These people Used To charge 18% tip When paying with the Credit Card and I Guess somebody complained and they took it off. Because Thats not a restaurant. Now guess what they doing? they are putting 3% on credit card purchases so you can pay their cost for their credit card machine service which should come from their profits not from the pockets of customers. Thats called robbery. What are they going to do next? include the electricity, internet and water bill. somebody needs to sue this place or every place they actually practice this scam, and Im going to do an investigation and if I do happen to find out they are breaking some type of law I will sue. Or we might need to implement a new law.Yes you have put in the past 18% service charge because I have seen it, which is a name change to a tip since the cash register from Squareup allows you to rename it or add it as a new charge option. Plus I been around for decades and 3% is for the credit card monthly fees for each transactions and thats from recent years, which you want customers to pay and thats unethical. Businesses already make their money in their products. Too expensive for you? then raise the prices and lets see where customers are going to go them, but I posted this so people know in advance so they dont make a trip in vain.

Had gone to my main place for liquid.. They sadly stopped selling it and then last night just took a shot in the dark with this place and absolutely loved the liquid they had sadly no testers like in the picture BUT PLEASE DO TESTERS FOR THE VAPE LIQUIDS I WOULD BE COMING HERE OFTEN NOW this is my spot! Lol

Always good vibes when i come here. Always helpful amd knowledgeable. Got a free oil after getting my card stamped . Pretty awesome. I can recommend really any vapor shark as ive had a good experience in all of them. Even one in pt saint Lucie. But the hialeah ones are great all speak English and Spanish FLUENTLY . You need to speak Spanish if youre going to be doing business in Hialeah so thats a given. But its nice for a change that someone actually speaks English to you and understands you. I speak Spanish aswell but dammmm hialeah has alot of Spanish only workers EVERYWHERE. Its cool with me whatever. Just noticed that they are usually the only ones in the whole shopping center that are able to communicate well in both languages so kudos to them.

Amazing staff, with an equally amazing assortment of everything you’d need from a smoke shop. Best of all, their prices are unmatched with the reward points discounts.I also feel comfortable walking in and asking for help. One time I had an issue with refilling a vape tank and replacing a coil. Cecy got it running perfectly within a few minutes! Not a penny charged

Had a buddy buy a defective puffco proxy from here. It never worked was supposedly new never opened. They couldn’t even give him a copy of the receipt so he could use puffco warranty and get it fixed. Don’t shop here unless you want to get scammed.

Was in need of juice for my vape mod when I saw this vapor shark. Super clean location with a full selection of vaping and smoking products. I asked sessy the employee behind the counter for help choosing the right e-juice for me. She was super helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. She has a future customer from now on. I’ve been going to this Vape Shop for about 2-3 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today however I went in and was greeted by a very enthusiastic worker (Yonaymi) she did not hesitate to explain to me the different types of products and the pros and cons of each. All in all a great experience. I am not surprised if she is the manager of the store as she was very knowledgeable.

The store vaporshark is awesome I only vape their products Ive been with them for 9 years now I stand behind their products. I gave this a 3 star for the owner on 68th st and 28th ave. Shes terrible always with an attitude always acts like she wants to explain you stuff but from her tone she rather be somewhere else, if you ask her something that requires explanation she acts like shes bord and its mundane.

This place is a scam, I had a bad experience when I went. I bought a vape and it was broken so they didn’t refund it, they offerered me to buy the same one but 15% off. Please don’t go this scam of a place.

I purchased here not so long ago and was told to leave a review however I didn’t have a google account of my own and did not make one in the moment. The customer service was great from both the girl and the guy super nice! they both knew what they were talking about however i noticed that one employee was extremely sick and it is not only bad for the employee themselves that already feels bad but for the customers as well it is unsanitary considering they are dealing with our vapes and could potentially get a customer sick as well with the coughing. I recommend send employees home if they are sick. Also testers the guy handed to me most were leaking change your testers. Other than that the customer service from both employees was outstanding 3 out of 5 experience.

These guys know their vape! Every single time Ive gone in with whatever issue I may be having they have quick solutions. Theyre patient as I often try many different flavors to find just the right one but they dont mind. Its like they actually like what they do and what they sell. Chris 1 & Chris 2 & Debbie are fantastic and Im a super satisfied customer!

Do not go to this vapor shark for any of your vapor needs terrible customer service by the manager I would recommend the vapor shark on 67th ave they have better policies than this one I repeat do not spend your money here!

The employees are always super helpful and courteous when you come in through the doors. The employees are knowledgeable in the products that they offer and have no problem recommending solutions for you. Plus you get free coffee. If youre looking for a good vape shop this is a great place to go.

The lack of care for the FDA rules in this place make me not want to come back in. As vapors we need to hold our shops accountable. We need to set up good habits so people can see the industry growing and be respected. Not allow children into a shop.I will not be going back for the following reasons:1. Not immediately carded at the door, nor an emphasis to card anyone. Later, a child about the age of 12 entered the place and stayed in. I do not want to vape next to children, nor have them around it. Federal law is to card. You should card everyone, and not allow minors in.2. The juice in the testing tanks were a dark brown. Im not sure the last time they were changed out. Tanks with juice leaking on the side and you either got a 1.6 ohm cool or a .6 coil on your tank. Keep it one coil, so Im not switching back and forth. Id I didnt notice it, I would have vaped 30 watts on a 1.6. No thank you.3. Personally, I dont like it when the store helps set up the coil. Not only is it federally not okay, these tanks have machine oil on them. They need to be washed, and cleaned. I saw an employee open a new starter kit. Fill it up and prime the juice and let them rip on it. These product are not cleaned before shipped out of China. Dont let new people vape on this stuff.

Great place with the largest selection of eliquid. Anywhere in miami and non of it is Chinese, and as a side note no one will warranty the cheap pen style batteries so do yourself a favor and buy a quality mod with an 18650 battery that they do have at the store

If youre looking to quit smoking for the first time with e cigs, DO NOT COME HERE! The Vapor Shark franchise has some of the worst chinese e liquids and most outdated products on the market.Every story Ive heard from smokers who tried e-cigarretes and gave up on them came from either gas station e-cigarretes or this pathetic chain of stores.I mean, if they even have to rebrand their items so their customers think theyre Vapor Shark exclusive and come only to them, (Fusion BDC= Aspire Vivi Nova) (Glass=Kanger Protank 2) which is also an illegal practice, then you know theyre desperate.

TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT, if you need to return a vap, right at the time of purchasing it because it does not work, the sellers do not have the autonomy to do so.They spend an hour calling the manager during the time he is supposed to be available and he doesnt answer.End of the story, they tell you, come back at 9 pm, the manager is there.TWIST THE WORLD, not deserve to be on the market
