Twice now I’ve come to the new location and twice now they refuse to open at the time they say they’re open. What the issue with this store since it’s move?

Today my girl and I stopped by the Headquarters Shop in Hialeah and mannn! The nicest person, her name is Star, helped us out with absolutely Everything we needed and more!! She was super courteous/friendly,nicely informed about the latest and best products:)which by the way...their store is off the chain with All kinds of good stuff:) We definitely recommend this Headquarters to Everyone 💯

Best place been coming here for years. They have everything you need from disposable Delta Carts to everything you need for smoking. Don’t let this location past you by it’s amazing and super amazing and knowledgeable employees.

Been going there for 20 years. .. Friendly family staff.. Owners handed down to their family.. But super nice good prices & beautiful quality products in store. Cant believe theyve been around so long ...

Its all good but the only downside is that you think the store is closed & theyre not. If employees are gonna step out, they need to put a be right back sign if theyre gonna step out of the premises.. Not only that, but theyre closed on Memorial Days of ALL days lol.

I love going here because they sell piercings at such a low price but every time I’ve gone they happened to be closed. I checked on google what time they close on a Sunday and it says 7pm, i went at 4pm, and the shopping was completely closed. I go down from Miami Gardens which isn’t much of a drive but it’s annoying to waste my time and gas to be disappointed. They don’t really deserve 1 star because when they are generally open they are worth the 5 stars but until they start opening their full hours i won’t change it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so this isnt a complaint about them. I was sold a fake vape pen and when I tried to use the warranty the company told me they were unable to replace it. This store needs to make sure theyre buying from trustworthy suppliers.

Really great neighborhood head shop. A West Hialeah icon of sorts. prices are average, service is good unless you meet the owner, hes a grouchy old man. Still tho great little shop!

I used to come here a lot years ago! There was such a great group of people! I have entered there recently and still are a great group of people to ask for advice on jewelry and everything else you think of that they sell! You must go here

I love going here for anything piercing or smoke related they always have such knowledgeable and helpful ppl work there that will help you find exactly what you need.

Great first experience. Only place in south fl that i know that still pratice the art of a hot shave. Ken is def the one you want to ask for but all the barbers are great.

Its a small but epic little store the staff is very nice theres a couple of people that work here all the girls are cute but the pipes are great they have a nice selection and a cheap little selection if you want and well priced everything and great quality water pipes

Genuinely kind people. Or at least the people ive seen working were, reasonable prices, and good products. The tall man with long hair is espeically nice and professional. ^-^

Best shop of its kind in South Florida. Just wish they were open till 10 or 11. I think 8pm is just too early to close for this type of store.

They say they open at 10:30 on Saturdays but I have been outside waiting for 30 min for them to open.

Ive been coming here since I was 18. It’s been 10 years. Love love lovee this place for literally anything I need. I live in Hollywood and drive over to Hialeah for them.

All of these reviews are written by the owner. Paul always said these idiots will buy anything. Overpriced, and the service has only gotten worse lately as they are going down hill.

Excellent customer service can’t say enough about the owner and staff anything you want or need is there headquarters is a monument in the city of Miami

Great headshop got a water pipe with a carbon attachment all for 130 what a deal. Best headshop in South Florida hands down.

Another day I showed up where it was supposed to be open during operation hours and sign says closed.

Dont go there for detox products theyre selling expired items that will get you in trouble and then theres a no refund policy on top of that .!!!!

The hours do not match, they say they are open and it is a lie and they also never answer the phone, you waste time and gas going to where they are and they are not open, take business more seriously, it bothers me a lot how they play with peoples time.

Good place, inconspicuous bad area, the business is not visible
