I get my nails done here because it’s convenient and close to home. I spend a lot of money on manicures and pedicures but the finish is always messy and not to my liking. My nails have been coming out horribly lately. I posted a few images because it’s unacceptable that someone can pay so much money and it looks like a kid did them. I’m am completely unsatisfied with how my nails has been treated and the health of my nail. I leave with residue all around my nails and fingers. Unacceptable!!!Update: This salon is horrible. I gave them a try again and they are just careless now. They do the messiest job. I wanted a white gel set for my vacation and I can’t believe how my nails turned out. Ruined my trip. I will never go to Phil again. This place is horrible!!!!

I know everyone who left a good review is lying because this place is terrible. This one lady had a huge problem with me because I kept checking my nails after she hands back my hand one at a time. I asked her what is her problem and she pushes me with both of my hands off and told me to go with another person. She was so rude. The owner did not even care about how rude her employee was. Very disrespectful and on top of that my nails came out crooked and ugly I wish I could get a refund right now. The nail polishes smell like fungus, expired or rotten eggs smell. Disgusting your hands smell like fish all week with their nail polish. They really dont care about your nails. They just want the money. They just do the job and thats it. Dont come here. You wont be satisfied with your nails havent you noticed how terrible their reviews are? How many stars they have? Real story.

First time i came here was for my birthday and the way i got so many compliments on my nails that says the least. I bonded with the owner and she treated me so nice. My pedi was very detailed and square i loved it! Second time was a Fill and was even better i showed the person doing my nails a design and it was executed beautifully and quick too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! As a new resident in the area this is my new nail spot !

Never coming back, it took them 2 and half hours to do a pedicure. And what is this French? This lady I believe is the owner and she is extremely rude. Do not come here. Terrible service.

I am incredibly satisfied with my nails and with the wonderful service I experienced at this nail salon. Highly recommended, definitely ask for Khoi, he is very gentle which made me happy since I felt like my hands were treated with the best care and he is also very precise ; he made sure he was following the photo I showed him with every detail. My nails came out just the way I wanted them, so beautiful and elegant! I haven’t gotten a nail treatment this good in a long time! Khoi did such a terrific job, I am incredibly amazed!

I had an amazing experience here! I went on a weekday morning and only had to wait about 20 minutes. Koi did my nails and he did a fantastic job! Everyone was very nice, I will definitely be back.

I was paired with Lynn who took me right away and did an amazing job. I cant express enough how much I appreciated the attention to detail. I like my nails done a very specific way and she was very receptive to feedback and was very flexible when I wanted something changed or done a certain way. The prices are great as well. I am glad to have found a place I can count on, and will be back anytime I need them done. Highly recommend.

Best powder dip manicure I have ever had (and I’ve had a bunch). Abby really took her time, did three coats, and great shaping. Will be going back for sure.I had come here maybe five years ago and wasn’t super impressed but someone recently told me to go back and I am so glad I did!! The pedicure chairs have a good back massager too.

The worst place most disgusting place. Terrible customer service they don’t clean I saw the lady who finished doing a manicure just rinse the bowl with water just splashed it and on to the next. Barbcide anybody knows in the cosmetology industry knows how critical it is to have barbcide for implements. Not one barbcide in site. The nail files are white from how much they have been used. Their implements are rinsed with water only. I’ve been going to bloom since 2017 and every single time I go they treat me different. They offer Zelle payments the owner who sits right by the register held me hostage because she wasn’t receiving my Zelle after I showed her it was out of my bank account. She refused to let me leave until she called her bank to confirm the money was there. Today I went in and noticed a customer didn’t have cash for the cash discount and was able to leave the establishment without pay. Everyone should be treated right. I wanted a full set down and asked about the wait time she said not long just doing one manicure about 3-4 people went in front of me and they brushed me off. Save your money and time. The lady in the photo is the rude one and I believe she is the owner as well dirty establishment.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. They are extremely clean and very talented! I have never had a bad service here, in 7 years! They care for your nails, and tell you when it’s time to take a break from gel or acrylic. Their pedicures are so relaxing. I never felt rushed here always feel great leaving! Thank you, Phil & Kim!

HORRIBLEMy nails are way too wide and when I told the woman she said they are supposed to be wide. The nail polish has spots you can see through. HUGE WASTE OF $65!!!!

Overall a good experience. Standard pricing and pedicure. The gel manicures last well over 3 weeks- I have not had a single bad experience and its been 3x now. The older gentleman did a great job, very meticulous. There was a young woman who did the Skittle Mani (blue tones in picture). She helped me pick out the best colors and spent a good five minutes doing shade matching. Amazing service.

Inexpensive and they get the job done. You can pay with Venmo or cash if you don’t meet the credit card minimum.

I went there today for the first time for Acrylic nail extensions, from the begining i kept telling the nail tech that my nails were crooked and thick, so he then filed one of them. Then i was okay Fine w.e mind you I for charged $50. Not even 2 hrs I get home with my nails.. the middle fingee broke.. DON’t recommend this place at all.. I’m gonna go get my money back. Smh

This salon provided a good quality gel manicure and pedicure. It was very busy when I went so I felt a bit rushed through, but I get the sense that if I went at a slower time of day I would have gotten more thorough treatment. My nail technician was excellent- she was personable and very thorough, as well as honest in her thoughts on the nail color and design options.My main point of unease (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was the overall cleanliness of the place. I sat under a flickering light during my pedicure, I cant say for sure that tools were cleaned thoroughly, and there was a funny smell that would periodically waft through the room. I think if the owners spent more energy on keeping the salon clean and sanitary, it would make major improvements.Overall a good experience and for the price I will try and come back. Ill definitely come at a slower time though!

I beg anyone with a brain to avoid this nail place, as it is dirty, terrible service and by far the worst business in town. The woman (pic below) who runs the scheduling lied, provided bad service and ignored anyone trying to get services. I watched them use all tools not cleaned

I arrived to the salon minutes before my appointment and I see that they overbook people to come in at the same time. I asked the lady at the front desk about how long the wait was going to be and she told me someone will be ready for me shortly. I waited a total of an hour for my appointment. That is not ok. I then asked my nail technician how much my gel manicure refill would cost just to make sure and she said $45 which is the price of a full set which was displayed on the wall. My nails came out chunky and my thumb nail is crooked. I kindly asked her to fix it and she did not. I went to check out and she now charged me $50 which is not the price she originally said. She increased the price because I wanted my nails cut down, however, that is a service always included when you get your nails done. I was very frustrated with the service and the attitude I was given. Save yourself the time and energy, do not go here!

Pro: they do a nice job at nails. I get regular pedicures.Con: don’t trust appointments. While they will take appointments, appointments don’t mean anything. Blooms is a first come, first serve salon.Con: they need better air circulation. Very chemical smell. You may want to wear a mask.

This was my first time going I came here because I thought why not when I can in I was seated quickly and I told them I was gonna get a full set and I wanted two colors and they charged me $50 also I asked for short coffin nails and well they look absolutely disgusting do not recommend their not even coffin shape they look more like round nails gone wrong and the nails aren’t even straight I absolutely 100% hate my nails.

I used to come to this place often, however my last visit was horrible. The owner of the salon did my pedicure and it was absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten done. She rushed the whole process, nails were uneven, dead skin was left over, paint job was bumpy and unfinished. Very unprofessional and rude. She charged me $5 to remove the previous gel I had on and $30 for the pedicure. When she heard about how poorly she did my nails, she took off the $5 charge. Regardless, I wouldn’t have paid for the full pedicure because it simply WAS NOT worth it. Overall, I’m never going back to this nail salon. It’s not worth it whatsoever. If you want to get your nails done professionally, I advise you to go somewhere else and save your money!

Only place I go for nails and waxing. I dont go anywhere else for Mani or full acrylic set. Sometimes theres a wait but its worth it for the results.

Made an appointment for 930 no one showed up until 1015. Came for a Gel Fill and a broken thumb nail. Thick uneven bubbles in the polish. Asked guy to fix the cuticle because it was thick and un natural he got upset and acted as if he didnt know what I meant so I walked him threw it. Just a terrible out come. waste of $53 and 2.5 hours! Never again and I don’t recommend!

I have been going here for years and I love it. I generally have Lynn do my nails, but every one there is great. The only thing that I would say in a negative way is that their designs are limited, but most nail salons dont do a good job with designing either. But I do have to give credit to Lynn because she always tries to mimic what I bring her & does a good job. I just try not to bring something that is too complicated, but I love crazy, unusual designs.

I called and asked if I can come in at 1pm on a Sunday. I knew maybe a slight wait but I’ve been waiting for over 30 min now. Don’t tell me I can come in if you know you are swamped. Not to mention not that large of a color selection and they want you to come in wanting fancy nails not just one color.

Went to this place 4 times and it progressively got worse. they can’t manage to not cut me while filing, every time i go i leave with cuts on my skin and cuticles (from four different people). by the time your skin heals after a week you need to go back because the nails have broken off already. paid 55 for poorly applied nails, what a waste.

I went here today March 23rd and received one of the best services I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for 4 years and have never experienced the quality I did today. I had a full gel set and gel pedicure done by a man (sorry I didn’t get his name).Highly recommend.Great quality nail shape/color.Amazing customer service.No wait time.I can’t wait to come back!

Manager is rude and disrespectful. Also, they made me pay halfway through my service which is really unprofessional. I an acrylic set and the polish started peeling off hours after it dried. Then the nails broke a few hours later. I came inside the next day to ask if they could just repair them (without polish) and they said they would have to charge me per nail and shape. Every other salon I’ve gone to never makes me pay for nail repairs if it breaks within 2 days. These people are so money hungry it’s not even funny. Don’t waste your time and money here if you’re looking for an acrylic set. I would NEVER go here again.

Poor quality! Horrible service ! Go anywhere but here , I went Saturday with my mom and we come here normally because we feel bad they Don’t have people every time we walk in. I went Saturday to get my nails done and by the time I got home I noticed my nails crooked , and the top of the nail you can see the different layers of nail polish which is unacceptable. I work on weekends and I was able to go until Wednesday. I called earlier to schedule an appointment for 6:30. I arrived at 6:20 and waited until 7. By that time 2 people walked out because their appointment wasn’t respected and one girl got fed up because she also had appointment by 6:30 and it was until 6:50 ish where she got taken in. “What’s the point of an appointment if you won’t respect the time , attend appointments first then walk ins” she is very correct to be upset. The manager kept rolling her eyes on them and we noticed in her language they were making fun of the girl , no so much they talked in another language because of course we can’t understand what they speak , but that they kept pointing at the girl and laughing. They thought they were being discreetly but made it obvious.I got fed up waiting and asked why my appointment wasn’t respected and that they needed to fix the polish because it was horrible . The woman had the audacity to say I’ll take you but in 40 minutes after I take in the other person. I already waited 40Minutes and had to wait longer even if my appointment was at 6:30. I got fed up and left. Won’t be coming back , i would rather pay up to $100 for nails but quality. Need better manager and service. Don’t come here go anywhere else. I had to find a salon that was open but unfortunately there wasn’t but they actually scheduled me for the hour I asked for , they even had it written down unlike this salon

I got acrylic nails done here with regular polish. Once I got home the polish was literally bubbling off on all nails (seems like the polish was expired). The next day TWO nails broke off. I went back with my RECEIPT, and the manager gave me a nasty attitude telling me it would be $5 for the polish, and $10 for the nail repairs. I asked her why if I had my receipt that shows proof of me being there just a day before and she said that wasn’t her fault that they broke off. Their service is absolutely disgusting, if I could give them zero stars I would. All I have to say is don’t ignore all the bad reviews like I did, you’ll definitely regret it.

I was coming here for about a year when some things happened. I went to the owner Lynn and she decided to charge me for things she HAS NEVER before. Now with being a loyal customer you need to make sure you take care of them and she over charged me without notice and I was extremely upset. I wont be going back. I came in for a walk in appt for a pedicure. Just wanted the polish off my nails and nothing put back on.. it was $30! I felt it was a little over priced for a 10 minute pedicure... My usual go to spots were closed so I ended up here. The towels they had were stained with alot of nail polish, and were ripping/falling apart. The files used were also from a commingled cup.. which I wasnt a fan of.

I drive 30 min to get a pedicure here. Best pedicures Ive ever gotten! They do so much and even massage with a hot stone at the end. My mom has some issues with her toenails and she always leaves here happy and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Got a regular pedicure. Very friendly and nice service however the quality of the pedicure left much to be desired. The man was overly gentle and barely did anything to my cuticles or nails and the “massage” was pointless since there was no pressure. Also, their air dryers are incredibly weak and after sitting at them for 10-15 minutes I left with a completely wet pedicure. I ended up just putting the air on my feet in the car. All in all, good place if you’re in a bind, but definitely worth going elsewhere if you can.

AVOID AT ALL COST!Worst waxing experience ever. The place is very dirty, the quality of wax is bad. They clearly didnt sanitize the spot between the previous client and I, a totally irresponsible move as covid is strong these days. They left me with bits of wax everywhere and missed spots of hair. The prices are not fixed, its £xx and up so they ended charged me more than twice the price shown on their website.I will never ever put a feet again in this awful place.

I came in for a Brazilian wax and a pedicure. Previously, I have come in for nail services and had fine experiences, nothing worth noting or reviewing. My waxer, mid way through, left hard wax on sensitive areas where she then could not take it off. It was as though, not only did they not know how to take off the harden wax, (given that she was trying to tweeze out the hard wax on my public hair), but they had never done a brazllian before, even though it is listed as a service. I kindly asked to stop after the technician was just staring at the area pro-longingly and not doing anything about it. I then sat in the pedicure chair with hard wax still on my last parts. Later at home I came to find my skin severely bruised and a small cut on the crease of my leg. I highly recommend not coming here for any similar service. I also paid full price at the end of my services with no consolation.

This place doesnt seem very clean...got a pedicure and ended up with a weird boil by my ankle and red itchy marks one of my feet...Maybe they didnt wash out the foot spa because Ive never experienced that at other places. Wanted to get a manicure design but their design guy wasnt any good. Definitely wont be returning. I complained and the owner was so rude and didnt even offer me an apology for the trouble. Their prices are the same as other salons so dont risk it with this place. There are much better places around, that are clean!

I had an appointment for a gel pedicure. The salon welcomed walk in’s prior to appointments and I waited over 30 minutes to be seen, I ended up having to leave as I had to return to my job. Very disappointing first impression when i was referred to this business, will not be returning.

Quick and convenient. I was getting a simple manicure and polish on my natural nails. I was serviced right away. Long lasting application and affordable. Nice place to stop by if you’re short on time and looking for something simple. I can’t speak to any other services. Cash preferred here, necessary if paying under $30. They have an ATM on site.

I chose this place on a whim because Im not familiar with the area. I live in Philly and my boyfriend lives here in Jersey so I needed a fill and pedi at the last minute. After looking through a few nail salons on yelp this one came across and I instantly had a good feeling. I didnt have time to make an appointment so I decided to come in exactly at 9:30 when they opened to avoid it getting crowded... which it did end up getting crowded but they were so good at getting everyone in and out! The nail tech that I had was so quick and he paid such good attention to detail! I have never been so satisfied with my nails in my life... I did not have to complain about one thing... they were hospitable, the place is so inviting and clean and I love my nails. I definitely will be back when Im in Jersey...this is now my new nail spa!

I’ve been going here for years (mainly because their mani/pedi combo is cheap) but am officially done with them. They absolutely never honor appointment times. Don’t even bother calling to set one because you won’t be seen on time or by the person you requested the appointment for. There are 5 other nail spots on the same street within walking distance. Just go there.

They are busy mostly due to the location of being on a college campus and close to downtown New Brunswick. If you can, please AVOID this place. The staff is not that friendly and they use cheap products. I have been coming here for some time now and it is getting more and more expensive. The staff consistently rushes through doing your nails and lately my acrylic has been bumpy, uneven and my gel polish has been chipping. I came in today for a gel polish change since it was chipping and I was told that it is $20 because I am not getting a refill, only a polish change which makes no sense. That was the last and final straw for me. There are other places that will do a much better job and for less money.

Came here on a whim to get my polish removed, not even to have a manicure done, but when I walked in I felt entirely unwelcome.I stood awkwardly at the counter as everyone in the shop stared at me from across the room, and I asked if I could get my polish removed. She seemed hesitant but said sure, and asked if it was regular polish. When I told her it was gel she looked uncomfortable and said no we cant do that. So I just turned on my heels and left.Seriously?? It takes 5min to wrap the nails, and then they can be left alone while finishing with the three (yes, just three) other customers in the shop. Sounds like an easy way to make another sale but I guess it was too much trouble. Also apparently too much trouble to demonstrate any level of courteous or competent customer service.Will not return. Ever. Ill continue to visit Nail Salon at 300 Raritan down the street. The service is much friendlier and more professional with better prices. Dont bother with this place. Even just one minute inside was very unpleasant.

Ive been here once before. Theres a petite young lady near the front that did my nails. She was so lovely I came back but unfortunately she was off. I was getting a simple gel manicure with my natural nails which they charge $25. I chose 3 nail polishes which were going on different nails, but no design like ombre or anything, just nail polish. Nothing was mentioned to me. As we proceeded the nail tech mentions to me that the gel i had mustve been uv gel because its was hard to take off. I said i wasnt aware because whatever i had is part of the standard manicure at my other salon. So we continue. My nails are done and im at the counter ready to pay at which point the nail tech informs me its $40. Obviously shocked i ask how did $25 turn to $40???? She explains about the takedown for the uv gel being $10 extra and $5 for 3 nail polish colors. I understood the $10 but i reiterate to her that at the very beginning why wasnt the extra charge explained about the 3 colors. She simply walks away and tells her manager to come over. The manager was the worst! She went back and forth with me that I shouldve known all these extra costs and i kept telling her I wouldve had they been explained to me which her employee failed to do. That way i couldve either agreed to the extra service or declined. I told her I was willing to do $35 but not the extra $5 for nail color. We seemed to get to an understanding at which point she said that now you know for next time. I just got home and realized that she still charged me $40. The icing on the cake is that the nail tech actually had cut one of my fingers and it was bleeding. I forgave her so that goes to show im clearly not some crazy customer. And further more as I exited the salon the owner shoved me as she walked by. Safe to say there will be no NEXT TIME.

This is my third time going and the glue on my nails consistently come off, my gel was fading and peeling off and the nails keep popping off. I went back after a couple days I just got my nails done complaining of the glue and my nails lifting and they made me pay $20 just to fix that. So if your getting acrylics there good luck because my experiences have been terrible.

I wanted to like this salon, the workers were friendly and on time for my appt, but my nails are incredibly mediocre. The gel polish bubbled after 12 hours and the hard gel is way too thick and uneven. Really disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I came in, manager seemed really nice and I got seated quickly. The man who attended me applied my tips, but did a very poor job at filing them to the rounded picture that they have taped to the wall. Even after the poor filing, I asked him to fix the corners and let him continue. Once he started filling them, he was taking huge chunks of acrylic powder to fill them. On my third nail, he eventually started to leave these huge, crooked uneven chunks on the next two of my nails and then laughed when I asked if he could smooth them out. He kept insisting he would buff it out later but it was clearly horrible, uneven and super ugly. Got up, spoke to manager, and left. An hour and a half of my life COMPLETELY WASTED.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went here to get a new powder set. I was told that I should just get a fill. I had never heard of getting a fill with dip-in powder. My old set was already coming off and the nail tech saw this, and again I asked him if he was sure I should just get a fill and he said it would be fine. He then proceeded to tear off half of the powder part from most of my nails and then just added new powder on top of it. Needless to say, by the end of it my nails looked gloopy and way too thick. They didn’t look good but I just wanted to get out of there as I had been there for over 2 hours. Here I am a month later, getting them taken off and my nails are GREEN! Apparently because there was space between my nail bed and the powder there was a fungus growing!!! This could have been avoided if I had just gotten a brand new set instead of a fill. I’m EXTREMELY upset by this. It’s absolutely disgusting. If I could post pictures on here I would... I will NEVER go here again and I do not recommend to anyone.

I came in to get my acrylic tips filled. They were very nice and seated me right away, but thats where the positives stopped. To be fair, I had applied polish over my previous professional appointment elsewhere to hold out to the 2 week mark and it was glitter, but the man who did my nails could not get the polish off because he was barely wiping at my fingers. He resorted to filing it off with a dremel...and cut a hole in one of my nails! I was bleeding. He didnt apologize, just blamed my nails and kept going. To make up for it he used too much acrylic powder, yet didnt file it down enough, and inset it on the nail too much so 1 week later I have annoying ridges all the way around. He then had the audacity to upcharge 3 dollars to cut my nails shorter without telling me. I will never be returning.

Their website shows a spa pedicure promotion for $35 but they will not honor this price. They said it was old and made me pay $50 after my gel mani and pedi. They were also supposed to match the colors between my fingers and toes, which are sooooo off and look completely different. I am very disappointed and wont be going back.

It is useless to get an appointment here. With an appointment I had to wait for 1 hr the staff doesnt care they keep telling that oh ya almost done. Why do they take an appointment when they cant give you the service. Extremely disappointed. Time is important for many people thats why we call for an appointment.

As a man, I often am intimidate when going to get a manicure and pedicure. That said, I HIGHLY recommend that folks check this place out! I stopped in yesturday afternoon and received a phenomenal mani + pedi, plus a soothing leg massage at Bloom Nails--all for $30. The staff was very welcoming, and the facilities were very clean. I especially appreciated the degree of attention I received during my visit. I get the impression that theyre not too busy during the week, but with such phenomenal service, I figure its because not too many people are aware theyre in business. I figured Id write a review to do my part to support this local business with such good employees and service.

Great service, clean and very chic inside. I do not like getting manicures or pedicures at all, but whenever I need another of those Ill have to go back to Bloom Nails 😊. I got a quick foot massage (and back massage on the chair) before my pedi. And my gel manicure was well done. All for $40. And people are very nice there as a plus.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.First of all, I called in 30 advance because I had a group of 6, and I know that is a big ask for a weekend. I asked if they could take us immediately, and the woman on the phone said, yes. We walked in as a group and were COMPLETELY ignored. I thought, theyre busy, its fine. We continued to sit and wait for an additional TWENTY minutes - not one single word or glance over in our direction to say hello or thank you for waiting. Half of the group left and went to a different salon. One gentleman that works there walked up to a lady that came and sat down AFTER me and asked if she needed any services. She said, no and told him that she was waiting on one of the women who had already been seated. Again, my remaining group of 3 was completely ignored. I stood up and mentioned we had been waiting for quite some time without being helped. No smile or thank you for waiting or sorry about that. He just told me to walk over there and have a seat. He didnt even acknowledge the rest of my group until I mentioned it when I walked to his station. Ive been working in customer service for over 10 years, and thats just Customer Service 101.Finally my group of 3 has been seated after over waiting and being ignored for over 30 minutes. While we were all getting our nails done, I noticed that some of the other employees werent using clean utensils. GROSS. At that point, I really should have said something, but I held back in that moment.When it came to paying, all 3 of us had gotten the EXACT same services. However, when the lady at the front said that my charge came out about $30 more than the other 2 girls. I asked why that was and if it could be a mistake. She then started to get loud with me (while she had about 10 other customers in the salon, mind you) about how I didnt want to pay for the service I received, while calling me RUDE and CHEAP!!!! Admittedly, I started to get heated that this woman, to whom I was paying good money, was yelling at me for asking a simple question on my balance owed. I mentioned how we had to wait for a long time without any acknowledgement. She then yelled back at me everyone has to wait! I had it at that point. I gave the woman the money that she had asked for, did not tip, and walked out infuriated. The other customers in the salon looked horrified. How EMBARRASSING for all parties involved!!!I HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this salon. There is another down the street with great prices and MUCH friendlier staff. Originally, I didnt think to look at any of the reviews for this nail salon since I had been there once with my mom before. They were great back then. I dont know what happened, but I will never go back. All of the poor ratings that youre reading arent just exaggerations.

Went to get a full set, before they started I asked them if they where able To do the design I wanted they said yes and took two peopleNo body could of! Then I said a Flower not even theOwner was able to do it! The person who did mine couldn’t even polish she had to remove andDo it over! They’re the first to get upset when you tell them your not happy and on top of that she over charged me! Please avoid go somewhere else

My gel manicure and spa pedicure were excellent quality and the staff was very friendly. The nail technician helped select the perfect color and shimmer for this time of the year. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

I came here before for a fill in and 4 days later 1 nail broke and some polish chipped on another. Didnt think much of it because im always running around. I called @930am to get it fixed, mentioned my issue and asked if they were busy. I was told “no, come in”. Get here a little before 10am and waited over an hour until i asked how much longer. The guy says “idk” and walks away. I got up and asked again, he gave me an attitude. Its now 11:15am, lesson learned.

Made reservations with a friend. They took us at different times. They definitely overbooked and were very rude to 2 customers that also had appointments. My gel manicure chipped the very next day. Terrible experience. Will not be going back.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I just got a full set and I’m already ready to take them off. Customer service is trash. The nail tech put the wrong color on my nails after I told her it was the wrong color and they still charged me full price. Venus nails is way better and it’s 5 minutes from bloom so if you’re looking for a quality nail salon go there like I would’ve if they weren’t closed today 🙄

Hostile staff members who lack the most basic of skills. Looking at the previous reviews I can see this is not an isolated incident. Maybe a call to the state board is in order because there is no way a LICENSED technician could fail at the most simple of tasks. A friend asked for a heart, not a self portrait or a Bob Ross landscape, but one simple heart , and the artist could not deliver. When asked if another stylist could assist, she cussed out my friend-sloppily removing the polish and leaving her with a half finished manicure. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!

Went here for a pedicure. This place is far from clean with several flies. The pedicure was terrible, cut into my skin, did not properly cut my cuticles. Left before they could paint my toes. Still got charged fully for the terrible job. Will not be coming here again.

First time there, walked in an hour before closing and was asked if I wanted a manicure or pedicure (I just wanted a basic manicure) and was told to wait. They told walk ins who came in a half hour before closing that there would be no time for them and that they had to go. Upon closing time, they asked what I was still doing there waiting, I said that I got there an hour ago was told to wait. They just said oh well, sorry and told me to leave .

I went here to get my first set of gel nails and I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted which had a sharp pointy tip but only extended past my fingertip a few millimeters at most. Despite nodding at the pics I showed them the boy doing my nails proceeded to give me the longest stilleto tallons. I kept asking to go shorter but he mumbled something about it being difficult to go any shorter. Im kinda anxious about persisting on what I want and I dont know much about kinds of nail styles so I quit bringing it up and resigned myself to trusting that he was at least going to give me cool long nails. My nails are very thick,fatter than a width I think would look like it fits my thin fingers. Secondly, there are globs of tried gel on the underside of my nails so I just pray no one sees how my huge nails look from underneath. Lastly, the place reeked. The smell of whatever chemicals made it hurt to breath the entire time I was there.

I drive 40 minutes just to come here and as long as Fabiola (ugh what a Queen, love her) is there Im not going to another nail place ever. Service and value is unbeatable in NJ, like they really got you. (I get the gel mani and pedi for $40 and its not just your regular pedicure, like you gonna come in looking like you got Shreks feet and you gonna leave lookin like the princess (or prince) you are.) Dont say I aint tell yall this place was lit!

The service was absolutely pathetic and the staff was very rude! My cousin got her acrylic nails done and the full set came off within one week and they refused to redo them for her! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is so dirty and disgusting. The pedicure chair had all these manicure and dirt on it, the chair broke and I was so uncomfortable getting my pedi done. I was planning to get mani and pedi but after seeing their towels and tools, I left after pedicure. The employees are extremely rude too. I suggest you to go to a different place, unless you want skin infection. they need their hygiene checked asap.

They list on Google map that they close at 8 but they actually close at 7. I arrived at 7.15pm but the guy told me the nail technicians all left??? How about change your google map description???

Do not waste your time they are terrible my nails lasted less than two days they were very weak and they cannot shape them correctly terrible all around. Ok for pedi but not hands they are terrible but if you looking to pay cheap this is the place but do not expect them to last.

I paid $30 the have nail polish removed and a mini 10 minute pedicure. I had no new polish or clear coat applied. I was kinda shocked to be charged for much for 10 minutes worth of service... With no nail polish!

Horrible service. Would never go here again. She made half my nails ballerina and half of them coffin. And when I asked her to fix as soon as she cut them that way she got mad and took them all off and sent me away.

Not the same owner and every employees changed. Rude people and the place is so dirty. I suggest you go somewhere else. Towels, tools and even pedicure chair was so disgusting. I was planning to get mani and pedi but I left after pedicure. They need their hygiene check ASAP

They didn’t do a good job, my nail broke & they told me on the phone they would fix it for free. When they finished they charged me EIGHT DOLLARS TO FIX ONE NAIL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Don’t waste your time there, They never do things well, they take a long time and if you want to make yourself a design they wont do it the way you want.

Dont be deceived by their cheap prices they are like that for a reason the staff are unbearably rude and rough they got nail polish all around the nails and filed unevenly.

The nail tech was super friendly. She greeted me with a smile and was very personable.

Pretty busy but they do take reservations. I’m usually in and out in 90 minutes for a gel mani and pedi.
