Very professional, very kind people. I have had a phenomenal experience coming here. I originally started appointments for my nerves, yet every service I’ve received has been genuine & inviting. All the staff know me & are kind to me. My back pain & nerve problems have subsided substantially. I would encourage anyone with nerve issues or injuries to go to the Miami lakes branch. I have been going to them for about a year now, & it has been the best choice in physicians for my nerve problems. Absolutely would recommend.

The Spa is very clean and the staff is professional. I have been going for years to do facials and the service I have received has always been excellent. I highly recommend.

I went in for microblading and a facial, both were a great experience. The girls were so good at there jobs and i couldnt be happier with the results. They both made me feel super comfortable and made it an all around pleasure to be there. I will definitely be returning multiple times in the future for all my med spa procedures. I highly recommend coming here if you want great quality and a great experience.

I really like the new Drs now here. They have alot more knowledge than Dr. Bashar!! I have not seen him in office for a long time. But they are getting my issues taken care of ..I appreciate all the new Drs that have been getting the job taken care of finally!! Thank you to all the staff, front desk and any other staff members that have been very helpful. The only thing I can say that is they set appointments and you still wait hrs to be seen. My appointment was for 11:30am and it is now 12:15pm and I am still waiting in the waiting room?? Why give appointments when you dont keep the time.. that is a problem here..the only reason I still come here is because I like the new Drs..I am not having any cosmetic treatments..I am seeing my neurologist doctor..

This place is fantastic. I had a facial from Connie who went above and beyond. She explained my skin type and suggested specific products for me to purchase and use in my daily life. I can tell that she does her research and I appreciated her level of care. My massage was also wonderful and the receptionist was super helpful with scheduling as they are very busy! I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at New Life Health. The staff was very nice and they offer such a variety of treatments. I got my lashes done and Amanda did an amazing job, I am so pleased with the results. I will definitely come back. :)

Connie is my girl!!! I loved her since the first time she did a facial on me. She is super professional and knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns and recommends things accordingly. The environment in general is super professional and I feel safe even during the pandemia. I highly recommend this place.

I went yesterday for a facial and honestly I was very happy about it and surprised too after learning about all the services they offer. They are all very professional and flexible ( which is a big plus). The office is very clean and I was seen quickly. I am definitely looking forward to going back for more facials (and perhaps other services)!

I have purchased a few Groupons from here and my husband has as well. I have had swedish, hot stone massages and facials. The massages and facials have always been great. The massages have left me feeling relaxed, especially the hot stone ones and the facials, I come out glowing, never any redness even though my face is a little sensitive. Staff is always very nice and professional. Will definitely be going back!

Im only giving them a star because google wont let me do the review without putting a star, but they deserve nothing but Cero stars. I had an appointment to do the laser hair removal, the appointment was for 5:30 I arrived at the office at 5:10 pm. The first thing that gave me a strange feeling was that they asked me for my insurance card, when I asked why if I was only going to have the laser done they told me that since the clinic does other services I wanted to make sure if I did not qualify for something else. I keep waiting for a hour, I asked two times to the lady in the front that I have to pick my son at 7 pm and I want to make sure that I will be on time, at 6:10 pm I decided to go and dont wait more they dont even apologized for the waiting or give a reason why they didnt call me on time TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE , we dont have time to be wasting time

Great environment and advice. Relaxing and professional. Dr. Wilson and his staff is very nice and caring. He relaxed my neck muscles and released the tension buildup that I have experience for some time now. My neck still feels great. Thanks.

I loved my over all experience getting a facial with Connie. She is very knowledgeable and what I loved the most is that she educates you on your skincare needs. Recommend her 100%.

Went in for weight loss management and I was very pleased with the medical assistant Maydeline.. had a very hard time finding a vein to do my labs and she was very patient and kind and she took her time with me. Made me feel like I had known her all my life. Very efficient and once my labs came in she called me and went over everything with me in detail. I was very pleased with the care.

Connie gives the best facials ever. My skin is glowing. Madylynn is so sweet and has a great touch to give me my B12/lipo shots. Everyone that works at New life is amazing. I highly recommend.

I would like to thank Dr. Tracy and his team for their dedication in getting me to where I am today. 6 months ago I decided that I needed to make changes in my life. I was suffering from really bad acid reflux to the point that I was on medication. I was on Facebook and I saw an ad about acid reflux I clicked on it and there was an invitation to a brief seminar about acid reflux and other health issues and how to better your health. I signed up for a consultation and was contacted by Dr. Tracy. After the consultation I was told that I was a good candidate for his program and if I was interested. I signed up and immediately started the program. Supplements/vitamins were mailed out to me and I was on my way. Dr. Tracy and his team were right with coaching sessions and ready to answer any questions I had. I am proud to say that I have ended my 6 months program and I am no longer on acid reflux medication. From the program I have learned and develop a better and healthier way of life which includes better choses when it comes to food, exercise routines that works with my daily routine and breathing technics that helps to calm me. I even loses a few pounds in the process. Thank you New Life Healthcare, Dr. Tracy and his wonderful team.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars but unfortunately that is not an option. I had an appointment with them and was unable to make it, I called 2 hours before my appointment to let them know and they insisted that I would have to pay a late fee of $25.00. I advised them that I had an emergency with my daughter that morning and was not able to make it, I even offered to provide them with documentation from her doctors office showing that I was not using this as an excuse. They then decided that if I did not want to pay the $25.00 i had the option of loosing 1 of the 2 laser appointments I had remaining to compensate for it. What kind of place does business like this? I have been to all my appointments on time and never rescheduled, the 1 time I have a medical emergency because of my 11 month old daughter they want to treat me like garbage? This is not a place I need to do business with. Just beware this place is more concerned about collecting $25.00 than continuing business with a customer.

Beware if you do laser hair removal and have tattoos. Lady ruined a tattoo having lasered over it twice. No remorse after my concern ignoring the problem. No resolution and no refund or compensation. Never again doing any services at this place. Never finished my treatments after that.

I only gave them one start because Google would not allow me to give no stars. Do not waste your time, especially if you cant make it. My wife had an appointment on a Monday. She realized over the weekend that she couldnt make it. She replied to the text confirmation saying that she couldnt make it. We then spoke to Maddie in the office and explained that to her. She then told me that she would take our word for it and not charge my wife the $25 fee. We rescheduled and when my wife showed up, she was charged $25. I then called Maddie who then changed her tune. She told me that they have no choice and that they do not have a system in place to receive text messages. And that my wife would have known about the cancellation if she read the fine print of all the paperwork they made her sign. She was unapologetic and somewhat rude. And when told that we would make it a point to make sure none of our friends went there, she replied Im sorry to hear that. But we have our policies Do not waste your time or money with these people unless you want to get ripped off.

I highly recommend this spa! The staff is fabulous and did an excellent job! Their equipment is medical grade and the interior of the spa is beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the area of Miami where they are located. Im definitely going back!

I enjoy my spa visits to new life because Jenya Titova gives me flawless results. I have been a patient for many years and I cannot reccomend Jenya enough for botox, fillers, and treatments. I am aging gracefully thanks to her professional superior touch. Jenya Titova is simply my top splurge at New Life!
