Hair Syndicate was highly recommended on the next door app so, I contacted Erika about doing my hair. She did not disappoint! Erika is professional, personable and extremely talented at doing haircuts, color match and extensions. I have been coming here for more than ten years. My hair is difficult and I’m picky.Kat has mastered my cut. Her technique is so skilled that most days i have perfect wash and go hair. Over the years, I’ve had great experience with all the stylists here. Kat is my favorite but I would let anybody here handle my head.When Kat washes my hair it’s like a religious experience. She applies just enough fingernail to the scalp to make my whole body tingle. I literally must restrain myself from moaning when she puts that lather on me.I’m in the chair now and she is tenderly and attentively probing my locks to ensure a perfect color and lights.Thank you Hair Syndicate for taking care of me all these years

Cassandra is the BEST massage therapist in Dallas and honestly all of Texas! I get monthly massage and it’s the best thing I could’ve done for myself and my long term health. I get Swedish massages, therapeutic massages, and sometimes deep tissue massages! She’s the best at listening to my concerns and actually addressing them.I also get monthly hydro facials from Breena as well as Brazilian waxes, cryo facials, BioRePeel, acne chemical peels, ProCell microchanneling, and lash lift and tints! I went from hating my skin to healthy happy glowy skin! I still get pimples but now I know how to treat them and help my skin bounce back.I’ve honestly felt so great in my skin once I started coming to this Dallas medspa and salon! I love them!

First time at the salon, Erica was amazing. She spent time before explaining how different styles would look on me. Then gave me an excellent cut, and showed me the best way to style my new hairdo! I already made a followup appointment. I will definitely recommend this salon.

Elizabeth does a great job of keeping my curly, very fine hair under control. The whole salon is clean and inviting,and all of the stylists are friendly. They go out of their way to greet everyone who walks in the door, and all of the stylists know the others clients by name. I travel 20 miles to go here and its worth the drive every time!

I have a weekly massage with Cassandra. She is the best. My shoulders are all knotted up when I get there but feel so good when Ileave. She is very sweet and personable. Give her a try!!

Amazing experience. Even with first impression: they were extremely helpful and courteous over the phone. They said they would get back to me to make sure they had something (I called for a short notice appointment for the next day) and they called me back and left me a voicemail saying they could fit me in.Elizabeth took care of me, she was SO awesome and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Ive been going to Erika for over ten years for my hair and no matter what I need - a trim, a new look, color, or just styling for a night out - I always leave happy. All the other stylists are great too (my family all come here for their hair needs). Love the clean, professional, inviting environment. Massages and facials at Hair Syndicate are fantastic too - they always have a new service to offer - and everyone is well trained and experienced.

I was really nervous about finding a new stylist. My previous stylist retired and had been cutting and styling my hair for 20 years. The only other time I had my hair cut by anyone else the lady butchered my hair and I ended up having to chop it all off and start over.Elizabeth did a bang trim and trimmed my ends. Bangs came out perfect and she didnt cut too much off or try to do anything fancy like some people do. We also talked about doing my color and she said shed help me find vegan products. Im very excited to continue this new relationship with Elizabeth! Oh and it doesnt hurt that she has leopard print all over her workstation. I love leopard print. Thanks for doing such a great job and helping me feel safe when it comes to my hair again.

Being relatively new to the area, I struggled to find someone local and affordable that I could trust to cut my very long hair. I was extremely overdo for a cut and wanted a good 12 inches taken off. I saw this salon being recommended on a thread in the Nextdoor App and decided to take a chance, and booked an appointment.I was SO happy with everything! The ladies are very friendly, it was a really nice atmosphere, and Erika is phenomenal. I cant wait for my hair to grow again so I can come back.

I wish I could leave 2 reviews of 5 stars since Tammy too the time to call me back and do 2 of my kids hair cuts when she had a last minute opening. She did a fantastic job and was great with my son, who can sometimes be difficult to work with as he talks nonstop and has a hard time sitting still! Their cuts looked great and my 5 year old and 17 year old were both thrilled with the results.

Lexi is amazing! She did my microchanneling and waxing service and she did a phenomenal job. She explained the process; each step to a T to include after care treatment and made me feel at ease the entire time. I am very impressed with my results and will be returning for follow up treatments. I highly recommend Hair Syndicate for all of your skincare needs. Its a one stop shop!

Jasmine performed the most relaxing and rejuvenating facial on me - my skin was glowing for days after! She was extremely knowledgable about her products and procedures, and really took the time to analyze my skin and determine what I needed the most. I recently received a massage from Cassandra and it was so relaxing! Just what I needed after my busy season at work. She was very professional, friendly and diligent. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, all the employees were extremely kind and welcoming. I’ll be visiting the ladies here for many more services in the future!

Best facial in Grand Prairie!!! Jasmine has a true passion for her work and is phenomenal at what she does. I’ve had 4 facial with her and every time my skins gets more beautiful. I highly recommend checking her out, you will not be disappointed.

Ive been here a couple times and its always a pleasure. My stylist is Elizabeth, shes super friendly and great at coloring hair. Ive gotten a lavender and teal color combo and my most recent is red and orange ombre. It turned out so much better than I was expecting. Fantastic place to go if you have the time and money.

My husband and I went yesterday for massages! My 2nd time ever to have a massage and my husbands 1st time. Cassandra did my massage and was awesome. She listened to my trouble areas and worked her magic. My husbands was done by Patty and for a first timer he was so amazed matter of fact he fell asleep twice. We will both be back especially after the holidays.I also have to mentioned Ive been going to this salon for 19 + years. Erika has been doing my hair all this time, shes did my sons 1st haircut who is now 19, and my whole family goes to this salon. I have thick, curly, and unruly hair and Erika is spot on with my hair every time and if shes not available (because shes highly recommended) Kat is her back up for my hair. All these ladies are awesome at what they do and its always such an awesome atmosphere. Its like being part of an extended family.

Ive been going to Erika for at least 7 years. I drove 110 miles to have my hair done when I moved away for 9 months! Shes an expert in color and styling and an amazing woman. The staff are equally skilled and a joy to be around. Lots of laughter. I leave feeling beautiful!

I’m new to GP so did not know who to use for my hair. I polled Nextdoor.com and many names were listed, also Ericas name came up. I chose her and am so thankful I did! She has a great eye for what a person needs in both haircut and color. I discovered she is a skilled colorist who perfectly highlighted my hair! My haircut is so beautiful as well. I want to 1st apologize for the late post but needed to make sure that once I straightened my hair, when I ONLY do once in a while, I wanted to make sure it still looks great.I had an appointment with my LONG-TIME hair stylist back on November 8, 2019 (My Birthday), that I UNFORTUNATELY missed due to the fact that I was up late crying (Due to my moms passing away and this being my 1st Birthday without her) and didnt hear my alarm early in the morning and was running about an hour late. She didnt answer my phone call but replied back to my text message stating that I missed my appointment and I believe had such an issue and not understanding to what happened that wouldnt even reply back to me with a NEW appointment date. I felt so lost, depressed and as a woman, feeling beautiful inside and out, helps all the way around. I googled hair salons near me and located this place that IMMEDIATELY had me come in to see Kat so she could give me a cost on completing the hair style I have almost always had and determine what the price and time it would take (Because I have THICK, NATURALLY CURLY, LONG HAIR). Kat gave me her 1st open appointment she had and even tried her best to get me in sooner but due to the holidays and no cancellations (Due to her being so GREAT at her job), she was able to see me on November 30th. I was EXTREMELY nervous because Im 41 years old and have only had 3 people do ANYTHING with my hair like color and cutting my entire life. Not only is Kat welcoming, kind, WONDERFUL stylist but VERY inexpensive as well. I WILL CONTINUE WITH USING KAT AND/OR THIS LOCATION FOR AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE ALL SO NICE AND HELPFUL THAT THEY TURNED ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE TO ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES!!! Nice place. Great setup. Lots of chairs, stylists. Several haircstylists that are experts in hair color. I find it helpful to bring pictures in, give the stylist an idea what you are looking, what do you want to achieve. And make sure to verbally say what you dont want. More information given the better for everyone!! This place is very clean. And they offer not just hair, cuts, colors, but hair extensions. Erica is the expert in hair extensions!!!! And body massage...those have to be set up by appt only. Recommend YES!

I’ve seen Erika from hair syndicate twice now, and I will never go anywhere else. She is an amazing colorist! I ruined my hair after using box color and called Erika in the hopes she would correct the damage I had done. Boy did she! I now have the color I always wanted!

Erika is wonderful. Before cancer treatment, she gave me a cute, short cut so hair thinning wasn’t so apparent. After treatment, she gave me advice to improve the growth and texture of my hair. She’s become a friend over the last couple of years.

I found this place online and with all the great reviews thought I’d give it a shot. I originally came to Lexi for a Brazilian and loved how comfortable she made me feel throughout the whole process! She also mentioned she was doing a facial package and I was hooked! Now she’s my go to girl for it all.

Her daughter, NICOLETTA JASMINE, runs the facial massage side. I challenge You to find a more knowledgeable skin-care professional. Im a man and not tryin to look any younger at 55, but dang if their advanced therapeutics arent ruinin my old man image and making me look better than I did in my forties. We dont have appointments and just walked in on the salon, yet we were accomodated and treated as if were old clients. The place is cute and clean and surprisingly its really inexpensive. Shonda listened to what we wanted and everything came out pretty good plus the fun conversation we had.

I went to hair syndicate for the first time. Shonda did such an amazing job on my hair. She is a great hair dresser and has such a welcoming personality. I highly recommend this hair salon.

Cant begin to say enough. They have continuously gone above and beyond my expectations. I wish I had found them sooner.

Hidden little shop and they seem very nice. We one got our bangs done and it turned out very nice. Will have to try other services in the future. Services such as highlights, perms and cuts (not sure if they do blowout).

Came at 5 (an hour before they close) and doors were locked. Hair stylist came to the door and said they were closed early because they were short handed. Completely unacceptable. Either hire more employees or change your hours to “Arbitrary”. Customers should be able to rely on posted hours of business for when they came come in otherwise we are just wasting our time. Or we should be allowed to pay with Monopoly money because “oops I’m short on cash”.

I love Elizabeth! She does an amazing short cut and color. Priced really reasonably as well. It has a cozy atmosphere and I enjoy going.
