Two Knight Vapors

Right away when I walked into the store felt very unwelcomed the guy seemed annoyed to have a customer. The guy was irritated when I asked a few questions on flavors then only gave me two companies. Named them off really quickly and got more attitude when I asked again. The store is very small and almost empty. I think the local smoke shops have more variety than this place. Guessing they are readying to shut down. They also dont even sell single coils.... Wont ever shop here again.

Ive been buying all my vapor products from here for 3-4 years. I wont go anywhere else, they carry the best juices (some you cant get anywhere else and they are awesome). They always have the best mods and coils at reasonable prices and have always been friendly and helpful for me and my wife.

The selection is incredibly limited which would be forgivable if the customer service was at least ok, but every time I walk in there, whoevers working just looks at me like I interrupted something important hes doing, gives a very heavy sigh, and to be honest, just arent very knowledgeable about the product theyre selling. They need new employees that actually want to work there. I will personally be driving anywhere else besides this place, Ive given them several chances and dont plan to give them another one.

The guy working there was very helpful, greeted me as I came in and nice. Last time I went in there waa two bearded men who were very short with me and didnt seem to interested in helping me when I was new to vaping also they had vaped in the store to the point you couldnt even see anything. Much better experience this time around Ill be going back in now for sure!

Decent prices, nice and informative owner. Prices are a tad higher but you dont have to cross the bridge. You cannot buy single coils here you have to buy whole packs. Not that its a bad thing, help keep our local buisnesss strong.

The two bearded men that I have worked with are amazing. The owner has made it so that I will drive to anywhere but his store. I bought a vape and was having trouble with the coil. I went through a pack of 5 in less than 48 hours. He checked it and said that I needed to let the juice soak into the coil. I still had problems and the hits were burning my throat.I did a little research on the web and found many pages of complaints about the cotton in the coil being to tighe and the juice not being able to soak in. I returned to the store today to talk to the owner about it. He made me feel that another company would appericaite my business more than his store would. So I will find someone who is helpful and not rude . Although his employees are kind , I do not want him to have my money!

Bad customer service doesnt even do this place justice. They treat everyone like complete garbage and act as though the customer is a nuisance all together. Asking simple questions will get you a short, irritated and condescending answer. Theres another shop right down the hill with good service, better prices, and THEY will actually help you.. without making you feel stupid for asking.

Only vape shop in town, but the couple that owns and runs the place really want to make sure youre satisfied and staying healthy. Knowledgeable about the current politics, safety, advocacy etc...They do a good job keeping up with the latest and greatest gear, while catering even to single customers requests for products.

Always friendly, always helpful. Very knowledgeable staff who takes the time to inform, demonstrate how different units operate and who, in my experiences there (both stores) try to give you the best bang for the buck and dont attempt to upsell.

Some of the worst costumer service Ive ever experienced. The younger fat guy that works in there will make you feel dumb over differences in opinion and has some sort of social disorder. Buyer be ware because trying to get an item refunded due to even factory defects is like trying to get Tom Cruise to do a movie without a motorcycle chase scene in it. Impossible.

As mentioned in other reviews the customer service is a joke. The place was dead when I came and and the the guy at the counter had 0 enthusiasm to help me. I wasnt sure what I wanted and was hoping he would have recommendations and he was clearly unwilling to he helpful. Wont go back again. No wonder it was so dead in there.

Very very helpful, went threw all the steps necessary on several different mods and then helped me put it together. Couldn’t ask for better service. Many thanks to this young man. I’m enjoying my new mod

They have good products say reasonable prices but the employee that I have delt with twice doesnt seem to know exactly what works together. The reason I still come back is because he always tries to make things right.

Decent selection of juice. They have a little of everything. Not a huge selection of mods or tanks but they carry new stuff.

Nothing but Love for them thay are allways good to all people and are available a lot of days with a very flexible schedule Im proud to be their customers

Staff has gotten better over the past few months nice juice selection and reasonably priced only thing that would be better was if they were open later

Owner is a jerk. But they got good liquid. Wont return unless I absolutely have too.

This store is a joke! Worst selection around and the customer service is horrible! I would highly recommend not wasting your time at this store!
