I had the at Best experience at burn smoke shop. They were very informative about their merchandise which is very important because I’m new to smoking vapes so everything was informative to me. They have an awesome boutique in the back, but you gotta ask about it.

The energy is upbeat & positive the minute you walk in the store. You are greeted by friendly & knowledgeable staff. They help you out with any questions you may have. They have very up to date modern merchandise. From posters, to fly flags, & very cool glass pieces. Also have limited edition poshes with a great price you can’t find no where else. I am a happy customer at both locations in bridge view & hickory hills IL.

I really loved this shop! Everything was so clean and well organized. They have a decent selection of glass and the 2 dudes that worked the front counter were extreamly helpful and kind. Prices are very fair! I will for sure be coming back to this shop. One of my new favorites in the area.

Used to love this shop until I went in to get some Snow Cone Ice Escobars. They were the wrong flavor packaged. It had a caramel taste and definitely was not snow cone. I messaged them asking what the return/exchange/refund policy was and the response I got was its pretty good so I asked for further explanation and they read my message without ever replying. I wont be coming back here if theyre selling fake vapes and dont respond to customers. Makes me sad because theyre cool and have a huge selection.

Good people. The prices are a bit high. The new bigger push vapes are $20 a piece and at smokers choice by fairplay on 95th st there literally 2 for 25 I mean at least sell them for 2 for 30 but not 2 for 40 😅

Would not recommend because a lame no girlfriend or wife having as in his late 30s that doesn’t have a good career in life going to try hit on your college girlfriend infront of you and gets checked after we paid good money there 💰😐 …. Next dude won’t be so polite so please check your staff .

Love them. They have everything

They got everything you need from blunts to woods to hemp wraps. They even got all the good vapes and vape flavors. It’s the only place I go for my smoking stuff.
