Staff was extremely engaged and had great energy. They were highly knowledgeable about the product and listened to what I was saying. I have mad respect when a seller actually listens and is excited to share pertinent products with me. The vape juice they recommended was a great price for the volume and the smoking quality was as deacribed. They were also genuinely excited about the expansion happening at their company which helps me know if theyre being treated well as workers. I loved this place until last night. Went in at 6;30 pm they had the less selection on various Ive ever seen there. He says they were having a hard time getting them but didnt know why. No flavors that I liked in the 2 brand I get so I picked one I had never used. Tried it and it worked. By 9:30 pm I had to charge it. Then this morning in 2 hours I had to charge it again. Took it off the charger drive to an appointment 15 minutes away and when I left I hit the vape 2times and it was in 3 % so I knew it was a faulty vape. I stopped in my way home and explain this to them so I told him it had to be a faulty battery and they agreed but they said we absolutely give no refunds or exchanges all sales are final the note is on the door I already knew this but I thought that maybe since I just purchased this last night that they would exchange it out since it was a faulty battery. They refused so I will not give them my business. Went across the street to the vape shop where you suck used to be and they didnt have that sign and said they would replace it or a refund as long as I dont come in with a bad attitude in which I did not at you suck.They just lost hundreds of dollars thats I have spent in that shop.Just getting the word out. Hope this helps someone before this happens to you.

The employee was friendly, but they didnt have much there and didnt have everything we came for.

Went in for some juice and my 19yr old daughter was with me. The sales person said she couldnt be in there because she was under 21. I respected that and sent her to the car. Well there Was another costumer in talking to the sale person and said that they had there 5yr.old in there the other night. The sales person said that they would make exceptions on the age of the 5yr old. My point is are they making their own laws.

I walked in with my mind set on a certain product. After asking questions and getting honest answers I was sold on something else. What I was sold was cheaper than what I had my mind set on. The product he sold me is better than the product I wanted. He was honest about the product and didnt try to sell me something that was more expensive for his profit. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. As other customers walked in he acknowledged them and told them he would be right there. The prices are decent. The environment is calm and cool. This is definitely my go to shop for now on!! AND you earn points for every purchase!!

Unsure how theres so many positive reviews. I have been here 4-5 times and its my last resort as it is the closest place to my job. I have been greeted every time by someone who is sarcastic, rude, unhelpful and unenthusiastic. I dont think Ive ever left a review anywhere honestly but feel its bad business to have someone working who has no recommendations for flavors even when asked and doesnt like anything I am asking about.Hire someone who cares because this dude doesnt

Will never be back. Called ahead about a part and came in to purchase. The part looked different than what I was used to seeing so I asked for clarification and was talked to like an infant. That theres nothing else that fits it without even trying to make eye contact. Worst customer service - possibly a case of the Monday Blues, either way will go somewhere friendlier.

20 year cigarette smoker. I now vap. Went to the store Monday night. The guy working the counter sold me a elf bar for $32.00 never go to this place again. Elf bars sell at $14.99!!! Wow

Place is garbage. They will sell you the wrong coils then let you know later they cannot swap out for the correct ones. Plenty of other places around with employees that actually know what they are selling.

Terrific staff and very knowledgeable wish I could have hung out longer just to visit. I will definitely be stopping by again. Oh and pricing is fair as well.

Ive never seen a more rude, spoiled little snooty nosed kid such as the one that said he was the manager owner and highest boss there was for is to know about. We bought a vape and less than a week later it breaks and the smug little fatherless kid said he would sell us a new one but fixing the one he sold us 4 days ago is not something he was going to do.

Only vape shop I will go to now. They are always nice and there fast to help u which is one of the reasons i started to come here was that my last place was slow AND expensive. So happy they came to Glenpool. I no longer have to go to Glenpool vapor. Also they have promotions almost every holiday.

Wont ever visit this location again. The only person I saw working there was insanely rude. I was shopping for a new mod and he offered no help at all, when I asked questions he gave short sarcastic answers and treated me like an idiot. I walked out without buying anything.
