I’ve been going to Cookies Hayward since the day it opened, and have been blessed with connecting with many staff members over the years. In my recent visit to Cookies, I was fortunate enough to get helped out by Era. She’s a good vibe and very helpful! (Hella knowledgeable too!) If you guys ever get the chance to get helped by her just know you’ll leave satisfied! 10/10 Experience.
My opinion; its safe to say this is the priciest dispensary in the Bay Area for no reason. Prices are usually some significant percent higher than the actual price they list. I usually go to Nug Wellness and I feel they have more sensible and honest pricing. The only benefit of going here is due to the fact that its next to all the bars. One day recently, an employee there told me there a was buy one, get one half off deal on the specific product I chose. It rang up for $104. After removing one, it rang up for $52. I didnt even bother pressing the employee because its not dissimilar from every other past experience Ive had here. I regret my recent purchase here since I could have definitely gotten it elsewhere cheaper.
Im always greeted by the nicest staff when I shop at cookies. There is guaranteed fire on their shelves and a deal for every day of the week. What more can you ask for. I love Cookies. Prices are good, all the staff is friendly. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The staff is always willing to answer questions. With that being said, I went in last Friday and Joseph was such a huge help. He answered all my questions, we laughed a bit, and he gave some great recommendations on flower that my sis and I loved. If he’s there the next time I go back, I’m definitely going to ask for his help

Horrible experience. I never received a receipt for my transaction and then I tried checking my account and I never even received my points which I know must’ve been a lot because I bought 3 jeeter infused 5 packs. Then I went today for BOGO 50% off and the bud tenders had no idea so it was not applied to my order. So I was overcharged, I then went back in and spoke to the manager and only received 30% off, along with smart remarks “I don’t know why you want to hold up our line you should have said something earlier” and “You people aren’t even gonna get much money back”. I was overcharged $45. $45 is not much but it’s worth a lot especially traveling from San Jose. This is the 3rd time they done this because they don’t want to honor their ‘COOKIES HAYWARD’ emails.
Cindy was great at helping me decide the best bang for my buck and the right kind of product for what I was looking to acheive.

If you come in the first hour they open, you get 25% off - unless you choose to buy something that’s on sale for the day example Wednesday concentrates being buy 1 get 1 50% off, so there’s no reason to come in early since apparently you can’t combine the two? Doesn’t make sense. They should honor the 25% off as well for coming in the first hour of business anyway as advertised.

I always keep my negative experience to my self because we all have our days but today oh man I got treated like I was a scammer or a exploiter. I purchased a 1g vape on April 19. I had an issue with on 4/20 went back to the store but the line was too long for me to wait. I came back to the store 4/21 to see if they could help me fix it. I came in around 10:15 am. Dude open it up and told me there nothing in the vape that I smoked all of it. I told him there no way I could smoke a gram in 2 days it’s not flower. He got the manager she looked like she didn’t even wanted to help or to be talk to or be bother. She walk up to me and told me idk how much you smoke and she could give me 20% off on my next purchase and walk to the back. But that 20% is for the early bird discount. Really disappointed. What got me more upset is that they both told me I don’t know how much you smoke like telling that I’m just at home smoking all day. Never again I will walk in to any location.

Came here with the intention of getting a quick 2g blunt. Ask for one of the jeeters… they didn’t have it, then ask for the Lime blunt… they didn’t have it, moral of the story, whatever you see on their website or on the shelves they might not have. Made my trip a littler longer than it should have been, and I didn’t end up getting a 2g blunt. Cuties at customer service though, so I added an extra star for the cutie at the register. ;)

The guys seemed really cool and all but no one ever asked me if I was a first time customer to get the 20 percent off and I was overcharged at first and then had to let them know I was a first time patient , if I didn’t let them know myself I would have paid a lot more than I already did so that kind of left me a little on the sour side

Today I dealt with Cynthia, and she was friendly, quick and easy to work with.A word to the wise: make sure you’re aware of the promotions and deals you’re looking to claim and mention it to your cashier. I was super excited to bring in a new referral a little while ago, to claim the 20% off + $20 credit for both me and my friend. But when we got to the checkout counter, the cashier was unaware of the promo and wouldn’t honor it. That’s when I reached out for help and received absolutely zero response. I continue to shop at cookies Hayward for their great selection and their frequent sales.
