Great place to vape with awesome flavor choices, a bit bummed they are getting rid of The District. But I am excited to see what other seasonal flavors they bring in! Everyone there is very knowledgeable on what they sale and all the juice profiles that would best fit your taste. Lots of awesome starter kits for beginners and more advanced stuff for the more knowledgeable vapers out there. Awesome prices with great bundle deals on their juice! Super friendly customer service all the time, never had a negative experience there!

This is an amazing shop. The staff here goes above and beyond to get you what you need. Chris and Jesse are the ones to see at this place and they make sure everything is met for your vaping needs. Avail also has amazing flavors to choose from and a great selection of devices and and tanks. I love the Professional atmosphere that avail gives to the customer as well, they make sure they respect vapors rights and they do not compromise with crazy logos that would normally give vaping a bad name.The in house juice is super clean and affordable. Jesse is the man to go to when you have an idea of what you need for your day to day use, and will find you a variety of choices, and will ensure you leave with product YOU had in mind. One can’t expect a store to have everything under the sun at your disposal at all times, but this store and it’s management has always gone to every extent at there disposal to ensure you have what you need, when you need it, and if they don’t have it, they’ll find someone who does and will get out here. Most companies goal is to make more money than the competition, but here there goal is make sure you leave with what you came for, and for the best price.

AVAIL is my favorite store for all things vape. The team at the Hixson location is always helpful and answer any questions I have. They make great recommendations when I am looking for something different. They are always friendly, professional, and caring.

Limited selection and mostly house blend juices. They are good house blends, but that makes it hard to be a regular to the shop because of they do not frequently have new flavors. Try Pandora’s box as a safe bet. They do have testers.

You fired the most professional, kind, and well-spoken manager I have ever dealt with. Can I please have Adams number so that I can hire him, because Im a great evaluator of talent, and whoever made the decision to let him go has no business sense whatsoever. Ive been in this business a long time... Customer service is King and he was one of the best Ive ever seen. Ive been watching you guys, and the way I figure it youve opened too many stores too fast, and youre losing money. Instead of blaming yourself and your poor business practices you fired a highly capable manager. I will find out where he works, and if I cant personally hire him, I will do everything I can to advance his career. I barely know the guy, but every time I walked in there he had a thorough and complete knowledge of everything that you sold and he was always soft-spoken and as helpful as he could possibly be. Im a marketing director for a franchise that has 152 stores and I would love for Adam to manage one of mine. Ill give you two stars just because your juices are good, but you really lost something and youre probably not smart enough to know it yet.

Highly recommended.Ive been in a couple of times now, and I couldnt be happier with them. The staff is stellar and customer service is beyond awesome. Theyre very knowledgeable and make recommendations based on the customers needs, not their paychecks. I had the pleasure of talking with the manager for almost an hour today, and he was the most professional and friendly person. It was like talking to an old friend rather than someone I had just met. I stopped on my way home from work (dog grooming) and Im sure I smelled of eau de wet dog, but he didnt ring me up and rush me out. I was treated with the respect and dignity of nobility despite being a hairy, drooly, dirty mess. Needless to say, Ive found my Vapor Valhalla.

Alaina was awesome! She hooked me up! My vape was leaking from the day I bought it and she replaced it. She was very knowledgeable about the vapes and was very nice. I would definitely go back and shop there.

Ive been to Avail in Hixson several times. I always go on day shift, and Ive always been greeted with a smile. It is the most professional vape shop Ive ever been in. They have a lot of knowledge about vaping and all of the devices to vape with. You can tell them what flavors you like and they will most likely find an e-juice thats just right for you. I am a picky person and Jarrit (I apologize if thats spelled wrong) was extremely patient with me and my wife. We had over 1/2 dozen devices out on the counter and he let us take our time, and helped us choose the right one for us. The devices we wound up getting are still working perfectly for us. Unless Im caught out of town without enough e-juice or coils, I wont be going anywhere else! Thanks Jarrit for your patience and sharing your knowledge with us!

I love this place! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me whenever I ve had problems. They even have CBD oils and products. I smoked for 40 years and thanks to Avail, I no longer smoke!

They never have anything in stock. No coils, no juice and obviously no commitment to their customers needs. If an item moves quickly then order enough to last you. Piss poor management

Wonderful place very helpful and friendly staff I love it best vape place I have been too. DO NOT GO TO THE CHATTANOOGA VAPOR IN SODDY DAISY THEY ARE VERY RUDE RUINED MY NEW VAPE DEVICE BY NOT PUTTING THE CORRECT COIL IN MY DEVICE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, AND WASTED A HALF BOTTLE OF MY JUICE. AT MY OWN EXPENSE WHILE THEY SUPPOSEDLY PUT CORRECT COIL IN MY DEVICE NO NOW I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER NEW DEVICE LUCKILY AVAIL IS GREAT HOOKED ME RIGHT UP CORRECTLY THANKS TO AVAIL STAFF BACK TO VAPING

Very nice place but they dont carry very many juices that are not their own. Also they are on the expensive side and half of testers were burnt up when I was there.

I will never buy another thing from this place.I bought a new mod last week and when I took my charger out of it a little metal piece came out with it now the charger will not stay in it to charge it.I took it back in and told the man what happened he didnt look at it or anything and told me to buy a charger to charge the battery.He was rude and a smartass to me and said there are no warranties on any of thier merchandise at all.Even if not I would think if you have a regular customer that spends a lot of money they would at least try to work with you and give a discounted price on something else you have to buy to make something you already spent money on to work.I will not be going in there anymore after this because this is the second defective device I have bought there and my brother got one for his birthday 10/22/2016 and his battery dies after taking a couple hits off of it so that makes 3 devices that I know of that are crap and they can careless as long as they make thier money.maybe when they loose all the customers that keep them in buisness and gives them a job is lost they will learn how to appreciate thier customers a little bit more.
