Always a pleasure to shop here. Great service, great juice, tons of selection. My only complaint is a lack of devices that are not sub-ohm. I have to order my devices online. I hate that, because Id love to be able to purchase in person and give SHVC my money

I dont vape, only purchase what I am told to by my wife. Customer service is good. Their loyalty program is fairly flawed. Points were lost when they switched.

Shop is under new ownership now. Things have already improved and I believe itll keep doing great with the new ownership and Melinda managing it.

So I bought a new vape at this place last month. Before I buy it I asked the guy if he was going to have coils for this vape. He tells me yes. The vape came with two so I didn’t buy any that day. I go in there yesterday and stand in the lobby. The bell rang from the door but he was in the back watching movies. I loudly said hellooooo but he didn’t even hear me because his movie was so loud. I literally had to call the store to get him to mosey out to help me. I ask for a coil for my vape and show him which vape I have. He sells me the coil and I leave. While I’m driving I try to put the coil in, doesn’t even fit. I go back and tell him it doesn’t fit. I show him my coil that originally came with my vape. He hands me another coil, and tells me to put some pressure on it to get it to screw in (didn’t have to do that with the coils it came with...) I leave. Half way home I get the new coil in, and my vape didnt hit the same. I go back again and he looks at the original coil and says ohhhhhh... yeah... we don’t carry that coil. 😳😣😤 oh. My. Gosh. He is soooooo irritating. It took everything in me not to express my thoughts. Idk why you guys have this kid working there. So now I have some coil that makes my vape feel like I’m not even getting any vapor out of it. Would have never even bought This vape if I would have known that the correct coils wouldn’t be available to me. Finding a new vape store.

On March 24th I bought a SMOK ALIEN 220W, on April 4th it stops working. Take it back to the store and am told looks like something has came apart and unit needs replaced. I am told I need the box and receipt and they will replace it. I have the box, cannot find the receipt but did pay for it with my card, so I do have proof that I bought it from there store and the guy remembers me. Had it only 12 days before it quits working and you will not replace it for me. smh

They carry the brands I enjoy, and have a friendly well informed staff. A pleasant place to visit with competitive prices. They offer a military discount which is really appreciated.

They have nicotine salt in bottles which you add juice to, which you can refill juul pods with. Not many vape stores in boaz or albertville have them. Thank you!
