I started coming to Be Beauty because the salon I had been going to did not offer the service I was looking for. It was definitely the right choice! Paola has been doing my manicures... and she does amazing work! During my last visit I had a pedicure with Gabriela - THE BEST pedicure Ive had in years. Cannot recommend Be Beauty enough. Great atmosphere, talented and sweet staff!

I loved this place until I went to a different person who filed my natural nails down so much that they were paper thin and breaking off and peeling. The worst part is that I contact the owner who took 4 days to figure out that she should do something for me as a client who had been there bi-weekly for over two years. She scheduled me improperly and they didn’t actually have time to fix my nails. The owner would do nothing. Told me they had a 5 day fix policy but it took her 4 days to figure out she had to have me come in to have them fixed. My nails will be a mess for a long time now and I have to find a new place and pay all over again to have them repaired.

I had an amazing experience here! They were able to get my friend and I an appointment together. Everyone is so happy! The vibe in this salon is so positive! Genius did an amazing job on my nails and Paola did my acrylic toes so beautifully ! 10/10 experience!

Everyone is so nice and the space is very welcoming. I asked for a red French manicure on my short & round natural nails, which I know isn’t typical (usually it’s long / square right?). But they did a great job with they had to work with. I recommend coming here for a relaxing experience and a great final product .

I found this salon on a whim and I am so happy that I did! The salon makes it easy to book everything online. The ambiance at the salon is a fun and outgoing vibe.Whether you need to get a unique nail design, gorgeous set of lashes, or even an eyebrow tint, Liz is the go-to girl. I cannot recommend her enough. The photos speak for themselves. Finally found a salon where I can get everything done in one place!

I love this place, clean, pretty and it has tons of different services , hair, sails, laser, massages, hair removal,makeup ect.. the owner is very friendly and cares about the customers. I go to Janeira, she is wonderful. She does everything for me facials, hair, nails. I am always impressed with the care and time she puts into everything she does. I highly recommend this place. It is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs.

I think I got the best pedicure in my life from here 🤩. Yaneira Salas was amazing and absolutely thorough. She was also very kind, diligent and a bit of a perfectionist which was great :)This salon is very clean and professional. I absolutely loved my pedicure.

Tech filed off my cuticles even though I said it hurt, she continued. Left me bleeding, then said I brushed my cuticles too hard. Owner’s replies to all negative reviews are to blame the customer or accuse them of lying. Also: Hard to trust positive reviews of a place that offers a discount for a positive review (sign posted on wall in back)

Ive been to both of their salons and Ive had an issue each time. Ive decided to not try and visit again. Twice I made an appointment well ahead of time and both times, someone randomly changed my appt time right before my appt time without any conversation with me. One time I was already on my way and the other time, I had just arrived, though i was a little early. Then the person tried to argue with me that although they wanted to push my time back because the tech wasnt even there that the wait wouldnt be long if i wasnt early. Such a waste of my time! Another time I booked online and they wanted to charge me another cost because their online information was incorrect. At the other salon, the nail tech was 20 mins late and no one else was at the shop and the second time, she canceled the morning of. Im done with this business. Many more who provide better service!

I love it here. I’ve been a dedicated customer for an entire year. It’s the only place I come for a pedicure. I usually get the spa pedicure or luxury vip pedicure which comes with wine! Listen you won’t be disappointed. They hook me up everytime. Check out my tik tok for a review I did @neeks_me

I tried Be Beauty for the first time today and am so glad I did! The service was awesome, and my nails turned out so great. I got a great pedicure, and the nail art was wonderful! I will definitely be going back!

Booked a mani-pedi for two people and got the gel polish along with the premium pedicure. The quality of the gel polish is great - its been over 3 weeks and the paint has just started to chip on one nail. My friend who has some serious calluses on her feet, which almost never gets treated fully, was recommended the premium pedicure and loved the result. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be back.

Lines are extremely uneven and thick. Came out looking nothing like the reference picture at all. Refused to re-design nails after being unhappy. No further explanation required -- just look at the pictures! I didnt feel valued as a customer nor did the tech even try to make the situation right.

I always have an amazing experience here. All the girls are very personable. I highly recommend this shop for all your beauty needs. Arislady is my favorite but they are all very skilled

Finally found the perfect spot to get my nails done. I usually go with Lisbeth or Elizabeth, both are super amazing.I also got a full body laser hair removal package. Yaneira is the best doing this process, Its been a few weeks and already seeing results.100% recommended.

Great Vibes with all the ladies and male owner💞🤍. ...also, great prices !!!

I went in on a Saturday for a gel fill. I sat for 20 mins with only one other customer there. The other 3 girls free no help talking amongst themselves finally the girl was ready to do my nails she was very fast they charge 50.00 for a full and 10 extra if you need cut and shape . I feel that is a bit much but I was expecting them to be fabulous. I got shiny gel set and got home two nails were flat on top and no polish on the tips . I called back ask for manager nobody wanted to help she aid she was a manager but the manager would call me after spending my money and nice tip I felt this was horrible service to tell a client to wait for the person that helped you and never receive a call I would not go back there poor customer service and a rushed job

Came for a pedicure and enjoyed my experience overall. Pros: the place is nicely decorated, clean and smells nice. The pedicure was relatively thorough in removing dead skin in comparison to other places I’ve been to. Cons: I think $45 for a regular pedicure (not gel polish) is too pricey. They charge the same amount for both regular and gel pedicures. I wish there was a cheaper option for those of us that don’t want gel. Also, the pedicure chairs are not massage chairs. I always look forward to the chair massage so I was disappointed to see that they were regular chairs. I enjoyed the experience overall but probably will look to go somewhere cheaper in the future.

-good Mani Pedi experience overall.--pedicure very thorough, great work--they have cushy chairs, not massage chairs. Not a deal breaker for me.-covid conscious--asked everyone who came in to first wash their hands--most techs wore masks the whole time-not ♿ accessible. The bathroom and wax room are down three steps from the main floor, and the entrance to the salon is kind of tight inside a little hallway. Im sure they would be willing to accommodate the service to the client- but heads up to those who need.- Marketing is clearly on point here! This is a second salon of the same owners as Barbie Beauty in NB (it seems) and almost everything is branded. They have a cute album to choose colors from.-you can pay with cash, Venmo, cash app 🙌🏻.-Gabriella did a great job- photo attached. She clearly cared about my customer experience, made pleasant conversation, and had excellent attention to details for both the pedicure and manicure. Could have been a little faster, but all in all Ill be a repeat customer. No issues at all honoring my request for this specific nail art.

My nails turned out very nice but I cannot justify the prices. And before I get a reply back about inflation 105 dollars for a French design is crazy. Also all the workers loved to talk about Clients and other workers in a negative way in front of their customer’s like what is that.

This was by far the best pedicure i’ve ever gotten. I live 45-50 minutes away, my friend and I were looking for somewhere nice and clean to go get pedicures for prom. We found this shop online and booked it because it looked clean and had good reviews but our expectations were surpassed greatly. The energy in the salon is immaculate and every single worker was so sweet. Everything was also so clean, as soon as we entered we were asked to wash our hands. Another customer was finished before us and we saw an employee really cleaning all the utilities, (something i’ve never seen before). I am thoroughly impressed and don’t plan on ever going somewhere else for my pedicures.

I have been going to this salon based on recommendation by a friend. The salon is very girly and modern. The owner keeps it super clean. You have to try it here. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The pedicures are relaxing, and the chair they sit you in is super comfortable.The refill and full set are reasonably priced. I honeslty dont see a big difference in price from where i used to go.I can say i had a refill on before I left for vacation. Not one cracked or broke in half. My nail tech is lisbeth. Ask for her when you go into be beauty. She is kind and diligent.Btw... they offer other services as wellWaxing, laser hair removal, wood cupping therapy, eyebrow waxing, and threading. Such a great experience in a very cute salon! They take so much care in acrylic soak offs. The woman who did my soak off was extra cautious with my previously damaged nail to not hurt or damage it even more.10/10 would recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience at Be Beauty! Genesis did an amazing job on my nails. The staff here is SO kind and accommodating. I loved that the pedicure chairs and tubs were built for petite people as well. This is Not always the case. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon of pampering! I highly recommend this salon. Wanted to love it - cute place. When I first walked in the girl there barely acknowledged me & then expected that I knew what to do. Told me to go wash my hands and I didn’t even know where the bathroom was. She ended up being super nice - no issues with her and she did great for being the only one working that day. Pedicure was fine but one wasn’t totally cured so had to go back next day to get it fixed - she was super quick & nice about that. But my gel manicure was just not good. It was super uneven and put on way too thick. Edges were all wack and nails started chipping within a day. When I went to file and soak it off with acetone, cotton, & foils it WOULD NOT come off. It was chalky and I soaked and soaked almost an hour and ended up still having to scrape and ruin my nails. Not sure if it was old polish that needs to get thrown out but it was just not great.

I am ASTONISHED at the lack of accountability coming from a business that I’ve been to multiple times about incidents I have witnessed myself. YES an employees daughter was running through the back rooms, speaking to stylists while working, all while her parents were downstairs having a dinner party. I didn’t complain at the time because your prices were reasonable. After losing your only talented stylist your prices ROSE for less quality work. After being up charged $20 for length, $20 for GEL FRENCH and extra nail gems I didn’t ask for, I FINALLY DECIDED to speak up for myself, and instead of TRANSPARENCY I’m met with accusations that i’m lying about things multiple clients would’ve witnessed with me that same day. Your website is NOT transparent when it lists “ACRYLIC FRENCH” and then charged for gel. It doesn’t state +$20 for length either. So explain how a stylist who takes 2 HOURS to do a set should charge those prices? When you’re playing Tokischa at ear numbing volumes while random men cut hair NEXT TO THE BATHROOM you can’t call your salon quiet and respectful 👎 First you say there’s no barbershop downstairs, now you edit your reply and say customers should deal with random men next to the only bathroom? THEN STATE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE.And i’ve actually been coming to you since Genesis worked there. You don’t even know who your clients are yet accost them when they give honest reviews. 🤣

Yaneira is the best. She really listens to the client and accomplishes the look or style you want. She is also honest and candid which is refreshing nowadays. I always feel and look like a superstar when she is done with me.

My girlfriend and I went to get pedicures and we loved it!! The experience was so wonderful. They didn’t rush and they actually engaged in a nice conversation with us. We were very satisfied. We had the spa pedicure and they put something in the water and it feels so soft when you run your feet through it. I had Gabriela and she was amazing but everyone was kind 😊

I like a natural shape, not too square but also not too round. And I’ve been to countless nail technicians at other salons who don’t understand what I want but Genesis shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them! Great customer service too. I knew I’d be back before the service was even complete. This salon looks great and it’s very clean. It’s by appointment only so it wasn’t crowded or loud if you’re looking for a more comfortable, relaxing experience.

Had my first manicure and pedicure with Genesis. She was great! The women there are kind and professional. The salon is clean and relaxing. It was a very welcoming environment. Genesis made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I’ve been to many nail salons. What kind of nail salon doesn’t even massage your hands for a manicure. She dispensed lotion on my hand and said I’m done. I had to massage my own hands. On top of that 2 fingers were bleeding and she didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails. If I have to fix a manicure myself when I get home, the salon is a 1 star. Only thing nice I left with was the color of my nails.

First time I went there I got my nails done they came out ok. They offer me a great package massage and facial rejuvenation made the appointment 3 days before and when I got there I had to wait one hour. To my surprise no one helped me . I got tired of waiting more than an hour and half. I wish they were more considerate with people time .

I was excited to come here I came one time ONLY and honestly this place is cute like the colors of the furniture BUT i didnt like the costumer service at all VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!the person who i was able to speak one of the employee wasnt nice at all gave me a nasty attitude wasnt welcoming or anything like that.every client need to be treated very well it you shouldnt be treated less shouldnt matter your skin color religion or the way you dress SEEMS LIKE YOU GOTTA LOOK VERY PROFESSIONAL TO BE SEATED THERE so I left and found another great nail salon.

Dont go here! The girl severely cut my cuticle during a pedicure, had trouble stopping the bleeding, and when I asked what they were going to do (I.e., charge me full price???), she laughed at me. There are other places right in town. Go anywhere else!

I wanted to love this place. I really did. It’s close to my house and it’s so cute inside, but since I started I going here for gel manicures and pedicures my nails have been brittle and breaking constantly. It’s due to their over filing of the gel removal. The gel also peels after a week. So disappointing. When I mentioned this to my tech (Gabriela) she said it’s because I get my nails done too much (I literally go once a month smh) and mentioned that she barely ever gets gel manicures. Not the best way to sell services! Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I was in the other day , and I got a manicure, pedicure and my lashes done with Liz. She was so amazing , she treated me super nice , took her time with me, was very patient , and did excellent quality work , I can’t wait to go back to do touch ups . This place is just awesome!!!

Genesis did my nails for vacation and i am Obsessed! I saw her work posted on their Instagram and decided to book with her and I’m very satisfied with her work. She listened to exactly what I wanted gave me ideas as I’m very indecisive and particular about my nails! She is amazing at what she does, & her craft is beautiful!

I got my nails refilled yesterday. 30 mins after I left I saw two of my nails were lifting. I called right away explaining that they were not done properly. They scheduled me for an appointment today. I get the nails fixed and check them out. I told the nail lady how the acrylic wasn’t adhering to my nails still. The owner approached me and told me that is what happens when your nails are to long and the nails are to oily. She then explained that I would have to soak them off and get a whole new set.So I asked if there would be additional charger since I just got them refilled Yesterday. She told me she would have to charge me for soaking off, add a tip and to put a new set on. The owner explained that they only fix nails for free with if the workers was at fault. She said if it’s a problem with a clients nails it would be an additional charge.I explained to her that I just refilled them yesterday and I’m not going to pay for a brand new set. She kept insisted that it’s normal for nails to not adhere to the actual nails and every few months I would have to soak my old set off and get a brand new set. I explained that her worker should have explained that I needed a new set instead of refilling my old set and wasting my money on a product that wasn’t going to last me.Unfortunately the owner kept blaming me for my nails being to long (which they are not long), oily and stated that my last refill was not completed by her workers. Which was a false statement since I have been going to them for 4 months.As a pay reoccurring and paying customer I am very disappointed how the owner handled the situation. I had a brand new refill set and there is no need for my nails to be lifting 30 mins after leaving the salon. Her nail ladies are a reflection on the owner’s business. If the work is not done properly you will lose a customer. I do not recommend this salon !

Pros: clean and hygienic spa and overall nice vibe.Cons: The pedicure was ok nothing to write home about. Thought a spa pedicure would at-least include a decent foot massage. Nails looked good but the overall experience could have been better for the price. My nail tech was Liz.

The salon has a glam vibe with a neighborhood feel - many clients seem to have longstanding relationships with their manicurists.I made an appt by phone for dip removal and a dip manicure on natural nails earlier in the week with a man by phone. I got a call day-of asking me to come in earlier, and did. Partway through soaking off, my manicurist explained that I’d booked a dip overlay (applying short fake nails on top of my nails), which I did not want. I then had to decide what to do on the spot, and decided to proceed with a regular pedicure as planned, and a basic gel manicure.Pedicure was amazing - my tech worked super hard and crushed it. While it did chip a bit after a week or so, the work put in was excellent for the shaping and massage, etc.However, within 2 weeks, 8/10 finger nails have broken - and broken below the fingertip making my fingers hurt and feel raw. I’ve never had a massacre like this. My nails were in great shape before and with the usual dip, this has never happened.The miscommunication in booking and the breakage of so many nails means I look janky now. Hence, 2 stars. Not a smooth process, and I now have very stubby nails.Also, the owner resells Herbalife there, and that’s an MLM so we don’t stan that…

I called this morning to get an acrylic soak off and acrylic overlay. I was told $15 for the soak off and $45 for the overlay. A bit overpriced but the nails on Instagram looked good. After 1.5 hours of soak off and another 2 hours of overlay with a questionable shape from Liz, Scarlet did a French tip ‘design’. I didn’t realize it but I would be charged $25 extra for it. Honestly if I had a better nail shape, neat polish, and no cuts on my fingers (I counted two) I wouldn’t mind paying $85. I’ve looking for a spot to get my nails done in Highland Park for two years. Sadly my search is not over.

Possibly the worst manicure experience in my entire life. The employee was careless through the whole hour of manicure. During the process, she cut my finger and was not apologetic about it. Will not recommend.
