Oh man such a huge selection of vape flavors.and knowledgeable help.

The staff is really nice and friendly, some of the products they sell is garbage quality. they only accept returns in 2 days, and thats ridiculous, since i bought 3 vapes there, got 1 for free, but out of the 3 vapes i purchased 2 broke down way before even smoking half of the juice out.

Best vape in Hilo. The guys are great, they know their stuff. Even if they dont have what you want on the shelves ask them they can sometimes get it out of the back. That special flavor you like.

Excellent Customer Service, demonstration was on point, showed me Mods that we’re very durable. Wasn’t looking into purchasing a new set up but after the excellent demonstration, and the great service, I decided to pick up a new device.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and they aren’t afraid to tell you their opinions. Well stocked and with variety. I’ve been shopping at Volcano for over 2 years, and I’ve been to other shops that are great too, but I still consider this my main stop as a store. It’s convenient and they also have a good online store with good deals.

Purchased 2 elf bars from them both were leaking when I opened them at home. I went back to exchange for 2 new ones and they told me that they cant do nothing about it. Very sad on the customer service..I will not be buying from them anymore.

The staff are always friendly. We drive from waikoloa just because they have better selections and their stores are clean. They are the only ones who carry our products. I hope to see a store open soon in Kona.

Very helpful staff. I just started vaping so my tolerance is low meaning anything above 2.5% I have a coughing fit. They dont carry 2.5% all they have is 5% or higher for nicotine. That kinda sux. But it is what it is. Staff member was still helpful in helping me find something smooth to get me by since everywhere else was closed on a sunday. Also big plus is that they open pretty late whereas everywhere else close 6ish.

Volcano is the best smoke shop in town. Friendly super helpful and patient staff. Get an account with them and start earning points that really help later on. Discounts here and there on already really reasonable prices. Ive gone to a few other vape shops and non compare.

Been here a couple times. Today’s visit is by far the best experience yet. Very knowledgeable and fun workers. Way better than the mall environment. Will be back for sure.

I went to Volcano vape in Hilo on the evening of March 3rd to just get a battery for my mod. The open sign in the window was still on so I walked in. After I walked in the employee stopped what she was doing and walked up to the sign and turned it off and told me “we are closed”. I told her that her sign said they were open when I walked in and that I just needed to get a battery. She then said “I’m helping this customer and we are already closed.” I told her again that I just needed to purchase a battery and she just looked at me and said “we are closed” and walked away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I have always gone to Volcano vape to get what we need, but I guess we will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I went ask dem, tell me going back forth from Pepeekeo to Waikoloa change pressure an no good. Da coil soak em up, mayjah pulu in pressure change jalike one sponge. Tol me dakine keep rip em pleny fo no ova sacharate or upside down em pineapple cake style. Juice no can climb to da coil monkey kine. Ho bah, he go now. Cherreh da mod. Mahalo nui.
