The employees that are usually there when I shop here are great I dont know what happened today but the older gentleman who was working there today was having issues finding the sample juice that I wanted to smell and it was clearly labeled as a sample but handed me the menthol one first. Both employees seemed to just want me out the door and rung up what I wanted before I could ask my husband if he wanted anything. We left unhappy, Im not pleased at all with these two employees.

The employees running the counter were very unprofessional. The older gentleman could not read the labels on the bottles, and the lady running the register wrang me up and trying to get me to pay before i was finished. Thanks to their incompetence, they lost a sale. Ive been coming here since they opened, I dont know what happened to their service.

Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of vape supplies all the time. Prices could be a bit lower, but I guess you have to pay for convenience when no other shops in the area have what you are looking for.

After half a year of shopping here I had an employee refuse my federally issued military identification. After asking why the the change in store policy the employee became incredibly rude. The manager was standing right there and he had been serving me off of my military identification so I suggested that if it was a store policy to not accept federally issued that they should conduct training across the board on what is an acceptable ID in store. After this exchange we said our farewell’s which were both tactful as we wished the other a good day. Today I walk in to make my normal purchase and was refused service because they don’t feel comfortable serving me. Incredible that the manager would allow this behavior.

Very clean store. Awesome workers great selection of vapes and its a cafe and you can throw axes talk about all in one fun for adults. Definitely going back.

Starbucks had a super long line that wasnt worth the wait the one day and so I went to get an iced vanilla latte here instead. SO much better than Starbucks. Im happy I came, its my new favorite coffee spot even though it more known as a vape shop lol. We also took a shot at ax throwing and it was really fun. The staff was so friendly. Definitely will be back to get more coffee.

We had an awesome experience, Mike was very knowledgeable and had everything we needed as we are beginners to the vape world, he gave us sound advice to get us going, and between him and Phil we are now quitting smoking cigarettes and on our way to a healthier life. And fyi you must try the kratom tea, it is just amazing. I highly recommend and will return and personally thank you Phil and Mike for an awesome experience.

I will be back and try my hand at the hatchet throwing they have. I bought a new vape, cheaper then the ones I have found in my local area. They have table and chairs to set down. It was great

The experience was amazing. From the drinks to throwing the axes. Our instructor was amazing and very accommodating. I will be coming back. I recommend to anyone that needs to blow off some steam. Customer service seriously is amazing.

Nice environment, some neat items in store has vape juice, some basic parts, tanks, batteries, among other goodies and products.

I guess if you’re trying to get vape juice on your work break it’s a good idea to call and see if they’re actually open or not. Pretty frustrating when everything is already over priced

Accommodating and kind workers. They will do anything within their means to satisfy a customer. Kratom is very fresh, potent, and inexpensive. Ecclectic choice of options besides what the title states. Coffee/tea/esspresso, pillows and sheets, hats and scarves, axe throwing, kratom, etc... This is a very interesting place to stop and chill (or get warm) while shopping in the mall.

The young lady that helped me out is super knowledgeable and friendly. I use to operate a Vapor Lounge back in VA and employees like her make the business flourish. If I was local this would be my store!!!

Best place to get all youre vaping/coffee needs! The people were so friendly and very helpful! 10/10 reccomend to anyone! Dont go to a vape store that makes you feel dumb..go to Iron city cody is very helpful and funny!

Hours have changed from 12-7 (or 8) on Google to them opening at 10. Drove all the way there just for it to be 12-8 posted on the door. Its cold, dont waste your time!
