Jin, thank you so much for your amazing work on my nails. They are perfect and just what I wanted. Although, my nails were different lengths, Jin made them look beautiful and recreated the nail design I showed her from a picture. Definitely recommended. And she was efficient. Everyone is so welcoming!

Steve is the person in the front desk and he is very polite and kind, all the personal in Franklin Nail Salon are very professional and kind, the place is very clean and they always listen for the customers requests. This is a place that I always will recommend.My manicurist name is Rose but all of them are very professional 🥰

THIS PLACE GAVE ME NAIL FUNGUS!!!I went to get a pedicure a while ago, and the girl cut me so badly i couldnt stop bleeding. But she just performed the pedicure as usual with my toe bleeding. As it healed I noticed it started to look really funky. I thought maybe the cut was infected and if i kept it clean it would heal. I went to the doctor and he tells me I have toe fungus, and that if it is going to heal at all its going to take an entire year of medication every single day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Obviously very unclean.

Today we had an appointment at 11:40 am for a mani/pedi. My house pedicure was good until they moved me to a manicure table before applying the colored coat… I thought they’d add color at the table but they never did, so now my toes look unfinished. While waiting to have my manicure done, they moved me to 3 different tables until one lady finally started taking off the old dip powder manicure I had (it was 1:30 pm at this point). After removing the polish on my fingers, she told me to go to another table and wait since she had “someone else with an appointment to take care of”… I was very frustrated to see that they were taking so many other people to do their manicures before even finishing mine. It was even more frustrating since I had an appointment at 11:40 am. At 1:50 pm while waiting for a manicurist, I was telling my mom that since her manicure is nearly done and mine still wasn’t started, there’s no reason to wait any more because mine would take another hour at least (since I wanted a gel French manicure). I guess they overheard my discussion and decided to place me at a table in room all the way in the back labeled “lash room”… I waited another few minutes, but since no one still came in to do my nails I realized that we no longer had time to do it since we had a 4 o’,clock reservation somewhere. Since it was already a few minutes after 2 pm, the nails would take another hour to be done and we’d be late to our next plans.Waiting 2+ hours to have an unfinished pedicure and NO manicure is absurd. This was a great waste of time and I will not recommend this place to anyone.The person I was with also had a reservation for a manicure but they never tended to him. It was nice that they didn’t charge me for anything, but I do not like my time wasted nor to be toyed with like that. They clearly just wanted to maximize their profits by taking every person that walked in (who had 1:15pm appointments) while trying to string along the people that came in groups to “force” them to wait.

I went there for a 25 minute chair massage and paid upfront, $38. I told the man doing the massage that I’d like him to focus on my neck & shoulders. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing, so I asked again. After 5 minutes of him not listening & me not enjoying it, I ended the massage. I told Steve, the owner, that I’d like my money back for the remainder of the time and that this man wasn’t listening to what I asked him. Steve handed me $8. I told him he needed to give me more back and he gave another $10, which still wasn’t enough.I’ve been going to the salon for 5 years & Steve is a terrible business owner. He doesn’t honor appointments when you make them & he takes walk-ins over you. I feel that the place is slightly overpriced as well.Steve, you knew exactly what was going on. You owe me $20 and can send it to my home.

Ive been to Franklin Nail and Spa twice so far. Both times, I walked in without an appointment, and both times, I was taken within 5 minutes for a manicure. My nails looked great, and the place is clean. Each customer gets entered into a free raffle to win a gift card for a service at the spa! Highly recommend!!

My daughter likes this place so she bought me a gift certificate for mothers day for a mani/pedi= $60.She made me an appointment with her favorite lady Joanne true enough, Joanne did a great job , I had a French gel manicure, the surprise and the reason for only 3 stars is that they charged $60 !!! I never paid that much for a mani!! Now I need refills but I really think theyre charging too much, none of friends pay that much for French-gel . I really want to go back to Joanne but.... just wanted to share my experience and give 5 stars to Joanne, my gel is still on 6 weeks later, she did a great job.

Theres a lot of nice colors. I did the gel nail about 3 weeks ago, but I have no chip and no change color. Technique and staff were so nice. Excellent!!

Amazing service, professionalism and quality! The salon is immaculate. I have been coming for several years, since the opening. Steve has always been very accommodating and I bring all my daughters as well. Very talented and consistent technicians. Highly recommend!

Steve and his team at Franklin Nail and Spa are the best! The salon is always in tip top shape, and very clean. The ladies in the salon are always professional, and do a great job. I usually call in for appointment, because they can get quite busy.Steve is always very professional, and it’s not uncommon to see him not only manning the front desk and phone, but helping out his team. They even have a masseuse there, to give you a brief massage while they work on your nails. I highly recommend choosing the option for the 10 minute massage add-on. This place is great, highly recommend!!

I’ve been having my nails done at Franklin Nail and Spa for the last three years. It has always been a positive experience ; I’ve had excellent gel manicures and Green Tea pedicures.I had an appointment today for a gel manicure. I removed my previous manicure myself as I don’t like the tech to use the electric file - it damages the nail bed. She went to use the e-file anyway and I told her I didn’t want that used- she seemed annoyed but she continued manually buffing my nails.She proceeded to place the polish on my nails and I asked her if she was going to trim my cuticles before applying the polish. She replied that she does the cuticles after the polish is applied. This seemed odd bit I didn’t say anything. After my gel manicure cured she started to trim the cuticles - she never initially pushed back my cuticles.I mentioned my experience to Steve the manager.I gave my credit card to Steve and he wouldn’t accept it. I told him I wanted to pay for the manicure but he insisted. I wasn’t looking for a free manicure. I tipped the tech and pulled out my phone to set up an appointment. Steve refused to schedule an appointment-I was essentially being banned. I spoke respectfully to Steve and the tech and this was the first time I complained to the manager.And when I went outside I noticed the polish was bubbling on a few nails.Very disappointed!

I strongly recommend Franklin Nail and Spa. Having recently moved I had to find a new nail spa and decided to check them out based on the reviews. I can say that everyone is extremely nice, professional and they do a great job. Steve the owner is always running everything, making appointments and keeping things moving. I’ve gotten powder gel, gel, regular manicure and pedicure and I’m always happy with the outcome. No matter how busy or not they may be they always take their time and don’t rush through things. I also like that you can book your appointments online. Thank you!

This is one of the few salons I have been to where they are professional and very kind/friendly as well. It makes for a very pleasant experience. Each time I have been they take quality time on your manicure/pedicure and never rush. Steve the owner is very kind and accommodating when making appointments. They also have taken very sanitary precautions due to covid 19. Very clean, highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the whole team but especially Joanne my nail tech. Shes been taking care of my nails for 1 year now and theyre stronger & healthier than ever!The whole team is super attentive and personable, Steve addresses you by your name every time and they welcome you with open arms.

I am absolutely pleased with their service. It was my first time and due to Covid-19 I was a bit nervous. However, once you come in, the environment is super inviting. The facilities are very clean. The staff is super friendly and they are very nice. Everyone has their masks on and there is clear barrier in all stations, even in the nail/toes drying station. When my toes where drying I received a complimentary shoulder massage and I was in heaven. My feet are so renewed. Thank you very much and many blessings. Will definitely return very soon.

Outstanding nail salon! The staff is warm and welcoming. They are very accommodating and do a wonderful job on my nails. Joanne and Angie do wonderful gel manicures and shape my nails exactly how I ask. Would 100% recommend this place!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! first visit is my last visit. I called to make an appointment to get an acrylic tip correction and booked a regular manicure for my mother. however, when we got inside, they had both of us wait and my mother went in the car because it took too long. my appointment turned out to be a gel manicure correction because they don’t perform acrylic tip sets and don’t have the powder. i was totally misled on the phone and they took other customers who also had an appointment in front of us.

First off...Ive had a LOT of bad experiences in nail salons in the past. BUT! Franklin Nail and Spa was AMAZING!!! From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the three talented and polite women that helped achieve a beautiful end result. The owner and staff all worked together seamlessly!!! If youre looking for a new nail salon, this is your place!!! You wont be disappointed 💜💜

Always treated like a VIP here! Love it! You get your appointment on time, they listen to how you want your nail shape, the massages are great that come with your manicure and pedicure! All the employees are very nice and the owner is great.

Steve is the funny, sweet very organized owner, and Jay gives a nice massage and had an excellent pedicure. They made me a VIP member n having dermabrasion facial with Jinie next week. One of the most cleanest friendliest and professional place I have ever used.I recommend highly. The manager took the time to escort me out with his umbrella because it was drizzling outside. Thats a great custo9care.

Their quality, service and attention to detail is unmatched. They really took their time and did a spectacular job. Gel nail polish looks absolutely perfect, unchipped 3 weeks later.

I was in the area waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I was able to walk in and get a mani pedi, for which I was very thankful, as it was near closing time. My back up plan was to sit in the library nearby. I was very happy they made it work and made me feel like a princess doing hands and feet at the same time. Thank you for your hard work! You made my night!

Dont always listen to bad reviews. This place is great and the attention to detail is amazing. A little pricier then my previous place but worth it. Pedicures are fantastic and my nails havent looked better.
