10/10 don’t recommend leasing a suite here or from the company at all tbh. I’ve been here since 2022 and haven’t had any major issues until this year. At first, it was just small things like the music playing in the hallway being too loud or inappropriate. Then it went to having neighbors so loud on a daily basis and having to complain everyday. Next, the bathrooms are disgusting! They always say people come to clean twice a week but there’s no way they are with the same dirt spots and toilet paper on the floor from the previous week. The whole company as a whole lacks communication. It takes 5 emails and 20 calls to get a response back from anyone which if I am paying $500 a week for a suite I would expect a response back in a timely manner... I just resigned my lease before all the issues started to come up and I literally regretted it 3 days later. I see why tenants just get up and leave without a notice… I’m at the point, which is unfortunate because it’s in a really nice area and the building is nice and up to date. I’ve heard from other friends in their other buildings across DFW who totally hate it and are having similar issues as well. Definitely choose a different salon suite for your business.

Came here to see Monica, she did a wonderful straightening treatment on my hair. My hair is super curley and this is the 3rd time I have seen her. They usually last about 6-9 months, and they are priced fairly well. I will continue to come back and see her because she is truly the best. Her new shop is amazing with the washing area, right in her salon area.

Save your time and money and do not rent a space here. You are rocking them stealing from you and no one will take responsibility. Not management or cooperate. Only option you’re left with is to go to the better business bureau

Beautiful salon suites and great management! Highly recommend for anyone looking for their own space.
