Horrible, beyond horrible customer service. Man was rude as can be who was working today, talked to me rudely when I simply asked if they sold flavored vapes. His answer was for the third time now! However he hasnt once answered the question. He actually appeared to be under the influence of something. I would never give my money to a store that has someone like this working in it. Therefore. I walked out. As a business owner myself, I tend to take the customers word as is, if there is zero benefit to them as to what they are saying. However, with that said, I will also pull any video of thar day or night to see what exactly occured and to make sure the customer is reporting correct to me. In addition, I always pull any audio recordings as most businesses have this set up on their phones for security reasons. Doing both of these actions ensure that I am not only employing individuals that are worth my while to pay them, but also ensures they are displaying behaviors that are of value to my business. And not pulling away from my business. Just a suggestion from one business owner to another. And your employee couldnt have reported to you more wrong, on his actions and behavior this evening. Due to that, I ended up taking My business down the street to smoke shop cigar and vape off of hoover. They were excellent and the gentleman working couldnt have been nicer. Being, I was dropping over 300 dollars in a vape store tonight, there was no way I was going to do so and spend that to a place where a worker was beyond unprofessional and rude. If it was me, i would most certainly be pulling the audio to the call and then the tapes. Just guessing that you wont want to employ anyone who acts like him, or him, once you do this. Or at the minimum, start sending in secret shoppers when your employees are working, to ensure your store is giving out the reputation you worked hard to earn and to keep. Its worthwhile because running a business and keeping business takes hard work. And having one or a few people take away from your business and personal income for your family, is not what any business owner would want or sets out to do.

After the loss of my last piece I thought Id never move on then I see the awesome American glass at one stop and the guy hooked me up with a discount highly recommend!👍🤯

They have bag tobacco, any kind of vape and whatever you could need. Very nice and clean store.

Big cigar room/cave with a very limited selection.After reading the response from the owner. I wanted to clarify my review.This store is more focused on being a paraphernalia store. Selling pipes,bongs, CBD and more. Their selection of drug paraphernalia is more high end than most of the junk cigars they offer.Yes they do have a VERY small selection of average cigars that would satisfy a newbie. But, to a cigar affectionate they really miss the mark.

I finally found my new go to place to buy all the smoke goodie’s ! I walked and in immediately noticed how well put the store was and how easy it was to find what I was looking for. The owner was very knowledgeable and carried multiple different wraps flavor brands and cigar flavors that I have never seen before at any other shops. He was extremely welcoming and i will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend visiting this shop best one I’ve been to yet!!

This place is hands-down the best smoke shop for miles around. Let me also mention that we are saving big bucks rolling our own smokes. Good Stuff tobacco coupled with Zen cigarette tubes has become our smoke of choice. We actually prefer them over the Marlboro we use to smoke. With 4 smokers in the house at 1 1/2 pack a day habit each, our savings is over $45 A DAY! That’s about equivalent to a house payment! Sheesh! Rolling your own is a bit of a learning curve at first but after a couple of months I am able to roll a carton in less than an hour using a $40 manual rolling machine. Our estimated cost is less than $1.25 a pack compared to $9 for Marlboro that we use to spend.

I am a new customer at this location and my husband and I absolutely loved this store. We have been greeted by Adam Fred and Bill and theyre always positive, polite, and professional. The vibes are always friendly and any questions we have about anything they sell, they are extremely informative and helpful. Happy to know I have such a consistent neighborhood shop that is always open.

Very rude an disrespectful for no reason also very confrontational for no reason. His staff are very respectful and tentative and at times engaging in humor. Owner very arrogant an mean also haughty

Wouldnt touch this place, nor would I ever think about reccomending them. Step up your customer service guys, youre in a retail store. Come on.

Im a cigar guy. I their humidified cabinets. They are always clean, organized and well maintained. They have a very nice selection of fine cigars covering a broad range to suit any palate and pricing runs from the typical gas station cigar to a nice $20 cigar. Im really pleased that they carry Aging Rooms Bin #1 C Major cigar. Its a super awesome smoke.

Always have exactly what we want. RYO supplies. Energy drinks. Even have hard to find candy and hostess cake flavors. Prices are excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful with vape supplies.

Went there the other day and bought 2 hyde icon disposable vapes which rang up over 60 dollars. I question the cashier if it was the right product and he said yes. The next day I went to other vape stores and the same product is being sold for 22.99 to 23.99 in many other stores. They have nice service but why so much on price gouging.

Full of Chinese glass, so if you dont care about cheap pieces and pay a little bit more than what you would like for them, its cool. The brothers that work there are awesome though. Great for wraps, smokes, cigars and something to drink when you have cotton mouth as well.

Went to this place for the first time today as I continued to get dry tobacco at the other unnamed place I used to go to was continuously disappointing, the tobacco was dry every time and if you roll your own cigarettes like I do you know how frustrating rolling dry tobacco is!! Im very satisfied with the tobacco I got and the guy behind the counter was very polite and helpful. Will definitely be going back!!😀

Nice cigar shop to grab a couple of sticks to go. Fred the owner is very nice and has recently expanded his humidor. There is not a loung here however he has very fair prices and a very nice selection.

Called and asked if they have Delta 8 and was told yes, so went into store to get some and found out all they do is put a sticker over it and its actually cbd. Seems like they are scamming people, false advertising. Buyer beware

Nasty foreign employee is there who falsely accused me of stealing when I was in there last year which I was really was going to paid for the item which was a cherry coke in which me and my family gas for our car and rolled his eyes at me and my dad and seemed as me and him left the food mart all he cared bout was talk to them friend as who seemed to loitered while talking. Dont go at all costs possible.
