and they would help me troubleshoot the issue until it was figured out!

Half the staff is friendly, half are not at all. The disposables go bad very quickly/hardly work compared to other vape stores. overpriced too.

I dont necessarily hate the place but it is closed without any notice. I was a loyal bi-monthly customer and without any warning they close their business while maintaining to other locations in Southwest Florida. Extremely disappointed, I ask that you boycott any the vape store

Crappy Service. Went in for an O ring for my moms tip. Stood at the counter for well over ten minutes while they continuously told be with you shortly. They were helping people who came in after me! Will not be back! Do not recommend!

If there was a 0 they would get it! I alwapyps get defective products from their store, only their store. I have been a great customer for years spending hundreds a month, and thley have no loyalty to their customers and would rather lose business and be rude then do the right thing, not professional and never have what you need and dont care to help anyone especially the little oompa loompa with dirty fingernails and smells bad

Have had good customer service in the past, the last 2 visits the customer service was horrible. everyone sitting around lounging, when someone finally came to help it was obvious he was upset that he had to stop his social hour to help a customer. I walked out and purchased elsewhere.

The Manager at this store is really rude to the costumers. He was screaming to a client when we walked in and he even refused to provide service. I am never going back to this store due to the personnel that works here. I rather spend my hard earn money with other patrons. Stay away!!!!

Anybody giving this place a positive teview has to either be family or a friend or an employee because the customer service is horrible the juices suck the coils burn out so easy and they never want to try to troubleshoot the situation and make it right. U would think a place like this would say the customer is always right but nope not here the customer is always SOL

I went to the store earlier today and made a purchase. After my card had been scanned, the clerk informed me he did not have paper to print a receipt. I then demanded he cancel the charge. The clerk refused. As state law requires that a receipt be given, they should close down the store until they can get paper for receipts.

Great and wonderful tasting selection and very great on deals along with equipment devices and number 1 of all the vape store besides that we missed you vaping in the cape and this one better than youre used to be store and getting ready to vape the greatest and finest hour of all.

To be totally honest for value I do most of my shopping online. When Im in a pinch this is my preferred vape store. Staff is always pleasant and answer all my questions without hesitation.

Had to wait for 15 minutes after their scheduled opening before employees showed up to open the store. Then when I asked him for a part to replace broken glass he just didnt care and said to come back when they got it. Asked when that would be he said whenever they got the shipment. Ill be finding another vape shop who cares about their customers.

This time when I went to the vape store was not very crowded and the staff was very friendly and helpful and they help me find something that I needed and they were very quick and efficient and it was a good experience I will definitely recommend to a friend.

I am very disappointed in this company in Fort Myers the store located by the Home Depot I have had to vapors that I have paid money for and had problems with it and every time I went before my 30 days and said it isnt working right they would tell me theres nothing I can do for you and it makes me sick the money I spend at the store every week and I have sent my family to and friends and they do not stand buy their product this is the only store I have the problem with and I really liked it I like their juice there vapors but when I spend good money on one and they cannot help me I have a problem with that my family and friends I will make sure that I tell my family and friends not to go to this store because it sucks or the people in there suck they do not help you in any way or try to listen to you have a bless day very very unsatisfied customer

Great people work there. I am there a couple week in a row, then stop by a month or so after and no madder there person there they are always open to your questions.

The sales person Kenneth S was too busy talking to his friends to answer questions from me. I would ask a question about mods and salts for them and he would start discussing what I asked with his friends and never actually answer my question.
