This place is absolutely amazing! I love this store and the workers there. All of them are incredibly friendly and just absolutely phenomenal. Their products are incredible. I have been to a lot of vape shops I have been too and even around here and this one is the best! Their products are amazing and quality. You get what you pay for. And they are worth every cent WITHOUT being overpriced.

I had gone to Artisan in Burleson and on Hulen. My experience at both locations was awful. My questions were never answered, and assumptions were made. I decided to look for a smaller location, not a corporate store.I found EZ FUMES and received the customer care I expected. The ladies asked the right questions and helped me resolve my issue. I will definitely drive the 30 miles to go again.

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate and find he products that would really suit my needs without pushing unnessacary products on me. A great experience overall. Id highly recommend this shop and will definitely be doing my business here.

Very expensive and not very friendly, they gave me one price over the phone and uped it from 9.99 to 24.99. I buy this product daily and the highest I have ever paid is 14.99 I usually pay 9.99. they wouldnt even negotiate. Never returning to this establishment.

Several people came in and left happy for quick supply trips (batteries juice etc) while the cashier took the time to show me all about the mod I was buying and how to take care of it. This place is great. Their premium juices (100 ML) are usually $5 cheaper than everyone else. $25 opposed to $30. And they always have the coil I need depending on the vape I have. I go here and Violet Vapors. Both are great. I’ve bought 2 mods here, countless number of juices and coils and got a lot of help. They make it quick and easy. Plus they do curbside. Waiting curbside now for them to bring out my juice and coil for my vape. I’ll be good for another month, at least. Only 5 minutes from my house too. Very central location in Fort Worth, right by TCU. Gotta go to bank after and of course bc of their great location a bank is like 3-4 minute away. Def recommend trying this place. If you know nothing about vaping they will get you hooked up for sure.

Never Again! I went in to the shop Sunday night to pick up some e-juice. Knew what flavor I wanted and they had it in stock. I paid for the item $ 24.99, and left the store. I stopped in the way home to check EZ Fumes web site because I thought $24.99 was high for a regular e-juice brand. The price on the web site was $ 14.99.WHAT A RIP OFF......I returned to the store and asked for my $10.00 back.Was told that was the on line price, I asked for a manager, there was none.I asked for a refund because a TEN DOLLAR process difference was complete BS.NO LUCK..EZ Fumes. You have lost my business forever.

Went it bought a smok trigger vape pretty awesome until it started leaking out through the rest of the day took it back the next day and they say its a faulty coil so Im thinking isnt it straight out of the box so wouldnt that mean its not faulty I tried to get it replaced but I couldnt get the reimbursement for the coil so they used the extra that came with the box an it worked. Good ambience, clean, organized, and wide variety of selection, only reason I wont be coming back is because of that.

I am so disappointed with this shop. I honestly dont doubt of the quality of service and attendance in the one in Dallas or Bedford... But this one... Man, the only explanation I find is that I was unlucky, or that, maybe (just maybe) these reviews are fake. Because I have been to many vaping shops throughout the years and this one was pretty bad for the amount of stars on Google.First of all, the guy at the shop was nice enough, polite, but he did not seem very knowledgeable, I will say more, he was pretty laconic to be honest. In any case, he helped me out fine in the end, he showed me other alternative brands to get WITHOUT TESTERS OR A WAY TO TRY IT... Well, after trying to guess what I want, I finally got my bottle, right? The problem? It was 27.06 BUCKS!Seriously? I have been vaping for years, I am aware of the prices... And this ain´t cheap. I mean, I read everywhere that this shop was amazing, everybody saying: Cool, they have a great selection and competitive prices... WELL, I don´t think that´s true, sorry.On the other hand, regarding that wide selection, I will add that they do have lots of mods, tanks, etc. But juices? They don´t even carry the bestseller, Halo´s Tribecca (not even a similar one).Overall: I am sorry, but I won´t be back and I wouldn´t recommend this store. The guy was fine, don´t get me wrong, I don´t pretend to ofend anybody... But things need to be noted and, if I were owner of that shop I would appreciate some honesty. As far as I´m concerned, customer service could have been much better, and again: I really don´t like to spend 27 bucks when I don´t know what I am buying.

I chose to go to this vapor store (because it was opened the earliest) and I am so happy I did. The gentlemen who helped me, I didnt get his name, was so throuough and helpful. He explained to me how different things worked which is very hard to get sometimes becuase in these vapor shops they assume you know how everything works. There are so many different tanks, mods, and its a totally different language. This shop really made me feel welcomed. The only recommendation I would have is like a rewards program. But other than that 5 STAR!!!

Normally I wouldnt post a review of a retail store but the customer service was so over the top ,above and beyond what was expected Ive got to share this story.... I recently tried to quit Copenhagen By using a JUUL that everybody has been buying at QT locations. After a few weeks of spending $18 every 3 days I realize I should just go buy a more perminent vape solution. That is what led me to EZFumes2 and Z ( name of the owner or manager I believe). Now mind you I have no personal knowledge of any of these devices so when I came in I could have been completely taken advantage of... But not here at this location, he was very knowledgeable. Explaining everything that I would need to know as a beginner and also what my end goal was by using a device like a Vape... which was perfect because it allowed him to fit my needs for the Vape specifically to my situation versus just selling me the highest profit margin one they carried. He showed me the most cost effective option and then began to upsell from there but without pressure or making me feel like if I didnt spend big bucks I wouldnt get a good device. I found that other stores seemed to put down or turn their nose up any any device that wasnt top of the line. So I settled on the * Orion Q LOST VAPE * in blue. He explained how this unit had replacement pods like the others but that it was totally self contained with a screw on fill top with o-ring to keep it from ever leaking!!! Which was a huge selling point because of how many problems I have had with previous lower end models. Then he proceeded to explain the Salt Nic versus the other Juices so that i made sure to buy the correct type of liquid if i wasnt shopping at his store, again... super helpful just wanting me to have the best experience possible no matter where I shopped. So.... ok back to the sale.... anyways we talked for another 20 or so minutes about options, juices and upgrade options and then concluded my business with Z. As I was about to leave I noticed a small (about half the size of a shoe box) Orange Lamborghini Gallardo RC Car with Remote. I asked him how much it was because my 9 year old son would LOVE something like that... and this is what floored me. Z said you have a son? I replied yeah, great kid, does awesome in school and Id like to buy that for him if its not too expensive... he took a second and said just take it my friend... Id rather it be enjoyed by your son than just sit up here on a shelf... Man!!!! You talk about a GOOD DUDE!!! I was shocked and extremely grateful for such a wonderful gesture! All in All I will be giving Z and his store any and all future business that I have!!! Incredible Store Incredible Employees and Incredible Experience from start to finish!!!! Tell him that you read this review by Cooper should you go in to see him... ok Im done, but the time it took to write this out was worth every minute it took because of how great that trip was. This EZFUMES is not like the other two. This place sets there own prices and are much higher then the other two places. The owner of this one don’t care about the customer, and does not stand behind anything he sells.I will never shop at this location again. I recommend that you don’t either.Bad place to shop

Awesome knowledge of all products sold and most stores sell vape but ? most stores dont sell accessory for their products. This store has it all and is open major holidays. Good customer service was a plus. Come on guys get your stuff there.

As a first time vaper I dont know much at all about the intricacies of it, but Zee was amazing about taking the time to lay out the options and making sure I had what I wanted. He hooked it up with an Alien Smok Baby Beast, as well as giving me a great deal on my first ever juices (Pound Cake and Alien Piss). Fantastic customer service, I will be returning soon for more delicious juice.

Zee, who works the store, is very easy to talk to, and he knows his stuff! He also has samples to try, and has the best juices Ive ever tried! Go here instead of where your going now for vape juice!

I love this store. The people who work there make it their job to know their products and the recent and constant changes in laws surrounding everything vape and CBM. I recently bought a disposable vape from them and it would not work. I took it back a day later and they replaced it and apologized. I highly recommend this store.

The store has a huge selection of vape products. They have things from beginners to advanced so that’s always great. They also keep the latest vape product in stock. Customer service is exceptional. Bought a coil that was clearly faulty that did not connect and kept coming apart causing my tank to seperate and juice come out. Everyone clearly said when I brought it in it was definitely the coil. In my experience a shop replaces something they sold to you that is faulty for free. The owner was a dick and tried to say I did something to it. A discount on the juice and a replacement coil would have been nice. So. Go to another store ecig shop because this one will. Obviously not even replace something thats broken they sold to you.

The service has fallen drastically since I started going here. The new employees tend to be rude or not knowledgeable about their products. The manager is like a used car salesmen who tries to push stuff that you don’t want or need.

Everything ive purchased here never last. Ofcourse nothing does but its weird how it doesnt really last. Ive gone to fusion smoke shop and its a more pleasant experience. I like the selection or tabacco products here, probably only reason I go.

I have been a vaper for about 10 years. Not a high-tech geeky vaper. I just want things to work and not be a big hassle. My last go-to store closed so I looked for someplace close to me and discovered EZFumes on the circle. I was fortunate to spend some time with Z and I really like like his style and customer service. He only sells you what you need and has a good advise and knowledge of his products. I bought an updated rig and some of his juice. Time will tell if all goes well, but I expect it will. I will make this my vape shop now. Highly recommended.

They sold me my first vape. I went back a few days later and asked for juice higher than 12mg cause it wasnt enough for me. The girl told me that there was something wrong with me if 12 wasnt enough, and that I wouldnt find it anywhere. I asked if she knew where to get 18mg juice and she said that their mods are not meant for juice that high and that I would screw up my mod if i put it in there, and that it would void my warranty. Went to a different shop and was sold 18mg juice instantly, and what do you know, the vg/pg ratio was a million times better than EZFumes and i could blow WAY bigger clouds with this other juice. Im never going back.
