This is my favorite vape shop Ive been coming to this location for years now and never had a bad experience. They always have everything I need and Im my opinion have some of if not the best house juice, dark yota in particular. If your in the area and looking for great service, knowledgeable employees and a good experience you would be doing yourself a disservice not stopping by.

Super nice place here . They have a TV lounge , coffee tables with chairs . Air conditioned such a nice change .. All the stores needed for living located at these intersection . Best vape shop in The Valley, I drive 25 miles to go tonthe Blue Dragon. They know me and have had the same awesone employees working there for a long time. FREE pool table to relax and nice couches and a big TV to watch. Sean the manager is always friendly and informative and they make there own juice at the store and have many other choices with free samples.I highly recommend Blue Dragon Vapor

The people here are super nice, laid back, and knowledgeable. Theyre always able to answer my questions and give great recommendations for juice. Their prices are super low, and their house juices are great! I bounced back and forth between a bunch of different shops for a while, and had a hard time finding one that was helpful and had a good selection of juice. These guys knock it out of the park for sure. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Love the Glendale location!!! Every time I go in there, they see me walk up and have my juice out for me already, so Im in and out quick, which I like. :). This place is AWESOME! All of the items for sale are displayed very well and look very organized and professional. The store is very clean which is especially important in these times with COVID. The prices for their own branded premium juices are really good. The staff so far has been 100% amazing. Andrew has some of the best customer service you could ask for. He was knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, professional, and welcoming. He made me feel like a valued customer and I could tell that his main goal over anything else was making sure that I was happy. Really good place to buy vapes and other things

I’ve been going to this place for 3 years now. Everyone that works there is so down to earth and nice and professional. They have a great selection and their brand of juices are always on point. They also have the patience to answer any newbies questions and not make them feel dumb or bad about it. I was that newbie 3 years ago and every time I got a new mod they always helped till I felt like I understood the mod. I only wish they had more locations in Phoenix. Lol

Ive been going here for a few months even though there are vape shops closer to where I live. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! And I never get bad information or advice. These guys are great. Plus the the prices are amazing! Also the place has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I wont shop anywhere else.

I got to say Ive been going at this place for a couple years now and thats after a couple sour experiences other vape shops. I get the same order dang near every time and they usually have it ready for me. The prices are fair but theyre real big thing is the staff. I have not met a friendlier or more helpful group of people than I have at this vape shop. What really put it in perspective was today I walked in with something that they could have sold me things for but instead they told me what the problem was and how to cure it for free. super honest super friendly and super fair pricing. this place will always have my business and mostly because of the staff

Outstanding prices! From mods, tanks, to a crazy amount of juices, this place is by far the best vape shop Ive been to yet in the Phoenix area. Besides the good set-ups, the staff and building are so very welcoming. The crew here doesnt push tech, instead, they would rather play pool, bags, darts, or even watch T.V. with you. Nice set up over there. If youre planning on a visit, feel free to kick back and stay a while.

They are open until midnight 6 days a week. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The prices are outstanding! Was able to try out 2 new flavors due to the low price point. They have a great selection of manufacturers to choose from. This will be my new go to spot.

This is my absolute favorite vape shop. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They know the coils I use and my favorite juice and try to make sure its always in stock for me. When I come in they have the juice I always get ready for me! They have the best prices also. A juice that is $10 there is around $17.99 at any other vape shop.

I just moved into Glendale about 7 months ago... Ive been shopping either online or driving far distances for my vape needs. I saw the reviews posted here and had to check it out. This place is no joke, its the real deal, all the positive feedback is 100% accurate. I am now a Blue Dragon. I will not go anywhere else. Customer service, knowledgeable and awesome staff (very friendly), prices are best Ive seen! If I ever moved away from Glendale, I will travel from where ever I am in the valley to this place!!!!!

Living in Glendale, I used to travel to their Tempe location because they had great service, great prices and a fantastic juice selection. I met the owner and his wife one night and had a conversation with them outside of their shop. He told me they were wanting to open a second location on the West side and asked me where I thought would be a good spot (Im a native). Not sure if I had any influence on his choice, but their new location is literally minutes from my house. I dont miss the drive out to Tempe for juice, but I would have continued on doing so because these folks know what their doing. Thanks for opening the new location so close to me! :)

I love Blue Dragon they are so helpfull. I can go in there with problems with my vape and they help me with no problem. They are awesome and the prices are the best in town. The young girl who works there is so sweet and helpful. I love all of u ur all fantastic. Ill never go anywhere else. Love u guys so much.

Staffed by a bunch of kids who who have firearms and treat you like you dont know anything. They have no reward system that allows you to build up points for your purchases, they do not accept any returns, even for defective items, and their salt selection is terrible. Go to smoking vapor instead where they actually warranty their items and have a point system with friendly employees. UPDATE. As you can tell by the sarcastic reply from this store, the immaturity seems to run all the way up to management. I posted this review based on my experience at this store, so telling me I shouldnt post a review of my experience is very childish, hence the reason I stated this place is run by kids. I asked about any reward system they might have and was told there were none, and the same employees stated returns are not accepted, so the response to my review is not accurate. Thank you for validating my poor experiences with this business.

Service was great but my problem is i bought a 3mg Circus Cookie a couple days ago and i was so excited to try it again as I tried it a few years ago and it was 🔥 but it tastes not only bland but after maybe 3 or 4 hits my coil tastes burnt I’ve changed coils I’ve tried different tanks nothing seems to work. The juice is also very dark for only being bought Tuesday, not left in the heat at all, and it’s only a 3 mg. I kinda figure there would be no returns on a premium but i just wanted to let you guys know maybe a bad batch.

Wow, so impressed! The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. Were new to this and he gave us the complete run down. He didnt try to sell us anything that we didnt need, only what we wanted. Showed us what would be the best for us to get started and even gave suggestions for later down the line. Well definitely be going back, just a really great experience.

Checked out this shop yesterday, very relaxed vibe and the employees were super helpful. Spent some time talking about different mods. The guy I was working with was very knowledgeable and was fantastic in helping me upgrade. Will definitely be back to see what juices they have to offer

They have good juice and other products and good customer service. Only improvement Id say is the yellow tester unit that is set to 50 watts. None of the juices Ive ever tested with it have any or much discernable flavor at that low of a wattage. Please test your tester. Ive even tested juices I know I like that have rich flavor and still in the tester they have no flavor. Other than that technicality its a 5 star place. And I assume there is different tester mods. I also assume they have them turned down so amateurs dont burn up the cotton/coils but 50 watts just isnt enough to pass the flavor.

Blue Dragon is hands down the best vape shop in the valley. Great helpful staff with a very cool owner and the best prices on juices along with a great selection and low prices on mods & tanks. I also had no problem making the 50 mile drive to Tempe to restock on juice and vaping supplies from my home in North Peoria but this new location is perfect for me!

This is the best vape shop around and Ive been to them all in the glendale area. They have the best customer service, the widest selection of products, and the cheapest prices on hardware. Andrew and Shawn the assistant manager are so helpful and know a great deal about products in and out of the shop. The whole staff is great, this is the only shop I go to now.

They always have cheap prices and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend. They carry many phenomenal mods, if theres something youre looking for, odds are they have it. They have the latest juices and mods for sell, even limited edition mods.

I just visited Blue Dragon Vapor in Glendale. Staff was great, knowledgeable and got me setup with what I needed fast. Very affordable pricing on the vape juice they sell. Purchased the Zebra Stripes juice, tastes just like the Fruit Stripe gum. Very tasty, will be going back for more and to try some other flavors they have.

There is no other vape shop worth visiting. I drive over 30 minutes each way just to shop at this location. The selection is mind blowing, the prices compete with online prices instead of local businesses, and theres no match for the staff. Every single encounter is friendly, detail oriented, and focused on the person instead of profit.I went in my first time based on reviews. I knew nothing about vaping, but did know that it was time to stop smoking. In a packed store, the staff carefully explained everything, answered every question, showed me mods that might be good for me, but told me that if I wasnt sure, dont buy! I was never rushed. They literally said that they would answer my questions until I was ready to choose, whether it took 10 minutes or 10 years. The starter mods they showed me were some of the least expensive! Theyve never ever tried to upsell me. I was not once treated like a customer, but rather, a friend they wanted to help.That first trip was months ago. Ive since quit smoking and vape full time. I still lean on them for my questions and my purchases.

I know I can walk in there at anytime with a question or problem and I know when I leave Ill have the correct answer and an accurate solution to my problem. These guys are alright. I go here for convenience when I need something basic real quick or if its getting late and I forgot I needed juice and its like an emergency or something. Theyre kind of stand-off-ish though, it doesnt feel like a very welcoming place and the employees look miserable there like they hate their lives, especially the girl that works there. They also seem to always be out of something I want so I have to settle or try something new, which isnt always a bad thing, but I mean, if im coming for something in particular its always a bit of a letdown when its not available at the store closest to me and i have to go somewhere else. It has helped me find a better, more welcoming vape shop to frequent but like I said, I still come here for the convenience of being so close to me when I cant drive super far to get to my favorite store.

I used to use Valor vapor, back when it was Valor, but thats really just because it was close. Now I travel over 10 miles to get my cape equipment and juice. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable as well as making safety a number one concern. They make sure that people get the right coils for the juice they use as well as checking ID to confirm age and that your debit/credit card IS yours, and making sure that any and all questions you have are answered. This is the best vape shop Ive been to and the staff is top notch, not just in vape shops, but Ive had trouble finding any staff as great as this one in any sort of specialty shops. If youre looking to get into vaping I highly recommend this shop. If youre just looking for a good experience while shopping for vape equipment/juices, check it out and youll see how much better this place is than most.

So I went to cloudslingers and red star for the past year and a half Ive been vaping. Im not intense into the the culture. I just want to vape, I dont want gimmicks, I just want the right information.I really wasnt completely satisfied by the service or selection at either of those shops, and I had an errand to run, so I stopped in Blue Dragon.The gentleman behind the counter was prompt to greet me, we got right into discussing my needs. He was focused and direct with his information, very patient and explained a lot about vaping none of the other shops seemed willing to. The others seem like they hire ppl to talk the cool talk instead of just selling me a ****ing product.Anyways, these guys deserve your business, and they have a pool table. So...ya know. Double win.

I used to go to a couple other shops and they are nothing like here. The prices are super cheap. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and give you all the information you need and more. They help in any way they can or get you someone that is more able to.

He was extremely helpful in identifying the problem, correcting it and then informing me of what coils I need in the future. The house juice here got really bad and I’m not sure why. The first time they said it was a “bad batch”, tried again a few times and still gross.Also I bought a battery charger from here. When I got home and was using it for the first time, the batteries sparked and the charger had smoke. (New batteries) when I took it back, they put theres in. Since it didn’t smoke, there was “nothing they could do”. I took it home and threw it away. People are nice but not super helpful 🤷‍♀️

We moved out here from Illinois a little over a year ago, I do have to say that I miss my vape shop from Illinois. I have tried a few shops out here and had decided to give my business to only this shop since we moved here and its been a monthly thing buying a pack of coils and a few hundred ml of their house juice. I have bought a few mods and tanks from them in the past year. The team there is fantastic, super friendly and knowledge. I went in originally to just buy a bottle of juice, but with talking to one of the gents maning the counter I was between picking up a mod to go with my Smok Beast at home or just a tank since mine leaks, or a new tank that wont bleed juice. I had decided to purchase a tank. I am still looking into getting a new mod that can support the Beast, and will definitely do my research to find one that will work for me.Final update to this review: Returned to BDV looking into getting a mod for the tank at home, stepping up from an internal battery to a regulated removable battery device was intimidating but the staff was awesome. They addressed every concern we had with the switch over and even offered us a few options we hadnt considered before. Do have to say that it really helped kill any hesitation about upgrading. Fantastic crew over there!

I just relocated back to Az from VEGAS and i had no idea how messed up the law is here compared to vegas i was told i couldnt have my vape mixed in many places i called. I was happy when i called the Blue Dragon that i could order mixture and get them in the morning. Customer Service was awesome answered every question prices beat any place i called. When i picked up my order it got better this place is friendly from employees to customers they have a huge selection of vape supplies a nice pool table theres tables to sit at and a couch with flat screen I found my new vape shop and will go to enjoy what they have to offer. Cant make a recommendation because I was never even acknowledged, much less helped! Wow! Utter garbage customer service, helping someone else is fine, obviously, but at least say hey, Ill be with you in a few. If this were the first time this had happened it would be different, but it isnt, and the employee sitting on the couch hitting his vape and watching TV is absolutely the icing on the cake. My son went in today to purchase his juice, and was told he could not make a purchase because his friend did not have his id on him. Very confused, because his friend had left the store prior to the purchase even occurring. They had both been in the store checking vapes etc for at least 20 min. Both sampling them with their mods. Why wouldn’t he id them upon entrance? Also, there were underage people in the store playing connect 4 and fort nite too. Also, another customer with a child made a purchase prior to him. What is the policy? I ask this because he goes out of his way to be a customer at this store, at minimum ever other week. He loves the store, the set-up, the products & the prices. He passes many other vape shops for this one. He had his id attempting to make a purchase & was refused because his friend did not have one. How does this even make sense? We thought a person had to show proof of being 18 to make a purchase. I have seen people with underage persons with them in stores who are able to purchase cigarettes & alcohol & they certainly don’t have an id, and are standing right next to adults who do have id. With as much competition as there is in the vape market, I just thought you would want to be aware that you have now lost 3 regular customers. The irony is his friend had his id in the vehicle, & offered to go back in with my son so he could make a purchase. But nah, he just took his business elsewhere. It’s one thing to have a policy & stick to it, but what is it? Is it; must be over 18 with valid id to enter store? Obviously not, since no id was checked on anyone upon entrance. Or is it; everybody who comes into the store together must ALL be able to have valid id in order to allow someone over 18, with valid id to make a purchase? Obviously not, since clearly there was a purchase made by an adult with a child beside her. Clarification please.

Just left the store and my god. Best Vape Shop / Lounge by far! The employees are very friendly and so very helpful. Thank you gentleman and ladies! Ill be spreading the good word. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its always fun going in we talk they make me feel like I am part of the family, we vape, laugh, and they are all informative of the product and very cheap priced for same quality items sold in other shops I give them a 5 Star. I love this location and have been going there since they opened, the only shop I go to for all my vape needs.

These guys are great! They know their stuff and dont talk down to you. The ONLY place I go for both mods and juice.

I know its not normal to go at 11:50 to go by liquid but this was the only place open at this hour. I had a long drive early in the morning and didnt wanna be without juice, so I headed off to this place. I pulled up at 11:56 and the guy shut the doors on me, didnt even look at me and walked away, didnt knowledge I was there. They should say they close at 11:56 not midnight.

Great shop, been here a few times and staff was friendly, fair prices, and good selection, they are one of the few shops that carry a decent selection of wire, although they dont carry any ribbon/flat wire (hint), pretty good selection of most all else.

So I go in one day like usual and purchase a 120 mil, I get home and the cap comes right off and spills everywhere. frustrating right? I go back in and tell them what happened . they not only give me a new bottle of juice but are extremely kind and concerned about the spill . I mean the juice went everywhere , my carpet , new computer keyboard , everywhere lol . in the end I would recommend blue dragon vapor to anyone . their customer service is unbeatable . ive been going to blue dragon for my vape juice for almost a year now , been vaping for almost 3 years and let me tell you , know one beats the prices and service you get at blue dragon

My 2 sons have had issues with this place. Everytime I have gone in its been fine. They have a great selection. Hours are awesome. They are open until midnight.

If I could give them a zero I would.my boyfriend went into to buy a dab pen and they sent him out with my card because it only has my name on it so I went in and they said it was declined and went to circle k and I pulled the money right out and they sold us the display and it was missing a piece that I seen online were supposed to come with it.

Good prices, lower than anywhere else. Nice tables to sit at and play board games. You can also chill on the couch and watch their monster TV. Really nice staff.

That was the Worst customer service ever, I couldn’t believe this guy and he told me that he is the manger. I tried to purchase staff from this shop for almost $80, then all sudden he flipped and asked me to leave the shop and tried threatening me as well. So I was ok sir you lose I am not going to buy anything from you. Then I left. I am not recommended this place to anyone.

I went there bought a new vape. I used it for less than a week and it is not working at all. will not charge or really do anything. i took it back there after i couldnt get any support from the Chinese company they get the vapes from, they told me basically too bad they dont do returns. STAY AWAY FROM ANY SMOK products !!!they will do nothing as they are in china and no way to contact them. when you try to use their app it keeps telling you to restart your phone. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY!

Whenever we have questions about any supplies on the market, Blue Dragon is always on top of the game. I cannot rave about them enough! If they dont know the answers, they find them out. If something they have sold us is not up to par, the employees do all that they can to rectify. We have been to many different shops, but none of them compare to the customer service and quality of the way this shop is ran.

Well my elderly father was just ripped off by Blue Dragon Vapor on 59th & Bell! Told him a cloud shop wouldnt have a innokin T22. They lied to him and he brought back a Tobecco Mini Super Tank. I told him not it. Took it back immediately and they said they dont take returns.

I went in today because of an issue i had with my alien smok unit, they replaced it, no questions asked even with out a receipt, this is the kind of friendly customer service that keeps me coming here and continue to recommend to friends and family, five stars! Thanks guys!
