Like other reviews, this place has a huge selection of Ejuice. My go to for the last year has been Cloud Nerdz. I’ve purchased this brand online, and other vape shops and I’ve never even seen half the flavors these guys have in stock.For anyone looking for recommendations.. if you like fruity stuff, I normally get the Cloud Nerdz peach blue raspberry. For the most part though every flavor by this brand that I’ve tried has been good except the cherry apple. With so many choices at this place, I branched out and I’m trying the “very berry hibiscus” because it sounds interesting and different. 🤞They also do a buy 3 get one free AND they sell the brand I like for 10 dollars cheaper per bottle than anywhere else I’ve purchased from. I normally go to Red Star but didnt feel like driving that far today. I decided to try out Luigis Smoke and Vape, not sure what I would find. They have a decent variety of vape juices, disposables, and mods. I found a good juice (Sadboy Custard & Cookie) and the replacement coils I needed for a good price. I would definitely recommend them, especially if youre trying to find somewhere local you can go that is more convenient. Ill start coming here instead of Red Star from now on. Thanks!

Fast friendly service okay pricesUpdate: returned yesterday and bought a seahorse Pro. This electric nature collector is awesome this is it this is all you need and it also has the ability to put your cartridge on there too super awesome. When your cartridge is on there it also has two intakes for the air so it hits like a freaking champ. Charge it last night used it last night and all day today still has a full charge. Plus I really really really really really really really like the color

These younger guys think their slick, At first they were cool, but if they dont like you, it shows in their customer service and their pricing, seemingly making prices up as they go and not willing to help you out in any real way, Also Im not sure if they are pocketing some cash transactions because they will start to ring you up in the POS, but when you give them the cash, they do not finalize it thru the system and just hand you your bill change, no coin. I dont mind rounding up or down a few cents, it eliminates the need to have to make bank runs for change. I would like receipt tho, it helps hold people accountable, sorta like I dont know maybe checks and balances DUH!!

I love me some Luigis! Theres 5 in the valley so weve affectionately named this one Circle Luigis. Okay so the prices are a little high and they dont have the best selection of MOD supplies. Oh and when ya come in them boys clearly be high, whatever! Its legal right? No really theyre a good group of kids and the thing I love is the juices are all behind glass so you can get up close and read them. Not like other places where theyre placed behind the counter where us old folk dont have to ask whats inside based solely on the color of the dang box. That gets my goat! That and they have a pretty big selection of Vector lighters which I still find myself buying even though I no longer smoke. So give them a look see next time youre driving by. Circle Luigis! I was visiting Phoenix from out of town and I needed a lighter for my cigars. I had no idea where to go, so I just chose this Luigis randomly while driving around. I walked in and was surprised at how many products they carried and how organized everything was. The guy behind the counter was super friendly. Another employee helped me find the perfect lighter. Then I checked out their humidor to grab a couple cigars since I was there already. Overall, it was a decent selection for a small humidor, and everything was moist and fresh. I purchased a couple cigars and the lighter - all for a very reasonable price. Great smoke shop. Great guys working there.

Come in here and talk to the staff, they are all really cool and friendly people. If youre cool, youll get better prices. Especially if you come in often. They take care of their regulars. Even if you arent a regular though they will do a great job with any questions you have, and they arent pushy at all. Okay, so let’s start by saying this is the greatest and most up lifting atmosphere to walk into. All the workers greet you as you walk in and let you know that this is the first and last place you need to be. Their options are out of this world and you literally have everything and anything to choose from and more! This is definitely the #1 stop shop in Glendale…as a matter of fact the valley. Definitely worth the drive! And to top it all off, the prices are something you truly can’t beat!! You have to check it out, you truly are missin out! Stop by!!

I used to really like this place, until they blocked me from seeing their story. These guys will do discounts on their glass via their Snapchat. I happened to take advantage of the good deals. They realized that I kept getting good deals (after two deals). Then they blocked me from seeing their story so I can no longer see their products. Finally the boss, Mike got on and said “come thru to the shop, we will make it up to you”. I’m sorry but I don’t want free stuff… the glass is so cheap as it is that’s why they have such cheap deals! And the pre rolls they sell.. don’t even get you high. The thc water they sell, is even worse. Stay away from this place

We checked out every vape shop in our neighborhood and Luigis has been our primary vape shop from the day we discovered it. Well-stocked, good prices, and their people are very helpful and friendly. We go there at least twice a month and have never been disappointed.

My sister spends plenty when she comes in from Commiefornia. That was the last dollar they get from anyone I know. Literally best smoke shop Ive been too. Their prices are beneficial to the customer everytime. Just bought a rig and all the necessary accessories for $50. Im been here like 5 times all ready but it always gets better. The workers are generous too and know what their talking about. Definitely going to recommend this spot to everyone.

3 stars because they always have my vape in stock, (2 for 30) I told them I found another shop that sells them 2 for 25, they didnt care. They said ours are 2 for 30 ,do you want them or not. Was shocked, I thought they would match it. I shop there a lot, theres 5 adults in my house and we all shop there and spend a lot of money, I wouldnt think lowering the price 5 bucks would be such a big deal. This is by far the best smoke shop that I have found to date. The prices are great, I always leave knowing that I got hooked up on whatever Ive purchased, and the employees are even better. I go there around 3 - 4 times a week while commuting to and from work. Which is about 20 minutes out of the way of my normal route. But its worth it to go a little bit further to get what you need from a place where the people are cool and always take care of their customers. Hands down, I highly recommend this store and its staff.

I generally stop here a couple times a week. I stopped in this evening and purchased some wraps, popcorn, and incense sticks. I came home and opened up my wraps to find they were dry and cracked. I went back to the store and was told a phone call had to be made to the owner to determine if the store clerk could exchange the dried up wraps. The clerk also said “ I was tripping over 2 dollars”. Wow! Completely disappointed and will not shop here again

Neighborhood shop with more than you ask for. If you want it bad enough theyll order for you. No BS w/ good customer service that is a bit cheeky sometimes. Go to these guys over the nearest chain if you are in the neighborhood. Prices are about the same for the common fare but are woth the trip if you need something more special that a good head shop provides!

Started going here a month and a half ago and been going back every since. They have friendly staff, GREAT PRICES and just an overall great clean environment. They have now become my new #1 stop for my vape needs. Ive been vaping 5 plus years and visited many establishments and for me to speak highly of this place should show how great the service is.

Good beans and been going to this store for some time, but today they did not check my ID for nicotine products. Please ensure they check IDs to help limit the number of minors getting addicted to their products.

Another successful visit at luigis man. If you buy a big ticket item from him the amount of freebies you have a chance to get are pretty nice. Has big brand names like puffco and zong. Discounts for following his Snapchat. The system they run here now is starting to get copy catted at other smoke shops. Like I said before I will drive 25 minutes to him just for a puff bar instead of going around the corner because that’s how much he takes care of his people.

Since Ive moved to Arizona this year, Luigis has been my go-to smoke shop. Unbeatable customer service, and most badass deals ever available here. Definitely recommend going to this place if you havent yet, they will hook you up and treat you right!

I came here after searching at over 10 other smoke shops looking a for a specific type of glass piece, but I was not having any luck that day. Then I stopped at the 2 Way Smoke Shop and it was my first time being there. The person who helped me was the owner, and he gave me a real nice deal on a piece that fit what I was looking for. He was very helpful and nice. They also provided me another discount on a torch and he threw in all the other glass attachments I needed for free. Also gave a me a neat little silicone extract capsule for shopping there.Definitely not just another smoke shop the owner really cares about making their customers happy.

Hands down the best and cheapest smoke shop in Arizona . My boy Alex is always hooking it up at the 35th location with the best prices in the valley. Anything you could think of they have in shop and if they don’t for whatever reason you can just let them know and they’ll have it soon after that . They’re a real solid atmosphere and it’s always filled with great vibes and amazing people . Truly blessed to have come across this place .

I come here at least twice a week and to be honest, they hooked me with the first visit. Everyone there is so amazing! I’ve never had such great customer service. I started going to this smoke shop some months ago and I’ve received nothing but great service through and through. Every employee is on point and ready to make sure you good when you leave the shop. They got everything from hookah, blunt wraps, snacks and drinks if you feeling a little good, vapes, and all the things you want and need from a smoke shop. I love this smoke shop I wish it was more visible from the road so they got more customers. The men that work here are amazing! Just went in 2 days ago to buy some blue slushie vape juice it is amazing. My brother introduced me to the men that work here because hes friends with them. Love this place. Nicest smoke shops I’ve been to in a while, they treat their customers with love as soon as they walk in the doors and it doesn’t feel like they are rushing you like other smoke shops. Come here all the time and this time I bought a bad vape and the guy was really nice about it when I came back to return it, usually other smoke shops will sit and argue with me or accuse me of buying it somewhere else but they don’t do that here. He apologized and exchanged it for a new one. Really made my day after working a long shift and needing my nicotine lol

Went into the shop to grab a few bangers and carb caps for my rig and joe and Sabrina really helped me out choosing the style I like and the ones to fit my rig. I most definitely will be recommending everyone I know here and I’ll be back to shop my self!!! Love y’all Luigis!!!!

Purchased 9 Xtra Max Classic Tobacco vapes, because Luigis on Olive was out of stock. Only 3 of the 9 were unusable. 1 leaked out in the baggie; 2 never functioned. At $20 a piece; this wasted $60, for me! I called the store; they told me to call back in the morning for a complaint! I choose this; I wont EVER come to your establishment again! There; problem solved! Thx

Hence why they don’t scan items, they just type in a number when ringing you up, then they walk away before you can ask for a receipt.The products are all fake.No one wears a mask.The glass is fake.The nicotine products- all fake.The most hysterical part- they advertise free discounted items to those who leave 5 star reviews.I’m surprised no ones sued this place yet lol!
