I LOVE this place! We found Vape Citi to have Excellent prices, and even better customer service. They were very reasonable on prices, and totally went the extra mile.As truckers, we visit vape shops across the country, but this was among the best. Would recommend to anyone, and will be back if we ever come back out to the Fullerton area.

Cool little shop. The guy that helped me was very chill. I’m new to vaping but he helped me pick out a new setup and was very patient with all my questions. Prices seemed higher than anything online but that’s expected when buying in a shop and I’m glad to support a small business. Will be coming back in the future.

Dude working the front counter was no help at all. The only employee in the store and the guy could only answer questions about the price of stuff. Staff could use some looking at but the store was clean and had fair prices.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a vape shop. Worst customer service- younger guy was working the front who claimed he was all alone today which was his excuse for not doing his job? I bought a close to $30 bottle of juice. The cashier watched me open it and it immediately exploded. The cashier then stared at me and did nothing about it. He had an attitude like he was too good to help me, wasnt even going to attempt to be helpful in any way. So, I suggested/asked if he could contact his boss. Maybe he texted his boss, mb he didnt, idk? Waited for a while and cashier continued to do nothing. Got frustrated and tired of waiting, guess Im out $30. Sucks. Im not going to beg to get customer service. Dont waste your money. Dont go here.

Sold me an item for twice the price it was anywhere and then refused to accept it for return after 30 minutes.Incredibly rude manager told me I didnt know anything and if I came back into the store he would hound me with questions before he would sell anything. Also, if I wanted to speak to the store owner it would be pointless because hell make sure he is right there to tell his side of the story.If you want to be up charged double and then talked to like less than a customer, shops here!

I am giving this place a one star because of my previous visits with other staff that have been super helpful and friendly however tonight I went in with someone eles, that I work with that I recommend, he was looking for a vape within his budget and asked if there is any sales or deals, the guy behind the counter was abit rude and very friendly, I felt as if I was interupting or inconveniencing him in someway, he finally recommended paying cash he would give us a deal which we paid $50 cash for a vape, which was I guess was a good deal., soon after we got home plugged in the vape, the led was not lit, so we returned to the store and asked the guy about the led, the guy was extremley rude and said there is nothing I can do, all sales are finally, if you didnt open the box maybe a different story so your Beat was his words! Very unproffesional and beyond rude, my question is how are you suppose to know anything is wrong with a product if you dont try it out!! It was literally an hour ago. I would Never recommend this place to anyone.

A business should be open on time. Info says store opens at 11:00 am no one here. Guess this is what happens when children are running a business. I dont have time to waste during my day. Vape city is not reliable.

If I could give this place a zero. Overly priced location knowledge of products is poor. Your better off going to Dr. Vapor warehouse or flawless vape. I dont recommend here its a rip off place for cheap units that not even near high or mid end products.

Had a terrible experience, but I cant blame the whole staff or establishment. I went to sample some flavors and it turns out some of the sample containers werent 0mg of nicotine. I left there and it hit me while driving, extreme dizziness and nausea that lasted for hours. Double check.
