Not only does this store have an excellent selection and great prices, Brahada Ash was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend any tobacco or vaping enthusiast to stop by this location or any other Irie Hawaii outlet. Again, I had a rather positive experience with Ash and I wanted to be sure to drop his name in this review as well. Lol, If a member of management sees this, it’s my personal opinion that Brother Ash certainly deserves a raise. I will forever be frequenting this location for all the reasons listed above but more importantly because of Ash. Anyways, alohas everyone and have a blessed day.

I got confused and wandered into this Irie (you have 3 in Hilo, and 2 are super close!), but it was nice like the others and I got kratom and was happy for the next 6 hours.Ill try the third Irie location today.

The lady that was working actually knew a little about her products. I find that a lot of the time they are just there for a paycheck but she was smart. She didn’t exactly have what i was looking for but she made the calls and found it at their other location. She was awesome.**So it’s 8 months later and I still have the vaporizer i bought here and it still works just fine. Employee sold me what i wanted but not the most expensive one she could find. She was awesome. And being an owner of a shop just like this but in Alaska, I was impressed with her product knowledge and excellent customer service.**

Came in to get a vape to help me quit cigarettes and Cheyenne was so helpful explaining the different vapes, how they work, which brand is a good starter and the best flavor. I will definitely be back to this location. Thanks Cheyenne!

Walked in tonight and the woman working was horribly rude and offered NO assistance. I’d steer clear of this location and take your money somewhere else.

What a real treasure this place is.the customer service is patient and super helpful. its not always easy to solve your vaping problems on an island- but these guys have solved mine twice now when I thought I was gonna have to buy new stuff.especially thanks to Jesse for his help.

I have stopped by this place to pick up some kratom. Its a small place but packs a big punch. It has a little of everything and what they dont have they will order for you. Its a great place for a locally owned vitamin store.

The clerks at Irie are always friendly and knowledgeable. Even have streaming entertainment bought my dragon box here and love it. Come here often and also visit the other irie spots on the island same service and welcoming.

Vape blew up (smok nord) and they offered me 5$ off a new one even though it cut to the bone in my finger and i had cuts all down my leg. the week beforehand i had actually gone into the store and complained that the vape burned my leg and pants and the guy said he fixed it and its good to go with a cleaned coil

I just got back from my trip to visit family on the big island. While I was visiting grams in hilo I ran into irie smoke shop. The girl working [sorry I forgot her name] gave me 5 star service. I was only there to buy ejuice, ended up buying a new mod and tank. Very informative and real Aloha. 5 stars ❤

Unless you going there for tobacco, dont go there for vape products. If it breaks theyll stiff you and give you very poor services. If you want vape products go to a vape that actually know what theyre selling in their shops.

They have a no return policy and I cant get any of their vape products to last longer than 2 weeks🥴😪

Great people. Quick and awesome service. Local store. Sometimes they have wicked deals but get a punch card so up can save some flow after you spend a certain amount.

Employees are knowledgeable on products they sell, ample parking, open late. Wide selection of items, flavors.

Really poor customer service . The guy who was working tried to rush me although I was going to make a purchase, i was only there for 5 minutes. Also he tried to rush me so he could close early mind u they close tonight at 9pm and it was only 8:15pm. Very poor customer service. I will never go there again.
