Taz is very knowledgeable on vape technology. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about the industry. He doesn’t try to pressure you into a mediocre product, just to get you out the door. I will keep going back.

This was my first time visiting Vapor Zone & Novelties, and I must say I was very pleased! They have a huge assortment of flavors to choose from, and they will even mix a bottle of your favorite flavors for you (extra charges may apply)! Taz was very pleasant, patient, and full of knowledge. Vapor Zone & Novelties is definitely my new vape store when Im in Hayward!

I would not ever suggest anyone to go to this place now that the older gentleman is running it now.He is rude and disrespectful to the customers . I am 57 year old and have never been treated this baldy in all if my life .He lies and if I didnt know better he acts like hes in meth or something is wrong with him .He should not be working with the public he cant deal with customers on a respectable manner and I can see closing soon. I will tell everyone I can about this to ensure no one goes there.

This is a real vape store they have great prices and the smoke shops that are around are trying to sell vapes for double the price so if you ever visit Hayward check them out first before any smoke shop FYI .

Out of all the vape stores in the whole Bay Area this vape store gets six stars, the man behind the counter is vary polite and vary honest his home made juice beats out all the factory produced juices and I cant lie vaporzone and novelty price is cheapest out there but the quality is vary rich I highly recommend vaporzone and novelty to anyone that thinking about quiting smoking cigarettes they have a great selection of vapes at vary cheap price!

That guy know about the latest mods out there. Awesome deals. Sells nothing but vapor stuff. I house e-juice blending.
