As a walk in client I understand that it can be a bit difficult, however I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me.I paid for a 30 minute foot massage & 60 minute full body massage, totaling out to 100$- I did not receive my full 30 minutes nor 60 minutes.I timed both sessions on my phone , my foot massage was 26 minutes of the same strokes and my therapist was yawning throughout the entire time. I asked for strong pressure & id rate it a 6/10Full body massage was timed at 52 minutes, which I asked for strong pressure , it was ok but not deep. I felt that the therapist was tired and rushing the process.I would’ve appreciated the session more, if she applied better pressure. Like sinking into the muscles and applying pressure , rather than rubbing me down with oil and doing fast strokes. It felt like a carpet burn.I’ve came to this location many times out of my 7 years living in GP. I’m disappointed with the quality. I tipped 8$ only because I understand that these services require a lot of energy and there were a few times where I felt my therapist did an alright job. Rating the full body massage 6/10.If she applied firmer pressure and sank into the muscles instead of rushing and doing fast strokes , I would’ve tipped more.I feel that 100$ was not worth the money.

The staff and quality of the effort that they have has gone down a LOT! My session was shorter than what I paid for. $100 for a 30 minute foot massage and 60 minute full body massage, turned into a 20 minute foot massage and a 52 minute full body massage. I only tipped $10 because the First Lady asked if I wanted medium or strong pressure. I asked for strong and I got WEAK pressure. She then ended up being on her phone and I asked again for STRONGER pressure. She still gave a weak service and then switched me to a different lady. This overall experience was a 2/10. Disappointing, unprofessional, over priced, over promised and under delivered!

The massage was ok just because the lady keep leaving the room to go out take care a new customer walking and delay my session and then I gave her 12 dollars tip usually I do $15 or $20 for an hour half then tell me on her phone translate asking for $20 tips. She short me about 7 min. I count 3 customers cause the door bell rings when someone walk in. Disappointed this time!

I went a few days ago and received the WORST massage of my life. Honestly, the last 3 massages I received here were subpar. I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue session. I turned on the timer on my phone just as the massage started because I have been shorted on massage time in the past. I was assigned to work with CeCe. First, she left the door slightly open when she entered the room and I immediately asked for it to be closed. Her work consisted of her repeatedly pushing her thumbs into my skin with minimal pressure. She did not knead or actually massage the areas such as my shoulders and lower back. I repeatedly asked for more pressure and, each time, CeCe responded with a loud sigh and said ok. It was clear that she hardly understood what I was saying. When she left the room to get the hot stones, she left the door open again and anyone walking past could see inside. When she re-entered the room, she still left the door open. I strongly dislike how, at the end of the massage, the oil is wiped from your skin with a semi warm towel which leaves your body feeling cold. At checkout, I still tipped her out of sheer courtesy and asked for the name of the manager. Luckily, the manager walked up and I expressed to her how dissatisfied I was. She encouraged me to return and book a session with her but I wont. This $110 experience was a waste of my time and money. I have noticed they heavily pressure you to leave a tip and it is a struggle to communicate with the staff. The service at this location has significantly declined in the past 2 years and theres always different employees when I visit. At this point, I would rather find another establishment.Update on 4/15: The manager, CoCo responded to my review and asked me to come back. I saw her today and she gave me an excellent massage! She was apologetic and understanding of why I was so unhappy about the massage I had received before. CoCo was extremely thorough and attentive, and I cant thank her enough!!

I hate making reviews but this is needed! Bad service, barely any English, super rough. They over charged for a service because they weren’t listening/couldn’t understand what we were saying. I couldn’t even understand what they were saying smh. Then my mom and sister service were both ended too early about 10 mins early. Definitely don’t recommend and not going back. I hope they do better in the future!

The massage was ok, but they asking for tips insisted on tips. Didn’t like that

My mother suprised me with a massage for the both of us. I was super excited to get a massage… once we walked in we had to pay full amount before massage ($140) im like okay i will respect that . Once the massage was over and we were about to leave the lady slid the receipt and said “this is for tip” how are you going to force someone to tip?!? Then another lady that did my massage walks up and mind you my mother suprised me with this so I didn’t expect to pay anything since my mother paid for my massage… my mother gives her masseuse $10 and she looks at her like that wasn’t enough (even though we just gave them $140) the lady proceeds to look at me and say “are you tipping “? Like are you serious.. YOU TIP out of the goodness of your heart.. not being forced to do it. And $10 tip is good on top of $140 service.. be greatful for that especially in times like this… also the comments you said were very rude and i know you we’re talking about me & my mother not tipping enough.. PLUS The massage was good until I had extreme pain the next day ! SO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TIP OVER $20 along with your service.. otherwise they will talk & look at you crazy

I was looking for a massage place on the day of and they took me right away!! Price isnt soo bad. I got a full body massage for 1 hour and I loved that it included hot stones. The lady was great! Because she would check up on me to make sure the pressure was just right. I came in with a tense back and stressed, but I came out refreshed and no more pain. I was impressed.Only reason I give 4 stars is because walls are pretty thin and you can hear people walking in. My room didnt have music so I could hear everything, but it wasnt too bad. But regardless I loved the massage. Going back!!

I got a lady who was nothing but a disappointment. I paid for 30min and she only massaged my back and when I asked why she rudely said 30min is back only even though they have a sign at the front stating 30min is a full body massage. When I tried to clarify this at the front desk, all of a sudden they all acted like they couldnt understand/speak English.. never going back!

The massage was wonderful, however they dont speak English. I need to be able to communicate with them...for example what type of massage do they offer it only say 30 mins or 60 mins massage..but what kind.

Received a 60 minute massage from Amy which runs $65. You have to pay prior to massage and since I paid with card, I felt pressured to put a tip on the receipt to avoid any awkwardness. Lol So I gave a $15 tip and didn’t regret it. Wasn’t the greatest massage ever, but was really good and got the job done. Fair price and I intend on tipping $20 next time instead. :) Amy was both the cashier and my masseuse. Very sweet and please be understanding of the language barrier.

I’ve been here a few times before but I am absolutely done after this. I never do reviews but this one deserves to be known I wouldn’t want anyone else with this experience. I went about 2 weeks ago with zero pain anywhere, just wanting a relaxing massage. When I still had about 15 minutes left the lady said something in her native language and walked out. Some minutes later the other lady who was giving my husband his massage finished him up then came to me and gave me a massage for about 5 minutes (still leaving my time cut short) but i didn’t make a big deal of it. Well the massage I received was a very very painful intense therapeutic massage, I said softer a few times but didn’t think she was understanding so I just kinda dealt with it. She did something on my left shoulder that day that hurt so much but never thought how bad it would be. That night the pain began and the following two days I couldn’t move my arm. I gave it some time to go away on its own but now I will have to seek a chiropractor to see what she did. I barely have Motion on my shoulder and it pops when I try lifting it. I called but they didn’t understand what I was explaining to them. Be very very careful where you go. I hope and pray my shoulder will be an easy fix

I have used a lot of massage places over the years. I work as a mechanic, so it is necessary to relax and let the pain wash away. This place hands down gives the best massage around! The staff is friendly, room was clean and comfortable, easy to get a quick appointment. The massage helped get rid of the majority of my pulled muscle pain on the first trip, she regularly checked about pressure levels and to see what techniques worked well. I will definitely go back again.

Love this place! Great prices, great massages! I just went for third or fourth time and each one has been a great experience. Love that you can walk in, staff is always very friendly and professional. Ive had really bad back pain for awhile, so its nice to have an affordable place that really gets in there and gets the knots out (if you ask them to go hard of course). Cant wait to go back!

There were some language barrier but the service was great. I had a certain area I wanted the masseuse to focus on, I pointed to the area and she took care of it. Since I dont go to a massage parlor often, I would say the price was reasonable and I would definitely go back.

This is the best massage Ive even had! I asked for the full body 60 min (deep tissue) massage ($60). My massage therapist used oils, hot stones, and even got on the table to make sure she used the right pressure. I also took my dad (90 min full body, deep tissue massage for $90) and he said his massage therapist even used her feet. He came out feeling like he was in a new body.They use hot towels to finish up your backside and then wipe you clean (from the oils) before they tell you to turn around and lay on your back. The last 15 minutes or so are spent on the front side of your body.This place was definitely worth the price! They will take you in the same day as long as they have room for you. I called at 6pm after work today and was able to make a 7pm appointment for both my dad and myself.

I really enjoyed the massage I got. It was the first time I had someone walk on my back. It was intense but the most relaxed I’ve ever been. I went at night. Had a great sleep after that massage! Very professional.

Only $45 for a 70 minute massage? Yes please! The place is clean, the staff is friendly. We were able to book an appointment the same day we called. The massage was a combination of acupressure and swedish massage. Feet, hands, arms, head, neck, and back. Hot rocks. Oils. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud.

The massage therapist was better than average, but it was really weird that someone open the door about 3 inches and left it open while she was doing my massage. I think there should be a little bit of privacy while I’m getting a massage, makes me feel a lot better. I may or may not go back, I just don’t understand why this happened.

I had severe lower back pain and sciatic pain. I went in for the 70 min massage and ended up doing the 60min full body. I do not regret it. She was amazing!! She knew I was hurting and took care of me. I will be back for more massages.

They did a great massage today for my husband. But because I didnt give a tip the lady got upset. So I went on and gave her a tip. Because of that I will never go there again. I was planning on having my husband go there weekly. But since I was press for a tip. I will not go back and this happened at the facility on pioneer in Grand prairie.

Im not sure the guys name who did my massage but it exceeded what I thought I was going to get. He adjusted his pressure just enough when I told him he can put more pressure. He was very detailed and worked hard on two stubborn knots. Havent had back pain in days. I just wasnt sure if it actually lasted 90 minutes Polite people nevertheless.

This is by far the worse massage place I ever been. They have the sign say open and the door is locked. The masseuse will leave you and go answer the door and come back then leave you and go talk to somebody and comes back. When you get in you wait like 10 minutes till some best comes to help. It’s worse than your doctor waiting room lol

Massage is very good when they are not rushing.

In the reviews, it said you can ask to close the door and at my session she didnt when I asked her 3 times, not modest at all and then she asked for a tip afterwards I wont be back no privacy.

The staff cant speak English or understand it. Hard to guide on how soft or hard to put pressure. They only used lotion on me no essential oils at all, my friend lost her voice 💔

Wonderful experience! As far as technique she was a lil rough, it did hurt at times, so definitely not the massage you want if you want a gentle touch hahaha but definitely the one to get if your trying to get all the knots worked out of your muscles, because she will get them!!! Shes might be tiny but she is strong! I am sore, and i will be sore tomorrow for sure. But i will sleep great tonight! Also you will get every last minute you paid for! Yes they leave at different times to get things they need, and you half to get up and move halfway through, but do not worry because if you pay for 70 minutes you will get 71 minutes! That made me very happy. Oh, I got the 70 minute combo for 45$ I will be sending my husband soon and I see many more massages in our future! !! Great place!!

Walked right in, taken back ASAP, & had an AMAZING full-body massage! Wish I wouldve gone for more than just the 60 minutes.Only down side is that the music was not playing in the room I was in, could only hear it faintly from outside the room. This also meant I could hear a little talking & outside noise as well. But nothing very distracting.Overall, it was great & I will certainly go back!

Great place to get a massage. We chose the couples massage . Hard to communicate with the massage people. Directing me to wear a mask while youre getting a massage is a horrible idea. I wont come back for that mask reason.

I found this place last min 4 yrs ago had a horrible crook in my neck so bad I couldn’t function I got Lisa as my massager and now I can’t live without her 🙏she took my pain and the crook out of my neck I have recommended her to four of my friends and they all loved her and we ALLL keep coming back i Thank God for Lisa 🙏❤️

At the end of a subpar massage she had the nerves to hand me bottle of water and pointed to the tip signBarely speaking English but she knows how to ask for money.The basic massage price includes her tip.

I used to come to this place before covid and it was great. After covid this place had been going down. Massages are not the same, they make you wait in the rooms for at least 45 min and they dont give you the full time you pay for.

The lady just tried to force my son to leave her a 20% Tip. First off she didn’t even do a good job. She demanded a $30.00 tip and said he lived in America longer than she has and should know he has to leave a tip. This business is very sketchy.

Went in for deep tissue and it was really worth it. She Worked out the knots. Definitely will return soon.

Great massage, I was visiting this place very often but the only issue is that they get mad if you don’t give TIP, they always ask for tip at the end ... and put a lot of pressure to get as much as they can.... If you give them 5 or 10 they will get mad and will say that they want more... just for this issue I won’t back there anymore.

I asked and payed for a full body, but only received upper body. on top that, she had the audacity to stop me at the door as leaving, to ask for tip.
