What can I not say about the excellent service I get when I go to the Wild Bill’s in Harrison Township?! Every time I go in there, they know me by name (which may be a problem) but I’m treated warmly and like I’m welcome anytime! They know what they’re doing, and Randi’s always extremely upbeat and the best of the best.

Randi was very informative and helpful and Chloe did not need to say a single word, her bubbly personality and vibes really made my experience there amazing, the staff is A1 💪

This location is my favorite!Chloe, Randi, & Brendan are such a great team and never fail to go above and beyond to help me find what I need or answer any questions I have.

I went in to get new vape coils, vape fluid, and a grinder. Aaron was there to help me get exactly what I needed. Was very kind and extremely helpful. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend going to this wild bills for all your Tobacco and Vape needs.

Drove from Toronto to enjoy a cigar in a lounge which we aren’t allowed to do. Josh and his staff were phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m not sure when I’ll be back but I’d strongly suggest to anyone to visit them. 5 stars isn’t a high enough review for this location.Danny Murphy.

Josh, Hannah and Gabby are always helpful and have my cigars in stock at all times. The lounge is clean, quiet and relaxing.

Just moved back to Michigan, my family and I were walking past the shop and my wife pointed out the cigar deals. I decided to go in and spent a nice chunk of change on getting back into the hobby. Nice staff, a nice lounge to sit back and enjoy your stick. Been to 3 different Wild Bills and I enjoy everyone, they hooked me with their deals so I keep going back.

Some male with light brown hair came out saw me smiled then came back saw me with me boyfriend and told us that they were closing which was a lie. Gladly won’t be returning .

This review is only about the naked bundles they sell. Overall, its a great smoke shop. However, Ive been buying the naked cigar bundles for about a year. Occasional bad cigars but a decent price for 20 cigars (about $40). However, I bought a bundle and out of 20 cigars seven were not smokable. I figured it was a fluke and bought another bundle. So far out of six cigars, three are unsmokeable. So I will spend about $85 for 20 cigars. I guess Im back to buying online.

Service beyond excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly and professional service from the store manager and fellow employees. Every time I have questions my expectations are exceeded with help and suggestions that cater directly to my needs. This is the best of the wild bills locations hands down!

Staff is always arrogant and pushing you into buying anything. High turn over leads to poor work ethic. No returns or exchanges is great, when they sell broken products. Go to another shop. Anywhere else is better then the poor staff at any Wildbills. The prices are way to high. You can find better pieces and prices on Amazon.

Not to get too geeked out but, Tatum is seriously one of your best team members. Eager to help, very knowledgeable, and just an all around great customer service representative.

Good spot, fair prices, very helpful staff. My only criticism would be that they dont carry any good pipe tobaccos, but few places do anymore. Otherwise, a good place for your tobacco needs!

This location has the best employees in regards to knowledge, friendliness and dedication. Great products and very competitive prices, especially on WILD WEDNESDAYS. Im here once or twice a week. And they have CBD here! ... And kratom... If youre into that.

Great customer service great deals and in general a great atmosphere. The two most helpful gentlemen that are run that store Devon and Reno provide great quality customer service and always know how to help your smoking needs.

Good prices ! Wide variety of smoking tobacco and tubes for role your own. Hugh selection of those electronics cigarettes. Also Hugh selection of Glass wear and pipes . Very nice selection of cigars with some really good flavors. If your a smoker this is were you need to check out.

HTP wild bills is the only WB i will go to. Great customer service and they are always in stock with everything that a lot of other stores are not. Good prices and all around a great stop for all of your vape/tobacco/glass and accessory needs.

Sold broken merchandise, and immediately reprimanded as if I was accusing them of knowing it was broken before it was sold. Asked if they had a replacement part, but was told no within 5 minutes of purchase.Employee over the phone who sold it to me instantly went defensive and insisted they check the cameras for what reason I do not know, but his clear disdain for something so simple of a question as do you have a replacement piece was just an attack on his character.

Was going to buy something until the guy came out the back with a weird laugh. Made me uncomfortable. Didn’t buy anything.

Love going to this place, the employees are always nice and know what theyre talking about, they dont make you buy anything you dont want to buy and they make sure your comfortable with your purchases, my favorite place to shop at

Best vape shop in Macomb county. Since I started coming here a year or so ago, I never go anywhere else. Great selection on products and very helpful and friendly staff.

Huge clean store and a large selection of stuff, great customer service and friendly helpful staff until recently and not so much anymore . New manager could use some schooling on customer service and a few of the employees as well.

Wild Bills is the only smoke shop i go to for my tabacco products. They always have my tabacco in stock. Always a pleasant positive experience. I also buy my lottery while i am there.

Weird encounter today at Wild Bills Tabacco! Me & my wife went inside to grab her smokes. The girl seemed a bit loopy & asked for ID. (Not weird) She then asked me for ID and said she couldnt sell my wife smokes without seeing my ID??? I said thats not the law... The person buying smokes has to be at least 21yrs of age! Didnt know if my teenage daughters were with me because they are not 21yrs of age, that the girl at Wild Bills [according to her MI Law] cant sell me cigarettes????😂😂🤣 HILARIOUS EXPERIENCE 😂😂🤣My wife just wanted smokes but, I cant get over the mind numbing stupidity I was forced to endure😂Hope she was hired just for the laughs because I would be afraid to leave her in charge of money or supplies!FUN FACT:I was told it is this stores policy to ask everyone for I.D. regardless of who is making the purchase.
