Twilight Zone gift & smoke shop

This place has been around for like 20 years or something. Probably one of the more thorough headshots around as far as they carry a lot of things that other shops dont. People who work here are super friendly. Great selection! I just needed to pick up a dab pen. Skipped all the other smoke shops closer to me and went to Twilight zone As I will continue to do for all my smoker needs

Way to high prices. That piece cost 20 cent to be made in a machine shop. I know im a toolmaker. Thats peer greed selling a piece like that for 150$ Stainless steal is way to expensive. I could make that in 10 minutes on a cheap lathe all day. U know u dont need a Pic. Im sure u sell 20$ bongs for 100$ to.

The prices on small smoking accessories are a little inflated. Good place to buy a good piece or accessories. Twilight zone has been here forever, cool spot to check out if you never been.

The hours are pretty good and they have a wide selection. The customer service is great and they have a chill laid back atmosphere which is cool. If you need something check them out or even give them a call to ask about inventory, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Super massive collection of stuff, and with how expensive tobacco products are in California, they’re actually reasonably priced. Also every employee I’ve met there has always been SUPER helpful and chill. Best smoke shop in Hayward.

Huge selection of 420 gear at reasonable prices. Was pleased to discover a large variety of vape, electronics and cool merch. Locally owned and the help was courteous and well informed on the products.I would love to see a better selection of tattoo gear- more current with today’s rotary technology. Was given the incorrect strength e-liquid after clearly stating my order. I suppose I should have double checked, but have never had this issue in several dozen e-liquid orders at around a dozen different shops in northern and southern California. Figured I could not return the item due to COVID-19. When I stopped by several days later to inform them of the mishap, the person who had grabbed the wrong item from behind the counter was present, and informed me that in fact, I could have returned it as long as the product was unopened. This is a fairly unusual practice across the industry, and it would seem to potentially expose customers to tainted packaging.If there is any signage in the shop indicating as much, I have yet to see it. Lastly, I asked for prices on a few of their torches and was told varying prices in the range of $70 to $100. Note that the vast majority of items lacked any visible pricing.In contrast to the anemic array of nicotine salt e-liquid on display, they have an extensive selection of oil burner style pipes. They are all reasonably priced, and tends toward the bigger/thicker end of the spectrum.TL;DR: Weird return policy may be against the publics best interest. Limited selection of NicSalts coupled with extremely expensive torches = likely the last time I go here.

I used to shop here for everything. One stop shop until I was sold a torch, with no outer packaging, and was told I could return it no problem any time up to a year from purchase. I get it home and it is unable to be filled with butane. When my fiancee takes it back to the store to return or exchange it she was met buy an older guy who just started yelling at her. she asked him to stop yelling and he raises his voice louder to tell her that he isnt yelling. We will never shop at this place again. That man should be in a warehouse not in front of customers. If he was the owner I am shocked they are still open.

Great staff and very knowledgeable! This place has tons of options for beginners on up. They take their time to explain options and show you how to use the product. I highly recommend their business and appreciate their knowledge!

Purchased detox pills called Herbal Clean Detox Caps & Stat Flushtook all the pills and was a complete success. I definitely recommend these 2 brands and was great for a blood test.

This place is very nice and very clean. Has a lot of water pipes rolling paper different kind. Has Cbd (hope thats right) gummies and a lot more. Need to see for yourself.

Great place! I was Looking for something cheap...kid turned me on to a mini nectar collector...best 20 bucks ive ever spent in a shop. He is such a nice kid and always helpful

I always like visiting this store. I am a very creative guy and the possibilities are endless there. Yes its a smoke shop but the employees are always so helpful and nice. The owner is a cool guy also.

Used to be my goto shop. But the last few times I came here the workers seemed to change price on their bongs. Makes you wonder if you really got ripped off.

It was an overall decent experience. Great price ranges and the employees are nice to customers and helpful/knowledgable about there products.

They hook you up when you need quick fix, they even let you use their microwave. Great customer service will always come back for more
