As someone who is not familiar with these products, Josh was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. The staff was professional and the store was clean. The environment was much less intimidating than similar stores I have visited. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in trying CBD products.

Extremely clean and well kept up store. Employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Especially Caleb who personally helped me with everything I needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and as nice as can be. He didn’t rush and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. All with a big smile! Ive never given five stars in a review. I saved the fifth star for the select few that really deserve it. These folks more than earned it. Informative and attentive of our personal needs. They explained how their assortment of gadgets function and helped us select the one that best suites our needs.

My favorite CBD store in the Chattanooga area by far! I pass several shops just to come to this location. Erik, the manager, is always a HUGE help and very knowledgeable on the products available. I most definitely appreciate the customer service provided at CBD Plus.

Bought something there 2 weeks ago and it was defective, stopped in yesterday to see if I couldnt get a replacement and no they dont take care of their customers, Ill never shop with them again and definitely dont reccomend them to anyone else to many other CBD stores to shop at.!!!!!!
