My favorite vape shop...shops might be every where, but this one is special. The ladies take care of you, have an excellent inventory and answer all my burning questions... with Solutions.In a smoke shop, its unheard of. This place is the VAPOR HIDEOUT. NO crackheads, dope fiends etc...no one tries to shake you down in the parking lot. You can go eat at 20 great restaurants within walking distance.

The place is amazing I like the way the business is set up is nice is cozy I really like the variety of item because I got to enter and see their products now about customer service I don’t remember the lady who was attending the business at the time but she was beyond rude just because I did not use the Language she wanted me to use I when in there for products for my Bong yet she corrected me and call it a water pipe and I was like ok well I call it this and there’s no harm to it yet she rectify that I need it to call it what it is and I was ok but now she had a tone to it and said listen I call it a bong you call it a water pipe I just need some product at this point she made in a high pitch voice that she won’t be able to sale me anything if I don’t use the proper words I don’t thing this shouldn’t be a big deal but I guess who ever owns this business things that this is the way on top of that she really made me feel uncomfortable on the way she was eyeballing me the minute I walk In the store Store normally all business around this area people are beyond super friendly I just think this business needs a better customer service unfortunately, I did not purchase anything even though they had what I need.

Love this place and Wendy! She is amazing and really cares about her customers and her community. I enjoy stopping in and never feel like its a chore because Wendy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I am intrested in something different than I already have, she has taken the time to tell me the pros and cons, and if I have purchased something new she is taken the time to show me how to work it. The prices and e juice are excellent!!

This place was great! The woman working (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have been vaping for a few months but know very little about all of it. She was able to help me with my problem I was having, as well as teaching me how to change my coil. I love the large selection and variety of their juices! Their menu has a great layout and tons of options!The flavor of the caramel pecanbon was amazing!!! It’s my new favorite! I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors! Wonderful atmosphere, helpful and kind employee, and very convenient! Their prices are very reasonable too!

I don’t understand how people find it rude being ID’d. I find it flattering. They lady thought I was way younger than what I look. This place was my first to visit and honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else. The price was reasonable. The lady was amazing and provided me with the correct information. She was patient and even though my brother and I were indecisive about which vapor to buy, she was cool and didn’t get frustrated with us at any point.

Went in to get some vape products. Was griped out again. Made to feel stupid. Thats the whole problem. Customer service is poor. Been going for 2 years and never once complained but I had one issue with a flavor that didnt taste right so I said something. Got griped out by jasmine and was basically told off and made feel stupid again. Wont be coming back again. !!!!

Poor customer service, too high in prices, and owner does not know what they are doing when it comes to selling stuff nor does they have good judgment with “good” employees or proper dress attire. More then 3/4 of these reviews are not honest reviews. They do not live by the customer is always right Moto, it’s we are right your wrong and if you don’t like it get there’s the door (literally)! If this is the kind of store your looking for then by all means go right on ahead, but if your looking for good product/prices and good costumer service you really don’t need to shop here.

I’ve been in Texas for a month now and have tried a few vape shops and wasn’t impressed. So I figured I would drive a little further and give them a shot and it was worth it. Had exactly what I wanted. Has a good selection. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable and I was in and out within a few minutes. And she was cute so that’s a plus. Will be returning for my vaping needs.

Ive shopped around, this place is the best in the area. I wish i could give them more stars. Bright and clean. They have a great selection of authentic, quality stuff at good prices and the folks that run it are helpful and friendly without being pushy. Found my new favorite vape shop.

I just realized that someone else had the same problem when y’all would check the ID’s on people & don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining. That’s totally understandable & the law requires y’all to check them & make sure your clients are over the age of 18, so that’s not the problem. The problem was how they addressed the problem. There’s no need to get rude about things. There was a quick change in mood & that’s what killed our experience. We were actually looking for more places to give a shot & we thought this place was going to be pretty good. But honestly it just killed my mood. It happened twice in the same day. The place is really clean & set up real neat, everything else is pretty cool & the prices are reasonable, but the behavior we had to deal with was garbage. Especially if you walked in on them handling someone else with such a positive attitude, they were joking around & once the lady came around to help us, & had that ID problem, her mood was just ugly.

Amazing!! Just moved here & I was looking for a vape shop similar to what I was use to.They mix the flavors in house as well as offer premium flavors. Pricing is as expected for juice bottles. Excellent customer service with professional, curtious, and knowledgeable staff. Unless they are super busy you can always expect a greeting as you walk in the door. Just good people with awesome vape juice made fresh to order while you wait. They also stock a pretty impressive inventory of the newest mods, tanks, and coils, or old school RBAs if thats your thing, plus too much to list. Love it, customer for life!

I thoroughly enjoyed drinking their various strengths of nicotine juice! Their solid food was lacking as all they had was qtips, paper towels and napkins. I tried dipping it in the nic sauce but no dice.... then again... the paper towels were free so cant complain. Oh yeah their gummy appetizer plater was phenomenal though!Still +1 (revision) Now +2

Checked my ID like three times, and even after she was eyeballing me like a criminal, but worse is that the house flavor I got smells and tastes like bleach.(updated)Changed from 1 to 3Overall I did not enjoy my experience and I felt I was treated coldly, however, I think the selection is vast, the interior of the place is nice, and the fact that they reply and care about their customers opinions is a plus. This is a lot of peoples favorite vape shop, just not mine.

Shop is awesome Wendy is a great person would like to see more newer rebuildable items, but besides that they are a great shop. Not really a enthusiast driven shop, but good spot to scoop up some juice or to put the stinkers down.

I came here last week to check the place out after finding it online. I wanted to find somewhere closer to home, so I stopped in after work. Well lets just say I wish I had come by sooner. The owner was so nice and helpful (Im new to vaping). So down to earth and she knew her stuff. I was able to get some juice b4 leaving out of town and oh my. Almost used it all in 1 weekend.... lol. Loved the flavor and ready to try more. This is definitely my shop now. Going back to try bug juice and get another mod!!!!

They are honest helpful and for the shisty ppl who try to use fake ids, or give bad reviews cuz things didnt go their way, why would the owner risk her buisness to accommodate liers,underage kids or bitter customers. Great place with friendly staff, got a cheap vape thats treating me very well.EDIT: They also have some employees that dont know what they carry, Ive called twice asking about getting a tank that Ive bought from them twice and theyve told me they dont carry it and never have. Bit disappointing seeing as Id like to have the tank.

Not very knowledgeable about some products. Prices are outrageous.No name Chinese prewound coils that cost less than thirty cents each online are $8.99 a pair here. Mods and tanks are almost double the price of anywhere else Ive been. Going back to Vapor Valley.
