Fossil Creek Massage Therapy

I got a 2 hour deep tissue from Mia. It was really bad. I was tired for the next like 4-5 days because my body was so beat up. It was super aggressive and didnt focus on any of my tight spots. Her and the lady working the desk up front were really nice though. The customer service was so good I was going to go back and try a different massage therapist, but I just found another place I really like so I wont go back and chance it being bad again.

If I could give more stars I would. My husband and I have received many massages before, but this by far was THE BEST. My massage therapist was Anna (I believe-sorry) she was wonderful. I always get deep tissue and let me tell you she did not disappoint! I feel amazing and so does my husband. The establishment inside was wonderful and clean, relaxing. We will 100% be coming back. The price was phenomenal, front desk was so kind and helpful as well. Thank you!

Best massage place in DFW!Was experiencing pain from a lower back injury and the massage therapist was on point and knows her craft.As a physical therapist myself, I’m super impressed by their massage therapist’s ability to find the trigger points, precision of pressure to the knotted muscles and knowledge of proper body mechanics when stretching their clients.Look for the boss lady, Lisa!

Lily cured my neck and shoulder pain. I am forever grateful! I have had this pain for MONTHS. 1 hour with Lily and I’m no longer in pain. Super affordable as well for the quality service you receive. Always tip your masseuse!

I initially rated this place 5 stars, but now Im taking back that rating. The website isnt easy to use, and booking isnt straightforward. After booking, you have to confirm again with a second email, which is confusing. Also, theres no one at the front desk who can help you properly because they dont speak English well. They often just tell you to call back, which isnt very professional.My first two massages were great, but the third one wasnt good. The massage was too strong and didnt target the knots or provide relief—it just felt aggressive. Im using up my remaining package but wont be returning.

I seen seen a couple of negative reviews but from my first time experience this place is the best i got a couple massage with my bf with Ana and pan and omg there the best they put that work in for sure 10 out 10 recommend!!❤️ everyone was nice and treated us nicely coming back for sure!❤️

I’ve always loved this place, but last visit I made for cupping has scared me. They left the cups on too long and proceeded to open the blisters, blaming the issue on me holding too much water. It’s summer and my back is visibly still covered in scars a month later. Lost my love for cupping.

There should not be a language barrier with massage therapist. If you cant communicate to them what you need or tell them where not to touch you, that is a big issue. I told my masseuse not to touch a spot on my back that has nerve damage. I put it on the paperwork and I also had my husband draw a box on my back that said do not touch. And what happened? She freaking walks on my back including the spot that says do not touch. And she touched it with her hands and elbows too. I get home, more sore than I have ever been in my life and I have bruises all over my body. I will not be returning and would recommend that no one else puts themselves through the torture that I went through today.

First time here, booked my massage appointment online with Li Feng it was great. Only thing I did not like is that upon paying, I asked if I can leave her a $15 tip in cash and she demanded I leave her a 20% tip. I told her that is fine so to just charge me the difference to my card which she did, I just didn’t appreciate the fact that she demanded a certain amount of tip. In my opinion tipping should be voluntary depending and based on the service.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I literally just left here from getting a couple massage. The lady I had was amazing but the lady my partner had was also the receptionist, she had no experience what so ever and she would not stop talking to my partner which was v not very relaxing… when I told the receptionist/ masseuse that my partner was unsatisfied she told me there was nothing she could do and that we did not need to start any problems and just pay…. She then proceeded to tell us her husband was black which I found extremely weird and unnecessary. My partner left crying so happy Valentine’s Day to us …. 0/5 stars from us. I will NOT BE RETURNING.

Very professional Swedish massage from Katy! On the sign in paperwork they ask if youre comfortable with the therapist getting on the table and using their body weight. I said yes, and boy howdy she used her knees in my back and the compression of it felt great. She used hot stones, stretched my shoulder blades, and did a scalp massage among other amazing things. And if you say hard pressure, you better mean hard pressure! Had a great time and will be back again.

My wife and I went for a massage this afternoon. This was our first time visiting and the reviews were very pleasing which is why we chose this place. About 10 minutes in to my massage, my masseuse pulled my under garments down quite a bit where areas that should not be seen were visible. She then proceeded to straddle me on the massage table which made me very uncomfortable so I had to come up with a reason to leave. Will not be returning. My experience was everything but relaxing.

I attest to the healing benefits the staff provide, especially after a long stretch of working at the hospital!Facility and beds are always clean, staff are sweet as can be, and they work their hardest to deliver exceptional care! Front desk staff are always uplifting, patient, and polite. Massage therapists seem to have a sixth sense as to where your aches and pains concentrate, as they change their technique each time to heal focal points of discomfort/pain.Would recommend to all my loved ones and can’t wait to bring in more friends/families to help their business! I just got out of a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jenny. It is quite possibly the best massage Ive ever had on my entire life. And Ive had a lot of massages. I will definitely be coming back!

Very nice experience. I booked online to make sure I could get in. I was given Pan, she was great. She asked how much pressure I preferred right in the beginning. There are some moves I prefer more then others, but overall it was very relaxing.The front host was very polite.If I lived local I would happily came back here.

My husband & I made an appointment at another establishment. They called morning of & had to cancel....I called so many different places to see if they could get us in for a couples massage. Fossil Creek had availability! The associate was very nice on the phone & upon arrival. I liked the paperwork was only one page & not 5+ like most other massage places. Both of us really enjoyed the 90 minute stone massage! The 2 therapists did an amazing job! We cannot wait to go back.

I had a great experience here today! May was my masseuse and she did such an amazing job! I always get deep tissue massages and miss May delivered. I had a 90 minute massage and enjoyed every second of it. She was polite and she would ask me if the pressure was okay. It was perfect! I was given a water bottle at the end. And a couple of ladies at Starbucks who were sitting outside asked me if I would recommend this place. I said yes without any hesitation. I also told them that miss May was my masseuse. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at how much pressure she applied. She is so little, but mighty!! I will definitely be back and hopefully miss May can massage me again. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and the service is always great. If you have any target areas that you would like for them to focus on, they will. If you want your scalp massaged, make sure your hair is styled for them to do so. You may even want to bring a brush with you lol. Again, the service is always great. Go ahead and treat yourself!

Massage was good, the part i didnt like was when i left a $15 tip for my massage lady in the table(only 30 min massage) and told her, then had the receptionist run out the shop and DEMAND i give a bigger tip. my instict was to ask for the $15 back and leave because of the horrible manner in which i was approached but i simply said no thank you and left. will not be coming back.

Went for a 2-hour Swedish massage today and it was fantastic. My therapist paid special attention to the areas I requested, as I suffer from a lot of migraines. Very courteous and professional from the time I walked in the door. Keep up the great work!!!! Thank you!!!

Me and my wife went here and really got the massage services that we needed. This was maybe our third professional massage. Once before at another place I had a good therapist but my wife was saying how she didn’t feel like the therapist really cared. Reason being the lady seemed to not be applying enough pressure. It was as if she was just rubbing her body. We went here and that was the first time we both got a true deep tissue massage. Thank you again.

We did a couples massage a while back and it was so wonderful I decided to go myself for another massage. I specifically requested the same therapist that I had before. Upon check in, I was told that she double booked. I waited for an hour and was then seen to the back where I was given a different person than the one I requested. I decided to give it a shot. While decent, wasn’t as good as the person I wanted. Upon checkout, I was told that I didn’t request anyone specifically and that it was my fault even though I had confirmation emails stating whom my therapist would be and still paid full price even though I was inconvenienced..future trips here are debatable because the second experience left as bad a taste in my mouth as the first trip left a wonderful impression..

Went there last night, 3/21, went some muscle spams and tightness. was easy to book online. Jenny did a great job working every thing out. The music in the room was the perfect level. She provides great communication throughout each step of the massage. Got a small bottle of water at the end of the session. Highly recommend and will go back again if I need help again!

Me and my girlfriend went here. The massage was ok, a little too personal. The issue was when we went to to pay we tipped 10 dollars (10%) because it was more than what we thought. The lady at the counter looked disgusted and said only 10? Give us 20. They hassled us for the leftover cash we had so we tipped 16 bucks which wasnt enough for them. We left afterwards and they didnt say goodbye or anything just looked at us through the window all mad.

My first time there. Very nice employees. Will be going back again. Only problem I was looking for a sign that said Fossil Creek Massage Therapy over their business. Instead it said Foot Spa. In the window it had the correct business name. This place is on the backside of Starbucks and next to Gyros.

I was in back pain for a year and a half. Had no idea but working at warehouse for so long I developed scoliosis. Went here they stretch my body parts and loosen so much muscle tightness in my back and hips. And physical therapy was a waste of money I should have just went to this place. I experienced a lot of relief

Reviews seem to be disappearing. My last visit here was horrible. Dont let them put you in that first room because youll hear every time the front door opens and every conversation. Pray that your masseuse isnt the receptionist at the same time as well. Additionally, it also sucks when staff members barge in and Carry on full conversations during your massage. The fact they she didnt even offer a discount for her lack of professionalism said it all.

The rooms arent well insulated for sound so I could hear people talking in the room next to me which kinda made it less relaxing. I did combo so 30 mins foot massage and 30 minutes back. The back was a little aggressive but I made it through. I think if rooms were better insulated for sound would be huge help. Price is reasonable. Extra touches for water, face mask and chocolate was nice

Great message, odd how they prop the door open while doing a message. No other place Ive been to has ever done this. Not that I am a threat to anyone else being 65. But I figured it was their idea of security. IDK.

I scheduled a couples massage for 1:00 and paid in advanced. They called me and said that they could not accept any appointments for 1:00 because they were all booked out and told me to reschedule. I said I would just like a refund and they told me no and to reschedule. I once again told them I just wanted a refund because I don’t have time to come back in and they said to try and call tomorrow to get my refund. Terrible customer service.

Literally the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten in my whole life. I ALWAYS get let down, but not this time!!! I took my mom here for her birthday and I was worried at first because I used a groupon but I AM SO HAPPY with the awesome job they did, I had Pan and I will continue to go to her from now on. My mom had Feng and let me tell you! No one has ever been able to massage her lower back (due to a surgery she had a while back) but Feng did it! She was very considerate.. I can’t be more happy with the service..

What a terrible experience when i come here today,the girl who worked for me didnt even say hello with me,during the process she didnt ask me:how do i feel?i did mention the shoulders and neck very tired and i want she do to much in there,but she didnt do and she very rush ,i didnt even have time to feel what it was like.i only know very pain,i had to braces myself to endure the torture,i did say i was in pain,she still didnt respond and didnt ease up,however i still gave her a tip out of politeness,i wouldnt choose this place to relax every week like i did before

Honestly came out hurting more than relaxed. The lady that gave me my massage pulled my arms back bending me backwards as well. Think I might need to go to the chiropractor.The overall massage was good but my shoulder is having some pains after she did this

We called asking if they had openings and the person that answered said yes. She asked when, we said right away. We arrived within 6 minutes since we live close just to be told the person left and could we come back in an hour. Not good service if we called ahead.
