Marisa has advanced my facial experience! Initially used facials for relaxation, the area under my neck and pores have tightened up. Marisa is very knowledgeable about her techniques and products and takes the time to explain options and recommend skin plans for me and my teenage boys.

Morgan is a loving and caring person and listens to what you need for your massage on your body for that day. She works it gets it make sure that you’re comfortable and causes no pain at all. She’s got the most loving hands and compassionate heart. I would definitely recommend her And I and I am completely booked with her for the next four sessions and I will continue to go to only her great job Morgan you are the best

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had never gotten a massage before because I am quite ticklish and dont enjoy being touched. Angelica really helped make me comfortable and resolved some serious built up back and neck tension and muscle soreness. I added the rapid tension release with the impact/vibration massage gun and that was also very beneficial. Im a bit sore the next day but in a good way. I would say my concerns about massage were unwarranted. It was a good experience and I would totally do it again. Im not a big fan of being touched but I now know that when I really need the help this is a good place to go to get some muscle tension relief and the staff and masseuse were all super helpful, supportive, and patient. I would go again.

Tiffany is great.It was the best massage I have ever had, and I have been to many massage therapists.She is just amazing.I felt much better, immediately.I have been looking for a good massage therapist for probably 8 years now.I have found the one 😄

So my sciatica acts up my butt hurts I go in schedule appointment with Morgan. Awesome experience Morgan knows what shes doing one of if not the best massages I ever had... Ive been going here for the past 5 years now, great customer service, clean facility and excellent masseuses. Inez has been my masseuse she is the absolute best. I have also had Angelica and she great as well. Highly recommend.

The therapist John was amazing!! So many therapists dont listen to your needs and wants but John did exactly what I needed and what points to hit to release extensive tension. Everyone is very welcoming at this location.

I have been to many other massage envy locations, and this one on olive is the best. I not had an issue with any therapist there, everyone is friendly, and MORGAN takes the cake. She is so knowledgeable and funny. She gets rid of knots I thought no one would find.

I really love coming to this location because it is convenient and close to my house, but I’m glad that it was because I was able to meet Tiffany she is amazing, and I mean I consider her my doctor now I have bad spasms in my neck and back from an accident and when I come to her I’m relieved of all pain and I feel rejuvenated. So I consider her my doc she will unwind all tension and kinks lol she’s amazing I will only book her forever😍

Jesus did a great job listening to my areas that needed some special attention. I do cross fit, and I was having some pretty bad muscle pain. My sciatica has been real sore and he helped to loosen them up. He was knowledgeable in the sciatica. Jesus was super professional making me feel real comfortable. I go to Korina for my facials and she is so good at what she does! She knows just what my skin needs to keep me looking hydrated and glowy and she educates me on what I can do at home to take care of my face!

Massage Envy at 51st Ave/Olive is a complete and total scam. I paid for a 60 minute Stretch/ Massage and received 39 minutes total. I told the front desk, they did nothing. Charged me $125 dollars. Never going back.

This place is HORRIBLE! If I could give them negative stars, I would absolutely do it. I scheduled a massage for myself and my wife to be done at the same time. The appts were booked pretty far out so we had to wait about 3 weeks or so. Of course, we were looking forward to our session and the anticipation grew as the scheduled appt grew near. Unfortunately, the day before our appt., we got a call from them telling us that they would not be able to honor our scheduled appt! Needless to say, both my wife and I were pretty disappointed. I guess things happen. It was a week or so later, I decided to try again. It is pretty difficult to get a time that works for both my wife and I but I called Massage Envy again and scheduled another appointment. Again, they were booked up for almost a month out. We finally settled on a day/time and I booked it. Well, you can guess where this is headed, I get a call on Thursday (our appt was for the 2 days away on Saturday), and was told that they did not have anyone that could give us our massages...., WHAT!?!? It has now been over 3 MONTHS since I have been trying to get a massage and they cant schedule 2 techs to do our massages!?!? Whoever is running this place is a joke and should NEVER be in charge of ANY business. I am shocked that they are still in business!Dont set yourself up for a huge disappointment and choose to take your business elsewhere. You have been warned!

Just thought I would update!I’ve had a few massage therapists at this location and they’re honestly all great. I’ve been seeing Inez recently and she is absolutely amazing. She really finds the knots and works on them. I have been so relaxed I’ve fallen asleep the last two sessions I had with her!This location is great. All of the staff are very kind and I really like coming here.

John was AMAZING! By far the best masseuse I have ever encountered. He knows how to work the muscle and explained what he was doing. I was EXTREMELY impressed. This young man has skills and knows his stuff. Thinking about getting a membership because of him.

John is simply the best. You will not find a therapist more in tune with your personal needs for a session than him. I’ve struggled with pain recently in a few areas, and John was able to focus on these areas and provide immense relief. I’ve had some bad therapists, and some really really good ones at ME. It’s not hyperbole to say John is the ultimate best you will find.

It depends of the massage therapist you get. The 1st I went I was VERY unhappy. The manger gave me a complementary massage to make up for the dissatisfaction. The 2nd massage therapist was wonderful.

She is very knowledgeable, gentle and polite. My whole experience was truly of pure relaxation!

Tiffany here is a disgusting human being. I am someone who is disabled and have had 76 surgeries. I asked for simple request such as fan not directly on me and she ended the session. Truth is she was appalled by my appearance and couldn’t say that so my request of being cold from fan stopped the massage. I think people in this industry should be kind. She hates her job and what she’s paid then go somewhere else

I always enjoy coming to this location. Everyone is friendly, from the front end to the back end! Always very welcoming! Jesus is an amazing massage therapist, always makes sure to ask what area I need more focus on! Throughout the session he is always very respectful of my time, he will maintain a conversation, or stay silent when I just want to relax. This guy is a gem and Massage Envy should feel blessed to have an outstanding team member!

Just had a 2 hour massage with cupping. Inez is the best! I’ve never done cupping and she told me what to expect and how it would feel. I liked it! I know I’ll do it again too. The next day I woke up and did my normal stretching routine and felt fantastic. I’ve been having knee and back issues but today my back and knee feel only a little pain.I highly recommend the cupping enhancement (yes, it’s an added cost) from Inez! She’s the best!

She was very sweet, but she asked me about my areas I wanted focus on, and it was like I never said anything at all. It felt like she had a time frame for each area even though I told her NOT to spend a lot of time on my arms and legs BECAUSE , I needed more time on my neck, back, and lower back. It she was not going anywhere near my low back untill I said something, then she commented that she couldnt because my panties were there, I said well then lets lower them...I also felt like she did the sides and skipped the middle of my back which I thought was odd.I have had a membership for many years, and for the most part they have all been good. She just needs some advice and not be robotic with her sessions

This is the second time going to this place. After the first experience they recognized my needs and matched me with a great masseuse. Jesus is amazing! New where all my knots were, all my stress pressure points, and worked on my target areas. I will highly recommend this place and Jesus and will keep coming back for the best massages! I am a massage therapist and unfortunately, super picky. I have been neglecting getting regular massages for the last few years because I have been unable to find a therapist that actually listens to my concerns and then actively focuses on them. I would spend hundreds of dollars only to walk out feeling worse then before getting the massage. Needless to say, my body was starting to feel the neglect and I began to develop chronic pain. At the encouragement of a friend, she highly recommended John at the Glendale ME location. I desperately needed relief and at this point believed anything was better than nothing even if it was sub par. Well, to my surprise I got a massage from John and let me tell you, he is anything but sub par. He listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly and made recommendations on what to work in next based on his assessment and my pain patterns. He was professional, detail oriented and approached massage like I do when I work with clients. He is a breath of fresh air and exemplifies what a talented therapist looks like. I was so impressed, I booked a 2 hour massage for my next one in 2 weeks! I feel blessed that I signed up to this location as the whole team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend John, and this location in general!

John is knowledgeable in what he is doing for me personally. This is my second visit with him and the only person in 22 years who I have allowed to work on me due to a traumatic event. My wife sees John for the last several years and it took her her four to convince me I needed get a massage.

John is awesome. I had a horrible tension neck/back pain injury from sleeping wrong and received instant relief with the first 1 hour session and then total recovery after the second. I bought a 1 year membership and will no longer be going to the chiropractor who couldnt help.

Bella does an amazing job. I got my first cupping experience and I liked it a lot. She has a passion for massage and I can tell that she enjoys her job a lot. My husband bought me a 90-minute massage with Bella (Arabella) and now I get monthly massages.The atmosphere: very clean and sanitary. The reception staff asks that you wash your hands prior to your massage and then seats you in a separate, relaxing waiting area with dim lights and calming music. The room also has dim lighting and call me music. The entire experience felt very comfortable and calm.The staff: the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will ask you about memberships and add-ons but not in a pushy way. They are very accommodating and happy to answer any questions.Bella: like I said, I originally received a 90-minute massage as a gift and after my experience with Bella I signed up for monthly massages. Even though shes a deep tissue massage therapist, she asked me about pressure and worked with me to find out whats right. She constantly explains what shes doing and why, as well as what she is doing next. She does a phenomenal job at pinpointing any tension or points of stress and working it out. Im always counting the days until my next massage.Accessibility: there is a ramp to get into the building and everything is on one floor. The hallways and room provide enough room for a wheelchair, crutches, or any other mobility aid. The only concern that one might have, would have would be getting on to the massage table.

Had the perfect massage from Jesus yesterday. Perfect pressure and he worked out all my kinks. I highly recommend this facility and Jesus as a massage therapist.

I’ve been a frequent flyer when it comes to Massage Envy, but this was my first time at one of the Glendale locations. Jesus was very attentive and personable. From what he told me, he has been practicing massage therapy for half a decade. I booked a 90 min session, and he started our session early because he was ready to get to work. I was very impressed with his eagerness and dedication to the craft. I don’t ever expect to have a conversation during a massage, nor would I seek it out.... but with that being said, him and I chatted the entire session and it was satisfyingly therapeutic. He has an extensive background that qualifies him for the job (sports massage experience was the thing that stood out to me), and it made a world of a difference during my session. I have never had a bad time at Massage Envy, but I can confidently say that this was my best experience to this day! This is the first review I’ve written in my entire life. 11/10 recommend.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for a year & a half now. I have been scheduling with Kevin for about 6 months now. Kevin is hands down the most experienced, professional, attentive & kind individual I have yet to come across. I appreciate his skills and respect throughout the session, always. I would recommend Kevin to anybody who prefers a massage therapist who knows exactly what they are doing and to pin-point your needs that are needing to be met. I appreciate his time & service! Morgan is incredible. By far, the best massage I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, she is leaving and going to Hand and Stone In Anthem in 2 weeks. I asked if she had any openings before she leaves and by no surprise, she’s booked. If Anthem wasn’t so far, I’d drive up there for a massage from her. Massage Envy at 51st and Olive is losing their best massage therapist.

Daveda a so great!! I really enjoyed my massage with her! She is a Medium / Hard masseuse and made sure to check with me at the very beginning what my level was within those selections. She had an extremely sensual and calm voice which really kept the tone of relaxation and definitely made she noted my preferences at the beginning. She even responded very well to one of my request during the session of less pressure on my thigh and remembered for the other one. I would definitely recommend her and excited for my next session with her! I have RA so the pressure helps to relieve joint pressure and of course the muscle tension and stiffness that comes with it.

Inez was great! My hour and a half massage was relaxing, just as I asked for. The only thing I will change next time is to spend a bit more time on my lower back. I did not mention this to her, and that is my fault.

I have been going to massage envy for about 8 months now and I absolutely love it. Everyone is always so professional and nice. Riley at the front desk is always a ray of sunshine. I see Inez for my massages and she is great. She always listens to me and adjusts to my needs. She uses the right amount of pressure. I love the exfoliating foot treatment. My only gripe is that they cut your appointment short by 10 minutes so you can get dressed so you never get the full allotted time. But I think that is probably massage envy’s procedures and not the masseuse’s fault. Overall, I love going here and look forward to my appointment every month.

I’ve been coming monthly since December 2020. At 44, this was my first experience with massage therapy, and I was a little wary at first. The team at Massage Envy has made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and the massage therapists have been amazing. They listen to what’s going on with me and tailor my sessions accordingly. During the sessions they are always pleasant, positive and friendly. I really look forward to my monthly ‘me time’ now! Special shouts out to John and Jesus, my massage therapists, for helping me keep up with my active lifestyle in this old body.

It was my first time here. A friend booked massages for us. The experience was so much better than I anticipated. All staff were friendly and seemed genuinely interested. Inez did a wonderful job on my achy body. The ambience in the room was calming and stress-free, including the gentle music. Overall, it was wonderful and I plan to return.🙂

I came into massage envy in a lot of pain from a shoulder injury. Although Inez does light touch, she used different techniques to get deep into the muscles and alleviate a lot of the pain and lack of movement I was suffering from. I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend her.

John did an amazing job. I was having some shoulder and back tension and John really focused on those trigger point areas to loosen them up. Im also recovering from knee surgery and he took a lot of care to work out some issues with my IT band tension as a result. One of my best massage experiences.

Jesus is the best massage Ive ever had. Theres no hesitation in his technique which in turn makes my comfort levels go up ;) I always leave completely content and grateful. I hope he got the $20 tip I left with the receptionist the other day. He earned/deserves it. Also the front desk staff is sweet and professional. Jesús was amazing! He gave me great conversation. An amazing stretch and great massage. He worked out a ton of knots but he did so in a way that was not discomforting. ANGELICA IS THE BEST. I have alot if knots in my trap from an old injury, I come in tense and leave relaxed! This lady is beautiful inside and out, her kindness and knowledge make her one of massage envys best massage therapist (and im pretty picky on massage therapy considering how long Ive been going).. my son will eventually see her to help with stretching, no injuries but healthy way to build his athletic abilities. Recently, I started having a consistent therapist here and his name is John. John is absolutely amazing and really knows how to make the appointment center around you and your needs! Its great having someone always remember conversations you have and areas of need. Overall just an amazing place to go.

She wasnt chatty but open to conversation. Sahar worked on my problem areas & really did a wonderful job. The establishment was clean. The massage room was perfect temperature & could be made warmer or cooler if I chose. The bathroom was clean. I felt Covid-19 safe as well.

I came to Massage Envy because I hadn’t had a massage in such a long time. I was in pain and could feel the pent up stress and tension in my body. Jesus worked out all of the knots in my neck and back. I feel wonderful and can move effortlessly again. I will definitely be back to see him regularly. He is an expert of his field. The place itself is great. The quiet room is relaxing, massage room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The stars are for the therapist, unfortunately. I had my massage 2 weeks ago (a bday present) and was so excited since this was my 1st 90min massage and 1st massage in several years. I met the therapist, we talked about what I was looking for, the area that was bothering me, the pressure I wanted, what I do for a living, etc. Things got going and started off well. They talked off and on, which Im okay with, but prefer to just relax so I would answer and then relax again. They started working on my neck and I noticed the motion slow down, stop, a snore and then movement again. This happened once more and then they just moved to a different area all together. So now I am more in the thought process of wondering if this is going to happen again than relaxing. It did happen a few more times very briefly. The pressure started out good, but then waned as things went on. I asked a few times for more firm pressure, which occured briefly after, but then waned again. The area we talked about bothering me and that I wanted more focus on wasnt and I had to ask during the massage. They also talked for a great period of the time and Im thinking it was to stay awake. I havent really been able to get out of my head the disappointment I got from that experience. I was looking for the relaxed, go home and take a nap feeling you get afterward. However, I was just more relieved that it was over. 😟

I had my 2nd session with Anglica. She was AMAZING!!! I have trouble with extreme tightness, numbing in my hands and pain in my lower back. Im happy to say that I have felt better both times by the time I left. My next visit will be 1.5 hours, shes that good!!!

5 stars!! This was my second visit to the Glendale location. The first time, Bella was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job. She was excellent!! On my second visit, I had Angelica (Bella was on vacation). I was worried because Bella was so great, but I got lucky! Angelica was attentive, detailed, and professional. She effectively isolated my trouble spots and treated them accordingly, along with some excellent recommendations. I’d also like to take a moment to recognize Korae at the front desk. When I called earlier in the week, she was very patient and answered each of my questions perfectly. When I was there in person, she was very courteous and polite. What a tremendous staff!! I have been to other Massage Envy locations, but because of Bella, Angelica, and Korae, I will exclusively receive massages at the Glendale location. Keep up the great work ladies!

My sister gave me a gift card from Massage Envy for my birthday, and this was the closest location to my house. Ive never been to a Massage Envy before, and I wasnt quite sure what to expect, but I was impressed. The atmosphere was very warm and spa-like. The staff took a surprisingly clinical approach, asking me about medical issues and what I wanted to get out of the massage, physically; something I hadnt really thought about (mostly I just wanted to relax!) My therapist, John, was great and very responsive. He really worked the knots out of my neck! He recommended I come back for monthly massages on their subscription plan, of course; when Im a little more flush with cash, I just might...

I have been going here for awhile. Nothing special or diffrent than any other massage parlor. That was until I found Nathaniel! He was absolutely amazing! He told me how and when to breath and was very personable. I never book my next appointment when I leave but yesterday I did.

John did an excellent job focusing on areas That were tense, and really got me loosened up. Indefinitely didnt want the session to end so soon. Definitely will be going back.Overall, the facility was clean and quiet.

The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. By the second visit they were greeting me by name. They always offer me something to drink before escorting me to the quiet room. The quiet room is so soothing to sit in while you wait for your masseuse. Robert is an excellent masseuse. He listens when I tell him what areas are hurting. He offers a variety of choices for massage types. Robert checks to make sure the pressure is just right and that all the areas I ask him to work on receive his attention. The prices are great.

Very pleased with todays hot stone massage! Sahar is very attentive and communicates well, making sure you are doing well throughout the session, or if the stones were too hot, to let her know. Looking forward to future sessions!

Bella is great and so is the staff! Patient and friendly!! Appt were messed up. I was advisedWe were called but only 1 call was made. I opted to take a “ back facial” we started @ 3:20... and ended at 3:53. No way was that an hour. I was then charged extra for the “upgrade “ which I only did to be able to give my guest the massage she originally went for.

It was so great to reconnect with Sahar. I had moved out of the area, and had not seen here since before the pandemic. Finding out that she is still at this location, I will drive the extra 30 minutes to have her as my masseuse.

Fernanda was amazing Ive been having migraines and she made it all go away, good with checking in to make sure the pressure is good and that I was comfortable. Addy at the front was also very helpful and explained everything that Fernanda left for me and what she recommended, she was also thorough in explaining the membership and answered all my questions.

Bella is amazing! One of the few that say they can do deep pressure that can actually do deep pressure. She has a super pleasant personality and is very knowledgeable about her craft.

Well, I’m not sure where to begin here. I booked an appointment last week, requesting to have a “facial”, specifically asking to have my blackheads extracted, which were really affecting my self-esteem. I will say that everyone was very nice and particularly, the young lady who was assigned as my esthetician. My session was for approximately 50 minutes or so, which was more than enough time to focus on what I had requested. However, I truly feel that I was lied to towards the end, which truly bothers...we’ll actually saddens me. The young lady stopped the extractions and said that it was time for my massage (honestly, that’s not what I came there for and could’ve truly done without). So, I did ask if she could spend more time with continuing my extractions instead. I was VERY desperate and would’ve definitely spent more, if need be. She obliged, but this is where things got questionable. I believe that she was being dishonest and only pretended to complete my extractions (by applying fake press to my face). I also believe that her true intentions were to continue my extractions at my next scheduled appointment. Honesty is always the best policy. What really irks me is being lied to, which is very unfortunate. I could’ve been a client who returned on a regular basis. Again, the young lady was very nice, but I’m afraid to go back in fear of being lied to again.

Absolutely great experience and massage. Those at checking in was wonderful. Personable, kind and helpful. Jesus is awesome but dont try him. I dont want problems getting in with him. But seriously, he is an awesome guy and a wonderful masseuse.

Sahar is by far my favorite. I am 6 months pregnant and try to see her once a week. She is so knowledgeable about the pains I feel while pregnant. She knows how to loosen the SI joint making it feel so much better. I have piriformis issues as well from this pregnancy and I always feel a million times better after seeing her.. Selfishly speaking,, I fear giving her such a good review because I dont want her schedule to get booked! But at the same time, I do, because she is so deserving! She is phenomenal. I recently used a gift card to this location, and was a little more than disappointed. First the girl trying to sell me the membership, came off way too strong, by trying to be over the top nice which came off fake and sale pitched. The massage therapist was super nice, but I was not that pleased with the massage. I felt there were many unnecessary things that felt more like wasting time. I was just looking for a nice relaxing all over body massage. My neck now hurts worse than when I came in, and again once I was checking out, the membership sell pitch from the one girl turned me off from having a relaxing time. As she could see I am a student that does not make enough money to afford a membership, and I was coming in with a gift card. Once I told her I could not afford the first membership, she tried selling me another membership, which irritated me because I just explained I did not have enough money at the moment. She even imposed I work a little more of my job and maybe I could afford it (in her fake nice tone). I have been to other locations and have had nothing but impressive service, and I am quite disappointed that I wasted my gift card here.

They are extremely careful with the cleanliness of the staff and facilities. Careful attention to details. Almost overboard but I understand the need.My Thearpist Fernanda was really good and listened to my concerns.Only trouble I had was hearing the reception staff. I think it was due to the glass partition at the desk.

Today I received a massage from Inez at the Massage Envy location on W Olive. Let me tell you she took the time to listen where I was tight and had discomfort from my muscles. She focused on the areas that need it the most and also gave me some tips on how to stretch a little when I asked her. I definitely recommend Inez for sure!!

The entrance is around the side which is also the drive thru lane for Dunkin. The space is clean but small and outdated. I feel more like a number than a person there.

Arabella gives a great deep tissue massage. She is very intuitive to your bodys needs and knows how to gage your limits while maintaining careful, but firm pressure. I feel like a new woman!

I usually go to massage envy with great customer service and great service overall however, this was not the case when I came in 08/17/2020. I came in for a couples massage but was told i would need to be in seperate rooms 15 min apart. I thought that’s fine as I didn’t mind too much. They take my girlfriend fine but I had an appointment with Kevin. While very friendly, Kevin was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I did not get an apology or a full hour massage. I went in for consultation around 4:10 and my massage ended at 5:00 PM. Also during the massage my therapist walked out of the room 3 separate times while I was laying there. To me it seems very unprofessional Kevin did this. The first time to leave the room he forgot the lotion. Then he changed the AC. Then he left a third time for another reason. After walking in the initial time after waiting for me to get ready on the bed, he was upset i put my clothes on the floor and said the table is sanitized but the floor is not. While I understand COVID-19 precaution, he could’ve been a little more easy going about the mishap. I’ll just go to the Goodyear or Avondale one which have way better service and professionalism.

Hugely disappointed in this franchise. I have been a monthly member for several years now. They have no problem charging my credit card monthly for services, but when it come down to booking a massage, the phone is always answered by a new person who has no idea whats going on. I tried to book today and I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came to the phone and said, Were booked for this weekend. I HAD TO WASTE 10 MINUTES FOR THIS?! Think twice before giving your hard earned money to these fools!,

I wish I could give zero stars. I called 2 days ago to make an appointment for a massage because I hurt my back and really needed relief. Worked with the receptionist who was pleasant and helpful and confirmed the appointment for 7pm tonight. I showed up about 10 mins early for the appointment and there was no record of it and they were totally booked (no kidding, thats why I made the appointment). I was even able to give them the name of the receptionist AND the massage therapist she booked me with. I cant reschedule due to other conflicts and Im out the time wasted planning on going there tonight - a warm bath would have been infinitely better than this nonsense. I have a gift card from Christmas to use and I can promise you it wont be at this location. My advice is to go ANYWHERE else.

Massage Envy is great and my therapist- Samantha is amazing. She is very skilled at finding the muscle tension / trigger points in my back and shoulders leaving me feeling so relaxed. Superb therapist.

Unfortunately, I never actually got to see my therapist. I had called this clinic on 8/10 to set up an appointment for August 18th. After going over my needs and comfort level, we set up the appontment for the following Sunday. I was told about the policy for not showing to the appointment or cancelling same day. I was told I would be charged 100% if I no showed, and I would be charged half if I cancelled same day. I was also told not to worry, that they do confirmation calls the day before, and if I cancel at the time of the confirmation call, I would not be charged anything. Well I only got a call the day of my appointment telling me I was late. I was at work. The girl had actually scheduled me for the wrong day AND I didnt get that confirmation call. So we rescheduled, no harm done. Well, the following week, I received a call again, the SAME day as my appointment. No reminder call. The girl left a voicemail stating that since this is the second time youve missed your appointment, we will have to charge you the 100%.... I was so upset that I had missed my much needed massage (my first time ever), and more upset that I was being scolded for missing something I had no reminder for. I was told if I made it in 15 minutes I could still be seen. Correct me if Im wrong, but a message is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Not something to just rush to, especially since I was already nervous being my first time... I decided it just wasnt meant to be, and we ended up settling for a smaller charge on my card after going back and forth about whos fault it was... The way the girl handled it was not professional, instead she was reprimanding me. They are not making their confirmation calls, and that is something a lot of busy people rely on. I will not be rescheduling at message envy, and I just hope the therapist I was scheduled with got her time filled and didnt miss out on too much. Id be more upset if I was the therapist. Not a good first/last impression, and now I will find another place who is more on top of their scheduling. I would have given 1 star, but I feel like the ratings are a reflection of the facility as a whole... Since I never got the experience, it wouldnt be fair to rate so low when you may have some really amazing therapists. But Ill never know, now.

I started going to Massage Envy in the beginning of March after developing intense muscle tension in my lower back. I was scheduled with Jared, and he was the best thing that could have happened to me. Due to the severity of my muscle tension, a few of my sessions were rather painful, but Jared made getting through it much easier. He suggested stretching exercises for me to do, and educated me on how my posture, and even the way I walk could be affecting it. Although it has taken a while, I am finally getting some relief. I thank God for Jared and the relief he has brought to my pain.

I called today and scheduled a massage for 12 oclock I received a phone call 30 minutes later saying they had a scheduling error but could get me in at 1 I said no problem see you then. The lady then tells me she needs a card to hold the appointment I said Ill be paying cash at the time she says she needs a card regardless I told her I hurt my back at work yesterday and can come right now if possible but you told me 12 is the earliest appointment then your calling me back saying you made a mistake and changed my appointment time and now you wont see me unless I give you my card info. Ive been to several massage envy locations and never had this sort of issue or hard time definitely dont recommend this location.

As an athlete, I often have running related issues and muscle imbalances. Bella is so friendly and knowledgeable...she is integral to my well-being as a marathoner. She is excellent at deep tissue and therapeutic massage...and is an experienced problem solver!

I had both a Facial and a Back Facial with Korae! Both times I had an AMAZING experience! It was very relaxing! She had the perfect pressure during the massage portion of the service! I would definitely recommend Korae for any facial services at Massage Envy!

I will never recommend this business to anyone. When the contract was offered I specifically asked if I could cancel if needed the girl said you can speak to a manager about it and it should be ok. Then I had surgery and after just didnt want to continue going the therapists just werent doing what I needed. They make it next to impossible for you to cancel. My daughter and I provided everything theyve asked for and still my daughters account was drafted! They do not have my new debit card # or theyd still be taking money from me. Second we also moved out of range of the nearest location and still had to prove that to them! Theyre so ridiculous! Do not use Massage Envy!

I went in for a facial. My facial esthetician was through professional and did a great job I give her 5 ⭐️,as I’m a salon manager and cosmetologist. My issue is the front desk receptionist. I had every intent of signing up for a 12 month contract. I was willing and able to buy skin care products. I am extremely concerned and confused. The lady who was helping me wasted 45 minutes of my time after my appointment and making me unable to get to my next appointment for a massage with the same company brand but across town . The sales associate requested my cc card and drivers license. Then she made a color copy of it and laid it face up exposing all my identity information. It’s Arizona not a good idea!also to take a copy of a license document not stored and frivolously put aside for 6 people to look at . Again huge liability not smart business practices. While the sales associate was ringing my bundle skin care I requested to know how much it was . I also requested more clarification of when the delayed member sign up fee was. She never explained it. I also questioned her about making a photo copy of my license. I voiced my feelings about her laying this copy out for anyone to walk buy. Two other associate s had to come help her . As she was confused very focused on my debit card ,which I felt hostage at this point . As she wouldn’t tell me a itemized break down clarification about what was be billed . One of the other sales associates finally told me my total of 354$. But didn’t elude to how we got that total . So I asked was there a smaller package that I could purchase and was told no. Someone got consult from my esthetician’s recommendation about what was most important. A hydration cream 74$ ok that wasn’t a problem. I had a gift card for 55$ I was given for my birthday by my husband. So I wanted to use that and pay the balance of my product and tip for my esthetician’s gratuity20$ on my credit card (different then my membership fees cc that we’re to be billed.) needless to say they were still going back and forth . 45 minutes later I said please take the product off which I really wanted off and just bill me my balance threw this cc please. My blood pressure is up I m profoundly disappointed with front desk handling of me a new client . I did not get a copy of the membership agreement I signed for my records nor was I offered. In the state of Arizona you must give a copy of signed contract. If not it grounds for liable fraud business practices. Also I was not booked for my requested appointment with the esthetician’s for Microderm infusion at least 100$ in lost sales. I need to be in contact with a store manager.,or a district manager and/or owner.I am not at all happy with this situation and my personal information and contract ect .

I canceled my membership after having an emergency issue with my car and the staff handled it very poorly. At first, I was told that I could use the massage credit I had built up, and then I was told that I could not. The staff did not even remember to tell me during my call to cancel and had to call me back to inform me. A fee of approximately $100 was thrust upon me that was not at all explained in any paperwork. Very poor service. I will not be using Massage Envy ever again, and will advise people that I know not to use their services either. Massage Envy is neither honest nor trustworthy.

Gary is amazing, his years of experience are obvious! I told him the pain I was having and he knew exactly what nerve to work!!!! It blew me away. I feel so much better. I’m going back to him.

With a desk job I tend to have a bit of back pain and Inez was teriffic at focusing on muscle knots and working on areas that were tense. Fantastic massage.

Horrible customer service! I scheduled a massage and when I went for my appointment they told me that my therapist was out sick and they had called and left me a message. I explained that I hadnt gotten any other messages then the one confirming my appointment. The young girl at the counter insisted that I had received the call and message. Then told me we can reschedule you or not. She did not once apologize or try to accommodate me in any way. VERY disappointing experience!!

I love going to Sahar for a massage. She’s very attentive and caring in her approach and makes sure she takes care of all the problem areas. Try her 90 min hot stone massage, it’s worth the extra time.

Ran my debit card without authorization. Must take them to small claims :/ Be careful spending any money there. Poor salesman poor products. Watery products. Not a good experience at all. They got me for $185 for nothing.

Do not buy membership! Credits expire and you are not told about this up front. I worked hard to pay off year of membership and lost credits, didn’t get to use as appointments for massages were hard to get and consistently cancelled by staff calling out. Scam and waste of money!

5 stars for Angelica. Difficult to find days that work for me, but she rocks! Its just so rough being good at your job....looking forward to next time!

Jesus always does a great job! He is on time, listens to where I feel my trouble spots are and will stretch the areas he finds that are tight.

Jesus was great,with the stretching session and massage. I left without stiffness and pain would totally recommend.

It was my first time getting a massage the guy who gave me one used all elbows I don’t know if that’s what they do or not some parts of my body it was good and majority of it wasn’t all that great I came out feeling pretty good but on this Morning my upper back and shoulders feels so bruised!! For it to be my first time it’ll be my last smh worst experience ever

Daveda, at the 51st and Olive location, was amazing. First massage ever and she made me comfortable and targeted everything that needed attention. If you need anything from light to firm, Daveda is your girl.

I had a massage by Inez yesterday May 5, and she made me feel comfortable and left me feeling so relaxed.Her touch was awesome not soft or to much.I came in tensed and a tad stressed out but afterwards I felt so calm & peaceful.I will recommend Inez to others.I also got a facial and I cant remember her name but she is also does a great job.

Very friendly, professional front office staff. Therapist John was amazing! Office was shiny clean. I plan to return and highly recommend others to give it a try!
