Every time my husband and I come to this store we get attended to quickly and the staff always has a great attitude. Extremely knowledgeable and patient staff. It’s clear this group takes pride in the customer service they provide.

I have been purchasing on this location ever since it opened and i have got to say that not once i had any issues with any mod, tank or juice i have bought. Kriss and franklin both helped me today with my mod which was giving me issues and thanks to them is now working perfectly. If i could leave 6 stars i would. Plus they have the best prices around. Looking forward to my next visit.

I most say this is the best Vapor Shark there is in Miami. The Assistant Manager and his staff of this store are extremely helpful and understanding. He has helped me every time I visit their store and always with a positive attitude and professionalism. I really hope the owner of this store is reading this review, because if you are, you need to promote this guy, he is exactly what you need in your team.

Awesome experience all around!! Adam provided great customer service. I am new to vaping and therefore had about a thousand questions, he listened and answer all of them professionally (in other words patiently without rolling eyes because I was taking his time). I purchased a starter kit and Adam was able to explain what each piece was and it what it was for, he also threw some helpful tips in our conversation. He was not in a hurry to sell and get me out of the store, which nowadays means a lot from a sales person. When it came to liquid sampling, he listen to my preference in taste and didn’t just try to push their featured or most expensive liquid, which is something I was told to be cautious about when going to a vape store. I have had good experience with sales personal but I can honestly say I am very impressed with the service Adam provided. Which is great for the store because I will definitely be returning.

This vaporshark is the best place I have been too! Melissa and Franklin has the best customer service. I love my new device they explained step by step everything about the device and make sure I was well taken care of. I dont go to any other store but this 1.Best store out of all the vapor sharks I been to. No shade.

Love the service I had. Big chris really made me feel welcome being a white male in Hialeah. Took his tile showing me the flavors I was interested in and was very professional. I look forward to future business with big chris.

One of the best shops around, the staff is very helpful and patient, I am so bad with names, but the young girl on the counter helped me select a good flavor and was very knowledgeable. Everytime I enter I find the staff friendly, the last staff member gave me his mix recipe and it was an amazing suggestion. I drive out of my way to visit this shop.

The guy that works there I waited for him like 20 min. He doesnt know what he selling at all not cool dude not cool. If you dont look good hell wont care at all. Other people came in after us and we were still skipped. I just had to go get what I want and left super fast cause wow, Bad customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Everything was clearly marked, organized, and catered to my every need. In and out with no regrets! The attendant, Melissa, was most helpful! 10/10 would return!

Great customer service but its only a cover because theyll quickly sell you something, charge you and then theyll realize what they sold you does not work. Now youbcould just return it or exchange but OH NO they dont except those. And now youve wasted money on something they ripped you off into buying and now the only way to fix it is to spend more money. No one the entire store was empty they are scam artist.

Gustavio saved me yesterday. I fell down my outdoor stairs in the rain, and my mod fell, busted open and got soaked. I was running late for work and ran into vapor shark. he got me a mod, put it together and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. He did mention that he was covering for someone else and was on loan from a different location, but he was so nice to me that I wanted to make it known that they really go out of their way to help customers. Thank you again Gustavio! Ill be returning to vapor shark on the regular basis.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a vape shop and it was a great experience! I was attended by Kriss and he taught me everything I needed to know. He was extremely kind and welcoming! I’ll definitely be coming back😁

Bought my first vaper here. The guy was nice. But I wanted the ones that dont explode. He gave me a small one 😭 and then my friend who has been vaping for years told me that the big ones are the ones that dont explode because you can regulate them better.

I went there today and.. nothing but good service. The young man there helped me out finding the juice I was looking for and also explained to me how often they reorder low stock and what not. Im pretty sure Ill be Coming here now on.

The wife and i really wanted to give up smoking so we walked into this vaporshark. Young man named chris was really knowledgable and set us both up with exactly what we need. Prices where good and the location had tasty coffee. Thanks chris for the juice advice super tasty man and the wife is loving her vape mod.

They sell you the evaporator tanks, if for some reason one of the parts breaks (the glass tank), for example, they do not have a replacement, this happens in all Vapor Sharks. You have to buy a new tank. Theyre worthless bastards. WHAT WOULD YOU CALL THIS??
