My massage therapist was very kind and soft spoken. She was very attentive to my needs and even double checked to see if I wanted to add any more areas to my full body massage because of my occupation. It was very thoughtful and I appreciated it. She got all of my Knots out of my back and encouraged me to drink water to flush out the toxins. I’ve had a couple of massages before coming there for the first time and no masseuse ever gave me that tip. I do wish that they offered couples massages but the receptionist over the phone was very helpful in accommodating us with the same time booking. I look forward to booking again in the future.

Professional - precise - spot on - Dennis listened to my needs about pressure and gave a fantastic massage, I usually do not like massages because every time I get one it’s too light and I get no benefit from the massage. I still feel less tense a day later. It was great. Perfect pressure - really good !

Olesea is absolutely outstanding at what she does! She knows just the right amount of pressure to use and gives the most relaxing and unwinding massages. I had a wonderful session. Zechariah did great work. I had specific areas that needed more focus and he paid attention to the pressure. He was patient and made sure I was comfortable. I felt renewed towards the end of it. I’m definitely coming back again.

The massage therapist was very skilled. I woke up that morning with so much pain from a pinched nerve in my scapula/rhomboid area I couldn’t move. My therapist Denis spent most of the massage focusing on the affected area and I had much greater range of motion afterwards. I was very impressed by his work. All my gratitude to him.

Back in the spring of 2016, I was invited for a job interview for an esthetician position. I ended up coming back for two more interviews. After completing three interviews, I never heard back from the manager. She ignored my texts and I was left wondering what happened. Very unprofessional. I even went in person to speak to the manager (she was unavailable) because I was excited to work for this company. Management should do a better job at following up with people. I wish I spoke up sooner about this, but I decided to move on with my life and I regret it. Dont waste another job seekers time!

Been coming to massage envy for about a year, I have a membership. Massages have been great and easy to book. I personally love booking with Tatiana at the Glendale location, she is amazing! I typically schedule the evening massages because I always feel so relaxed afterwards and sleep like a baby :)

Jen was very nice but the massage felt as if i just got rubbed with lotion the whole hour. I put for medium firm to get my knots out from my shoulder however i left with the same knots and not feeling any better.

Tatiana is amazing!! Next time I am back in Glendale I will be booking with her. One of the best massages I have had in a very long time.

Denis is stellar. Sometimes a massage is just overall good and relaxing, but with him you can actually feel the tension relief and he always seems to know how to tackle the pain or stress wherever its hiding. hes got the skills!

The Glendale location has friendly and helpful staff, plus the bonus of Portos two doors down. Jilbert is an amazing masseuse able to get my knots out.

Valentine is my go-to facial expert at Massage Envy! She knows my skin and what products work best for me. It is wonderful to have found someone with great skill!I have concerns about the office staff. They are not as welcoming nor helpful. This is the 3rd time they prompt me for a tip to my provider yet when I need change for a cash tip, they don’t have change. Then look at me impatiently when I do not want to leave a tip on a credit card. There is a male attendant who works Saturdays that appears to have an attitude in my opinion. He acts like he is kind but his words and attitude do not seem kind to me.To be honest, I love my providers but lately, the office support does appear as helpful to me.Thank you!

Jilbert was very much in tune with the stressors all around my specified body parts that needed massaging. His level of pressure was just perfect and I appreciated just being able to feel everything in silence with minimal communication. Ive had massage therapists talk too much (maybe some people like that) but I prefer to just lie down and experience it all. On the opposite end, I worried about not giving him enough verbal feedback/affirmation so at the very least, I hope he sees how much the massage was everything I needed yesterday! It was all very satisfactory and relaxing. He is able to go quite deep with his pressure if you want that and adjusted well when I asked for lighter pressure. Thanks, Jilbert!

Horrible customer service charged my mom 85$ for an half hour massage because we were a couple minutes late and we told them over the phone we would be late because of parking. Didn’t refund anything or offer to do anything about it. Totally got scammed of 85$ and didn’t tell me anything about it when we were paying for her at the counter massage because my sister and I surprised my mom. Also my mom and dad had the same time appointment booked and gave my dad the full hour when he came later then my mom.

Massage Envy is my go to for incredible massages and facials. Yesterday Jaime did his magic working out the tension in a massage that Ill go back for. This was my 5th time with Jaime for a massage and I enjoy how relaxing it is, especially as he works deep on areas where my muscles are tight and tense. Thank you.

Just had my first visit. The facilities were in great condition, calming. I had a great experience with body stretching and massage by Jaime.

This was my 3rd massage with Zec. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answers all of my questions about areas where I am experiencing soreness and how the muscles are interconnected. He listens and focuses on the problem areas and truly helps me find relief.

I recommend you ask for Jaime. Jaime addressed the areas of concerned. My body though achy was also very relaxed after my massage.

Great space and great massage! I had an amazing experience with Alex, the masseuse. Highly skillful in his work and soothing techniques made the session incredibly relaxing. The ambiance was perfect, and I left feeling rejuvenated. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I have had severe back problems for half my life and they have only become worse in the last few years. I am currently in PT to treat it, however, I was in full spasm and a pretty good amount of pain. I was not even able to stand upright without wincing. I throughly explained my issues to Jaimie and he absolutely listened. I was able to communicate my needs throughout the massage and he was very intuitive on what needed to be done. He was also super friendly and easy to speak freely with, which in my opinion helps the relaxation process as well. I was able to sleep through the night and I woke up this morning without the searing pain in my lower back. Thank you so much!!

Jaime has strong hands and for those who need deep pressure/trigger point should ask for him to relieve deeper knots

It is my first time visiting the Glendale area and I desperately needed a massage today. I told the massage therapist 3x that I needed her to focus on my lower back as that was the biggest problem area for me. Instead she focused on my shoulders (which now really hurt) and only stretched my lower back. I could have done those back stretches in my hotel. My lower back is still tight and in pain. I’ll be visiting Glendale frequently, and although the front staff there were very friendly and tried to make things better, I will not be going back to Massage Envy.

Great ME location with super friendly staff members, good pricing rates, and great massage therapists. Ample street parking out front and in the surrounding blocks.

I had a great experience at Massage Envy. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and prepped prior to my appointment. I was able to get my issues taken care of by Jaime. He was very calm and assured me the whole time. I especially liked that he focused on the problem areas more than just a regular body massage. I highly recommend Envy massage and Jaime if you ever have any problem areas you need help with. Mine were primarily my back, shoulders, and arms.

I’ve been a Massage Envy member for years and love the care that every member of the staff displays. The deep tissue massage I had with Cammie was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful experience. However, my concern is the rising cost of the micro Durm session. The technician is wonderful however, for a half hour session $150 seems to be a little extreme. I know everything is going up that’s not a reason why to arbitrarily raise the cost for membership, and treatments you went from one $130 to $150 again it’s a 30 minute session up to the owner to try to control the high rising cost for its members to give us a value for what we’re getting I don’t see it happening

I came in on my birthday with a gift card and felt extra taken care of. Denis did an amazing job working out the knots in my shoulders. He’s got magic hands!

Nicole is a great esthetician. I just had my 2nd facial with her & I’m very happy with the results. I’ll be back.

Worst massage Ive ever had. I booked with Cammie, who was not only immediately going into hitting your trigger points as deep as she could, but she was also condescending with how bad my back is and how shes actually going light. There was no warm up, no easing into it, it was her way or the highway. She never listened, and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I regret coming here and will make sure not only to never go again, but to let everyone know to avoid it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent massage from Tatiana. She was everything I appreciate from a masseuse—professional, communicative, & attentive. Whether sensitive to my needs or just her own nature, I am grateful that she kept conversation to a minimum—only asking pertinent questions related to the treatment. Tatiana’s nails and hands are also appreciated—trimmed nails (that didn’t dig into my skin nor negatively affect my treatment). The warm table, soothing music, and clean space were also pluses. Grateful to have a wonderful experience on a rare day out with my gals! Thank you Tatiana!The only unusual part of the experience during the payment for my service (@ the end). I used a gift card and was asked for the proof. Fortunately/coincidentally, my friend who gifted me this experience was present & just so happened to have the proof of payment. Not sure what would’ve happened had she not been present, but I believe any further inquiries would’ve struck a nerve with me. Our other friend was also asked multiple questions about her various cards (she was using several gift cards) & was asked to questions to verify something (I don’t know what); questions like, where did you last use your card. It seems that perhaps there have been issues with prior guests using maybe stolen cards? Not sure, but I definitely didn’t appreciate the inquisition…so unexpected & weird. Last thing you want after a therapeutic treatment.

I have had multiple good experiences at this location. Its not my home location, but theyve saved me many times when I was in a pinch. In the 3 or 4 times that I have been lucky enough to get Olesea as my therapist... I cant put into words the amount of physical stress relief Ive gotten from her. She is amazing at her job, and I cant recommend her highly enough. Thank you Olesea 🙏

Sandra is amazing. She is my go-to therapist. My experience last visit was horrible because two people in the treatment room next to me talked for the last 30 minutes of my massage. Ive never had this happen before. Dont the therapists know not to do this? I would like a refund on my massage (not the tip for Sandra).

Luis is the BEST! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable re: different massage techniques, especially sports therapy/injury recovery. Hes always on time (he takes me early if hes free). I would give him 5000 stars if I could! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luis. He is a gem @ Massage Envy, Glendale.

Showed up for my 10am massage and was told the massage therapist was finding parking and would be a few minutes late. After awhile I came back out front to check and they called the person who then said they were actually broken down on the freeway(so lying, not parking). I had an 11am facial and they were able to get me a 12pm massage which j was ok with , things happen. The massage therapist talked the ENTIRE TIME and it felt she didn’t know what she was doing. We confirmed I was there for relaxation and I told her not to do any serious work on any knots etc. she did all sorts of painful pushing rather than massaging and touched my face with body lotion right after I had gotten a facial.

I was very tense and stressed upon arrival. Sandra was amazing. I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. I felt very relaxed when I left Massage Envy and signed up again for a membership.

This was my first time back in a massage parlor since before the pandemic. ULYSSES was amazing! He checked in on me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable. He also made sure to give me great tips and guidance for future maintenance of my trouble areas post massage. I love the Glendale CA location! The front desk staff is always kind, professional and efficient. Ive been getting regular monthly deep tissue massages from Jaime - he is very, very skilled. It has been a great help with my workouts to know I have his talents at my disposal when my body is struggling. If you like deeper massage work, definitely give Jaime a shot.

We love coming to this massage spa for our routine pampering. My go to therapist is Dennis and he’s simply the most respectful, thoughtful, and professional massage therapist I have ever had. (& I’ve had many!) He always takes great care in ensuring I’m comfortable and ready for a great session. Dennis is attentive and always warms the table for me. He knows I get cold easily because I mentioned it to him my first session. He’s also able to change his technique to apply the level of pressure you can handle. There have been sessions when I cannot handle much pressure and I’m always equally satisfied and relaxed after our session. Don’t take my time slot but definitely give him a and this massage spa, a moment to relax you!

From the time I walked in I was greeted, told they’d be right with me (someone was in front of me), and had all my questions answered. Luis took the time to get to know me, learn about what was going on in my body, and stayed communicating with me the whole time - incredibly accessible and professional style. Nicole, was very similar, and I have to say, if you want someone who gives good extractions and honest feedback on skin, see her!

It was a horrible experience massage envy is getting pretty mean they banned me from Beverly Hills and over charged me and took 2 of my free sessions the same day ,I could of sworn they drooled on me but I couldn’t see laying on my stomach this was the second time I felt like that .

Jilbert’s deep tissue skills are torturously great and amazing! I got back from Costa Rica the day prior and felt really tight and sore from the plane rides and outdoor activities there. Jilbert dig into my knots and stretched me out to alleviate the tightness. Yes it was painful, but I’m feeling a lot better today!

I really love 💞 my experience yesterday, in for my massage and I really receive relief. Rocio really help. It was my first time seeing her and she is great. I truly enjoyed my massage from her.I prefer the mild deep massage. And I received great results. The people at the Glendale location are nice and I love 💞 the great environment everytime I go.In the time I have been going to the Glendale location I have been feeling great and my pain level has went down. I have less pain and I better quality of life. I have been going once a month.

If you need deep tissue, Jaime is your guy. I’ve been going to him exclusively for close to a year and he has helped me work through a lot of recurring pain issues. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Finding a good deep tissue massage therapist is difficult! They are either overbooked, sparse or they don’t stick around long bc they’re in high demand to go private… and that’s IF you can find one in Massage Envy. I’ve been a customer of ME for over 10 years in various states across the country and since my move to California I hadn’t had much success finding a therapist that was effective AND permanent. I found Cammie after a long search and was EXTREMELY pleased with her work. She knew exactly what techniques to use. She was kind, informative and focused on all the right areas without me having to tell her much. It was almost like she could read my muscle atrophy and tension. I suffer from chronic muscle atrophy and scoliosis and I carry severe tension in my traps, shoulders, neck, lower back and piriformis that creates issues in other parts of my body. I could’ve laid on that table all day lol but the 90min session I had with Cammie was just enough to make me a repeat customer. Honestly, if that appointment hadn’t met my needs I was going to cancel my membership again, because I’d not been able to find a therapist like my former and it was beginning to feel like a waste of money. Glad I took a chance on Cammie and she definitely deserves to be overbooked!

I was visiting from out of town looking for a way to spend a relaxing afternoon. My sister and I found just the right place at Massage Envy where we received exactly what we asked for through a most enjoyable massage.

I had never been to a massage envy. Was surprised at how much of a spa environment they have there. So nice. And I loved my massage with Cammie! Will be back to see her!

It was terrible day when we went to leave. We try to use our gift card that we havent gotten during this time. It would discover that someone use that card using fraud of some sort in another state that weve never even been to the young lady said theres nothing she. Can do about it and would not honor our card.Horrible service.

Sandra was excellent providing a relaxing & therapeutic experience one could hope for. Sandra noticed immediately how tight my back and shoulders were and knew what to do to effectively work out the kinks and knots.

If you want a focused massage and with good pressure, then Jaime is the right masseuse for you. He knows exactly where the issue is and targets the area with decedent pressure.

Unfortunately, it seemed like my masseuse was a novice in technique, and in procedures. Even though I asked for added pressure a couple of times the entire experience felt like somebody was just rubbing lotion on me. Masseuse, however, was friendly and polite.

Cammie is my girl! Very professional deep tissue massage that was much needed. I really enjoyed my time!

Remarkable massage by Cammie. It’s so hard to find a genuine, highly trained and skilled masseuse who can see exactly where your problem spots are and then rectifies them rather than just goes through the same routine for everyone. Can not recommend highly enough!

I’ve always had a good experience with ME. I’ve been to several in the SoCal area and find them all clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The only bad experience I had was in New York when the therapist was using her phone while massaging me, because I could hear the typing of the Blackberry keys. Tatiana was great! She even wiped the oil off with a hot towel, it’s the only time that’s been offered by the masseuse.

I can only imagine how difficult the pandemic has been for businesses like Massage Envy and really want to give them the benefit of the doubt for the difficult circumstances they are navigating. For the past six months, I have left multiple voicemail messages, sent multiple emails, and left a message with the front desk and no action has been taken to help resolve an issue with my membership. I finally called another Massage Envy location and they were quickly able to resolve my issue. When I have called, the front desk staff in Glendale has been very kind, but unfortunately didnt have authority to make changes to my account. This is such a tough time for so many people that I completely understand that they have a lot on their plates. However, to not respond to numerous inquiries from a customer over a six month period seems pretty extreme. I am submitting this feedback with the hope that the management at Massage Envy in Glendale will be more responsive to other customer inquiries in the future.

I received a gift card from a friend to go here. My massage was good, but my masseuse talked the whole time which sometimes might bother me, but she was very nice. I dont like the Massage Envy business model where they try to sell you a membership. It makes it feel kind of shady.

Considering Yelp keeps removing my reviews due to the store reporting the reviews. Im going to tell you what you want to know. If you have an old membership. Dont put your membership on hold. Why you ask. Because unless you have massages they owe you, there is no point. Because the price of the membership wont change if you return when you have money or time to use their services again. If anything the membership charges will only increase over time. These people wont work with me to solve the problem I have with them at all. I emailed corporate. They wont talk to me. So I can no longer get my membership fixed. I cant get a new membership, they wont allow it. Now here are the facts. Yes the other reviews of this office are accurate. This store sent me down the street to get $20 bills because they wouldnt accept a $100 bill for $80 in services rendered. I couldnt believe it. They continuously every few months keep calling me to update my credit card even though they wont work with me to solve the problems. They wont even return my phone calls to the manager. This is southern California where there are so many other places to go. If you want cheap or high end massage. The manager tried to imply that this is the only place to find licenced massage therapists. This is not true in the least. Do your homework on state regulations. So why go to this store and why go to any Massage Envy if this is how you can be treated? Take your money else where. This time I will be posting this on more places then just yelp, as I think people have a right to know what this place is all about.Was sent an email that they would like to review my membership problem. Yet same old story. Sent me to the corporate link and yet again I was ignored. This time I got a response that I got the survey department. That I must talk with the store. You can already see what happened there.

I just joined. Alexandria is wonderful! I beds are heated! The face pillow is super comfy. I felt pampered and listened to. I suffer from fibromayalsia and military injuries. I go here every week and it really makes a difference. The costs are affordable in comparison to other spas and time you spent there. I cant wait to have a facial and a foot scrub :) Thank You massage envy. Wellness is priority for me.
