DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I wish I give this place a lower score because they do not stand by thier products. Make sure to check the charging port on your device before leaving the store. Im sure you will have more of these coming in. Actually you have already had this issue and werent surprised at my issue because you offered a discount on replacement. Obviously admitted to knowing it wasnt just me trying to fit a square peg in a round hole...like Im retarded. You know you are selling these like they are and you are. You know this is WRONG. Basically THEFT. STEALING some call it....great Playlist though.

I went into this smoke shop for the 1st time 2 nights ago. I bought a cookies mag jar for $30 and a stash jar for $25. The salesperson said they’d sell them to me 2/$50. I said cool. The mag jar isn’t real. There’s no way for me to charge it. He didn’t do the 2/$50 sale like he said he would. And the weak stash jar broke before I even got home. I’ll assume everything is weak and/or fake because dude tried to sell me the $600 gravity bong for $299.99 & it’s bigger than the actual one. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Great prices on smoke items. They also have the best prices on iPhone repairs. The turnaround time is usually an hour. I had my screen, battery, and charging port change on iPhone 11. It cost about $200 with tax.

Couldn’t ask for a better smoke shop! Have everything i need and is displayed very well. Shoutout to joe for always taking care of me ! This store will always take my money lol.

Shop was neat, clean, shop keeper was very friendly and helped me find a new flavor as he didnt carry the one I was looking for. He had good suggestions based on the profile I was looking for and said hed try to see if he could order the flavor I wanted from his vendors. Took my info and didnt rush me through the process. Highly recommend this place.

Do not spend your money here, the guy at the desk sold me a g pen connect for $150 and it does not work.. when I went in to tell him about the problem he acted as if it was my fault the pen was broken.. after he “fixed” it, it still did not work. I will never purchase anything from them again.. they’re scammers that tries to get over on anyone that comes in.

The best smoke shop on the Westbank. Great customer service, all the staff were very helpful and assisted me with everything. Their prices aren’t bad and they have some fire merch. I will be coming back and buying everything I need from here. They also built the store very nicely where you can see everything and have two sides to the store what more can you ask for. If I can give them 6 stars I would 🔥🔥👍.

Owner/Manager was kind enough to call me and reach out to me in regards to a situation I had and rectify it. Was courteous and polite and I appreciated him taking the time out to make my voice feel heard and valid. It’s hard to find shops like that, that care. Rectifying my review as such.

By far the best smoke shop in the New Orleans/ Westbank area. Staff was very helpful and professional. Large variety of vape flavors and smoke gadgets. Store is very clean and well put together. Great prices and deals

Most helpful smoke shop i’ve ever been to, they were very nice and walked me through everything on my purchase. They have a huge range of products and basically everything you can think of in a smoke shop. The store also looks very well put together.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. This was my first time buying from a dispensary and I trusted the salesman to educate me but instead he sold me 3.5 grams of old, bad buds AFTER I asked why does it look like that and 1 gram of something he recommended and charged me $99 for it. Overcharged and disappointed!
