Great store with a wide variety of glass utensils. A little bit of everything. I buy my vape juice from them as well. The customer support is Grade A, on point. Very friendly and helpful. Couldnt ask for better service. Id highly recommend this store.

So Im gonna give a 5 because the store was clean displays were nice and you had what I was looking for. Staff was decent a lot of forced conversation it seemed . While I give them a five Im also going to say I probably wont be back. They do not let you take review photos from within the store??? Unheard of.. makes me very leery of business against this like they hiding something.

I have been here multiple times and bought multiple items from here. The workers and owner are awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are Im need of any new smoking items.

***update*** they were very apologetic and even hooked me up with a great deal. They continue to be my go to for anything glass/vape related.I want to start this review by saying I love the glass cave and prefer them over their competitors up north any day of the week. Theyve always had a wide variety of products and reasonable prices, and the only place in Hamilton with decent vape juice. The staff is friendly and helpful and even sometimes tosses you a deal or a freebie! The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because on a couple of occasions Ive gone to try and get vape juice after getting off of work and its advertised that they close at 6:30pm on weekdays and I have arrived as much as 10 minutes before closing and its locked up. I understand closing early for personal emergencies but otherwise the doors should be open till the posted closing time or the closing time needs to change to whatever is preferred. Very frustrating as a long time customer who has rushed to get there before closing to find its closed up early.

All the basics of a great, one-stop shop for vapes and other supplies, but what really stands out is the service. Theyll converse with you as long and detailed as you need, relaying their knowledge of all their product, so that you can make an informed decision and come away happy and with what you came for. A++

Great and friendly staff. They will take the time to help you find exactly what you came in for. They always make you feel like your the only one in the store. The products hit smoothly, and are good in quality.

Local smoke/head shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I even bought some hemp cigarettes in which I didnt even know existed. They have lots of variety in rolling papers, pipes and other smoke related items.

Thank you for helping me to transition from cigarettes to a vape pen. Jen is very knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. Jen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my vape. She walked me through the process and I am grateful for that. I recommend this shop to anyone.

These guys are amazing, and theyve got amazing products. From skillfully blown glass, incense, kratum, vapes and juices. these guys know their stuff and are always super friendly. Everytime I walk into their shop Im greated with smiles and every one of their employees takes the time to get to know their customers. This family changes the definition of a family owned shop to being community driven. They make you part of their family everytime you walk in, everytime you comment on their social pages about new products, and with their amazing raffles and community give aways. I ended up in Hamilton, MT, and came without enough vaping juice for the duration of my month long trip. I thought for sure I would have to travel somewhere further away to find some ecig juice. Well, I hopped on google and it pointed me to Glass Cave I walked in the door and was greeted by an exciting girl from behind the counter. She showed me different items, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am extremely impressed with the customer service that was found here. I recommend this place to anyone, and they even have tons of cool stuff to browse and check out. 10/10 will be back again. Thanks for that outstanding customer service!

I went in to the glass cave, with lot of old Vapes that I had bought from other Vape shops, and was just frustrated with how they didnt work correctly, and was not what I needed.William behind the counter ,helped me pick what I needed and even was willing to talk to my Son on the phone and between the two they figured out what I needed, he even went the extra mile of putting it all together adding the juice and setting it to the settings that I needed !Awesome customer service !!I never received customer service at the other shops.I got it home and I love it , it is perfect , finally after I dont know 5 or 6 Vapes I bought from other shops, William sold me what I have needed all along !!!I give the glass cave a 10 * if they had 10 Stars .I highly recommend the glass cave, their prices are lower than the other vape shops, and theyre willing to go the extra mile for customer service !They care about their customers.A small Hometown vape shop that has Hometown morals and values.

This was far from the first place we went to to buy some vapping products and the first place we actually bought something lol. Walking in being so ignorant of what we needed or even wanted was no problem. The young lady never skipped a beat with educating us on various products until we found our perfect match. You know it is really awesome when you visit a place for the first time and leave having made new friends, and feeling happier and better then when you came in. Its a great feeling when you walk into an establishment and are greeted with warm smiles and excitement. The customer service is so amazing that it makes you want to come back even if you dont plan on buying...lol. Its really great that they have a wide variety of products and accessories... And if they dont have what you are wanting or looking for they go out of their way to make sure they can get it for you, and at a very competitive price. They are so kind and are so great to deal with and any reasonable deal they can make they will hook you up until you are fully satisfied. (Not sure what the issue was in a previous review about awful service; but they have CONTINUALLY gone the extra mile and put in the extra work to make sure we were 110% happy.) We are always going to purchase our desired products from them and none other. I have gone even as far as browse other vape shops seen what they had, gone back here and got It ordered. The character of a person or company will make or break! Your character will keep us and our family members coming to you ;) It is so awesome to see a family business like yours to strive in our community. You are so amazing and we thank you so much. Absolutely fantastic place. They help you out with whatever you need and sometimes will give you a couple bucks off if you need it. They treat you pretty well there. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The owner closed the door on my face when they were closing in 15mins.. I asked politely if I could buy some inscents and he refused to sell me some because they were closing in 15mins... when I told him his sign says 6:30 he told me Im the owner so I can close whenever I want. very unprofessional and rude. Their pipes arent even anything special. Its not worth the stop, especially with that kind of service.

I like the glass cave and Shop there often. I would probably give it more stars but Id like to reserve two for places I like better.

Before I moved. I used to frequent this store as it proved to be not only more fair priced, but also friendlier, more informational, and more helpful than the 10+ other shops I visited from Hamilton to Missoula. Ive bought multiple Water pipes, Regular tobacco Pipes, grinders, 420 cleaner (which I cant find where Im living now), canisters, pokers, One single glass bucket that has still not shattered, and tons of glass flowers (too many). Ive learned a bunch things I need to know from both the two operators. I miss this shop. Theres not many left like it.
