UPDATE: 2-STARS is now 5-STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After sharing my disappointment with one of my purchases, Twin Flame staff left a reply (the same day!) apologizing for my let down with the product and offering to find a way to make things right. One quick phone call later, I was offered a full refund and was told my feedback - along with another customers - has led to the product being pulled from their shelves.I really appreciate the way they handled this.I assume the poor product experience was a fluke and I think its a safe bet that the rest of their products are worth a shot.Thank you!--------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Nice shop and friendly staff, however... I spent $45 on some Polk a Dot mushroom chocolate at the recommendation of one of the workers and it was a complete waste of money. Sure it was tasty, but thats not why I bought it. Felt absolutely nothing. Super disappointed.

This shop is so cute & has a huge selection… much larger than it looks at from the outside! Davin was absolutely great, super friendly and helpful! Ill definitely be back!

I love coming in here even to browse. The staff is so friendly and informative. They have a great selection of just about everything and it’s set up so clean and inviting.They gave me a free sample of sleep gummies to try before buying a whole container.The vibes in here are unmatched compared to any vape shop I’ve been too! 💯Last time I went in they had someone blowing glass and it was pretty cool to see it in person😊

Amazing staff and reasonable prices would already justify a 5 star review and if I could go higher than 5 stars I would. This place has taken care of me for the past year and everytime I walk in I am greeted with smiles and fun conversations. Hayward needs more local businesses like this that genuinely care about its customers.

Twin flame has a very wide variety of different products and a staff that knows the products that they sell, as well as being fast and friendly. If youre in Hayward and are going to stop at a smoke shop, this is the one to stop at!

They were very nice to me and my friends, and also very knowledgeable on their craft. I got a shot at the dart board and unfortunately missed, but the lovely employee still gave me a free shirt… valued at $30!

Love the CBD. It has incredible pain management properties. Downside, your urine will test positive for THC. Speak to your physician regarding wanting to start taking this product. Also start at a lower dose first. CBD has helped me unwind from stressful days at the office. Plus the crew who work and those who own the place are really good people. Shout out to Emmett! Between the live glassblowing and very friendly and knowledgeable staff, there is no reason not to recommend this place! Decent cigar selection as well as a ton of glass pendants and accessories that are made in house!

Lots of neat stuff at this place. The gentleman who works there was so polite and professional. I purchased my usual incense sticks. I also bought a unique cigar box. I especially enjoyed the education on CBD, Delta 8, 9 and 10.

Despite being way up in Hayward, this was a very expansive store. They had everything I was looking for (plus much more), and the staff was very friendly. Next time Im up here Ill definitely come back.
