I I had Brandon and he was very good. He made me feel very comfortable with it being my first time he has great bedside manners and overall I’ll give him five stars. He was so smooth and gentle at one point I thought he had on gloves I had to just peek to see if he had them on . He asked me what type of pressure would I like he didn’t just jump in and start working thank you so much Brandon and massage envy.

I recently had a full body massage at Massage Envy, and I was impressed with the experience. Jennifer provided an excellent massage, effectively targeting the areas where I was most tense and helping me to fully relax. Her professionalism, along with with her friendly and personable demeanor, made the session enjoyable. Additionally, the entire staff at Massage Envy was welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their services.

Jennifer was awesome! She used the perfect amount of pressure to get out my knots without being in pain and addressed all my concerns. She also gave me a scalp massage at the beginning as I told her I had been dealing with a lot of tension headaches.

My message person didnt ask if I wanted to be stretched so I shouldve been getting more massage then stretching she spent alot of time on my back which I mentioned but I also said the whole body and she barely touched my legs only the back calves no thighs and nothing with hands or feet. She was friendly and great on the back she worked on

The Service at this massage envy is great. Everyone is nice and attentive. I love the atmosphere and Nicole, the masseuse gave me a great massage 💪🏾💪🏾💜. This is my favorite spot.

I have had several great therapist. All attentive and thorough in their individual ways. I have had less issues with back spasms since i started monthly treatments. Highly recommend Massage Envy!

I was just completely tired and needed a good massage to just relax my body. My therapist gave me the opportunity to receive the massage and did not engage in conversation, which is what I wanted at that time. He did an amazing job!

I came in earlier this week to purchase a gift card for my sisters birthday. No sooner than I walked in I heard a DOG barking from what looked to be an office. Then I actually saw the dog run out to the reception desk. You can bet I turned around and walked straight out! Absolutely disgusting! Who wants a massage knowing that a dog is roaming around the building doing who knows what. This should reported to the Health Department ICK

I walked in to a host full of young adults. The young lady that greeted me was speaking so fast that i didn’t understand a word that came out of her mouth.Jennifer, did a wonder job. She focused on my problem areas and made sure that i was comfortable with the pressure that was being applied.

Mrs. Angela is amazing. Ive been going to her for a while and she knows how to focus on my needs. Each time that I go, I feel so much better. She is definitely a gem.

I have a monthly plan membership with Massage Envy - Grand Prairie, TX, for nearly a year. Ive selected Rashonda on a recurring basis over the past 4 or months for a 60 min firm massage. During the past 2 months, Ive selected a 90 min massage with Rashonda. I would highly recommend her as a knowledgeable massage technician with firm hands and very skilled in her capacity. Shes also very pleasant & attentive.

Always a joy to visit. Kevin is very considerate and professional. He always knows how to ease my aching muscles and joints. The receptionists are always friendly, polite

Mr. Larry is awesome! He has a calm and gentle disposition. I let him know general areas that need special attention and he listens and targets those areas. He also seemingly analyzes the stressed areas of your body and works to ease/rectify those concerning areas through his massage style and technique.

I will never attempt to visit the establishment in Grand prairie tx, because my massage therapist,Ms Jennifer lied to me and told me that my wife wanted to start our couples session together without me and she stated that my wife wanted to start our session with out me and that I could not join her and I was very confused because this was the only reason for me being there on July 6 9:00 am, so I allowed her to go ahead and prefom my massage session and she rush me through my massage session and she had no customer service skills and she made me feel very uncomfortable and I told my wife about what happened and I had left and she was still getting her massage done, so I left and went home and me and my wife has not been on good terms since that day July the 6th at 9::am and I will never ever consider going to any of your establishment from fear of being treated like I or my wife is not important enough to be treated fairly and not lied to. MS JENNIFER PLEASE AJUST YOUR PERSONALITY BEFORE YOU CAUSE YOUR COMPANY A LOT OF UNHAPPY 👋 AND THIS WILL EFFECT THE COMPANY MORE THAN YOU.

Vincent was awesome!!!! He listened to my complaints about where I had pain and he was very receptive to that! I appreciate everything he did for me, I have lymphedema so as you can imagine my legs from below my knee to the tip of my toes is extremely swollen. Vincent helped a great deal with the swelling! It’s not gone, but it is, definitely less swollen! Thank you again so much Vincent and massage envy!

Hands down worst massage Ive ever had but even worse the response from the lead manager Tiffanie. I arrived 10 min early. Got called back 15 min after my massage started. Therapist explained the front desk didnt check me in properly for it being my 1st time so she was unaware I was there. Still havent started my massage talking about her sisters back treatments. Once started she spent my massage complaining about how she will be expected to make up the time for the people after me. Then started making these grunting noises so I finally asked if she was ok. She said no because of the sheets used for the massage bed. When she was done which was only about 30 min of an actual massage she apologized for rushing and knows she did a bad job but she needed to get to her other clients.I contacted Tiffanie, lead mgr, told her everything. I simply asked for the additional 20 min to be attached to a new booking that I would do with different therapist. She said she would escalate my complaint & get back to me. After a few weeks of back and forth she tells me she can not make up the time but will cover an enhancement on my next massage. I explained when I signed up for the membership I was given a bunch of coupons for enhancements and the only thing to make this right is to get the time I actually paid for. She said that wasnt possible. I said speak to someone who could make it possible. I couldnt understand why legally she thought she could charge me for time I didnt get. This was back in Nov. Now months have gone by with her not being available when I called. I was so disgusted that even though I was getting charged every month I didnt go back until March getting an amazing therapist Lakenia but making it a point to use my vouchers for all enhancements. I told Tiffanie only getting the time I paid for is acceptable. Still no resolution.Last week I received a call Lakenia would not be available due to an emergency so they rescheduled me. Things happen so I understood. Showed up for my reschedule, they actually checked me in hence I got a text that evening to review my experience. Now Tiffanie who Im finally meeting in person calls me to the desk to tell me Lakenia had to extend her absence. Understood but I asked why didnt u guys call me to reschedule which was done prior. Tiffanie then used words that no employee should EVER say to a client we dont have time to call everyone when a therapist cant show so we send out mass texts. She realizes I opted out of texts in but says I should opt back in. I said no you should have called. The time they spend doing reminder calls day before appt could have been to reschedule but regardless make the time. Now she changes saying they did call me for 2nd change. I told her if that were true I wouldnt have shown up. Argued with me she had no records to tell me when call was madd but it did happen.This was the most unprofessional disrespectful exchange Ive ever had with a mgr. Worse it was done in front of her team so this is how they are being trained. She asked how do we move fwd. I said fix the 1st issue you decided for me that a voucher would be enough. She said an enhancement voucher balances the missed time. I said no it does not especially when I made clear time I paid for is only acceptable resolution. Tiffanie then decided to insult me further by pulling up my account pointing out I had 3 enhancements I didnt pay for as if I took her up on her offer. Explained again used 3 vouchers which if they keep records she would see this. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITYIf this team continues to be taught to have an attitude and tell clients what they dont have time to do, this location will continue to get bad reviews. I wont deal with unprofessional mgt, so asked if Lakenia worked at a different location. She doesnt so I will finish out my contract but not renew. Good customer service is important.LAKENIA FIVE STARS. Amazing therapist/personality. Pays special attention to whatever your needs are. Thank you (wouldnt let me do separate post for u)

Nichole is the best! She is very knowledgeable and gives excellent tips for specific muscle areas. The staff is always very kind.

We booked appointments the same day the appointments was supposed to take place. We had an urgent matter that forced us to cancel the appointments. We called a few hours ahead of the appointment to cancel but was told that we would be charged half of the appointment cost regardless of canceling or if we changed dates.

Disappointed with my massage. After thoroughly explaining my needs, about 5 minutes was given to addressing those nerds. My children gave me gift certificates for the service. The amount on my card differed greatly from what they paid for. I wont be back.

The massage started late and ended right on time so I feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth. The entire time they were trying to get me to pay for a membership and couldn’t even get my appointment right so a membership at this rate will NEVER happen.

Larry is stupendous! After my session with him, I felt like a new person. His hands are magical! It was the best session I have ever had!

Signed up 2 months ago thinking the subscription service would be great for discounted massages. What I didnt know and what their dishonest employees and business practices dont tell you is that cant cancel at anytime and that the credits dont work the way they tell you it does. Basically to cancel, you have to pay the contract in full or just live it out till the end. Disgraceful business practices, they lie to your face, have you click some buttons and boom you are signed in to a long term contract. Buyer beware! Do not let them sign you up for subscriptions, they arent!

Mr. Vincent was a great massage therapist, I felt like he was able to get some knots in my legs that have been bothering for a long time. I have my next 2 appointments scheduled.

Had a 90 minute himalayan salt hot stone massage with Ms. Yen and the experience was amazing. Ms. Yen knows exactly what muscles to target. I left feeling rejuvenated.The front desk staff are very friendly and always eager to book my next appointment.

She was amazing, also it’s nice to know that her first name and my middle name are the same and spelt the same way. That’s kind of cool too.

Need a massage? Anita has got the hands. Shell work out knots you have now, knots youve had in the past, and knots that havent even showed up yet. Nice and clean and relaxing environment. Even their bathrooms were pretty clean and that says a lot.

If you love a deep tissue massage, Vincent is your go to! He was amazing and very thorough.

Ms. Yen is the best! It takes a special masseuse to work on me, but Ms. Yen is amazing and I keep coming back for her. I recently tried hot stones based on her recommendation, and it was sooo relaxing and therapeutic. Highly recommend hot stone massage with Ms. Yen!

Loved the clinic but once an employee decided to be very rude to me it put a very bad taste in my mouth.I spoke with Tiffany in regards to cancelling my membership due to a cardiac issue and originally thought maybe I would freeze for the interim but once I spoke with Tiffany I was adamant on cancelling. She has ZERO professionalism when speaking with a client and downright rude and distasteful. The other young ladies up front are so sweet but unfortunately I cannot say the same about Tiffany.My daughter was a former employee who gave her resignation due to unfortunate circumstances and because she is no longer employee I am being treated with utter disrespect.

Brandon at South 360 is amazing at deep tissue. He listens to your issues and can alter pressure based on what your body needs. I workout a lot and came in with my usual aches and pains. I feel good as new afterward.

Unfortunately, I was unable to have my massage due to the massage therapist not being comfortable with working on me with my medical devices. I am a T1D and wear a continuous glucose monitor and an insulin pump. I’ve never experienced being turned away for service because of wearing these devices and have had massage’s previously at other establishments with no issues. While I understand the massage therapist has the right to refuse due to their comfort level, I was upset and disappointed to say the least. I’d been looking forward to having an hour to myself to relax as this is a rare occurrence working full time in leadership with 6 kids.

I have been to this location several times and I prefer it over their other locations. The staff is always friendly and appointment times are kept as scheduled. Ms. Yen was my latest therapist and she was the absolute best. She has such a sweet personality and is a great therapist. I plan on scheduling all future massages with her.

Ive been a member for over 5 years. I enjoy the convenience and all the options I have. Brandon did well.. I will say that within the last two years, every therapist talks the entire massage. I guess the pandemic caused people to want to talk. But, I I like quiet during my massage. I have even started with (Im going to relax and sleep today) and they still talk. Its not just massage envy, its everywhere I get a massage. :( overall, once you find your person at massage envy youre good to go. Ive found Ive had better luck with Grand Prairie and Mansfield locations versus S. ARLINGTON.

Edit: Yen is still awesome, by the way! She makes every session count and is so kind and professional. The facility itself is spotless and serene and somehow maintains that feeling of calm even when you’re not in the tranquility room. First-rate.Yen is simply the best! She administers an excellent pain-management regimen (and great aesthetic services, too). I’m a regular monthly massage client and now I schedule regular facials, too. The facility is always spotless and rigorous in its pandemic protocols.

Unfortunately, the management staff was very impersonal and unwilling to accommodate my request to be refunded for services provided during the last visit. The room was very cold (67 degrees) added with cold and wet lotions; and they did not have any water to hydrate before or after services rendered. In addition, the visit prior to my most recent visit the room was cold and the table warmer was not on to add additional warmth for my comfort level. I advised the technician on both occasions which was confirmed by the technician to the office manager. But because I did not let the office manager personally know neither of my services was refunded. I have a membership and will be going to alternate location or cancelling with them. I will not refer or recommend this location to anyone as the purpose of the service is to ensure patrons are comfortable. Once advised it should be corrected or refunded. 101 Customer Service or you lose valuable patrons.

I had been looking for a new location since relocating to the area and I found it. This location is awesome. So friendly and helpful. Brandon my NEW masseuse is magic fingers. He’s personable and will make sure you are comfortable at all times. This is my new location for my massage and facial needs.

My experience with the front desk was great I believe her name is Jennifer. Amazing customer service ….My appointment was at 11…The therapist came and going me maybe 8-10mins after 11…She talked for a good 5 mins prior to me undressing…. She LITERALY rushed my entire massage!!! Nothing was relaxing about it!She stopped my massage and her iPad had 18 mins left… talked some more….She the walks out. Didn’t say goodbye, didn’t provide exit instructions or offer water, nor was I walked back to the front .I literally walked out of the salon at 12:00 Noon in the dot.I paid for a 60 min massage!You do the math! The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Stacie was great. She has some awesome techniques that helped my shoulder and neck pain tremendously. She is a bit more talkative than Im used to, but didnt diminish her service. Will keep her in my provider circle! 🤗

Received my 2nd phone call in 2 weeks that Mr. Vu is cancelling my upcoming appointment. I thought on the first one, ok things happen and they rebooked me with another therapist which was amazing! Now I received another call today that Mr. Vu needs to cancel a couples massage appointment that isn’t until April 15th. Couples massages are harder to book on a Saturday which is why we booked it out a month in advance to be able to accommodate schedules for 2 clients and 2 therapists. I’m super disappointed and will never book with Vu again. Watch out if you have any upcoming appointments with him because he’s not reliable!

I tried setting up a membership and by being a school employee I chose the very last day of the month or the 1st. When it was time for my first appointment they had not taken the needed payment on the 1st but in turn said that I would need to pay to be seen then pay again for the following month a week later. Im very mindful of budgeting but they said the policy was to wait until after a certain amount of days which was never said to me. The owner apparently said that I could not cancel my membership without knowing my concerns or contacting me. Communication is key and it lacks at this location. They should have honored the service and took the funds when they initially said they would. For it to be okay that I was paying for a membership but missing the first massage and the rest as well because all of the previous appointments made for the rest of the year had to be adjusted as well. This was not okay.

FDA Taysha was super knowledgeable about all that Massage Envy has to offer. 10/10 customer service at the front and was able to answer all of my questions about what a membership might look like.

I had an amazing day today at this M.E. appointment! We worked with Taysha, Kantrail and Tiffanie in the office today! I had a massage with Jen today and she was amazing! My boyfriend had a massage with Jaathiya today as well! Highly recommended 😊

Anita Im sure she is a nice spirit, dont get me wrong. But I was having a really bad week and I was expecting a great massage with no talking and conversation. Anita was talking to me about what to put in my hair, what to stop doing, about my new journey I told... I told these things at the beginning when we sat down, but I didnt want to continue during the session I couldnt even relaxing because she still continue to talk and ask question. So no I felt it was a waste of my first time and my gift card someone gave to me. Very disappointed 😞 but the environment was very clean and the employee whom check me out was pleasant and the Manger.

Jordan at the front desk was so sweet and helpful when trying to book an appointment for my mom. we appreciate her kindness and look forward to coming in!

Brandon was absolutely amazing! He made sure I was comfortable and safe, worked out all my trouble spots with the right amount of pressure, and gave me tips to keep from getting too tense in my shoulders. I even fell asleep on the massage table because he made me feel so relaxed!

I went to this Massage Envy after getting multiple disappointing massages at the South Arlington location. I’m so happy that I did because my first ever massage with Ms. Yen was fantastic. She was very attentive to my every need. Her massage was the perfect pressure and hit all my pain points. I will continue to use the Grand Prairie Massage Envy and Ms. Yen’s services in particular.

Im going to start at the front calling to get an appointment set up for a massage the person that answered the phone was yawning the whole time she talked, set the appointment up only to call me 2 hours later and tell me that the person that does the massage called in sick. This is sad because they dont want to do their jobs. Pitiful.

I was pretty nervous as this was my first time and didn’t know what to expect, but Brandon was so great! He was really personable and made sure you were as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I would highly recommend him!! The front desk staff were also super great and helpful!

The massage it self was fine. Larry is a very nice young man, however for my liking he talks a little to much. I told him I was having some issues with my neck and shoulder and he only massaged my back and arms. In the past with other therapist if I tell them of a concern in a certain area I still got a full body massage. My appointment was at 4:00, I didnt get back to the room until 4:15 and he was finished at 5:02, and I was told he was a little late because his client before me ran a little long and he had to flip the room. Was not happy at all about not getting my full hour, was told at the front desk that its only 50 minutes hands on. I have never felt before that I didnt receive my full massage session.

Kevyn G is the best! Hes friendly, very knowledgeable about anatomy, and always gives a great stretch session & massage! Hes the only therapist I schedule my stretch & massage with 😊

Stacey listened to my areas of concern and accommodated appropriately.On another note, Message envy’s policy on protecting from areas of discretion, I think you could allow for better coverage even if I have to sign a waiver. My thigh and quads never get touched because of this policy. Please revisit!

I had a facial with Tori. She is always so informative and welcoming! She also does a great job of communicating in between appointments to make sure I have all my skin needs met. I keep going back because of her!

So I went to this place like a month ago , and was left feeling cheated. I specifically came because my leg hurts and wanted it massaged however the masseuse only ignore my needs and massaged both legs for about 5min each, only one hurts. Then as if the first 5min of me explaining what I wanted decided to focus the rest of her time in my back shoulder and arms for like 30 min because it felt tight. When I paid, I left and then I looked at the time and it was 15 till 10am.So the massage total was less than the hour I paid for, I felt cheated. Needless to say I wont be coming back, I didnt want to write a review but I though the community should be aware. They didnt even explain any plans or schedule for future visits even though I told the masseuse I was interested because a client who was at the waiting room had let me know about the subscription. The receptionist was nice, but not going back. Hope this helps someone.

I’ve been to Massage Envy multiple times over the last 3 years. I’ve had several service providers but yesterday was the first time I met Kevyn. He made the hour fly by! He used the perfect pressure and concentrated on my problem areas. I feel like a brand new person! Thank you Kevyn.

Went in for an hr massage and added aromatherapy. I left feeling so relaxed and loose lol. Miranda was excellent! She focused on my problem areas and worked all the knots away! Thanks again Miranda , will definitely see you soon!

From check in to check out, Ive always had a great experience at this location. Thats why Ive been a member for years. Brandon always does an amazing job working all the tension and knots out of my shoulders. Ive seen other therapists there and while theyve all done a great job, in my opinion hes the best!

First, Id like to say Ms. Tori was super amazing again as always. Very professional and kind. Next I want to say that whoever the girl was that checked me in was rude as hell not once but every encounter I had with her yesterday! Also, on another occasion I had called up there to speak with manager Michael Zuniga but he was too busy I assume. The girl that answered my call kept repeating EVERYTHING that I was asking her from could I speak with him, why I needed to speak with him and every little thing which told me he was sitting right there being a coward. Horrible management. This is the reason I canceled my membership!!

Staff is always prompt to greet guests with little to no waiting. Tranquility room is a nice way to transition from hectic outside world to treatment room. One note, though, is trash can would be nice as tissues are provided, but whats a person to do with a used tissue? UPDATE - since last visit, there is now a trash can in the Tranquility Room - thanks so much for reading and taking action. This is why the ME S Gr Prairie is the best!!Larry is SUPERB at his job - he takes pride in delivering personalized service, which I deeply appreciate.Tori also does a great job; shes friendly & professional, but very difficult to book due to limited schedule.The entire team has made getting back to regular services during a very difficult time much easier.Thanks to a great team!!

I get my facials from Tori and they are always the best! She is so great at helping with my skincare routine and listening to my concerns. She always finds a time to fit me in during her busy schedule which I appreciate so much.

It was a perfect massage.***UPDATE: Poor Business PracticeWhile the therapists at this location are exceptional, I have to review Massage Envy for the misrepresentation of their membership package. My husband bought a year-long package for me as an anniversary gift. Super sweet. I loved it. However, after going a couple times, we realized that it wasnt saving us any money having a membership versus just paying anytime we went, AND the gifting option is ridiculous, limiting the person to whom you gift your massage that YOU have already paid for. I have tried to cancel the membership, but am not allowed to do so without a doctors note that says that massages are no longer beneficial to me. What? I just get massages for relaxation, not because a doctor told me to. In the eight or nine months Ive had the membership, Ive gone twice, maybe three times. Im not asking for any money back. I just want to stop monthly payments when Im not using the service. When my husband signed me up for the membership, he was excited for the benefits. However, after experiencing what the membership is and is not, he feels swindled and told me he would not have signed me up for it if the membership information would have been presented accurately.So, I left two stars on my review to account for the clean and comfortable facility and the awesome therapists; but the business practices of Massage Envy are not to my liking.

Anita is by far my therapist of choice. I’ve been her client for several years. She listens well to what my pressure points are every visit. Excellent communication to ensure she is taking care so that I leave there feeling rejuvenated. I try my best to keep her booked in advance 😊.

Very attentive n asking what I was looking for with my massage. Asked periodically if all was good. After the massage, she asked if I was good and if I had any questions. Overall a good experience.

Massage pressure was awesome. I verbalized just upper body and sciatic nerve area. All I got was 90 minutes on the posterior left portion of my back . I think he found some knots and was just working on them, but I did want a full upper body. It’s getting hard to book a massage lately. I think I am just going to cancel my membership and find a private masseuse. There are no incentives to having a membership here.

After calling to verify the store was open (inclement weather) I arrived and checked in 10 minutes prior to my 7 pm appt and waited 35 minutes before going to desk to inquire why my technician hadn’t come to take me to a room…only to find out she wasn’t there and there was no one else there able to provide the services. While the young men behind the desk were very apologetic it was apparent that the problem was communication from administration. Neither young man was aware that the technician had called in earlier and that she wasn’t available…

This was my first massage EVER!! Brandon was very professional and his hands were magic. Sometimes I have trouble with my right shoulder and the next morning after my massage as I was getting ready for the day I noticed that the resistance I normally have in my shoulder wasnt there I was able to move it with ease. I will include a massage from now on in my monthly self care because I deserve it!!

This is the best massage envy I have ever been to! I have gone to different locations around the US and the front desk associates here were so accommodating and helpful. I believe I spoke with Amy on the phone and she worked really hard to fit my husband and I in together last minute. We ended up getting a couples session from Stephanie and Vanessa and my husband and I left feeling like brand new people. I HIGHLY recommend!

Mr. Keyvan is AMAZING! He had the perfect amt of pressure and listened to me and where I wanted work done the most. This is the second time I’ve been paired up with him and he was consistent.Massage envy has not disappointed

Updated 9/17/2019- I just had another massage session today and it was fantastic. Kevin is a great masseuse and the front team is always super friendly and efficient! I highly recommend this Massage Envy location.I have been a customer of massage Envy for several years now and have referred many family members and friends to this location. Getting a massage in a relaxing environment is the best thing you can do for your body and mind. I highly recommend Massage Envy, especially at this location.

Anita was great!. Medium pressure was perfect and just what I needed to work out the kinks. She takes extra special care of you with hot towels and communicates with you before the session to find out where your trouble zones are. Highly recommend Anita.

Ms Jaathiya, was very attentive to my needs. She applied pressure in areas I expressed concern. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable in her techniques.

Front desk staff was very friendly and quick about getting me checked in and out! Kevyn is always very professional and courteous and consistently my favorite masseuse for years now. I recommend him to friends all the time.

I love getting my massages however I feel like sometimes I want to go in and relax and some masseuses like to talk which is fine but some don’t get a hint. It would be nice to maybe ask if you want a minimal conversation while getting massaged. Also the availability at this location is very minimal unfortunately. It is always clean and are very professional!

I love Cory! He is a great therapist and focuses on the back and neck troubles you have, not some standardized set routine. There are other amazing therapists there as well. Larry, Jathiya (esthetician) and Brandon are all very good at what they do. Ive had a membership for years and its part of my health and wellness routine.Couldnt do what I do without Massage Envy. ❤️

When I walk in the door EVERY TIME I am greeted by the front desk. They are so welcoming and make it all about the client. The spa is so clean and relaxing. I love getting my massages with the aromatherapy each month. Their facials and skin care products are amazing! All of the therapists are very knowledgeable which is so comforting. If you need a massage or a facial go to this location!!!

I received many facials in the past. However, Tori has been the only one who is able to fully relax me to the point where I am drafting off to sleep. She is very professional and uses good techniques in applying products to your face.

I always get deep tissue for my lifestyle and how active I am and I’ve been massaged by Brandon quite a few times now and he always does an amazing job with his technique and listening to what I say and what my body needs for the session. He is always professional and does a great job. As long as I’m in the area, he will be my massage therapist.

I love the details of whats going on in my body, but do not want to talk about it the whole time. Id rather get a good massage, hitting those areas that the masseurs is aware of rather than discussing it and talking most of the session. Maybe do a recap at the end of session or respond to questions only.Im just wanting a good massage and quietness.

My session with Larry was incredible! His technique and bedside manner were just what I needed. He is so pure and sweet; very keen and polite. I will be back for another hot stone soon. I just cant live without massage envy...

Felicia did a great job with my massage, getting soreness out of muscles that has been there for quite a while. My only suggestion is that, when I walked into the therapy room, there was another set of shoes in there (what did the previous client wear out?) and linens under the table and in the corner, as well as used gloves on the shelf. Feel like NONE of that should have been there and ALL of it should have been removed prior to me walking in the room, especially since I wasnt taken back until 10 minutes after my appointment time.

One star because the reception and the ambience was quite welcoming. But with regards to the actual massage, I was not satisfied, to say the least. The masseuse either wasnt interested in giving me a massage, or she just wasnt good at it. I did not feel like I was getting a massage: it felt more like I had asked her to apply lotion on me. 85% of the time, she massaged me using only one hand. Im not sure if this is a new technique but Ive never had a one-handed massage before.I sensed a lack of enthusiasm and it felt like she was watching the clock till the end of my session- maybe she was because as soon as it was over, she seemed really energetic.And then I had to deal with them trying to sell me a membership immediately after this very unimpressive massage. The associate who tried to pitch the membership to me was way more enthusiastic than the masseuse.I definitely wont be going back there for a massage.

I enjoyed my Massage, but would have enjoyed it more had the therapist not been so chatty. She was sweet, but you /I go to get massages to unwind and relax, not engage in conversation throughout most of my appointment.

I do not recommend this place. As other reviews have stated, the billing policy is deceitful. And management does not make any offers to compensate for miscommunications. Also, the therapists are all half decent except for one, and she is always booked for months. Also, the massage is only 45 minutes. NOT an hour. This is no matter how early you arrive. They will stop 45 minutes in. Youd do better paying the extra $15 for a real massage therapist..and a full hour. The membership is not worth it.

Massage therapist, Kevyn, was great! He was friendly, applied just the right amount of pressure during my massage, and did some light stretching at the end of my session. I will be asking for him again when I go back!

Rashonda applied the right amount of pressure and was very tentative to my needs. I will have her as my massage therapist.

The desk staff at the South 360 location are always friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to make your experience pleasant. I was referred to Courtney, one of that locations therapists, about 5 months ago. Courtney is one of the best massage therapists I have ever found. Not only is she friendly and caring but she gives one heck of a massage! I have persistent headaches and she has been able to decrease their frequency and severity. I am moving out of state and will definitely have a hard time finding someone of her caliber.

Such a nice, pleasant experience. Its clean and the people are so friendly. Ashleigh does my facials and chemical peels and is fantastic! I love Jan Marini products too!

So its been over a year and a half since I joined Massage Envy Spa and Ive had the chance to experience several therapists each week. Here are my thoughts:-Front Staff Service is top notch. 5/5-Vanessa for Swedish or deep tissue 5/5-April for deep tissue 5/5Tip: They have masseuse trained for prenatal massage. My wifes favorites were Kevin and Vanessa.

The staff is friendly. The massages are great. However, there contracts do not expire. Contracts are for a year. They automatically renew. They were contacted to see when contract ran out and did not mention the auto renew. They informed me when the last payment would be. The month after the contract ran out, they took an auto deduction for another payment. When called, they said the contract auto renewed and paperwork needed to be filled out to cancel. They refused to refund money.

All three massages were just what the doctor ordered. Not okay are they skilled-but they take the questionnaire seriously and check with you on your answers to provide a productive massage specifically for YOU. We will definitely be back!

I called and specifically told them that I needed a 90 minute massage. They said I was all booked for a 90 minute massage... When I got up and saw that I only got an hour massage I was so mad because an hour doesnt do anything for me. When I told them about it, they were like oops, whoever scheduled you didnt schedule you right. Uh yea, obviously. I wont be coming back.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for a couple of years now and love it! It’s a very calming atmosphere which helps with daily stress. My new favorite therapist is Zabar... he gives absolutely AMAZING massages with a gentle touch but deep healing massage. Zabar has worked on my sciatica pain and as of today with only 3 appointments...i feel great!

Mr. Brandon done an amazing job of working on the areas I needed work on. We communicated very well and I am extremely satisfied and will be returning to see him again. Thank you so much!

Ms Lori gives an excellent facial. During the session she speaks in a soothing tone while relaxing music played. Ms Lori answered my questions and made recommendations for my skin type.

I was charged for a 90-minute massage that lasted 70-minutes. I was not told the price of the massage when I made the appointment. When I tried to change the reservation they said I would have to pay the full price anyway or cancel. I would not do it if I had it all to do over again. Save your money and look for a more reasonably priced institution.

Called to schedule appointment for facial for the girlfriend was rude and over the phone and when asked for a manager was told they are not available and hung up on. I have now called three times over the past 3 weeks to speak to the manager about my situation and still the manager was on vacation, gone for the day, or going to call me back but still has not. Hope this helps anyone in their ventures and hope corporate cleans up this store.

I was hesitant to write this review but people must know what it’s like to work at this place.The owners do not care about their employees. Even wrote them an email and they never bother to reply because I put in my notice . I was part of the management staff and I honestly hated it because I’ve never worked in a place where other managers love to gossip and talk bad about their employees. Since I left three people have put in their notice and it’s because of the poor management staff that includes Rochelle and Tatiana. They both seem to lack professionalism and respect for others. I would not recommend this place for people who want to grow and have self respect.

I come to Massage Envy once a month to get my monthly either massage or facial. As I’ve only been to 360 for facials, I will touch on my experience with them. They are INCREDIBLE. Not only are they so nice and ask you about your day and laugh with you like normal people, but they are incredibly knowledgeable about your skin. I had microdermabrasion done about 2 weeks ago and my skin looks so much clearer and is glowing. Yes, they sell a lot of products, but they always let you try a sample of their product first so that you don’t buy something that doesn’t work for your skin. They always refer you the best product, and every product I have tested and then later bought, had all worked. I use a facial scrub, vitamin C moisturizer, and lip balm- all decently priced for skin care and I do not regret it whatsoever. If you are looking for incredible skin services and tired of using off the shelf stuff because it isn’t fitting for your skin, come here and get a legit consultation and then use the products they suggest you. Not only do you leave with more knowledge than you entered with, but the facials and microdermabrasion leave your skin so much cleaner and healthier.

My massage therapist, Kevyn is great!!! I get a deep tissue massage and he gets those knots out. I sit all day at a desk and get knots in my neck, shoulders, back, and hips. I get a massage monthly and Kevyn helps my body feel better.

My last massage with Mr.Zabar was amazing! He really takes the time to help relieve stress and pain in my neck and shoulders. Whether I’m coming in to relax or work out some deep knots he has my back.This location also offers facials! Ms. Courtni and Ms. Q are spectacular! They are the most experienced and knowledgeable estheticians I have met. They always make me feel taken care of and leave me looking amazing!
