Shop has a lot of different type of items. From Delta 8 items both vape gummy and other edible to CBD products including flower, and nicotine juice you can find all you need for your puffing pleasure. I personally bought a battery vape. The particular brand cloak by Hamilton devices allows The vape to circulate inside the device so the hit is a lot less harsh so if youre a cougher this is a good device.

Absolutely refused to give me a price over the phone. The only logical explanation I can’t think of, is so they can get you in the door by any means necessary. It didn’t work.. Your competitor almost directly across the street (Vapor-Fi) gave me a price, and that’s where I went.*** As I previously stated, I already went to Vapor-Fi as they gave me a price over the phone beforehand.

The staff here are very helpful and nice.

Amos the manager is amazing. I had an issue with a new mod I purchased not only did he replace it but he more than rectified the situation. Ive been going to this shop for over a year now and have never had any issues prior. Ill never go anywhere else. I always leave satisfied and with everything I wanted and needed. I definitely recommend. They have a wide selection of juices, mods and coils for everyone and every mod. If they dont have something they will get it in for you. Ive recently moved about 20 minutes away from this shop but will continue coming back to this shop. 5 stars isnt enough.

Edit: Updated reviewPROS: Great selection of juice and pretty knowledgeable staff when it comes to recommending juice. Clean shop, well organized, doesnt smell bad, decent prices and good if you bring your child with you. Would absolutely recommend for juice and maybe hardware. CONS: Only 1 con and that is out of all the dozens of shops Ive been too this one sells the most dud coils ever and their policy is oh well. I have luckily have been taken care of each time its happened including once having to throw a bit of fit (sorry manager dude) but I dont care to go back after recently buying 2 more duds. Not sure if its a vendor issue or what but never in my life have I had that many duds from one shop. Take this review with a grain of salt YMMV.

Great prices and wide variety of products with helpful friendly smiling faces. They also carry all of the over-the-counter marijuana products and an assortment of pipes bongs grinders and everything you would expect to find and more. Definitely my new favorite vapor store. Did I mention the great prices?

Amos and staff are very nice, Ive been going here for close to three years for juice, cotton and coils. They almost always (99%) of the time have what I need in stock. Theyve become friends of which I enjoy not only purchasing their products but engage in great conversation every time I visit. Amos puts down anything hes working on when I come in, and makes you feel as if the customer is #1 priority. No matter how busy they are, theres always someone willing to assist quickly. I appreciate their level of dedication and felt they deserved a 5-star for all the service over the years!

Really, really terrible place to go for 1st time vapors. After purchasing my very first device I asked the staff member if he could give me some basic tips on how to operate it, change out coils, etc. He didnt help me at all. He just said read the instruction booklet.2 weeks later I go to replace my coils for the first time. I accidentally purchased 2 of the same coil because no one explained to me that theres a difference between RPM1 and RPM2. (Even after I asked if theres anything important I should know about changing coils on the device.) I brought the wrong coil back to exchange it for the correct one and the staff member tells me *theres nothing I can do because you already primed it with juice* and refused to refund a $5 coil for me. How cheap these people are.I understand that purchasing the wrong coil was my fault, but the lack of care and communication between the customer really makes it a headache for someone new to vaping. The stress of trying to get the staff member to explain anything useful to me really emphasized how poor the customer service is here. Its like going to an Auto Zone and asking what car battery goes with your vehicle, and no body answers your question. I wont ever return here...

Amis and James are great people to deal with. They are very good at knowing the product. I have had some experience with getting bad coils and them not letting us return them. Matthew Maxwell actually bought me one out of the money is his own pocket because Matt wouldnt let me return them. No big deal, they are 3$ but Ive spent 500$ in that store in the last month and you would think the manager would want to keep a great customer happy? I guess he has difference in opinion? All the other workers other than him are great people. Maybe he thinks hes better? Just dont understand why he wouldnt want to make customers happy, and to feel like they were taken care of? Not sure! Maybe he should take some advice from his employees and start to learn how to take care of customers. If I were that company I would have one of the other guys run the store and have him go next door and work at WG grinders? Not sure, but someone with the company should address the issue. Other than him and his horrible attitude towards customer they are GREAT! Im not going to let one person ruin it for the rest of the great staff!

Clean store, employees are knowledgeable in the products sold. Went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Midwest vapor is reasonably priced. I plan on coming back!

I called them today and spoke to someone named Amos and my God, is his customer service skills little to completely non existent. Refused to answer almost any questions I had over the phone, rude attitude, and it turns out that hes the manager of that establishment. Well I guess thats too bad for him cause there is plenty of other places to shop.

I have always had a great experience every time I go in to the one on Stringtown Rd in Grove City. Whenever I look for a new mod or peice of equipment, the staff always guide me based on experience rather than what needs to sell or what costs the most. Never been steered wrong by Midwest Vapors, and they have been more than accommodating if I have any issues. Great team working there!

Guy at the counter was very helpful. Helped fit my husband and me with a vape that suited each of us perfectly. Showed us the extras we would need to maintain the vapes and also found us the nic salt juice we wanted. We will definitely be back.

I just smoked here in Ohio, I just love this place they look out for you especially if you on a type a budget, the young man that helps me out all the time dont know its nothing but he look like a cute red leprechaun. The other young man they are very helpful to.

The customer service is great! Amos is such a sweetheart, and very helpful. I just wish the prices were a little lower as there is competitors all around selling for cheaper but I do love this place they have everything you need!

I love everything about this vape shop except one thing, no returns. I came here when I quit smoking and started vaping and the employees hooked me up with everything I needed for a pretty good price. When a few months later I decided to upgrade to a mod device, I came back and they hooked me up and answered all my questions again. No issues with their knowledge or costumer service at all.What my big issue is with them is that they have a no return policy for any reason. There is a sign posted, but I didnt see it until after I paid and they pointed it out. I spent over $200 on new mod, batteries, tank and charger and if something didnt work, Id be out of luck. Id have to send it back to the manufacturer.A business that doesnt stand behind its products is not a business that Ill frequent again. Which is to bad because they are a great bunch of guys.

Amos is awesome. Super nice dude. Discovered alot of new juice flavors since coming here me and my girlfriend bought a bad set of coils so we called in and was told we can come in and exchange them at no cost.

One of the best vape shops i have ever been too. Matt , Amos and James are all very helpful and arent happy unless the customer leaves happy. Juice selection is exceptional and they are always getting in new lines and flavors.

Only reason I give 4 out of 5 is bc they were out of the coil I needed / like for may vape. But they are really cool laid back GREAT Customer service , they have lots of a lot of options for all ur vaping needs. Also if u do CBD or Delta 8 they have a LOT of Options for those as well. They are also very Knowledgeable about ALL of the products the sale. Definitely would recommend

Should be no stars. I used to go to this shop on occasion for juice and what not then I went in and was looking for a small mod and ended up buying an Aspire Zelos “on sale”. Got it home and put a tank on it and it didn’t read it. So I tried another. Still didn’t work. Took the mod in the next day with a receipt asking for a refund and they said “there’s no returns on this device.” Real quality store if your looking to spend your money on broken devices retailed as functional

From the moment I walked in the guy behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering him wanting to come in and ask questions and buy some new coils (whice he sold me the wrong ones cause he was busy watching tv)I have never returned. Just not a very good all around exsprence

This place is awful !! I’ve been vaping since mods first came out never had a problem with anything until I started coming to Midwest vapor in grove city. I’ve bought 5 things from them in total ranging from mods to batteries and rdas. Every single thing quit working within a couple of months. When you spend over $100 on mods and for them to just stop working after a month is pretty frustrating. When I went in to ask for assistance I was told it wasn’t there problem and they werent qualified to work on such products plus no type of store credit or exchange or refund. I would recommend going to buckeye vapor at the other side of town honestly. I a lot more friendly of a place. The people in their are willing to look and try and fix what they can. Prices are cheaper to and quality is a lot better for sure.

They have great customer service they helped me with a coil issue and they have vape pens that work great and nicely priced. Their juice prices are on par with most places but the selection is not great. Its a nice shop overall.

Best vape shop in central ohio. As far as the return policy people are complaining about , i know all the guys who work there and one is a close friend. the policy is out of their control. Anything they return they eat the price of. Before the companies they carry made it like that returns were allowed so dont fault them for things that are out of their control.

Not a bad atmosphere but after purchasing a set up I realized I got wrecked on prices. Everything is marked up $20 over retail. Do not recommend what so ever.

FRUSTRATION!! I started vaping about 1 month after Midwest Vapors opened and either they dont know their own products or they intentionally want to rip people off. First I was sold a vap kit that broke within the first week. Second the employee recommended new tanks that leaked within the first 2 weeks of purchase.... of course no guarantee for any products I purchased. I bought a new battery and 2 better quality tanks that have worked great. Soooooo what did they do? They no longer carry the coils for the tanks they sold me. They sold me different coils that they said would work and of course they didnt and they would not reimburse me.They sell the Aspire tanks but no longer carry the coils. I had to drive to Vine st. to find a shop that carries the coils. Rather than reimburse me they suggested I just buy new tanks. Really?? You just sold me these damn tanks 3 weeks ago. I bought them at your recommendation. Find a shop that has employees that know their products!!

Absolute diamond in the ruff.... These days vape shops are a dime a dozen, but these guys are extremely knowledgeable, and will go out of there way to help you, the owner himself I on hand several days a week and he is super sweet, and always trying to find ways to help his customers save money as well as keep them educated and informed, he and his staff has helped me to stop smoking, granted yes I am vaping, but I am down from a thirty year two pack a day habbit, to the lowest mlg salt nic solution, and working on dropping onto the lowest possible mlg in the standard vape juice. Havent smoked a cigarette in over two months. Cant thank all of them enough for there help and the time they have taken to help educate.

Theyre always getting new items in stock which keeps things interesting. Ive been to a lot of shops in the Columbus area and this is still my preferred one.

Personable,knowledgeable,great mod and juice selection,rewards program ,fairly priced,customer friendly and they have a discounted showcase for bargain hunters and some new old stock for collectors if you just ask.

The very best in service, selection and quality. Its the ONLY place I shop for anything vapor related.Besides vapor barriers, you get those at a home improvement store.But seriously, love these guys!

I will not return to this vape shop. I will continue to go out east to get my juice. Stopped in to get some juice there is hardly any juice. Dont carry the Nic lvl I need. No price tags on anything. Overcharged me on juice I get at other shops for the same price except here. Yea 1.5 didnt have 0 didnt have. The guy working yeah lol. Buckeye vapor is just as bad.
