I was trying to stop smoking and wanted to vape. I had bought an expensive tank at another location, and i had a lot of problems with it. I went to Create and Cig on Manhattan and these guys were awesome. Not only did they try to fix the problem with my old tank, they looked up the warranty and found out it was defective. Then they were so patient as I tried to figure out what to do. I ended up buying a new device from them with lots of guidance and help. I left that store very happy and they saved me money. I told them what I was looking for and they guided me through every step of the way, even with my small budget. I am trying to stop smoking, so they will have a customer for a while!! They’re located in the spot that’s very convenient if I need coils or EJuice. I had problems with the first two kits I purchased and their return policy worked great for me. Although I don’t feel they’re concerned about customer service, Limited knowledge can be frustrating. When you don’t know much about vaping either.

My first time shopping experience was fun and amazing. I had fun while I was in the store and the workers are so nice and fun, they also have quite a bit of equipment and juice to choose from, a very wide selection. I will definitely be shopping there more often.

My husband and I are new to vaping. I went in to check out the liquids and have been wanting to buy my husband a new vape for fathers day. The staff were all really helpful and knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely come back to this location for future purchases.

The staff here are really awesome, nice and friendly. The shop has a wide range of devices that are currently popular. A lot of choices for e juice as well. Will definitely stop by again!

I purchased a SMOK stack all this thing does is LEAK no matter what you do...worked great for first couple of hours now is useless. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. Although customer service rep was nice..did not have stock in to actually allow me to purchase what I wanted to purchase and settled for this crappy unit...I should have waited....

I went in not knowing much but Joker hooked me up with a setup i am happy with(innokin disrupter and a horizon arctic tank) , got home my wife tried it, went back within the hour bc the setup i have was smoother then the one my wife currently had(G pen). Thanks Joker! great friendly customer service.

These guys were fantastic help! I went there with little knowledge and no idea what I was looking for and they went out of their way to help me get set up. Actually ended up staying there for 45 minutes talking with them. Great product and even better service. Thanks fellas!

So I wanted an alternative to smoking and decided to try Create a Cig. Dwan was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had no clue where to start. He talked to me about different devices flavors and nicotine levels. I left out completely satisfied with my purchase and will def. return. Ask for Dwan if you stop by!!

Good prices, they offer discounts at certain times that are in effect for everything in the store, at least all the hardware I inquired about. I got 20% off everything, so Ill be back for vape happy hour as I call it.

I really like this vape store because they have a big selection of different brands to try out. The people who work there are very nice and they have alot of knowledge about the different brands and flavors.

Second time I have gone to this location and had to return for bad information and incorrect purchases. The last time I was there, there were two employees and this was twice the wrong information about products that did not know what they were talking about. I give one star just because they are open long hours.
