I like everything about Elements! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing when you enter. The receptionists are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Its easy to schedule or reschedule appointments, whether in person or by phone, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the cleanliness of all the rooms, including the bathrooms. The emphasis on respect from the staff for the customers, and vice versa, is much appreciated . Finally, but importantly, my massage therapist, Sylvia, is outstanding! She has such a calming and serene presence. Sylvia listens to any special requests for that session, and her massages are always blissful! Water is offered to me afterward, and I never fail to leave with a smile, feeling SO much better than when I entered. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone!

Front desk was super friendly but massage therapist seemed grumpy and like they didn’t wanna be there, which killed the vibe for me a little bit.

I got a massage today and Mariana was excellent..definitely coming back soon and i got the monthly plan to get atleast one massage every month .Frontdesk lady was very polite and helpful too..such a wonderful experience.

Called twice within two weeks to attempt to purchase prenatal massage for my sister. No one ever picked up or returned my call.

I just got home from a massage with Elisabeth and can’t say enough good things. I am one of those people who frets for half the session that my time is almost up, making the massage feel quite short. But this massage somehow felt like twice its length. She was attentive, thorough and very kind. I booked last minute and couldn’t be more pleased (and relaxed).

Easy to book an appointment and reasonable pricing for massages. The monthly membership seems easy and fair. Alex at this location was great! He actually gave a true deep tissue massage. The place is no frills; not a day spa or super fancy environment, but a 90 minute massage is actually 90 minutes and it’s a quality massage

Mariana is excellent! I love that the clinic decorates for holidays and is always very clean. The front desk gal is excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot her name but she is very helpful and always pleasant!

It’s not the best massage but it’s top 3 places I’d recommend.

I booked a deep tissue massage. The first five minutes were knuckles only, same back and forth stroke. Maybe we’re just warming up….. then I asked for more pressure and was told the therapist could not give more. I would say I was getting very minimal pressure at this point. We decided to stop the massage. Complete waste of time

My wife went there for a maternity massage, she really enjoyed it and helped relieve her back and shoulder pain. She said the therapist understood her need, and she felt comfortable, she plans to come again.

Karla is a great therapist she knows all of the points in the body and she knows how to get rid of sore muscles and makes you feel very relaxed.

Elements is a very welcoming business. You are greeted by a friendly staff, beverages and treats are also offered in the waiting room. But what I like most of all is the services that are provided. I love the hot stone massages and feel so relaxed and healthy afterwards. The price is very reasonable, especially if you join the monthly program offer. I am so happy I joined and feel that a monthly massage is a necessary component to my self-care regimen!

My massage with Gale was truly amazing and relaxing. I was having a difficult time sleeping due to being pregnant and she was able to help my hip pain. The staff up front is great and the facility is always clean.

I was able to schedule a 1 hr massage pretty last minute and it was worth it! This was my first time here, and I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the space, and with my extremely thorough and comfortable massage (Vanessa was my therapist)! I will definitely return!

I booked a two hour massage for myself and, once it got started, I thought two hours would be way too long for me to lay on that table. Boy, was I ever wrong. Those two hours flew by under Sylvia’s very deft and soothing hands. It was a great experience all around and I look forward to my next two hours at Elements!

Three things: 1) The office/waiting area is always clean and the amenities are appreciated. 2) The support staff has the most welcoming personalities and 100% professional. 3) The masseuses are totally professional and very customer-focused when it comes to needs and expectations.

Facility is very clean and relaxing, staff is professional and knowledgeable about therapists area of expertise. I like Pamela as my therapist because she knows how to get the knots out of my muscles and applies just the right amount of pressure and stretching.

Usually I had great experiences which is why my fiancé and I continued to come back. We even got their monthly membership which we use frequently. For the last 2 months I’ve had a hard time booking an appointment because I now need a prenatal massage and my fiancé needs deep tissue, both females, preferably 90 min but settled for 60 minutes. Finally I booked our appointments that fit our busy life, leave work earlier because we live an hour away from Glenview. We get there to find out they booked my appointment but gave away my fiancé’s appointment to someone who booked earlier that day online. The membership is under my name but we always come together as our private time. I figured they cancelled his appointment because he does t have the membership under his name. Worst part we were never notified! The lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic offered an available male massage therapist for my fiancé’s deep tissue massage which obviously he didn’t feel comfortable with. I asked to speak to a manager she explained she’s on leave of absence for a while and ironic that the person who took my appointment was the next person in charge. I didn’t want to talk to her. I came in to relax and unwind but ended up leaving upset, tense and crying. On my long drive home I called Element Massage Headquarters spoke to Erin who took my complaint this was Friday 8/3/18. She guaranteed Lisa will follow up with me Monday 8/6/18. Today is Monday 8/13/18 and I still haven’t receive a call or email. I never write reviews but I’m extremely disappointed. Once I use up the credits I already paid for I’ll be cancelling my membership. There are plenty of massage location in the Chicagoland area that would love a returning customer who gets a massage once a month or once every two months.

Good professional massage therapist with reasonable prices.

I have experienced 4 different massage therapists where each has their own techniques and style that I have benefited from. I have gained my own knowledge from each, and I can continue to learn and choose good options for my needs of relief and comfort through massage therapy. The front desk was amazing but I didnt go there for that, my misuse was a short man with long hair and if he is your misuse just leave he is so bad. I never had a massage that I wanted to end because of how lazy and wierd it was. He only massaged one foot then for scalp massage just held my head for at 540 seconds I counted after I felt like this is wierd. He sat down most of the time and his arm hair rubbed me like sand paper. It was a gift so I was hesitant to criticize but this was the WORST massage EVER!

I’m trying to figure out what happened. I have had many massages in my life, yet this one will always stand out and not in a good way. I filled out the paperwork in the front waiting area and then I was brought to one of the rooms, she asked me if I have had a message before and I said yes and if there were any areas to focus on? I told her my neck and shoulders. She left and I prepared for the message and laid down. She entered the room and started the message. She started with my neck which was fine, that’s where it went south. The best way to explain the rest of the message was like having your significant other give you a message when they really didn’t care to in the first place, you know, a lot of pausing, kinda pushing and poking but not even close to messaging right to the point you just say forget it. Then we get towards the second half when I noticed she was sitting on a chair attempting to give me a message, I almost started to laugh. In the last 10 minutes she paused for so long, I swear she fell asleep. So now I thank her and wonder why I did? She leaves and I get dressed. Now I leave the room and she comes up to me with a card telling me what I need to work on, you know my neck and shoulders like I had told her at the beginning. So I realize this is not a helpful card, it is a contact card to make sure you tip on the way out. I tipped her $20 on an $89 session and again wondering why I did that. I wonder if all of the message therapist’s are certified here because that was ridiculous.

This was my first time at this location. I like the facility and ambiance. My therapist (Paz or Poz) is very skilled at what she does and she has great attitude. The lobby area and front desk staff are very pleasant. I will certainly choose this location for future massages.

Made an appointment for 90 min massage at 11a. Went back at 1108a and spoke with therapist for good 5 minutes about troubled areas. Started massage around 1120. Massage was over at 1225p. Paid over 90 for massage. When I brought up the time the lady at front desk told me once I go back thats when time starts.. Needless to say, I left annoyed and still feeling tense. Was basically her just rubbing my back with lotion and not to much massaging. Wont be going back.

Being a business owner I certainly know how important customer service is. Your staff is 5 star in my book.As for your massage therapist I would like to make a special comment. I have been getting regular massages over the past 40 years . I want to take a moment to thank you for having a massage therapist as wonderful as Paz. She is friendly, professional and is a very good listener, knowing exactly what to do after hearing those things that bother you. She takes her time and always makes sure you are satisfied with your massage. She has hands of gold and in my case covered in steel as she is able to provide me with the best deep tissue massage ever.I am a physician and have also found Paz to be very knowledgeable with all aspects of the body. I had a pain in my lower back and I asked to concentrate on this part of my body. Instead Ive got just full body massage. Its not professional at all. He didnt do what I asked for. Im so disappointed . And even for relax massage it was so so .
