Seeing some bad reviews here and just want to speak in the owners defense for a moment. I knew her personally a long time ago & she is a good person with a genuine heart who has suffered some serious personal tragedies, not that it makes it okay to be rude if thats really the case or that anyone has to tolerate anything out of sympathy. It is a business after all, but Im sure therere times where she just has to lock the door and take a moment to gather herself, so please try to be understanding before leaving a bad review because of a locked door and poor disposition. Im personally really proud of her for accomplishing what she has with this business. Most people would just crumble and burn given the circumstances shes faced, but she keeps pushing forward while trying her best to stay positive. I imagine shes just having a difficult time at the moment and I ask anyone whos about to leave a bad review to take a moment to reconsider. Also to the owner, I apologize if Ive upset you by divulging this information here and I will remove it if requested. Also, best wishes to you in life and love! Stay strong and keep your head up & thanks for being a friend when I needed one despite me giving you so many reasons not to be. Take care :-)

I’ve been living in the area for around 3-4 years and I’m not sure why I don’t learn my lesson lolTheir hours might say one thing but don’t count on it. I can’t even count the number of times I’ll go at around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and they are closed, and 3-4 years ago I just thought it was due to Covid but they still randomly close whenever they want I guessIt wouldn’t be such a big deal if there was more smoke shops with variety around here but there really isn’t unless I go the opposite way. Just inconvenient and doesn’t make sense

Worst service ever! Dont waste your hard earned money on this place. I came in Saturday at 5:30pm, sign outside says OPEN til 8pm, the door was closed and lights on. I knock on the door and some crazy lady with a ferret comes out super disrespectful, making me feel like I did something horribly wrong for knocking while, I have never dealt with someone with a nasty attitude like this, I couldnt believe it, she looks 45, how does she live this long without ever learning manners? Yikes.

Too many smoke shops in the area to deal with such a rude and disrespectful person. My best advice. GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! 1 star is too much.

I love this smoke shop and the owners are super cool and friendly! Melissa is the best! They have an awesome selection including my favorite organic hemp wraps and cbd products. Very cool chill vibes.

Stopped in to get a piece. The prices were a great affordable variety. I spoke with the owner and they were beyond nice, helpful, and personable. I will definitely be going back!

I just bought a puff co plus from them on Friday. I came back today 4 days later because I’m having an issue with the battery and the chamber and the owner of the store tells me there is nothing she can do. That I have to deal with puff co. Yet on the day of the sale she told me if I have any issue to come back and she will fix it. Now I have an issue and no help. Customer service is the worst. All they want is your money and then no help.

My first time at the shop and Jesus was amazing in helping me with all my needs. Very friendly and patient with all my questions. Will definitely come back again!!!

Always professional and full of knowledge in case one gets lost in trying to figure out what to purchase, the store layout invites one to look around and the store management and employees are always quick to answer any questions. I recommend if one ever needs vape or smoke supplies in Hialeah.

Always great service and always got what I need. Yesterday I had great service from two guys Vic and Kev I believe was their names, super chill guys and helped me out when I didn’t know what I needed.

Its the second shop they open up, and its already living up to the original! Theyre always getting new stuff, and they already have everything. Friendly people work there, its everything it needs to be. Support your local smoke shops!

Since they changed owners the store has become disgusting, the lady who is there apparently doesnt even know what she is selling, nor how a smoke shop works, the vapes are damaged and when it comes time to change the product or return the Money is a problem, I have been buying stig for years and the professional person at work knows that not all smokes come out in good condition.
