Elements Massage

I began going to Elements Massage in Glendale since May of this year. The one thing I absolutely love is the process of pairing you with the right therapist based on your needs. The Massage Therapists are highly knowledgeable, attentive and truly listens to my needs. I HIGHLY recommend booking a massage today! Jeff, Jack and Allison are amazing massage therapists that I have seen. The associates in the lobby are kind, polite and professional. Overall a great experience from the moment you walk through the door until you book your next appointment.

Great customer service from the front desk. Isiah is a great massage therapist. He listens to me regarding my areas that need special attention and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Victoria was amazing. She did the exact deep tissue pressure that I needed and check-in on me throughout the massage. Was also very accommodating with my 4 year old sons needs since I couldn’t get a babysitter last minute. Look forward to a massage next week.

Jack at the Elements on 59th is honestly the best. Made me feel incredibly comfortable at my first ever massage. He is laidback and listens to you every step of the way. 15/10 would recommend.

Nicole was great and staff was nice but I feel it’s very expensive for the value. I booked a hour massage and you actually only get 50 mins which sucks I feel that should be made more clear when booking. Plus they just want to get more money out of you with a membership, and the tipping is thrown in your face like everywhere now days. After already spending $120 or something for 50 mins. It was nice and clean though which I appreciated.

Had a wonderful relaxing experience at Elements, went w/ my sister for a day of pampering while visiting her in Arizona. Anani was very caring, pleasant and thorough. She made it a very enjoyable experience.

The front desk staff is super friendly! My masseuse Shellie is AMAZING! She takes her time to work out every knot and has you leaving feeling 10 years younger every time!

Jack did an amazing job. I had been so stiff and sore from sitting at my desk all day and just life stress. After the massage I felt sooooo much better! Really helped me a lot. Will be going back again for sure!

From the moment I walked into the door It was perfect! The receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions. I booked a massage because I was having some severe back pain. The massage with Jeff was outstanding. I added the hot stones and eucalyptus essential oils and It could have have been more perfect. Jeff was so professional, attentive and even gave me some ways to help ease my lower back pain between massages! I will definitely be back!

The front desk associates are always very helpful and friendly. The massage therapists are very skilled, professional. Jack is the second Therapist Ive seen here and hes great at fixing my tight neck. 10/10Ive been a member for a year now because TREAT YOURSELF.

Been going here for years and they always get it right. The place is clean and the therapists are all courteous and listens to whatever you need for a relaxing massage.

Used to be my go to place for massages. Prices going up and now they have “elite” therapists that cost more. I’ve been going to to the same person for over a year and suddenly she is elite. I notice no difference in the quality of massage so not sure what elite means other than an excuse to charge more. Starting to try and upsale also.

I used to go to Massage Envy but wasnt ready to commit to their monthly plan. After every service I was pressured into joining their membership program. Not really what you want after a relaxing massage. When I started going to Elements Massage, I always got an amazing massage and never once felt pressured once I checked out. They would casually remind me about the membership each time, but that was it. No pushing beyond that. I felt so comfortable with them that I finally got the membership and was not disappointed in the least!

Ive been a member here for years now. I get migraines often, so massages are a must have. Thank you Jack for helping relieve all the tension and stress. I would highly recommend him. He gives the best deep tissue. Absolutely makes my weekend better. Thanks

I said after my first massage at this location I would never come back because the parking is stressful. I was desperate because I injured my neck and back earlier this week and my massage scheduled at another location got canceled. Looking back at it now I’m really happy my massage was canceled at a different location because Jack was one of the best massage Therapist I’ve ever seen. I’ve been getting massages for over 15 years now and he is definitely in my top three. Jack made me feel so relaxed, his pressure was perfect and he is very professional. I told the lady at the front Jack is the only reason why I’m willing to return back and pre-booked my next appointment. I would give Jack 10 stars but this location will only get three from me due to the cons I’ve listed below.List of cons:1. Horrible parking2. They do not have hot towels3. The owners of this location knows the concern clients have with the parking and refuse to do anything about it because it will cost extra to reserve parking for their clients.4. They do not offer water at the end of the session5. Parking is stressful

Jack at the Glendale location was amazing! I felt great afterward! He really took care of the issues I was having. I will recommend 60 min goes by quick so book 90 min instead! I cant wait for my next appt!

So I got a free massage from this company because it was a Christmas gift. Well they schedule a appointment for the next month but I cancel the massage because I didn’t have the money. Well two weeks later I was charge for massage I never receive. I called them and told them what happened and they said I needed to come in and filled some paper work. Nobody told me that I had to do this when I sign up for first massage. I have called countless times to cancel my subscription but I keep getting charge each month for a massage I never receive. I would gladly gone to them personally to cancel the subscription but I have no car. I don’t understand why I couldn’t cancel them through the phone. Do not get a massage here

I originally joined the Elements in Goodyear and LOVE THAT LOCATION, the staff and my massage therapist are AWESOME!! I recently moved closer to the Glendale (Utopia) location and decided to TRY it out. The staff was nice and friendly. The Atmosphere was clean and welcoming. However, my massage therapist greeted me 5 min after the hour, and then yes that time was counted along with my changing time towards my 1-hour. The parking lot is NOT the most ideal (it’s a very nice but a busy plaza) but I could definitely live with it IF they would of delivered on what I requested. I was VERY Specific when I scheduled my appointment about NEEDING a therapist that specialized in DEEP TISSUE. Although their first suggestion was completed booked, their second suggestion unfortunately could not satisfy my needs and I’m still struggling with a tight low back because the pressure wasn’t what I needed. Although the She (The therapist) was VERY nice, professional and friendly, she also recognized during the session that she wasn’t a good fit for my needs. So I basically wasted a session.

Liberty was an excellent massage therapist. However, when I cancelled my membership, the management honored it one month but then stole my money because my card was still on file. They claimed the cancellation wasn’t confirmed but they skipped a month and dishonestly stole from me the next month! I don’t recommend them at all!!

Elizabeth was amazing and exactly what and who I needed for my massage! I will definitely be back again and again! The receptionist person was very nice and friendly, a nice change from other massage places. I am not new to massages and was afraid I would not find a massage therapist as good as my last one who left this line of business, but so glad I found Elizabeth! I highly recommend The Elements Massage in Glendales Citadel Center at 59th Ave and Utopia (just south of Loop 101)!

Katie was great. All the staff are very sweet and friendly.

My husband and I had a couples massage and loved every minute. Elizabeth and Kevin were just exceptional. Very attentive, very professional, and very friendly. What a wonderful, relaxing experience.

Matt was a great massage therapist, the massage was great (and strong! I requested level 3) and it we also had a good conversation. I felt a lot better especially in my upper back area also the next day - my shoulder blades were way more open than usually!The only reason for 4 stars is that they made me wear a mask in the waiting area. We should be over it now, it has nothing to do with safety. Luckily Matt didnt make me wear one for the session.

The massage was decent, but not worth the money. The price is steep, even at the intro price, and if you come in for an hour massage, be warned it’s only 50 min. They count your dress and undressing as 10 min??? And charge you for it! I’ve been to many places for massage, and this is the only one I have been charged to take my clothes off at!On top of all that, the parking at this location is horrendous. I drove around for 8min trying to get a parking space, which took even more time off my massage as it made me later.All that said and done, the front desk, rather than sympathize simply tried to up-sale me on a monthly plan.Recommendation: go to a different location with better management and better parking.*The reply from the establishment makes it clear that they either did not read the review, or they fail to recognize that it is not the therapist that was the problem, but rather the front desk/administration, and facility parking.

You are greeted upon entering the establishment.. Staff is exceptional in helping to schedule appointments and recommdations.The place is neat and clean. I really love to visit Elements because I know the quality of my massage will be better than most places. Elements is located within a few miles if my home. Parking is always available.

I have been a member at Elements Massage for nearly two years and I love it. I recommend the membership to all of my family and friends. Massages are catered to your exact needs and the therapists are great at relieving stress, pain, and muscle aches. In addition, the front office staff is very nice; they greet you with a warm smile and are willing to help make your experience as nice as possible. I will definitely continue going back!

What a fantastic place! I’ve been going here for a few years now and I absolutely love the atmosphere and the people. I’ve seen many therapists and have to say they all do a wonderful job. I went here all through my pregnancy and Brittany took great care of me. Heather is also a fave with her heavier pressure to work out my kinks but without leaving me sore after. The subscription makes it easy to book recurring appts without much thought.

I really like the ambiance of the waiting room - its quiet with dim lighting, and you can smell samples of the aromatherapy oils, etc. which helps you get into the right frame of mind & prepare for 90 minutes of pampering. Plus Lindsay is absolutely fantastic! You cant beat the quality of the massage for the member price - the total experience is way better than several hotel spas Ive tried in the valley!!!

Beautiful, calming environment. Got lost around the buildings, but Brianna called and was nice enough to come out of the building and find me. Massage was wonderful - massage therapist focused on areas I requested and checked in often on pressure. Great experience all around!

I had a massage with Rene and she was amazing. She listened to my needs and checked in on my throughout the massage and her pressure and technique were on point. I didn’t sign up for a membership but I felt the staff was nice and I never felt pressured. I will definitely be back!

Great experience start to finish. Highly recommended. The massage therapist paid careful attention where I needed it most and offered some stretches to do at home/work for better self care. The month to month massage membership includes great additional perks at a really good price!

I had a wonderful massage at Elements at Arrowhead the other day. My therapist was Patricia. She was very professional and truly listened to me on type of pressure I needed. I would definitely recommend her. Also, the staff was very friendly and efficient.Josephine

The clinic practices safe social distancing policies, checks client temperatures and makes sure everyone is wearing masks taking public health and safety seriously. The office staff was helpful and friendly. Brandi was extremely friendly and professional. She did an amazing job and was very thorough, paying specific attention to problem areas. When the session was over she gave me a card with a recommended “care plan” of sorts of things I can/should do at home to help with pain, types of treatment and massage frequency that would be most beneficial for my condition, and the names of alternate colleagues that she recommended that are suited to the type of massage and pressure strength I need/prefer if she is not available when I try to schedule my next appointment. So glad I used the Groupon, cheaper than Massage Envy and just as professional and good with clients.

Stay away! I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now. The manager said it was cancelled and I signed the cancellation form and yet they keep charging me every month. It’s hard to get through to the manager. They gave me a refund for last month and THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN this month. I feel like I can’t get away from them.

Went in for an introductory one hour massage a couple months ago. Massage was good, not great. The reason that I wouldnt go back would be that I was taken back to the room at 11:03 and by the time the therapist came back in it had to be 11:05. Upon completion, I got up and checked my phone and it was 11:53 for a total of 48 minutes.

This place is horrible. I was late to a session for an hour and they wouldn’t see me but charged me $90. I am not from the city and had trouble finding the place. The lady at the front lacked empathy and asked me if I wanted a receipt and wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not will you ever get $250 out of me for a $120 massage. Go upscale, the customer service is worth the extra dollars. Unfortunately all the other nice places were booked because it’s Valentine’s Day.

I have had really great experiences here. I enjoy all of the massages I have had from multiple massage therapists. I really like how they have the cut out belly table for pregnant women. Its so nice to be able to lay on your stomach during pregnancy!

I got my husband & I our first couples massage. When I spoke with the receptionist and explained my concerns, whats it like? Are we really in the same room? Is it more for 2 people rather then both singly? She answered all my questions honestly. The couples massage was excellent & just how she told me. I signed up for the 6 month membership that my husband and I have been able to enjoy together. He now reminds me when we need to get back in

Highly recommend Shellie. My back was out for 2 weeks. She got rid of the pain in one session!

Ariana is the best massage therapist especially if you need some deep tissue work also she’s very affordable definitely one of their best massage therapist

I love this place. The staff here is always nice and accommodating and their hours of operation make it easy to schedule any day almost any time. They have aromatherapy, himalayan hot stones and other options to compliment your massage and have various locations.

Elements Massage conducts business very poorly. I canceled my membership and was told that I would be able to receive the $69 rate for 60 days which ended on July 1. I made an appointment for May 31st to receive the lesser charge. On the morning of May 31st I receive an email to remind me of my Non-member appointment. I was then charged $99 in the Glendale office. I was told that the 60 day grace period ended on the 31th and not the 1st and who ever told me that I could have the 31st appointment for $69 was wrong. Very dishonest.

Received my 1 hr massage as a birthday gift and couldnt be happier. Professional staff at desk and my masseuse was great. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire experience. Highly recommend!

The massage was wonderful. I chose a deep tissue massage focusing on my neck and back. The therapist Destiny has very strong fingers and definitely worked on the tense points in those areas. I will definitely be returning to elements massage. My only complaints is that the massage did not last the full hour (finished like 10 min early) and normally when I get these massages my arms are also massaged, but this was not the case. Overall my neck and back felt much better after the appointment so I was pleased.

Message therapist are great. I stopped going 2 yrs ago when I found out how little the pay their therapist but charge such high prices for their messages. Started out paying $59 for their monthly plan now its $79 add a tip and thats almost $100.

Ive truly had one of the best massages there and my wife loves them. The ambience is really tranquil and the staff is really good. You leave feeling so free and relaxed.

I feel like I have been searching for my perfect masseuse for EVER....and I finally found her at Elements. Ive had numerous massages in the past, usually by different therapists and some of been great, some of been so-so, but Alexandria is WOW! She gets the job done, but doesnt make you feel to crappy afterwards (you know, the soreness and tenderness). She is great and I would highly recommend her if you want a great and relaxing massage, but also a productive one that gets the knots out as well.

Jeff is so amazing. I was having a lot of pain and needed trigger point therapy but I try to avoid trigger point therapy until the pain is unbearable because it always hurts to get them released. This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage with trigger points and it didn’t hurt. I felt them releasing and it was pressure but it wasn’t painful. I felt sooo much better after I left I couldn’t believe. I always thought trigger point therapy was supposed to cause pain when being released. I have a new favorite therapist! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend him.

5 stars for the employees. Professional and polite. 2 stars for management. I was a member and had 4 paid massages left. I had back surgery and would not be able to utilize the massages for quite some time. Instead of getting a refund I was only given a choice of putting the money onto gift cards at $10.00 each another $40.00 bucks. TO top it off I was a told that offer was a limited time. I was insulted by the money grubbing situation. I had to walk away from about $280.00 bucks worth of unused business. I know I signed a contract, but the whole deal left a bad taste in my mouth. Moral of the story is Dont sign up for the membership you never know what can happen in the future and you,will be stuck paying for services not rendered. I rather support the indepandent massage therapist rather than corporate bullies.

If I could give a zero I would.Just to be clear the message therapist is awesome, but I will NEVER do business with a company who treats their customers this way.I went in for an hour and a half message. Fully relaxed as I am checking out. Message costs $150.00 fine.Go to check out and the ONLY thing the staff is concerned with is getting you to sign up for monthly membership.As this girl is trying to persuade we to sign up for monthly membership I notice a gift card program on the counter. 2 Ninety minute messages for $179.00 . She never mentions this. I ask about buying the gift card now and using one of the massages on todays appointment. Yeah. I would have saved 130 dollars.Response, I already ran your card, you can spend another 179.00 dollars and use it next time. Reasonable response on my side, just void the transaction and re-run it for the gift card amount.Her response, I am not authorized to void a transaction and the manager wont be available for at least 24 hours.So I have sat here with the relaxation effects if the $150 message instantly gone, and a company, that cant even fix a charging issue for 24 hours.No way to do business in my books.Buyer beware. They ONLY want your money, they can talk all they want about the benefits of message, but not their prime concern.Client gone for Good.

Ive been a member at Elements for 8 years and as with any place, there have certainly been changes in that time, but my experience has been overall very positive.Being active, I prefer a very deep, therapeutic style and both Maya and Tracy exceed my expectations every time I go in.Tracy is who I go to when I need to get my hips to loosen up after many hours in an airplane.Ill probably regret writing this because shes going to book up even further in advance, but Maya has been especially key in helping me deal with ongoing shoulder pain and continues to explore new techniques to help release stubborn trigger points for long term relief. She really understands muscle anatomy to help get to the root of pain points and makes suggestions to help address the issues.

Front desk was helpful and gave all the pertinent information. My masseuse was amazing and very thorough. Highly recommend this location.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Ive seen 3 different therapists and all have been great! They listen to your needs and adjust accordingly. If I need certain areas worked, or just relaxation, that is what Ill get. They give suggestions for self care afterwards which is helpful too.

I have been a member at this location for about a year now. I enjoy my monthly massages and feel great afterwards. The location has a very pleasant atmosphere with polite receptionists. And, my therapist, Joseph, is amazing - he personalizes the treatments for what is ailing me.

Paid for an hour massage. Therapist came out 5 after the hr to get me. We didnt start until about a quarter after, then ended 10 till. There are other places around the valley who offer a full 60 min massage for about the same price. They try and sell you on their monthly service at every stage making it even less relaxing.On the plus side, the therapists hands were awesome.

DO NOT GO TO ELEMENTS MASSAGE!! They will try to get you to sign up for their monthly program where you only pay $99 per month for an hour and a half massage. Once you do this, if your credit card changes and you do not contact them immediately, they will take all of the money you have paid towards massages (massages you have paid for and intended to use at a later date) and keep it and say that it was in the small fine print. They are scam artists!! When I tried calling and speaking to the Manager, all she wanted to do was argue and when I asked for the Owners name, she refused to give it. I wanted my $500 back and instead they kept it and said oh well, you did not call right away and give us your new credit card number. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

Im from out of state on a mini vacation away from kids. I wanted a massage to start my vacation. The plus side is they got me in the same day, but I gave two stars because my therapist, Christopher wouldnt stop talking about everything he knows about muscles. He seems REALLY rushed and out of breath and i felt like he was trying to get me done so he can move on. Probably the worst massage Ive ever had.There were also A LOT of people in the waiting room which made it way crowded. The whole atmosphere felt rushed.EDIT: the manager messaged me to compensate for my bad experience. I will update my review if it goes well.

They have covid protocols in place (mask policy, temp taking, hand sanitizer etc). Studio is very clean. I recieved a wonderful massage that was very much needed. My massage therapist was thourough and professional. The front desk employees were kind and informative. Ill definitely be going back.

Started going there 8 years ago, the therapists are excellent but the way the front staff conduct business is apauling. They can’t talk on the phone properly, have to keep asking each other questions regarding simple requests. Every time I go there, there is a problem. 4 years ago my hubby and I went for a couples massage...his therapist didn’t turn up, 3 years ago I went in for my personal deep tissue and was told my therapist had a family problem, according to the front staff they had tried all morning to get ahold of me, they had the right # but my phone told me no one had called, I rescheduled and yet again a therapist wasn’t there , when I talked to them all I got was attitude. This March for my birthday my husband bought me a 90 minute massage ( not knowing my intolerance for this place )and was told I could use it in 45 min increments...not true they wouldn’t do that... so it ended up wasted. I gave them many chances and they continue to screw up...Never again.

I have never had a bad experience! As soon as I walk in the door and am greeted I start to relax. The lighting and music are relaxing and the employees are caring and listen to your needs. You cant go wrong having a massage here!

I was given a gift certificate for a massage at Elements and picked the closest one to me on 59th Ave. The place is very attractive and calming. When you walk in, they give you a questionnaire to help with what your needs and requests are. I made them aware that I had NEVER had a massage so to me that meant, take it easy on me. Well, when I went into the room, I told the masseuse that I had requested a 3 from 1-4 in pressure but that since I was brand new to this, I would trust the masseuse to use her judgement on me. She agreed and said she would start out light and go from there. I hate to say it but if she started out at a 1, it was different than my 1. She was massaging muscles that had never been touched before and some of it was quite painful. One time, I told her to lighten up and she did a little. I have to say, after that massage, I am not a big fan! Some of it is my own fault for not speaking up and some of it is hers - for not being a little more soft to the touch since she knew I was a newbie. All in all, a nice place and with the right masseuse or better communication, would probably be good for most.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Lillian cares about the person she is working on, she listens to the needs/concerns, and provides the perfect therapeutic massage needed. The results bring healing and peace within the body and spirit every time. I am so grateful for Lillian and elements massage in Glendale.

I was there for a nice 2 hour massage with Ashley. She was FANTASTIC!!!!I highly recommend going to Elements Massage at the Citadel before/during the holidays. Or, hint..hint..they have gift certificates...✔...lol. Then you can grab a bite at any of the fine dining establishments located within the Citadel, walking distance away from Elements Massage💆. I have been to Elements Massage twice now, with two different massage therapists. Both were amazing, and took the time to really find out my needs and what I wanted from their massages. I have already booked my next massage and plan to have many more there!

The therapists are good, but the management/owners need a change. I see multiple positive reviews on google and yelp that were written by managers, owners, or friends of owners. The energy here is quite negative. The front desk people have to sell sell sell, even if it means they have to be cut throat with each other. Not much of a friendly team energy.

Elements is a very professional and relaxing experience, The staff is friendly, it is always clean and organized. My wife and I go for the couples massage and always feel so much better afterwards. While everyone there is great, Kimberly is one of my favorites.Thanks,Justin

Love this location! Elements Massage has helped me recover from a previous sports-related injury. The staff is friendly and Brittany is one of the best massage therapists in the business. Definitely recommend this location to others.

I had a horrible migraine that lingered for days so I went in to Elements Massage in the Citadel Plaza. Kim at the front desk was super nice and helped me choose the massage therapists she felt would be best in assisting with my issue. I ended up selecting Nathanial and I am SO glad I did! He was very professional. He asked what areas were bothering me, gave me options on which pressure or relief method I wanted to try, and kept checking throughout the massage to ensure that he wasnt making me too uncomfortable (I did not go in for a nice relaxing massage - it was a full on workout of the muscles to stretch them and break up the tension and knots...i.e. can be very painful!) He did a magnificent job and really loosened me up and got the blood flowing. Phenomenal experience all around and I will be going back as soon as my busy schedule allows!

Im a runner and have been in to see Nathaniel twice. He is a terrific massage therapist and extremely knowledgeable about running-related injuries. Appointments are also very easy to book here, nice atmosphere, friendly receptionists.

This review is for Christopher. He was hands down the best massage therapist that I have had. The parlor itself worked with me on some gift certificates I had as well.So, good service.. DEFINITELY ask for Christopher.

Update: BEWARE: When you sign a form to cancel membership, Elements will try to charge you ONE MORE MONTH in order to end your membership. My charge was originally waved because I canceled right at the beginning of the month. My last charge was March 2018 and the manager said she would not charge me for April.The assistant manager Kiara then reached out and offered 6 gifts certificates for anyone of my choice to use for the 6 months that I was charged. I contacted my bank and was able to get 4 of the 6 charges refunded. I called Elements back to get the remaining 2 gift certificates. The assistant manager Kiara no longer worked there, and the new manager Kaila Viscarra refused to honor any gift certificates, only sessions that I could use.I called to complain. I wanted the 2 session I was owed and my only session there had not been pleasant. Kaila said they would count my cancellation as a session, so I would only get 1 session back even though I was supposed to have 6 sessions prior to my bank refunding 4 sessions. They want to charge me a cancellation fee which I was originally told was waived by a manager. Kaila mentioned issuing a refund (which turned out to be a complete a lie), had the front desk call to schedule only 1 session.Bottom line: Elements Massage is only out for money. They dont care about screwing over customers. They have a ridiculous policy of charging members another month just because they want to cancel. There are other places that can offer good massages without money schemes and ridiculous cancellation policies. Dont trust this company and save yourself the trouble.-------Original:I was a client here in September 2018. Massage was ok but the therapist used a painful pinching and rolling motion that I was not a fan of. Afterward, the front desk aggressively tried to sell their monthly wellness program. I felt bad for the woman, thinking she needed to make a quota. She said I could call and cancel before the 1st of the month if I changed my mind.DO NOT SIGN UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT THE SERVICE. I called on September 29th and left a voice message to cancel. I thought everything was cancelled and taken care of. THEY DO NOT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP OVER THE PHONE. Elements continued to charge my card for months, and I never received a notification or receipt of any transaction.You have to sign a document over email or in person to officially cancel. Management refused to refund any of the charges despite my never receiving any receipts or notification of my card being charged.If you like the massage and monthly program, great. But new customers beware!! I am disputing the transactions with my bank. Elements has terrible customer service.

Had a wonderful massage thanks to Brittany! She addressed my issues for arthritis and scoliosis. My only regret is that I didnt do an extra half hour. I will definitely be returning!

Greedy! Worst experience ever!!During booking the session I asked the representative if they have any groupon available. Representative informed the first time customer offer is applied and session reduced to 99$. After booking the session(99$ for 90 minutes) I just checked groupon and found all other elements massage center have offers, they are charging only 69$ for 90 minutes session. I called them back but the representative told me they will charge 45$ to cancel my appointment and she never heard a word - groupon during previous conversation. It did not take more than 5 minutes to call them back but they were not willing to cancel the appointment for free. After hearing her words I decided not to go here anymore and to inform everyone about this center and their worst behavior. My advise to everyone is do not go to this center any more, these people only cares about money not about service, also they do not care what feed back customers are going to give.

My massage experience with Candy at Elements in Glendale was an A+. She is an excellent masseuse...kind, caring and VERY GOOD at what she does. The staff is terrific as well. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend Elements at Citadelle. Each and every therapist I have had has been professional and courteous, in addition to attentive to any needs or issues I may have. The environment is very relaxing and soothing. I always leave there feeling refreshed and recharged!

My most recent massage here was with Alexandria and I was impressed! She was very knowledgeable. She listened well to the concerns I had and applied the information accordingly during my massage.

The massage is fine however they dont wash your feet before whole-body massage. yukkk. With their prices which are quite expensive even with the promo I expected at least something as basic as washing the feet to be done. I have massages in other places and even cheap Chinese/Thai massages wash the feet for a full-body massage. Will get my massage somewhere else. Also when I filled out a form I checked the box that says I dont want to get emails from them but I still did.

Deborah did an excellent job with my deep tissue massage. I could have used 2 hours not just one! She also gave me some great suggestions when I left for helping with stress and muscle tension! Highly recommend Elements!

I recently met the store manager, Ilar, at a golf event here in Phoenix. When I learned of her position at Elements, I discussed several issues I had been experiencing for some time now regarding pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. She listened closely, seemed genuinely interested in my condition, and recommended a deep tissue therapy at her shop. I was inclined to follow her suggestion as she also set me up with a wonderful first-time customer package (thanks again, Ilar!). The session was incredible as was Karen, my therapist. Ilar and the rest of the staff at Elements are obviously caring professionals who take their jobs very seriously, and they truly are in a class of their own. I will definitely be returning soon!

Massage here are ok but not great. Most of massage therapist that work here are just out of massage school with very little experience. Management doesnt really care about there therapist, thats why no one likes to work for them. I used to work for them for 6yrs until i had enough

First APPT. Was ok. Second was horrible experience. Massage therapist was changed without notice. No attempt to email me when phone # DIDNT work. SAID nothing to me as I sat there for 10-15 min. In their lobby prior to APPT. Staff was dismissive and made no effort to communicate the change. Massage therapist replacement was much less experienced though that would have been ok. I filled out their TERMINATION FORM the following Mon. .I CANCELLED my last appointment at that time. Even though they had the correct phone number that Mon., their GM WHO was present when I filled out my TERMINATION FORM never followed up with me even though her receptionist went back and told her I was there. Then almost three weeks after I had terminated EVERYTHING, they emailed me saying they were going to bill me for not giving them 24 hours notice of the cancellation of the appointment. COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCONSISTENT THERAPIST SKILL LEVELS, AND FAILURE TO FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS, AND ATTEMPTS TO BILL FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED.

My experience is always a positive experience. The massage therapists always answer my questions and I always feel very relaxed after each session.

Every time Ive gone to Elements Massage Ive had a great experience! The only bad side to this location is parking availability during peak hours at surrounding businesses, which isnt really that big of an issue if youre prepared! :)

DO NOT GET A MEBERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!The Management policies here are bordering on illegal in my opinion! My girlfriend and I both got memberships and set up monthly billing accounts, after using their facility a couple of times we moved and opted to use a location closer to home. After multiple times of being billed multiple times in a month we wanted to transfer the billing to our new location, nope! cant do that! So now we have been attempting to cancel our membership at this location but they are pulling from the SCAM playbook by making jump through hoops just to cancel! We cant cancel over the phone, or DocuSign, or email, or fax or any other form of communication available since the 1980s! Noooooo! the ONLY way to cancel a membership is to take time out of our day to drive all the way out to their location to sign the cancellation paper IN PERSON! I can buy a house easier than it is to cancel you membership at this location! Bad business practices if you have to resort to these methods to retain membership customers!!!!!!

Its a great place to do a deep tissue massage. Charles is a great person to give a great deep tissue massage. I recommend him for any who has a strong pain in his back . The staff is very nice and kind . The place is vey relaxing.

The massage was below average, but what made me mad was when I was leaving, they tried to sell, sell, sell on more and more massages. When I didnt buy any more, they didnt honor the coupon and charged me $79 for the 55 minutes! Stay away from this place.

Ive been there twice, with Candy. Her techniques are excellent, last time giving extra focus and pressure to tension in my shoulders. She demonstrates genuine care that everything was to my satisfaction.

Jeff he handled me with great care intentive to my pain and I learned things about my body there massage techniques. I lift humans double and triple my weight. I needed this for myself not for fun but because it was very much needed.
