4/22/24 I just left around 8:30pm & I will never return! I was asked to prepay $45 for services, I made sure to pay with my credit card & keep my receipt just in case there is any funny business as I now see in the reviews. After services were rendered, I was followed out by the person who gave me my massage, asking for a tip by rubbing her fingers together, I was livid! I told her I would give her a cash tip if I could find an ATM or store to get cash back for $1 as I didnt feel she deserved a tip based on the service and the fact that I had to prepay for services. LUCKILY for me there was no store with an ATM close enough for me to actually obtain cash to give her the $1. Why would you follow me outside???? I know one thing and that is I better NOT see a change on my credit card, or I will be calling the police and filing a report for theft! I have my screenshots!4/23/24 EDIT: once I walked in to prepay a couple walked in behind me to inquire on prices of services the lady uses her google translation to tell me the booked an appointment. I shouldve left and demanded a refund at that very moment, but I smiled so big because how you gone try and tell me they booked an appointment and I hear them say they just wanted prices (insert laughing emoji)And to that little smart reply from the so-called business owner who doesnt speak a lick of English, CHILD save it, I am not the one or the two! You do what you see fit with your prepay business.

My foot massage started out okay but after a while it seems the lady got rougher & rougher. I only wanted a foot massage so I’m not really sure why she massaged my whole legs. It wasn’t a problem until she started beating my legs with her fist. My right calf is so sore and has been since Tuesday 6/11/24. I know some massages may be a little uncomfortable but this was actually kind of painful. As I was leaving the lady asked and if I wanted a water and literally 3 seconds later ask “you going to give me a tip” . Like what ?? lol I’ve never had anyone ask me for a tip. I typically tip when the service is good but I felt like I had been beat up from the waist down , so I wasn’t going to.I would not come back.

Ana did a fabulous job!! I can’t stop raving about this place and her.I was skeptical about the pay upfront before services thing. But was so happy I did!I will be back soon!

On 05/18/24I got a massage it was a bday gift so I expected to be relaxed afterwards but I am still in pain. J used her 🤜elbow like a knockout mechanism to massage it wasn’t pleasant and this was not my first time visiting this location but definitely my “LAST”. I reached out to the manager she asked me to give it 2-3 days saying it was a deep tissue I waited 2,3,5 days and the areas are still sore neck shoulder I’m going to see a doctor.

I have had 2 massages prior to my recent visit early January with no complaints. I was requested to pay for services, prior to the service given, per their posted policy. I signed for my cc charge with $110.00 charged and purposely marked out tip section so I could tip via cash. I was not asked what type of massage, however, I knew from the beginning the person giving it was not skilled. I have NEVER had such a painful massage in my life. I had to continue to tell her she was causing tension and pain. This gal should not be giving massages and while it was an experience I never will repeat at this facility again, I tipped her minimum. I looked up cc charges today and found that Comfy Zone changed the charged amount to $120.00? And without my authorization? I called to inquire and could not make sense of the person that answered the line. I tried to explain this is not legal and I want to know how and why this charge was processed after I originally signed the charge with NO tip to my card. I will be making a visit to this facility to talk to mgr about this practice. I will never go back to such a place that operates like this and hope nobody goes through the miserable massage I went through. I have never jumped off the table in pain, wow…

This review is long overdue! I found this facility on Google because it’s near my house. I used to go to Wei Massage in Arlington, who is also very good, but changed to an equally great establishment (Comfy Zone Massage) that is much closer to my house.Background: I must get deep tissue massages to control pain and knots. I have tremendous shoulder, neck, and back issues due to degenerative disc surgery that resulted in a titanium plate being placed in my neck. I also have scoliosis (spine curvature).At my first visit, I decided to get a 90-minute hot stone massage with emphasis on those aforementioned areas . A lady (I forgot her name) did a terrific job; I requested her to be my masseuse at every visit.One day, my regular masseuse was unavailable so I had to get Andy. Honestly, I was initially apprehensive using a different person but decided to go ahead with Andy because of the extreme pain I was experiencing at the time. I’m so glad Andy did my massage; he is an extraordinarily experienced masseuse who delivered just the right pressure at just the right places. He is also professional and extremely thorough. I love this place and will return again & again to see Andy!

I never leave reviews. However, my massage today was the best Ive had in years. I travel the world and always thought that I had to get a good massage abroad. Well not any more. This was a real therapist. He thoroughly worked out the kinks in my back and neck. I feel so much better. Give them a try.

I plan to go back. Hopefully next visit I can upgrade the star rating. The massage was a lil choppy because she kept stopping. The elbows were too much. The customer was service was good. I felt relaxed in the environment. The establishment was clean. I did a couple massage...I do not like when the ladies massaging chat among each other while giving the massage. All and all i recommend and will try back again soon. Oh and good pricing.

I stopped coming to this location because there was way too much talking. Im getting a massage and a lady will come in with her loud voice talking to her coworker. The last time I was there one of the workers was on her phone and it was loud. Whenever you get a massage I need to be peaceful and quiet. The only advice that I have for them. If they need to ask a coworker a question please. Whisper.

OMG THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I TOLD THE LADY WHO WALKED ME BACK SO SHE TOOK ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WHICH WAS ALSO DIRTY WITH BLACK SMEARS ON THE WALL & FILTHY CEILINGS! THE 3RD ROOM WAS JUST AS NASTY WITH STAINED LINEN! I CAN NOT GET IN A RELAXED MOOD AROUNDFILTH! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! ALSO NO A/C IT WAS HOT! I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK SO THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME A GIFT CARD OF COURSE NOT I SAID. THEY HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER & REVERSE MY CHARGES, IM STILL PISSED! THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE DONT SHOW THE FILTH.

Had to wait for half an hour just to have the short one show up and use one hand for the massage and the other to text! Then they demand tips! You get shame.

I came here because it’s down the street from me and I wanted to try this location. It was my first and last time… I would give them a 0 star if I could. They use a foot cream from a jar & they DOUBLE DIP without gloves. Imagine how many peoples feet germs are in that jar & they are massaging you with it🤢 Thats SOOO unsanitary, they massage your feet by the door entrance where people are coming in and out (there is no relaxing time there). I also received a back massage and it was super sloppy, I been to multiple massage places and this one is not it. I highly recommend KYN Foot Spa & Body Massage on Matlock, it’s worth the drive and you’ll thank me later. Never coming here again.

My first experience here was great! I got a full body massage and well as foot reflexology and both services felt so good and rejuvenating. Prices, customer service, and cleanliness were all great! I will be back soon for sure.

I ask for deep tissue and Aria did not disappoint.. Needed work in myNeck and shoulders and she made sure she got those knots out.. the best thing is I paid for 90 min session and not one minute was wasted.. will go back for sure

Smells like old food , rush massage, felt like my privacy wasnt so private, at one point...stay away!! .. let them close or revamp. Also, they make you pay first. That was my red flag😮‍💨

I got the 60 minute full body massage and Luci did a fabulous job. Walked in with sore muscles and walked out feeling great! I’m planning on making this a monthly event.
