The employees at the shop are awesome! Super nice and friendly! They go above and beyond all the time! They always recommend great flavors and products. On top of the great customer service they have fantastic prices!! Definitely worth a visit

Order-online The past month on March 4th, already a month has passed, and it is now April 12th, and we are still waiting for a pre-order puffco glass top. We are now over 6 weeks out, with no date on when they will receive the goods. I called today and was told that they would not refund my money but would offer me store credit. That is utterly ridiculous. This is the last time Ill order anything from this place. Total waste of time.

I come here after I get out of work they got great prices, nice staff and the way they set up the inside of the store is beautiful with brick walls and LED lights.

UPDATE: My order finally arrived on October 20. Just wish it didn’t take 2 weeks to ship. The original invoice said it would ship in 1 - 3 business days. Everything arrived in good condition and was packed well. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase.Placed an order on October 3. They printed out the shipping label the same day. Called their customer service number on October 15 and was told by associate the owner would be there shortly and they would call me back. Never received a phone call back! It’s now October 16 and my item still hasn’t shipped.

This is the best vape shop online. You will not get better service, they care about their customers, Ive been shopping with Danny for over 3 years now. Got the peak, pro, plus, proxy, and another pro, along with ball caps, travel packs, greek glasses, stands, and atomizers. I get everything here and will continue to do so. 5 stars to the best customer service possible. Great Job! I get my packages priority in about 2 days! He really cares about his customers!

I do not live in the area but have purchased online with Zees twice now. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get the everything you need. If you need extra pictures they will send you anything you need to make sure its the right piece for you. Customer service is awesome. I missed the 4/20 sale and they had no problem dropping 50$ off to help mitigate the difference. Can see why they come heavily recommended !

Honestly love this place. Ive never been to the store but I order at lease once every couple weeks. Im out in NY. They always have something new I seem to want to aquire. I need to stop ordering lmao.Anyways the team is fast, prompt, and have taken care of any issue that arose. 10/10 ladies and gents. Keep up the good work.

Syed is one of the best people Ive ever had help me in any retail setting. He takes the time to listen to what Im looking for, he remembers my likes and dislikes, he can make honest recommendations based on this information, and hes never pushy or rude. Excellent selection and recommendations from staff during each visit. I prefer d8 edibles and wasnt encouraged to try more expensive items, just what what I was looking for which was relaxation. Ive never seem them out of a product, they know their trade, and how to deal with crowds which they frequently have (i stop by about once per week). And its no wonder! This place is worth its a gold mine!I recommend this place over any other in the suburbs!

Ordered item with 3-5 day shipping so glad I paid extra to wait 3 days for them to pack the order and another 4 for USPS to actually accept the order* edit: over a week later and still waiting on my item dont shop here

Worker refused to replace vape that would barely hit after just buying as it’s their ‘policy’ after he stated over the phone he would do an exchange, no problem. He hit it himself and said it was just fine after I repeatedly said it wasn’t normal. A customer in the store also commented and said ‘I’d just give a new one since it doesn’t work’ and the worker argued and said they don’t do that. So why would you tell me yes over the phone? Will not be back again. Condescending and not good with people.

I had pre-ordered the beta glass attachment for the puffco peak pro on their website, not Zee Smoke.... I was told that there was going to be an additional delay in shipping. I had to cancel my order because I was moving to a new state. They ended up charging me a restock fee even though they did not have the item in stock. I had made the purchase through Sezzle. Zee vapor and Sezzle do not communicate properly with each other and I have been charged over $100 for a $260 item that was never in stock. I dont know how $100 is 10% of $260 but this company is here to screw you over along with their financer Sezzle. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. It was extremely hard getting in touch with the manager that would be able to process a refund at Zee Vapor, lets just say his customer service skills were very lacking. Definitely not a way to run a proper business. I hope this company tanks hard. There is a lot better vapor shops out there that care about their customers who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience. I did not experience that here. I am a 40-year-old combat veteran. Not looking for special treatment just wish that people treated each other better.

These guys are awesome. Put a whole set of tools, terp pearls, and a bunch of stickers in the free 710 puffco mystery box. Came with like 5 tools! They ship damn near next day if not 2 at most. Super slow! Can a man at least get a confirmation email of any sort? And “store credit only” for unshipped delayed orders? Whack.

*** EDIT*** The owner sent me a message and made everything right within the hour of me writing my review. very happy that this issue was resolved and was just a miscommunication issue. I will definitely still be shopping with Zee vapor.Went to get a Puffco Peak Pro 3d chamber today because the store is close to my house. I have been supportive since moving here, even paying more than online prices in store. back to the point, I opened the atomizer and instantly heard parts shaking around and knew something was wrong. I tested it against other atomizers I had to make sure it wasnt my device, sure enough 2 atomizers i previously had worked with no issue. So I went back to the store to return or at least get one that works. The person behind the counter was very nice trying to help me calling 2 of her bosses to see what she could do. I was told sorry but I have to go through warranty with puffco now. Not really sure how the business cant replace the product and make it right but probally wont be shopping at these locations ever again going forward. not the first review of this store I have seen with this issue either. yikes

Hilariously accused of stealing three times (once in person, twice over the phone), ignored, and treated extremely (and intentionally) rudely by the young man that works there. I have spent 200$ at a time in front of him- no more than a month ago. He accused me of stealing something worth $2.50 that I had brought into the store to compare with theirs - which was exactly the same and mine was unused - lmao.I placed the one I had brought in down on the glass and tried on of his on my vape and it didnt work. I then apparently did not place the shops atomizer down and forgot mine was on the counter.He said I know what you did. I saw what you tried to do. I happened to be having the worst day I can remember in YEARS. This does not happen often to me. So I said, Okay- Ill go somewhere else then. He said, Good.I called him back twice expecting an apology, but he was intentionally rude and said, I saw what you tried to do, again and when I called back again and told him that he had treated me rudely, I spend a lot of money there, and why would I try to steal something I brought into the store myself? He said in a rude tone, I am not talking to you any more.I even left the atomizer I brought in on the counter and never went back to get it.I am waiting until someone else is working to find out when the manager is in.

Got a mini recycler for the carta and its leaking somehow all over my erig until its empty and i reached out the them via email where they previously responded and they aren’t responding anymore now that i have a issue. poor service

UPDATED REVIEW 10/26/21:The owner of Zee Vape reached out to me within the hour of posting my review. He was super nice and apologetic and told me to go back to the shop in Glenview and that they would gladly exchange my new mod for one that worked. I went in today, they quickly and easily swapped out my faulty mod for a brand new one that works great. I even received a follow up call from the owner to confirm I received my new mod and was happy. Now THAT is great customer service!! Zee Vape quickly alleviated my problem in a super professional and courteous way and they now have a customer for life! Thank you Zee for going above and beyond for your customers!10/25/21This place us awful. Sold me $110 vape mod that stopped working within 4 hours. Went straight back there same day, not only was Bilal really rude to me but he got extremely snippy, and refused to refund or exchange my new mod for one that works. Still 2 weeks later, it does not work and wont turn on with fully charged batteries. I even called the owner of Zee Vape and left a message but never received any response. I now have to go to another store and spend another $100 on a new mod. If you are a real vaper and not just using disposables, beware of buying anything from here. They are rude, not helpful and uneducated about vaping.

I found myself in a situation, a good distance from home, in Glenview for days and my mod was broken, the place to charge on the device was bent on the inside. As if this wasnt enough, all of my liquid had spilled out of the bottle. I had limited time and was in a frenzy. Mac and Bob took care of me without hesitation. I was able to get an entirely new setup and a new flavor to try ......got to my destination....the mod required a special charger. When I returned to See, Mac actually provided me with what I needed, basically a charging unit for my batteries. And when you think it cant get better, they gave me a discount and assisted me with determining a good flavor, etc that was discounted. Considering the situation I was in....which was obvious....they could have taken advantage and charged me an exorbitant amount. Instead, they made my experience pleasant and obviously rescued me. Thereby gaining a long term customer. The store us clean, nice, well equipped and I haev pretty much explained the representatives. I definitely recommend Zee for your needs

The people at the Glenview store are nice people but they act like they are giving you a good deal but arent. I bought a mod that they said was 50% off and then I looked online and its the price they sold me it for. Then my friend was told a vape was great, but then it was spitting juice like crazy. I have had a lot of vape problems here and not good pricing. They tell you that you are getting a good deal, but you are not.

I have been shopping at Zee exclusively for my vape liquid and supplies since early 2019, and always walk away having had a positive experience. They offer truly exceptional service, are extremely knowledgeable, have a phenomenal inventory, and are very competitive on price. I would recommend anyone looking for a vape place to at least stop in.

I go here for all my vape supplies. The customer service is A+ and I cannot say enough good things about Bob the employee who works behind the counter. He is always willing to help and goes above and beyond for the customers and helps no matter the situation. Ali has always been extremely helpful whenever I go into the store. He always helps me fix my vape if it isn’t working and suggests good flavors of juice for me to try. He is also very professional and has a large knowledge of different vapes.

I bought a puffco peak recycler attachment it had no info on the kind of glassThe mouth piece and neck broke off on the 4th day of having itI epoxied it together and still works just wish they mentioned the poor glass quality in the description

I live in MA eastern MA at that (basically the Atlantic Ocean haha) I ordered on Saturday the 22nd paid for 3-5 day shipping and expected since I ordered on a Saturday the order would be filled Monday and maybe sent out Monday but most likely Tuesday so I thought I’d see my package this coming Monday since it is coming from IL but NOPE I’ve had it for two days already! Definitely coming to you for all my needs that I can’t find locally…in fact already placed a second order hahaha so impressed with the speed of this business…they didn’t wait until it was what most consider business days (M-F) to fill and ship they clearly filled it same day And sent it out Monday since as Harry Potter reminds us “there’s no post on Sundays”

Preordered on 4/1 for an item to be shipped on 4/20 and it still hasn’t been shipped yet. Called up a few times and was told it’d be shipped by the weekend etc.. Last few times I’ve called they haven’t even answered.
