Terrible Experience at LITE Chicago - Rude & Aggressive Staff Ruined the NightI recently had the misfortune of visiting LITE Chicago, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a bar. The bartenders and bouncers at this establishment were not only rude but shockingly aggressive, completely ruining what should have been a fun night out.From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The bartenders seemed to have a chip on their shoulders, as if they were doing us a favor by serving drinks. Their complete lack of customer service skills was appalling, and they made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in ensuring we had a pleasant experience.To make matters worse, the bouncers at LITE Chicago were nothing short of bullies. Instead of providing security and maintaining a safe environment, they seemed to relish in intimidating patrons. I witnessed several instances where innocent customers were unnecessarily subjected to aggressive behavior. It felt like being in a prison rather than a place to relax and enjoy oneself.One particular incident stands out in my mind. I saw a bouncer verbally and physically assault a patron for no apparent reason. It was a horrifying sight that left me feeling disturbed and unsafe. The management did nothing to intervene or address the situation, which speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and concern for their customers well-being.Overall, I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience at LITE Chicago was. The rude and aggressive behavior displayed by the bartenders and bouncers was inexcusable. It is disheartening to see an establishment that should be focused on providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment instead foster an atmosphere of hostility and fear.I strongly advise anyone considering visiting LITE Chicago to think twice. Save yourself the disappointment and potential danger of dealing with their staff. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and safety, and I would strongly recommend exploring those options instead.

Nick Angel was a wonderful host, the guys were amazing and kept us entertained! We definitely will be back for another fun night! Come here girls for a good time with your friends!

Issue Description:I recently visited Lite Club Chicago and had a terrible experience. The staffs disrespectful behavior towards me and my out-of-state friends was unacceptable.Sample Review:My visit to Lite Club Chicago was a complete disappointment. The staffs rude and disrespectful behavior marred what should have been a fun night out with friends. Its disheartening to see such unprofessional conduct in a supposedly reputable establishment. I would caution anyone considering a visit to be aware of the poor treatment you might receive.I never forget that nightmare happened to me and my husband. Club bartender miss behaved we were just taking picture of our drink and he misunderstood we were taking picture of him. He just kept my phone and ran out without communicating.Even though all were around taking videos and pictures. I never had bad experiences before. Bad bad don’t go ever lite club.

I couldn’t even get inna club security took my vape and threw it out nd then had a issue with me when I said I could’ve just brought it back to the car

Bouncers can be a bit aggressive and short tempered. They charged $40 to go on a Friday night and there wasnt many people in the club either. Looking back the money wasnt worth it. I will say that they do play good hiphop music and have a black crowd on Friday.

This place was much fun however the bar was incredibly understaffed. It took near an hour to get a single beer and the line was not very long.

Worst experience I have had ever. Went with my friends for a Bollywood night. Went downstairs to the restroom but accidentally went to the wrong room because it is horribly misspelled. We went downstairs and came back upstairs, and sat at the bar because the entire club was dead. As soon one of us sat down and the bartender walked out and grabbed a security guard to kick us out for “touching stuff”. We spent 60 bucks and got kicked out for “touching stuff?” This is horrible and it shows how much they value customer’s experience. This starts from the owner and their norms and trickles down to management and the employees. Horrible experience, especially from being out of state. Waste your money and time elsewhere, this isn’t the spot to go.

Bollywood songs mean only North Indian songs especially Punjabi songs here in this place . They don’t play South Indians songs which won Oscar award like Naatu Naatu. Please some one open Tollywood events in Chicago. This is not at all worth Bollywood Party. This party is only Punjabi event. They don’t have KT about India. This is perfectly a scam. Don’t go waste of money. No common sense.

The music is awesome. Jose the host was very nice and responsive. I thought the club would look way better on the inside. Thought the seating would be much more inviting for advertising as a premier night club. When you do the bottle service they will come and see how much is left. If its empty you cant sit at that table anymore. Kind of humiliating. I do understand they want to make the bottle service available for others, but when you pay for a table you have to get 2 bottles. It doesnt say once you drink those bottles you loss your table. Make sure you ask for an itemized bill, and make sure if you do pay a deposit it is taken off the bill. The dress code was told to me and then I saw people wearing whatever. Parking is available close to the club which was nice. Gratuity is added to the bill, just keep that in mind. If it is your birthday the website says you get a complimentary bottle of champagne...I had to ask for it.

Terribly rude and disrespectful bouncers, unnecessarily strict dress code whether you have a section reserved or not, RIDICULOUS cover charge of $40 and overpriced drinks. The unfortunate thing is if they had better customer service practices, it would be a fun place to go, as the music is pretty great. But the attitude from their staff plus their unnecessary fees and shady business ways are just not worth it. So many better options in the area than this place!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Bouncers are extremely racist and aggressive. They push people while making them leave the club! When I confronted them about pushing me, they grabbed my neck and pushed me to the floor.Never going to this club again. Really bad management and bouncers

The only pro imo is the music was good (hip-hop mainly) . $40 cover per person when we arrived at 12 on Sunday when it wasnt even crowded. Thats a robbery yo. Nice bouncer (thumbs up that guy) let us in for a more reasonable $20 per person after we were about to walk out of line. Drinks were pricey for what they were and bartender was rude. Drinks were aight but definitely not work the $14 a piece + tips for how weak they were. Tips were AUTOMATICALLY ADDED which is super sketch. Overall Id go to a place like Celeste for not only more room to party, but half the cover charge and more quality drinks. Avoid this place at least on Sunday nights.

The reviews I’ve read are confusing and i am upset that people had the experiences here (strict dress code, racism, over priced cover charge).My experience at LITE is going to the bachata Thursday night social. There has never been a cover, all social dancers know it as a non cover charge social dance night, and I’ve always felt my belongings were safe. All social dancers leave jackets and purses on the booth seats/couches. Maybe it’s because we all kind of know each other from other socials and from the local dance studios. I usually see at least 1 studio dance instructor here on Thursdays. Most of us come here after being at alhombra palace. My experiences of being creeped on by other dancers in the dance scene has been minimal (compared to any other night life scene for sure) There has never been a dress code when I go here. People bachata in white sneakers or Latin heel shoes or whatever they want. I hope lite stays this way and allows other people to have this same experience.That said, I really hope the bouncers and staff improve things for the other nights or for other people if things are going on as described in other people’s reviews.So far in Chicago it is the only Latin dance social I’ve been to that doesn’t charge the $10 cover. Last time I was here was March 2022.

If I could give lite zero stars I would. The security was outright disrespectful, unprofessional and aggressive. They displayed this behavior last year and it did not change this year. I booked a section for my birthday and when I arrived, we still waited to be seated for 40-45 minutes. The security not only was disrespectful towards me, but also to the promoter who I booked with. The security told me “you know what, you’re not getting in” because I was being “disrespectful” when he was giving me bad energy from the start! I asked him for his name and he said “do it matter”. When in line, we had to pay $5 for a mask that we only wore for ten seconds (no one had a mask on inside the club). They also told me in line that they sold my section so we had to step BACK out and wait an additional 5-10 minutes before they found us a table. I was told to give a list of names of people who were in my section. The list did not matter. My friends who put on for the section that didn’t walk in me, had to pay an additional $50. Because, “they didn’t walk in with me”. We had security come into our section twice telling us to put your heels back on. He came back again and said “this is my second time asking y’all to put your heels on you’re going to have to leave” but we said it won’t happen again. But I’m just flabbergasted at the fact we were constantly being harassed. Also, the cover fee kept increasing. It went from $20 to $40 to $50. I’m assuming the tickets increased because Herb was there which was only for 30 minutes. To summarize:1. rude and unprofessional security2. $5 for masks that were not needed3. Had a section and still waited 45 min4. Harassed by security INSIDE the club5. A list means nothing. Make sure your entire group is together.6. Pay for your section in advance because they will sell it7. Random increases in cover feesI’m appalled that these are black men at the end of the day. The way I was spoken to was so uncalled for and insensitive and I will never attend lite again. They put a bad taste in my mouth not once but TWO times. When people book a section, you’re supposed to at least go a LITTLE above and beyond and make sure we have a good time. Club or not, customer service needs to approve.PRO: the music was lit 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This use to be a dope club playing Latin , top 40 , and rap hits. Went two weeks ago and it was empty and only played Indian music. Payed 20 bucks to get in and was definitely not worth it.

Club Lite was an absolute nightmare. I was celebrating my birthday night there with bottle service. I had been in touch with the birthday promoter for 2 weeks prior. I communicated all questions including my arrival time. When I arrived I told the door man my name for my table reservation. He proceeds to tell me he gave my table away because I arrived after 11pm and he only had a 2K minimum spend table. I then show text messages where I was told that I planned a later arrival time and was told it was ok but I would only get 8 free guests after 11pm. After going back and forth and expressing how unfair that would be; the doorman then changes what he says and goes “I have a table it’s the original 2 bottle min.” I’m like okay that’s fair all I want is my table. I tell him I have one more person coming and he said that’s fine just tell them to say “Orlando and my name” when they get to the door. My guest eventually gets to the door tell them Orlando and they refused to let them in.Next the section was filthy and full of trash. The club A/C was broken and it was extremely hot and musty inside the club. The DJ was mediocre and it was a mix of hip hop and Latin hits. The club wants the rules and reputation of a premier Chicago downtown club, but it’s staff and promoters don’t have the ethics or professionalism. Partygoers should not spend thousands to walk into a gross and filthy sections and met with made up rules when they arrive.

WORST CLUB IN CHICAGO- BEWAREHonestly this was one of the worst experiences I have had to date. LITE chicago hosted an event by LiveScene on Saturday, September 17th and by all means I wish this place could be rated less than 1 star. From the moment you get in line the security and bouncers and management of this venue is absolutely rude. They enforce this “strict” dress code policy where they charge a $20-$40 cover depending on the individual. They weren’t letting someone in line due to wearing sandals yet they let someone wear a sweater, cargo vest, hat, etc. This club has a racial bias and is prejudice individuals. Staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful and the energy in the room is not what you would want on a night out. Please be aware next time you book a table to celebrate a birthday because one thing you definitely won’t be doing is “celebrating”. Please take this as the only review you need moving forward to decide on wether you want to come. The environment and behavior of the security, management, and staff speaks for the type of respect this place serves, which is NONE.

Personally, I think this is easily the best club in Chicago. Fairly priced drinks. BEAUTIFUL waitresses and great music. Ambiance is great, while the security are very strict I appreciate that being in Chicago where any knuckle head can ruin a great time for everyone. I feel very safe here. 5/5 I love going on Sundays

Lite Chicago is super fun! Every day it’s a different theme/music. Fridays and Sundays are hip hop & Saturdays Latin music. I’ve been to all three and they don’t disappoint. Staff is great, service is great. If you’re looking for a good time. This is the place to be. Dress to impress for sure but it’s worth it

I wish I could give zero stars. We came in with a bday party girl and forgot our masks. They were trying to charge $5 for masks. Ok we went to get them from the car - asked 3 times if we would have to get in line again or could just come in. Black security assured us that we would be able to go in without making line. Yea we weren’t able to. We tried to explain but they had us go back in line. Ok understandable, but then a party cuts everyone and they let them go in without standing in line. Ok frustrating.We also watched same security charge $20 to check in someone’s hat since dress code was no hat then he chucked it to the roof of the door. There was no check in service he literally threw it to the top of the door.We were only seated for about 30 min before they kicked us out the table. We didn’t even finish the bottle.Also drinks are super expensive and watered down.Never coming here again.

This club is a horrible. they only carter to Latinas. if you are black they will give u a hard time. the dress code says no flats but they let all the latinas in with no flats with no problem but threw mines away that were in my purse. the bouncers are racist even the black ones. the played 2 mins of hip hop. just don’t come here if you are black.

This place is shady and a waste of time , the staff will ruin your fun night out .Warning do not go to this place if you are with your friends looking to have a positive drunk night out . The bouncers all of them have bad attitudes and they are very judgmental of mostly men attire if you don’t have on any name brands that they are aware of they will tell you that it is not in dress code I watched them one bouncer kinda went down the line scoping out attire and came back to the other bouncers at the Door and talk so badly about what people wore. Although I was able to get in after waiting like 45min in line everyone’s mood was off and awkward including ordering a drink with the bartender , no blah will never be back.

The entrance is found down a sketchy back alley. Upon arrival there was no line at 10pm on a Tuesday evening which was to be expected. Upon entrance the bar is located on the upper level and restrooms on the lower. Spent about an hour here as we were told more people would arrive longer into the evening. I had done a google search and it listed that Tuesday night would be a 90s playlist. While being one of two groups in the entire bar (besides the staff) for well over an hour I came to the conclusion that this place was very unkempt and nothing spectacular. Being from out of town and wanting to find a nice atmosphere look anywhere else but here. The couches have numerous wear and tear signs, the staff was very grimy, and there was absolutely no 90s music. All the workers were either on their cellphones or conversations with each other. I did notice what looked like a worker in the corner with another worker ? (Uncertain) taking pictures of herself. And some ladies were hanging balloons. Not very welcoming and not very friendly. I did not have to wait long for drinks and the received a good recommendation from a male bartender. However at the price of $40 for two single drinks and two shots .... not worth it. And I am not one to be cheap typically. Also I had included my info and a special request online for a birthday with zero acknowledgment. I would never recommend or plan on returning. It’s a shame and waste of space. Lesson learned! Stay away ! — my only positive experience was with the lady working in the restroom .. very pleasant and very sweet. She deserves a raise !

So I went to the lite last weekend and I just have to say after reading the reviews I was very skeptical on going. But it was quite the opposite my girlfriend got out of hand and the bouncers were very kind and nice. They told me politely she had to leave when she was outside and I was inside. Sought me out to tell me. Then they helped me with her to ensure her safety. I would give 5 stars for the staff but I gave it four because there isnt much room to dance. And the only place to sit if you dont have a reserved table is in the middle of the dance floor.

Celebrated a birthday here, first time at this place and also last time. The celebrant never received the wristband she was promised. Ornaldo kicked my party out of the table because I did not buy 3 bottles when he never mentioned to me that that was a requirement and we had been talking for a week. There were other tables open but he decided to kick us out. He promised me a free bottle next weekend and I will be able to stay all night at the table. He is a joke. The DJ that was there that night played good music, hope he has other places to play at so he can ditch this place. The overall look inside LITE is kinda ratchet, old, dirty. They are trying to be upscale when the vibe is the opposite. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t spill ya drink in this spot. Pricey drinks. Like what was said before in previous comments, overly aggressive fake bouncers. I’ve bounced before but The pat downs, over aggressive. Still got in what I wanted to though. No circulation. Still early though. No gym shoes my butt. Guess it depends on whose wearing them. I had to wear uncomfortable shoes. Or I wouldn’t have gotten in. Different type of vibe in there

Went to lite Tuesday for my Birthday, had no problems. My friends and I always have an amazing time. Staff is great, owners are good people. I bring my friends here all the time and we’ve always went home happy. Definitely will be coming back no doubt.

Overpriced drinks and the bartender charged my card an additional $25 after I signed the receipt for the total amount. Good thing I kept my copy. I guess he forgot that I had already tipped him $25 in cash (although tips are not mandatory). Toward the end of the night it was over crowded and uncomfortable. Otherwise the music was good, nice look and plenty of security.

I will never come here again. i had the worst experience. A security guard (Rudy) , an African American male , decided to call one of my friends ghetto because she wasn’t wearing heels. Meanwhile, the condition that she is in does not allow her to wear heels. I never been so disrespected before and coming from my own race, a black individual, I am appalled. Then, another security guard had the audacity to ask us if we ever been molested. We have to do better. I am so disappointed. Get better security guards or shut down. Thank you.

Do not go to this club. I spent $60 on NYE tickets for my friend and I but was turned away at the door for not following the dress code. While I was in accordance with the dress code as it appeared online, apparently they had changed the dress code without notifying any of their patrons. The bouncer told me to speak to the promoter. The promoter told me to speak to the bouncer. I was not refunded.This club is a garbage establishment staffed by garbage human beings.

This place so far has the best music choice if u like rap upbeat songs . They don’t put old sad songs or those electric music. I really like the music, and the bartenders are great. Spacious as well . However, it’s kinda dirty/ghetto . Other than that I like this place

We celebrated my best friend’s birthday here last night and we did NOT have a good experience with this place. First, they tried to deny my friend THE BIRTHDAY GIRL entry even though she had made a reservation for a table in advance! They told our whole group we could not get in and the security guy (tall, bearded, rude) even made her show extra identification, and pull out her phone to show him the confirmation email. After this he called the host of the club and berated him for allowing us to reserve a table (we ended up being the only black people with a reserved table for the entire night). Also, our male friend got turned away at the door, with brand new Nike’s on, because the same security guy said they have a strict no gym shoes policy. This would have been a little more understandable, but once more people started coming into the club we noticed that the white and latinx males ALL had on gym shoes.

I attended this club the other night and my friends and I were singled out because we were African American. The bouncer at the door was extremely rude. We came to celebrate my bestfriends birthday and they tried to tell her she couldnt get into the club because she had sandals on, but the Caucasian woman in front of us had on flip flops and he said nothing to her. My friend made reservations a week prior to us coming and her name wasnt on the list when we got there. They tried to make her show proof of said reservation as if it was her fault. The drinks are overpriced. The space is quite small. I would not recommend this club to ANYONE and I wont be returning ever.

Was here with a group of 8 people. Music was really good, did not hear the DJ repeat ANY songs the whole time we were there. I dont drink so didnt really pay attention to prices but I do know the waitresss were very attentive to making sure we had enough juice, lemonade, soda water and ice. Celebrated my husbands 26th bday here & would definitely go back! Crowd gets crazy after midnight-ish. Photographer got some really good pics and was really nice! Overall pretty good experience!

Went here for allstar weekend with two of my girlfriends and we will not be patronizing this place again. The event was not as advertised. One celebrity (2chainz) stopped by for about 15 minutes. It was extremely disorganized when attempting to get in, even if you had tickets. One must enter through an alley with holes in the ground, unfortunate for those wearing heels. The bouncers are rude and physical when clearing the way for a celebrity or dope boy. I wanted to like this place but at $100 a ticket, I expected a better outcome. Patronizers beware, especially women. The bouncers will shove you around like a rag doll for being in the path of someone they deem more important than you.

Me and some friends from out of town went to LITE for NYE after purchasing pre-sale tickets for the CIROC party. We got there at 11p and had to wait in the line FOR OVER AN HOUR all because the bouncers were wanting to have a power trip. One even told another bouncer checking IDs to not let us in before midnight- purposely making us miss the “ball drop.” We were threatened and antagonized by the bouncers that if we didn’t “shut up” they would close the line down completely. The party was promoted to end at 2am, which is what time the club is supposed to close, however the lights came on at 1:20 and the bouncers were pushing people out of the club forced to wait in the cold for their rides. This was the most unorganized and unprofessional place I’ve ever been too. Management really needs to get it together, because it won’t be a place we visit again.

The bottle girls was fun turned up the booth we had though wasnt for me but i made it work out to my advantage we actually got offered by a girl in the club to set with her in her booth... it was just two... we paid for are booth 🤣 so we rocked with it...

Never come here! Worst experience ever! Lost my belongings for work! Female security said it would be safe all lies. Then proceeded to say well I was over here if its lost I do not know. Asked some crackhead lady if she took it.

Wow... the absolute WORST staff in the history of night clubs and I have clubbed all over the world. 1st visit I chalked up as a fluke. 2nd time, I was disrespected by THREE white staff members because one of them ditched my unfinished drink by accident and I spoke up. Was told I had a bad attitude because I wouldnt let them ignore me and had the nerve to ask for a manager. Promised myself to protect my BLACK DOLLARS and not spend another dime there. Tonight I reluctantly returned to this grimy hole for a birthday party.The bouncer was drunk off power and talking down to us from garbage heap throne in a stinking alley. He was black so at least I cant say the staff is racist. Ill take my money and time elsewhere. Work too hard to waste either in that dump. I give management a year before it closes.

My boyfriend and I went to Lite (feb 4) for his friends bday celebration ( which he had a VIP table) when we got there the two bouncers by the doors were very nice and polite when we asked them a question and directed us to where we had to go,as we were waiting in line the African American bouncer ( the boss from what the bouncer at the door told me ) was very rude and very ignorant I guess he wasnt having a good night himself ? But anyways as we were about to enter the building/club he stopped my boyfriend and told him hey bro open up let me see your shirt my boyfriend did as he asked so then the African American bouncers turns and looks at the bouncer by the door ( the one checking ids) asked for his opinion ,the bouncer by the door said he was good to go in so I simply said thank youuu . (I Said thank you because I was cold and I had to use the washroom) The African American bouncer got offended and claimed I was being a smart ass which I wasnt so I politely asked what was going on because I did not comprehend the problem he had,he was very rude and unpleasant! I completely understand that hes a bouncer and sometimes dealing with a big crowd or drunk idiots might get overwhelming but thats no way to treat people the way he spoke and acted towards me ! I been to lite plenty of times and I must say this is indeed by far the worst I have ever been treated , I felt like a criminal ! It was embarrassing . I been to high end clubs/bar and Ive never been treated like I was treated tonight !! Our friend that had table came outside to ask them to let us in and once again the African American bouncer was very rude told him to go back inside and if he came outside one more time he couldnt go in at all! Is this why you guys have a 2.7 rating? Sad thing I actually like Lite , the music is great! But tonight was a horrible experience!

I went to LITE on a Friday night. I got there around 11pm, and the place was empty. After a while, it got better. I liked the music but all they played was Bad Bunny. The drinks were $7 not too bad. When the night was almost coming to an end, security was kicking us out before 2am. My friend and I couldn’t even use the bathroom before leaving. Overall, I had fun with my friends but I WOULDN’T come back.

LITE is the place to be at! Never had a bad experience. The music is great and the drinks are good. Always have a good time every time I go. Bottle service is amazing and of course the bottle girls are beautiful. Fun atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

I had a horrible experience!!!! When we get to the club they announce anyone wearing flats are not coming in so we had to wait and wait . We got let in for other reasons and the bouncers let the girls I was with go in but not my African American boyfriend. They are sexist and racist to the extreme! I highly recommend not going.

I came last night, December 22nd, for a girls night out with my friends and we had an amazing time! The music was great. If you’re looking for a spot that plays current music with no EDM which what you find in most other clubs downtown, LITE is the place for you! The atmosphere was amazing. The bottle girls were beautiful and the bottle service was a show in itself. Can’t wait to go back! They definitely gained new customers.

Lost my phone and the staff neglected to help me find it. Honestly, it seems like they stole it. This was devastating because I live out of town. You would think that they would have been more considerate because my group ordered bottle service and brought in over 20 girls. In addition, I have tried calling and emailing multiple times and they have not responded to any of my messages. Terrible experience and customer service.

Have been here twice, for sorority formals; first time pre-COVID, second time recently. I like the lighting and the many booths/seating areas; they also make it rain confetti sometimes which is fun. Bartenders are super nice and attentive, and though sometimes the song choices leave a little to be desired the DJs are happy to take song recs. Definitely come later rather than earlier--vibe is very off if the place isnt near packed.

Absolutely love LITE. My friends and I have been numerous times this year and it’s always a good mf time! Owners, Security, & bottle girls are super friendly. Bottle service is the BEST here. Anytime someone asks where’s a poppin place to go out to, i ALWAYS mention LITE! Great music, fun atmosphere, and good priced drinks! Def a 10/10

2 out of 5. Why? It was mine and my girlfriends first time there. The club was barely half full till closing (not much going on for a weekend,) the drinks were over priced, bartenders were extremely rude (if anything.) I wouldve given this place 1 star, but the area was good and ladies were free.

Let’s begin with the line outside. The bouncers take their jobs to another level. Being rude and over controlling when all we were doing was standing in line to get in. The cover charge is over the top for the club to have lame DJs and bad service. There is a lot of random favoritism meaning that if you know someone the line and dress code doesn’t apply to you which defeats the purpose of an “up scale” club. They say they close at 2AM, but music ended at 1:13AM.

Very unprofessional they kicked my man out for smoking a cigarette but he had it in his hand while we were going in. They patted me down and checking me extra close but no one checked him about his cigarette that was in his hand while we were entering. The whole staff was rude and tried to charge us $100 a piece for a club they just let us in for free 20 minutes prior to kicking us out. Will never return!

Not mixed couple friendly , no black dollars , which is so stupid you got all these people hanging around not spending money , but the people who are you wanna over charge because of there color WOW!!!!! I didn’t know this blatant racism in downtown Chicago was still allowed. So bad that if I see anybody I know in line to go to this place I will never associate with them again. They open their doors late which blows. The bouncer at the door has an attitude problem. Totally unprofessional! They better get it together because there are TOO MANY other nightclubs to go to. Competition is serious and peeps are NOT going to go to an establishment that doesnt treat their customers as they should... :p

No standards for dress codes listed anywhere, no advertisment of cover fees. Shouldve listened to the reveiws on here. Was told it would be 75$ per person for me and my girlfriend. Ruined our night and we just turned around and went home. Highway robery seems to be the standard consensus. Beware.

Horrible...First off it says clear as day WOMEN for before 12 when it came time for us to get in some lady told my friend it’s 20 but it wasn’t even 11:30 yet but I had already read a previous review about this and well I’m not blind so I set in to say doesn’t your wet site say it’s free etc she god on to say that’s just factsbook I said no it’s on you alls main site and she says flat out no I then said is this false advertisement she then directs the guy with the marker to let us in finally after debating a few times. A few females and I went here for a bday celebration and it was small the setting was cute for the few pictures and snaps I did get the drinks where sweet and watered down. Once we were seated we sat iur drink on a table another girl with a sparkling dress come over to Fox the table cloth as if 3 full drinks weren’t sitting in the table so that was strike what 3 I then noticed a BIG GUY standing near our table and another girl with a sparkling dress on the other side of the table that was strike 4. After realizing this wasn’t the place for us we went to the bathroom aka photo booth 😂 this place was boring. When leaving bathroom we heard some okay music finally but I thought to stay for a few more songs but it quickly switched from hip hop to start Mexican music now was this done purposely to get us to leave because before we went to the bathroom the music was garage then coming back and while in the bathroom we heard good hip hop / mixed type music... this place was a vibe killer and they tried to make us pay before 12 when it’s free will NEVER come here again

Worst club ever! They are so strict on the dress code no matter if you buy a section or not! I had to stand outside for over 30 minutes waiting for my id and debit card that was held hostage by the bottle girl even after all the bottles were gone! Never going here again!

Do not go without being sure of your safety. There was such a terrible incident going on where people were getting jumped and attacked and there is just no control of the people there. It was really upsetting that instead of the staff stopping the fight their insinct is to jump in and fight hoping to k.o a couple of guys. Multiple had to go to the hospital that day. My friend personally had to get surgery over this issue. Never again.

Usual mix of current/throwback tunes, over priced drinks per the nightclub echelon, somewhat mixed crowd but face it; times have changed. Couples go to the club together, women cluster up and dance amongst each other, while the ballers dance foolishly amongst one another, the creeps and introverts find a wall or spot on the bar to park, until a falsified opportunity to greet somebody becomes available. Mingling here is obsolete. Dont buy her that $14 shot because shell disappear into the crowd faster than that register closes.

Me and my cousins wanted to come here for my 21st birthday, but they wouldn’t let my cousin in because she wasn’t wearing heels and she’s a stud that doesn’t wear feminine clothes. There were also sever women inside that weren’t wearing heels.

Discrimination!!! My girlfriend can’t wear heels for medical reasons! Your “ dress code” This is a sexist violation of the rights as a woman. She is dressed better than 1/2 your patrons. Your establishment objectifies women and discriminates against women with disabilities.

I went for their Saturday night event and it said ladies free before midnight while it was 11:30 and I still had to pay $20. Then they didnt let my cousin cause she had on flats and was told she needed heels and that was neglected to be mentioned on the site and bouncers very very rude.

Dress to impress! Saturday nights are mixed crowd. They play everything from hip hop to rnb to house to latin music. Drinks are on par with the rest of river north. Go see maria in the back bar. Shes the best!

Terrible club from the rude staff to the blatant disrespect for customers it’s almost like they want you to stop supporting their club. I would suggest going to places like tribe, Persona, The promontory, club play and Clutch on certain days if you are black and want good music

This club creates the most havoc Ive ever seen on the streets and sidewalk. For the past couple of weekends in a row Ive witnessed actual fighting in the streets and alleyway between Eerie and Ontario. It seems the owner, bouncers, etc do not give a flying flip about noise ordinance or public safety. People shouldnt be acting crazy in the streets going to and from a club much less screaming and fighting. Its ridiculous and unnecessary and no authority figure does anything about the noise or the fighting. The worst disturbances are on Sunday and Tuesday nights.

Tried to charge a $75 per person cover for a basic nightclub that looks like your standard college age nightclub with a DJ and dance floor. It’s definitely not worth the money and probably not even worth it for no cover.

Be aware this club is shady. They will take your money on a night when the club is empty and wont give you your money if you leave immediately. I lived in LA for 7 years if you go into a club and its empty and you come out they give you your money back.

I live next door, constant noise, cursing, vomiting in my alley, honking, unruly people all day and night long. I hear the bouncer use racist words and call women names.. Cant wait until the alderman takes this place out

This was was just ass, terrible music, weird awkward vibes, strict ass dress code, and pricey ass drinks, and pretty much no room to dance. I only came thru because a friend really wanted to come.

Security’s in every corner hauling the ladies can’t even dance cause you feel there thirsty vibe we had an issue with one trying desperately to get in back of one of our girls that was dancing spent over a grand, when we left because of us telling the security to chill out with what he was doing they felt some way wouldn’t let us out thru front left thru back had to walk blocks to car as it was in the front of place anyway the music And mixes where really off the vibe is creepy as for security bunch of no shame pervs bottle service ladies are very nice and professional with all sincerity NEVER AGAIN!!!
