Functional Massage

Ive had a few sessions of massage therapy and each one has been calm, relaxing, and very beneficial towards my health goals. Im using my VA benefits and I encourage military veterans to call the VA and ask about your chronic pain management benefits for therapy and you can request a referral to Functional Massage. Asha is a brilliant multi disciplinary somatic healer with extraordinary capacity to tune into and commune with my body and its own innate wisdom. This has lead to a completely revolutionized and restored mind-body-spirit connection. The pain from frozen shoulder and dependence on harmful cortizone shots is gone. My go to is the medicine found in nature and so beautifully and skillfully imbued through the masterful art of somatic touch that Asha embodies with purity and clarity that is beyond simply being very effective.

I had pain in my leg for almost a year. I went to several doctors and had CAT scans sonograms, acupuncture, and physical therapy. After one session with Asha, I was able to walk some distance without pain. After three sessions, my leg pain went away completely. With his intuition and knowledge of physiology and anatomy, he was able to release tension in my hip, that was most likely contributing to the leg pain. It was like a muscle-skeletal exorcism!

Asha has really helped my neck, back and hip area. Asha has worked on me twice and already there is a hugh difference.Give Functional Massage a try and youll see the difference and especially if you are dealing with pain.In my case, a seat on an airplane that wasnt very good nor comfortable on a 6 to 7 hr flt.
