I had an amazing tranquil and healing experience. From A to Z. Greeted with kind and caring staff. AMAZING massage by Morgan. Clean and cute atmosphere. So affordable! I left feeling like a new person. I will be back FOR SURE!!

Excellent massage. We had the couples side by side massage with hot stones and hot towels.The 2 masseuses were amazing.Worked out every knot we had.The price is amazing.Note that thia is not a day spa where your getting cucumber water and lounging around in robes.This is a massage parlor.

I had a horrible experience here. First, the walls do not reach the ceilings so you can hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms which is disturbing. 2, I kept my underwear on during the massage and the masseuse lowered them all the way off so my entire butt was exposed. I’ve been to 10+ massage places and have never experienced a masseuse doing this. I said “umm no” and she put them back up. Then, she jumped on top of me and sat on me like a horse to massage me??? I’ve never experienced this either and really don’t want to know what else goes on at this place!!

I think this place is a little hidden gem. You need to know what to expect when you go though. This is not a “spa”. This is a fabulous place to go that makes having a regular massage affordable for most people. The staff has always been lovely. I started going for the foot massages and I just had my first full body massage & it was amazing. I swear the man had 4 hands! Keep in mind it’s in an office building that is small and has paper thin walls. I would assume if you go at a busy time you are going to hear every conversation. I usually go during the week during the day & they do play spa music. You absolutely cannot beat the price and I have only had positive experiences with the staff so I’m surprised about some of the negative reviews on that. (If you are using a Groupon, it is customary to tip on the full price not the Groupon price.)

This is NOT a high-end Spa with lounging areas, Sauna, Juice Bars, etc.. In fact, I wouldnt even call it a Spa since thats not what they offer.This is a nice, clean, no frills place to get awesome Massages at a great price, and thats it. Communicating in English can be tricky since the staff have heavy accents. Its located on the 2nd level, and the entrance looks like a Service Door, but Decor is not why I like to get my massages here.You can get an appointment almost on any day since they are open for longer hours. I have had 3 different people give me a massage so far, and all of them did a great job, so you dont really have to wait for a specific therapist which makes the appointment process a lot easier.Like I already mentioned, this is not the place for you if you are looking for a Day Spa or Sauna Lounge. This is the place you go when you are suffering from knotted muscles, aches, etc., and want to relieve the pain.

My wife and I came for a couples massage , and oh my I can’t put into words how great the massage was. Only complaint is it was a little chilly but otherwise it was great ! Will definitely be back !

This is the worst place I’ve ever been too !!!!!! I came to this place in better shape than when I came out. I’ve never had a worst massage in my entire life ! First of all the customer service is terrible. my fiancé treated me with a Massage as part of my birthday gift and we both were supper excited to check this place out. We purchased a Groupon for a couples massage at a great price. So we walked in and the owner was giving us a hard time trying to upcharge a fee that was not in the Groupon description. We did not let that fly. Then before they took us to the room I needed to use the bathroom andThe OWNER was BANGING on the door telling me I need to get out and I wasn’t in there for no more then 5 min. That already got me pretty pisses off but I kept a positive attitude since it was my birthday. Me and my fiancé went in the massage room and they told us to take our clothes off so we shut the door. Not even 2 minutes passed and they opened the door wide open without knocking and my fiancé was half naked. I shut the door and told them to give us 2 minutes and once again they just opened the door without knocking and said let’s get this over with as if they just wanted us to be in and out. The masseuse who did my massage personally was so rough and I told her to be a little more gentle Sense it’s been a while since I’ve gotten A massage. She did not understand and literally tore my back and shoulder blades up. When the massage was FINALLY over they once again rushed us to get out. The massage was so bad i honestly did not want to leave a tip but being that I own a business I know what it’s like to hustle for your money. I gave the owner a 15$ tip for each person and as me and my fiancé were walking out he yelled and said “ the tip is not enough give us 10$ more for each masseuse” I was in total shock. But ofc I said NO. His last words before we walked out were “Okay don’t ever come back again “. LMFAO he didn’t even have to tell me that because if I was anyone else I wouldn’t step foot in that place . This place almost ruined my Bday if it wasn’t for my fiancé Taking me to the brownstone pancake factory. WORST PLACE EVER !!!! 1 Star is honestly being more then nice.

The massages were amazing, but the lady forced me to leave a 20$ tip. I didn’t really like the fact that she was telling me how much to give and the way she said it.

I tried this place because of the Groupon. I got there a little late because parking was scarce and it took about 10 minutes to finally get a spot. I liked the place when I walked in and Max was welcoming. I was led to a room near the reception area. The massage was decent, it wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst Ive had either. After about 15 minutes I hear a couple of employees speaking, LOUDLY. They had no regard for clients being massaged and trying to relax. After about 5 minutes I asked my masseuse to ask them to lower their voices. He just grunted something and kept massaging. I dont think he understood English. They were talking off and on for about 15 minutes. I was not relaxed anymore. It was a bit far from where I live so needless to say I wont be a regular customer and I definitely wont be buying a Groupon from them again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Came in on time and checked in, was asked to sit and wait. We waited about 10 minutes- during this time, my fiancé went to the bathroom and the owner was knocking on the door after he clearly saw him go in & was rushing him to come out. Okay… he comes out. We sit and wait another 5 minutes and then they tell us they are ready for us. We go into the room- there is no lock on the door. Not even two minutes into being in there they are opening the door while I am half naked and repeatedly asking if we are ready. They shut the door and then knocked again another 30 seconds later and I said the same thing “give me one minute”. So now we are ready… we lay on the table face down. A regular masseuse table has the hole on top for the face so you can look down and breathe. This one had the hole but they had paper towels covering it so you feel like you are suffocating the whole time. The actual massage was decent. I wouldn’t say it was terrible but I also wouldn’t say it was the best thing ever. The hot stones which are included were used for maybe 30 seconds total and then they never used them again. At the end of the massage the timer went off and clearly they were in the middle of finishing up and rather finish and complete what they started they just stop abruptly and walk out and say done. We got up to begin getting dressed & I timed it because I knew they were going to start rushing us and knocking on the door. A total of 4 minutes and they are already knocking on the door again telling us we need to hurry up. Can’t even get dressed in peace. Finally, we are heading out and mind you I was going to tip $15 each person (a total of $30) but the whole experience really did not make me want to give them anything. However, I would never leave without tipping at all. When I put my money on the counter and told the owner this is the tip for the people that just did my massage- he said “not enough need $10 more for each.” I have never heard of anything like that where someone tells you how much to tip. A tip is something you work for. I own my own business and my tips are based off my customer service. I left very upset with the overall service. His last words were “leave don’t come back- bye”. Not a way to treat customers- especially first time customers. I understand we used a Groupon. But if you do not want to offer a discounted service on Groupon then why put your business on Groupon. You are supposed to make me want to come back & pay regular price. I would never come back here& yes the Groupon was a great deal for a couples massage however it is true. You pay for what you get.

I took my Mom here Last year for her Bday and we loved it. They take their time. I’ve actually been trying to find this place since! It may not be fancy, but the quality of work is beautiful - a Must Go

Good place for an affordable massage as long as you dont care about ambience as much. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones Ive been on. Place seemed clean and the staff hard working

Absolutely incredible experience! The massages are extremely relaxing and affordable. The staff are extremely friendly and the facilities are very well kept! This place is definitely a secret gem in Franklin Lakes! Go and get massage now while their prices are SUPER low!

Tip nicely, the staff is really kind and prices are affordable! Manage expectations about ambiance for the price, but I’ve never had a bad experience here except for other guests who were rude to the staff. Don’t be that person :-)

Not a fancy spa that you go for relaxation. I like that I didn’t have to fill out any forms, they didn’t even ask for my name. Got me in right away. The place isn’t huge so you can hear others conversations. This is purely for massage to alleviate pain and tightness. My massage was great. Got all the problem areas. Little bit of a language barrier but not a bad experience. Easy to make an appointment, easy find, good parking. No complaints. Would love to come back.

Listen, this isnt Sojo. But their prices are unbeatable and their staff are kind and skilled. I dont go for the decor or atmosphere. I go for a massage. My only complaint is that its far from me...

It was terrible the lady was coughing the whole time on top of me didnt even bother to sanitize her hands or apologize, she was so rough after I told her to be more gentle she did the opposite, I gave a tip and the guy was complaining that it wasn’t enough … I use to go there often but just found out it’s under new owner ship ( or at least that what they say ) BUT I WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN

Today was my first time in here to get a 60 minute foot massage for $35. The massage was overall okay, it was nothing special. However, afterwards I had given the masseuse a 20% tip ($7), thanked her and wished her a good day. She counted the money right in front of me and scoffed loud enough for me to hear. She continued to say something in a different language which led to an outburst of yelling (in a different language) from at least 4 different employees. I wasn’t sure what was going on and didn’t want to assume this was about me. The female owner came over to me in the midst of this chaos, handed me a water and told me to take a seat while I waited to pay; not sure if this was to distract from the tension in the room. I ended up paying and the rest of my party handed the female owner their tip money to give to their masseuses since they weren’t around. She proceeded to count the money in front of all of us and tells us how they expect $10 tips (which would be about 30%). I understand the importance tips may have but how could they have the audacity to act this way in front of customers? Saying that my (voluntary) tip was simply not enough? Definitely won’t be coming back again.

Staff very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ambience is not modern, but price is very good for the service they provide.

I’ve been coming here for deep tissue massages for a couple of years now and I am very happy with this place.

I am not one to write reviews but I need to mention the horrible experience I had. I scheduled a couples massage via phone and they told me that they would honor the Groupon price of $80, which they did not. When my significant other and I arrived. They quickly put us in a room with out care. The massage was horrible, I was in pain the most of time. Both masseuse were talking the WHOLE time, it was not relaxing at all. My masseuse sounded sick with the sniffles but instead of wearing a mask, he proceeded to have conversations with the other masseuse in the room. They did not even add background relaxing music. All we heard was their conversation and people talking in the hallway. My masseuse was more entertained in his conversation than the actual massage. He spent more times in areas of my body where he can face the other masseuse. When he had to switch to a body part that did not allow him to see the other masseuse, it was evident that he was turning his body to be able to see the other masseuse as they spoke. Extremely unprofessional. At ehe end of the massage, they told me the price would be $90 and then charged me $98 without warning. The price is not the big deal, its the lack of communication and courtesy. I woke up the next morning aching in areas I was not hurting before. Horrible massage. I do not recommend. You really do get what you pay for. Disappointed in all areas.

Great value for the money. Just had a couples massage with my wife. Ambiance is a bit different but Im there for a massage, right? It was spot on, good pressure and technique. Had to wait a few minutes to get in and wait a few more as I couldnt find anyone to tip afterwards. Id go back.

First off lets just say my massage was fine but lots of issues with the place. My wife and I book massages, the guy that runs argues about price and credit card extra charge, i give in after 5 min and say fine lets just do this. My massage was fine, but kept hearing banging from not sure where. My wife on the other hand in a separate room, almost got up and left. The guy that checked us in gave her massage and kept leaving to check people in and out. The ceilings are open to other rooms and a couple next to my wifes room were so loud talking and laughing she couldnt take it anymore and yelled at them. After 10 min, they started up again and at this point she said, never again.

What an wonderful experience, I never knew that my body is in so much of pain. This is first time with them. Oh, how I wish I had knew them before. Mia is amazing. She was so careful and was checking on me every time during the whole process. I enjoyed it thoroughly and would highly recommend. I am looking forwards to frequent visit. They are very accommodating and pocket friendly.

This was a great experience, as a black women I felt like she was very aware of my hair during the massage , they really know how to do their job and would definitely come back I feel very relaxed

The massage was alright but I’m actually in more pain now than I was when I went in. They massage with their finger tips which for me has now caused multiple spasms throughout my back. I now have pain on my spine in areas that were not bothering me before. The hot stone was maybe about 15 seconds long and really hot. Kind of felt like they were rushing to get through the massage instead of actually trying to relieve pressure and pain. They also tell you to purchase the massages at the place instead of the Groupon. I suggest just buying the Groupon if you do go and move forward from there.

This is a really beat-up place with tacky decor. For sure hygiene is not the first thing what comes to your mind when stepping in. Not sure who is a licensed massage therapist - if any - at this business but for sure the woman - I believe she’s the oldest - I had doesn’t know anatomy. Nor English or how the massage chair functions. Was very erratic, rushing and forceful in her movements, not relaxing at all.However, my companion had the same type of massages next to me from Ryan and he was absolutely fantastic!

Worst massage I ever had!!!!! I’m in town visiting my cousin, she booked the couples massage on Groupon and when she called to confirm they told her to cancel the group and they will give her a better deal. There is a huge language barrier, woman at the desk had no idea what was going on and it was very hard to communicate. No paperwork filled out or talking about problem areas. My masseuse was extremely too rough. It was so painful. I feel like she had no idea what she was going. She left the room a couple times and left me exposed. Someone actually came into the room during our massage as well. I need a massage because of this massage! I am so sore and in pain. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place is a massage factory. They move people in and out all day and night. You can hear customers and employees talking throughout your massage because rooms dont have full walls to the ceiling. The massage is average and not done by a trained therapist. The facilities are simple, nothing special. The price cant be beat so it attracts customers. Nothing special here except a cheap, legit massage.

Went here with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Not only was booking an appointment super easy but the massage was amazing. I have sciatica issues and my masseuse really tried to work out the knots around the area, I feel so much better. And my boyfriend really enjoyed his massage as well. Definitely get more value for a lower cost.

Massage was amazing.. I called at 2pm and was in for a massage at 4:30pm in the same day. It doesn’t have a spa atmosphere but they such a great job and are so inviting, that it doesn’t even matter. I knew what to expect looking at the pictures. I’m glad I didn’t let the bad reviews turn me away, I can’t see Lisa and staff being mean to anyone to be honest. Highly recommend.

I been going to this Spa for over 2years and its fantastic, great professionals here starting from the owner, I am delighted with the therapist they have as staff as they are truly great in getting to parts needed to leave completely relaxed and wanting to return. I highly recommend this place over others as also too there rates can not be beaten, they are the lowest I have see. Try this Place, I am sure you will return

The first hour of the massage was so good that I decided to extend for a hour more but honestly the masseuse was just whiling away in the last 30 minutes.The deal breaker was their greediness for tip. I tipped 20% of the bill given I really liked the service but they kept asking for more.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It has no atmosphere of relaxation or privacy, you can hear everything through the walls, the masseuses cough on top of you, they do not have the delicacy to go out and cough outside. They have no idea what they do, I usually have muscle contractions in my upper back and the next day I woke up worse than I was, they are too abrupt and wild is more the pain than the relaxation you feel. I am a woman and I had a male masseuse because the woman was my boyfriends masseuse, the man asked me 3 times to turn face up even knowing that I was not wearing a bra, it is disrespectful, when I told him I was not going to do it, he just looked at the other masseuse and they made a mocking face.

I got my mom and I both body massages and added a reflexology session for my mom. I tipped 20% to both ladies who worked on us. Unfortunately when it came time to pay they basically demanded that an hour session constitutes minimum $10. So since my mom had 2 hours worth of services and I had 1 hour, the total tip was 29%. I ended up giving the one 10 and the other $18 but I consider this pretty rude and greedy.There is a huge language barrier as well. No one there speaks English well and it disrupts the whole business because you’ll have all the workers come out and try to help each other understand what someone who just walked in is trying to say.The massage itself was very nice and my mom walked out refreshed. I just don’t like when people pull that stuff. Will not be returning.

The person doing my massage kept leaving the room more than once for lengthy periods of time. The massage was terrible and very painful. She kept digging her elbow into me and punched around my temples for whatever reason and my hands. Not sure exactly why. She pulled my hair twice for whatever reason and was just completely rude. The owner was very rude as well, constantly feeling the need to say that I was quiet during my massage as if I was supposed to be speaking the entire time while getting the worst massage of my life. This place is no where near a “spa” I recommend going elsewhere 100%. I’m pretty sure the woman that did my painful “massage” left the room 3 or 4 times for more than 5 minutes each time. Absolutely terrible experience here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment for today, 3 weeks ago, and paid for it 3 weeks ago,for a couples massage. I called to confirm my apt today, and after much confusion on their end, I was told there was no appointment for us in their books.Today was a special day for my wife and I.Very disappointed.They did offer a refund, and to reschedule for another day, but I had a whole day planned with my wife, starting with this massage.I would not recommend at all.

I found this place by searching Groupon. I read reviews, most were good, so I gave it a chance- SO GLAD I DID!! The massage was amazing. Hot stone was included. The masseuse checked pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. Call before purchasing Groupon, they will give Groupon price (for first time customers, just like Groupon) Parking is in the rear of the place, try to tip cash.

I bought a Groupon for this place. The massage was OK, but I wont be back. First, the blanket didnt cover my body, so my feet were sticking out the whole time and were cold (FYI - Im not tall). Second, the person giving me my massage kept leaving the room to do I dont know what. You are behind a curtain, not in a closed room, so you hear every noise including a ringing phone and people talking - not very relaxing! Ive had 100s of massages in my life and I have never, ever had someone walk out of the room in the middle of a massage. I dont know how this place stays in business with service like that.

The massage was good overall with moments of pain but they were fleeing. The past that really bothered me is that they require you to tip very very big. Minimum 10 per hour tip and they harass you of you dont give it. In the past when we have gone they have never done this.

My boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage. Upon our arrival, we thought the place was very sketchy-looking to say the least. The “spa” is on the upper level of the building; inside is dark and outdated. The massage room was strange with old curtains and furniture and an odd smell. It was almost impossible to relax in this environment. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the massages were awful. It was painful for the majority of the massage. There is no way these women are trained masseuses. My boyfriend and I were both in pain the next day as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady place.

Worst foot massage Ive ever had. We could hear moaning coming from one of the massage rooms. The massage therapist was extremely aggressive and I was in pain from just lightly touching my legs the following days. I normally like firm pressure, but this was way beyond a pressure issue. She also got up and left the room 3 times to argue loudly with other customers without so much as an apology.

Wei Wei was so incredible ! Very kind and attentive to detail. I felt comfortable the entire time. Definitely a no-frills place. It’s actually more financially effective to just pay them directly, than their Groupon

Very old and dingy looking. No spa atmosphere. My husband and I booked a couples massage on Groupon. No communication, never asked any questions and just got to it. Immediately she was too rough and l yelled. ( i have a tender lower back) never asked about pressure and she did it again. The other masseuse yelled at her. She had no clue what she was doing. It was supposed to be a hot stone massage they used the stones for maybe a minute. My husband never got his legs or feet massaged. Very loud not relaxing. I could barely walk when i left i was in so much pain. Never again. I have had many massages this was probably the worst.

First time was ok/good - couples massage. Price is good. Wife liked Ellen. Ive had CiCi a few times, worse each time and recently Amy ... who was ok for the back portion (though 1 handed through some/most) and then legs/arms/hands was less than 5mins in total. Not coming back. Language is an issue, they seem to want to do better but lack the skills required.

Definitely recommend this place. Helen did an amazing job on my back, i told her to go as hard as she can & she really did. She helped relieve month’s worth of Knots i had in my back & a whole week later, i feel great thanks to her. Will definitely come back.

We received a couples massage as a gift for our wedding. I dont not recommended anyone to go here. The massage was terrible and the staff was rude. The place ia very dark when you walk in. There were holes in the wall and the ceiling looked like it was about to fall down. The furniture was old and dusty. The couples massage room was old and ugly. The curtains and furniture was terrible. There was no relaxing aromas in the air. It smelled terrible. The blanket did not fit my body . I had the owner who gave me a massage n my husband had the man. The woman had my butt exposed the entire time while giving me a massage. She didnt do any muscle work. Only rubbed my body with oil. She left the room 3 times and even checked another couple in while i was on the table. After the massage a beeper went off and they stopped and walked out . Never book an appointment here i promis you wil regret it

I bought a Groupon for a couple massage to this establishment. I went there to redeem paid the taxes. And then was informed they had one female and one male upon arrival. I requested 2 females and was not comfortable and asked to reschedule. The woman redeemed my Groupon took my money for the taxes and said it would be no problem to reschedule. We booked a day and when the day came I called to confirm and the man on the phone was very rude to me even after explaining the situation, I was immediately uncomfortable, turned off and never received my service. Dont recommend

Great place, very friendly and professional atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. They work with you in the area that you need more attention and relieve all the tensions on your muscles. I personally loved their Asian techniques.I dont mind if their English language is not perfect bc actually I dont like to speak when Im getting a massage, I just need to know that my pain is relieve because they worked at the area properly and I leave without the discomfort that you can get when you are with severe backache or neck pain. Last week I had a situation where I was feeling that I couldnt walk with a muscle spasm in my back and after going to them the next day I was completely fine and I was able to walk and function moving around with no pain, show me thats priceless!!!Whenever I go to get a massage Im feeling more relaxed. I love the way they do it. and Ive been purchasing a few packages already. My husband Ioved the fact that he has an energetic wife and he is happy bc he can also have a massage as well with me together as a couple also.Aura G.

My husband bought a groupon for a couples massage. We walked upstairs and it looked like a shady place where snuff films are made 😳. There were holes in the walls and old furniture. We went into the couples room with the same kind old old curtains and furniture. The woman who did my massage was terrible. She kept punching me! Like punching my feet, my back, my calves! When I was on my stomach, she positioned my leg in this weird way that killed my back. She was pulling at my fingers, HARD too! I thought she was going to dislocate them. I kept making comments but I don’t think she spoke any English. Finally, the sheets smelled, like....funky idk. I was totally uncomfortable there. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had.

Then came I to my foot massage room and proceeded to slurp her soup like a cow for the last 20 minutes of my massage while she clickety clack texted away.Nightmare!As u left I told her I found her behavior made my experience less than enjoyable. Spa 7 is on Groupon. When you schedule an appointment and you tell them you have a Groupon, the gentleman then tells you sorry no appointments available. If youre not going to honor the Groupon deals then get off Groupon!!!!

I just bought a Groupon for the couples massage here at Spa 7. When I called to confirm they said that you have to pay in store if you come on the weekends, basically rendering the Groupon worthless. Nowhere in the fine print does it say this at all. It was a fun way to tie up $90 while I wait for a refund but don’t get the Groupon whatever you do. P.S. I’m a little salty that they hung up on me too.

Stop in the other day. Wonderful people. Went out of their way to make me comfortable. Best massage Ive had in years. Cant wait to bring my wife there.

Had one of the most relaxing time here. The therapist were very friendly and professional. Went in with multiple muscle soreness areas and came out feeling rejuvenated. Worth every penny!

We were completely unimpressed with this place. Nothing about them is spa like. Place is dark, out dated, and uncomfortable. You can hear everyone in the place while getting a massage. Massage was not relaxing. Massuse kept walking out without explanation.

Great massage!!Very noisy, kids running around screaming.They need too not be there. Will try one more time, but if still noisy I won’t be going back

It wasnt bad. Picked up a two hour massage, but the therapist spent almost half the time on my feet. She never asked if I had any areas I wanted to focus on.

We had bought a Groupon and when we told the gentleman on the phone he said that they did have a appointment for 730 when we told them we had a Groupon he said no no we don’t have no more appointments he did The same thing the week before after we tried to explain to them he ended up hanging the phone up without having the courtesy to listen to us

Lovely massage at an affordable price. Not your typical spa atmosphere, but the massage makes it worth it. Will be coming back

Clearly no training for the workers here. No actual massage technique at all, just basic rubbing. Also a very loud place. Won’t be back.

I’ve visited this location several times now and always have a wonderful massage. I’ve found New Spa 7 to be the best compared to other places I’ve been to.

Horrible!!! Rude!!!We had an appointment showed up and she said sorry it’s booked. But we made appointment I said. She ignored and said yes sorry... no room. Drove 30 minutes to this place arranged baby sitter and all to hear. No room bye.

Amazing full body and foot massages! Make sure to tell them if you like it soft medium or hard! Very relaxing!! I will definitely be going back!!!

Very thorough, relaxing, and rejuvenating. I had Lisa and she was exceptional. Masks were worn, and temperatures are taken. Very good and affordable.

Totally recommend this place.My massage felt like a TOUCH OF JESUS CHRIST!!!It was actually a stress release cause everybody seemed to be nice and considerate and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable.Take your mentally unstable friends there, they will be taken care of👍🐶
