Place looks clean. The lady in the front didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. They told us over the phone it was going to be $55 for the full body massage and when arrived they said $65 so didn’t plan on giving extra money for the tip, and the lady was tripping about it, and asked my friend to add extra money for the tip! Very unprofessional and was a major turn off! The massage itself was good and loved the hot stone part. Leg massage wasn’t bad, but did not really massage feet which was very disappointing, because that’s what I was looking forward to the most considering they said they do reflexology for the feet and I came here before and they did good with foot massage. Also masseuse didn’t ask anything during the massage to make sure I’m good and towels smelled very strong with chemicals from being in the laundry and he covered my whole face with a towel and I couldn’t breathe well and got to having a little cough attack. Wanted to bring my parents here, but not anymore!

I had a great massage! It was my first time here, and I would go back.Pros: called last minute, and they took me in.The massage pressure was great. The room felt clean and I could smell the clean sheets. Super quiet spot, probably came at a good time!! I also loved the hot stones. Although I had to wait a little bit, the masseuse did go the full hour.Cons: There was a wait time in the beginning, in both being greeted and then after getting undressed and laying down. I think she was wrapping up with someone so, did not fully mind. I thought it was strange I had to pay before the service, but I went with it. I tipped after in cash.Overall, a decent spot that in Glenview :)

Number 1 Foot Spa massage in Chicago Northwest suburbs. Clean, quiet, nice medium to deep tissue combination massage . And you can’t beat the price for 2 hour massage $120!Also hallway is carpeted so you don’t hear people coming in and out . Good design .

I really enjoyed the massage here. But the staff omg so rude. I have not seen people bargaining and getting mad for the tip. For a 95 dollar service they need a tip that should be more than 10 dollars. Tip is a gratitude given on top of what you are getting paid for the job. Arguing at the customers is such a worse behaviour and greedy attitude. I decided not to come here again because of the greedy staff and their rude mindset.

I got a facial here with Amy and wow this place is amazing. Quiet and clean. Wonderful and kind staff. Great prices. I will come again for SURE.

I am a Chinese people, I guess their service is ok for white people. However, it is not for native. The message is nothing more than stretching and rubbing my skin. There is no message on pressure point (穴位）or nerve system (经络). It is more than unprofessional. I spent 90 bucks over there but receive anger and disappointment.I felt ashamed as a Chinese people. I think they should do much better since they are representing Chinese culture rather than using the brand to make money.

First time here and the massage was amazing. My husband and I have been feeling great and look forward to our next appointment. My only suggestion would be for the staff in other rooms to be more quieter.

I enjoy the massages here everytime. The heated beds is what gets me it feels super warm and comfy. Definitely would recommend!!

I’ve received one of my best massages in this place. Please do not expect a luxury high end spa by paying only $35 for a 60 massage. However you will get way more value than what you pay. I strongly recommend them and I also recommend the 90min special item in the menu. My masseuse was awesome and I will definitely be back. I suggest them to have a short communication with clients before starting the session.

Massage was decent, not bad. I had to ask several times for them to apply more pressure and each time she hardly added any. Our massage for the two of us was $58 for an hour. I tipped $10 which is about 17%. The lady at the front had the nerve to ask, “Is this tip for both of you?” When I said yes, she just said “oh I see” and gave me a weird look as we walked out. In my opinion that is a fine tip, but the fact was I did not really enjoy my massage so I did not feel the need to tip more than I should. The whole point of tipping is show gratitude for great service. I understand it’s a business, and you are trying to make as much money as possible but if you expect people to tip a certain amount then why not increase your prices? I’ve been here two times now and both times I felt like she wanted more money. Needless to say I did not feel happy leaving the place and will not be returning anymore.

I get massages pretty often, have tried many places but just keep going back to this place. It’s so clean and they are always very consistent with the pressure I like.

They are very accommodating and you can usually get in right away. I’ve had several massages here and they have been fantastic and professional. It hurts my back to lie down with my feet on the floor soaking, so they did the first part of my massage sitting up.I didn’t know that you could do so many different things with your feet! All of my massages have been an hour and a half long but this last time I didn’t want him to stop so I asked for an extra half hour. I was surprised when they charged me the full half hour price, which is five dollars more than the two hour price. Took a star off for that.

Been here twice for a couples massage and had a good experience both times. Unfortunately, the last time I was here it was a bit noisy due to some function that was going on next door in the banquet hall that just moved next door. As a result it wasnt very relaxing as you could hear every word the MC was saying. So if youre really wanting something relaxing I would avoid popular times for functions (i.e. Weekend nights). I have never been pressured to tip or tip a specific amount but they do always seem curious.

The massage was pretty good, but like everyone is saying, they BEG for tips as if it required. They should just charge more if want more money. They ask to pay for a tip beforehand which is really odd. I gave a 10 dollar tip before but my friend didnt. Before we left they basically blocked the door from me leaving because they wanted my friend to tip. It was a rather uncomfortable situation. I wouldnt go back.

The best massage I have ever had. Completely relaxed & clean atmosphere. We had to find our massage therapist to give them tips- they didnt expect or push for them.

I would give this place -5 stars!!! Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. This place is loud I could hear the semi trucks and airplanes from the highway while getting my massage. My husband was demanded to pay before service while other customers had the option. Afterwards the staff demanded a tip almost before we could get dressed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As for the massage totally disappointing, sliding one hand up and down the back is not a massage...

Ive always had back pain, not sure from getting 3 epidurals, taking care of 3 kids, whatever it is... Then I pulled my back a month prior to coming here. I was in so much pain, I was ready to see a chiropractor. My friend brought me here as my birthday gift. OMG my back pain went away, just like that. I would be lying if I said my normal back pain completely went away but I am very shocked after the massage my back pain decreased drastically. It has been over a month since I got the massage (April 4th) and I havent got my normal back pain I normally do as before. I purchased 2 sessions on Groupon for me and my sister who also has back pain. I ranted about how great the massage was that my niece even bought me one for Mothers day! Im so excited to go back again! Even without the back pain, the massage itself is awesome and a super great treat for us moms to just get away and get pampered. Peter was my masseuse.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!They beg for tips and think tips are obligatory even if you are unsatisfied with their horrible service (they emailed me with their complaint that I didn’t tip them).First of all, tips is not an obligatory, but a voluntary thing as a “thank you” from the customer.I have nothing to appreciate after an awful horrible service I got in this so-called Spa)))The service is unappreciated and people who collaborated with me were unprofessional.1) The Spa-therapist’s hands smelled cigarettes. It is probably an option to help feel relaxed and at ease.2) What they call massage is absolutely not a professional massage therapy, but:- stretching facial skin- pushing and pressing hands and feet and back- pulling and strokesIt has nothing common with the massage therapy and if You have issues with your back or broken bones, be aware of this service.The massage thetepist left me with a severe pain after the “therapy”.3) The salon interior is horrible as well as your service (see the pictures)4) I would never recommend them to anyone and according to other reviews 20% of their customers are unsatisfied with the service as well as myself.5) Waist of time and money6) I expected relaxation but left them with the bad mood and very disappointed

So, I received a groupon for hour full body massage, but when I arrived they told me I needed to pay additional 16$ so I can actually take my clothes off during the massage and so they can use oil. Weird, and groupon didnt mention that. (How can you massage with all clothes on anyway).Secondly, the massage guy didnt speak English which is in general fine but it was hard to ask him something.The massage went well, it was..normal, pleasant, but in the end they tried to get me to leave a huge tip! I left 5$ not only they didnt appreciate that but said that the minimum tip recommended is 15 if is was ok, and 20-30$ or more if I liked it. How can you ASK someone for tips? If I feel like it, I will leave it but you cant demand tip and make people feel bad. (Im a student myself and I didnt have much money with me and this definitely made me feel bad).

The Best! Professional, truly, you will not find a better massage, and the price is 1/2 to 1/3 any other spa. Tip $20 and its still a steal.... they deserve 50% minimum, and I am famously cheap.NOTE: Theres a Lux nail spa in the same building, half the photos here show the wrong business.

Jay and Tiffany are the best!! All of my guests told me that I looked stunning at my wedding reception. I liked how my make up looked very natural but beautiful and I still could breathe with my skin. Jay made a masterpiece with my hair and it was just simply amazing. Two thumbs up!!

Ive had back pain and nerve problems for 6 months. My doctor ok me to get a massage. I did the 30 min back massage. Omg they really got in there and loosened my back. Im in disbelief on how good Vivian was.Definitely going back. Save your money and go to Lux spa. Massage Envy charges way more.

The massage therapists are great however, the spa is deceiving when it comes to buying and using a Groupon. Purchased a couples massage on Groupon for 1 hour massages. When we arrived, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional $15 per person in order to take off our clothes and have oil used for the massage. Groupons fine print definitely didnt mention that part. Its a ploy to squeeze extra money out of your pocket. Also, after your massage, the therapists line up at the front desk very awkwardly waiting for a tip. Im all for tipping but let me do so on my own without the pressure. Again, clothes on massages (without oil) werent bad but beware when buying/using a Groupon.

Great find a year ago near home and love it! 90 minute hot stone and foot reflexology massage for $54!?!? Plus, they are great massages! Always coming back when I feel like treating myself.

Not only do they charge $35 for a 10-year old, the lady named Ms. Kim, did a horrible job cutting my daughters hair! It is uneven and choppy!! When I made the appointment, I specifically said I was a new customer and wanted someone who does a great job. .. cant believe she recommended herself! !!

They confirmed via text the price of $29 for an hour massage. Then they charge my husband $45 and insisted on a $10 tip. Never again!!

One of the worst hair cut experiences. Ms. Kim cut my hair for 45mins only to end up leaving a ridiculously unprofessional mistake on my side hair: it looks like a one sq inch of white scar. She did not even notify me of that obvious mistake; if I knew I would not tip her a penny.Well, hair in the affected area will grow in a week but until then too much of stress. The fact that this error is uncommon and skilled hair designers dont make this kind of errors gave me a clear conclusion that her skills suck. I am sure no one would cut side hair like this.Moreover, whenever shes finished with washing my hair (washed twice), she touched my back for 2 seconds to direct me to the cut chair, even worse experience. It wasnt a poke, and 2 secs is too long to avoid feeling displeasure.I am not sure if Kim is her real name. But she is very short lady and you will know who that is.Overall, I woul not recommend Ms. Kim (or this place)
