Every time i go they are so friendly and helpful and even know just what flavors to pick when my normal is out of stock i love the vibe in here as well and they ever let me down!

Not so bad would be much better if the ice cream shop was still open like when I was a kid

I absolutely love this location. It’s close to home and the people that work there are always so quick, and it just makes coming by so easy. Heather and EJ are so nice. I’ve seen EJ in there a bunch of times and he’s always so polite and nice to have conversations with, as well as being very quick to grab what I need and get me checked out. I met Heather today and she seems so friendly and outgoing, and I enjoyed interacting with her! I love when employees strike up conversations and ask me how my day has been. I’m a stay at home mom so the adult interaction is something I look forward to. It’s nice when employees actually seem to enjoy what they are doing! I’ve always felt so welcomed every time I come here! 10/10 recommend this location!

Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and willing to help with any problem. Been going to them for years now and plan to continue so. Kevin and Nick make for great leads with the other tall ones in the store (dont know their names).

Only vape shop i go to since the feds senselessly killed online sales. Used to order strictly online as brick and mortars are always way higher. I get it, they got overhead and all that plus your paying for the convince and all that, but lets be real, at the end of the day EVERYONE wants the lowest price they can get.That being said, this shop has had the best local prices, and probably one of the most chill places ive found in the area, so ive stuck with them exclusively the past few years. They also have a pretty good rewards program, i find i will have points built up quicker then i realize, so that also helps.So decent prices, cool people and they also were able to get a perticular juice ive been wanting that was a Cleveland exclusive here, so big points for that. Though idk what that exclusivity was all about to begin with. Regardless the guys running this place made it happen, so i would say thats a pretty good example of the great customer service they have. They seem to all enjoy thier jobs and working there, so im sure that helps alot with that as well.

E.J and Nick not only hooked me up with my coil and juice needs, but even washed out my tank for me when they saw me pouring out the juice to change the coil having been vaping in a burnt coil all day. Fantastic guys and really helpful!

I frequented this particular site quite a bit until recently, Last week I went in and purchased a bottle of juice with my card and the transaction completely went through at the time of service. Well, two days later I was charged a second time AND before the store had even opened.... When I asked them about it they said that would never happen yet it did, so, I went in that night after work and showed them both transactions, They refunded the second charge but it took almost an entire week. I will never purchase anything here again. Great ppl just a bad company.

Best one in the area! Knowledgeable staff and its kept clean and orderly. It could either smell like Mexican or Nail Salon depending on the time of day, definitely worth a lunch visit!!

I had my first visit today after just moving to the area a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased with my experience! The two employees working were incredibly friendly and hospitable and I was in and out in no time! They had what I needed in stock and it looked like their inventory on everything else was spot on, which is rare for me to see in other vape shops these days. I highly recommend Chattanooga Vapor Co and will be sending people their way when given the opportunity. I wish I got the girls name that helped me this evening (3/30/21), but she was awesome and complimented my Neff mask. Whoever she is, shout out to her!

Great place to shop. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the latest mods, tanks and juices. Great assortment of juice flavors, I definitely recommend trying the Juice Head brand & Taffy Man brand if you like fruit flavors. Their in house brand is also great

I have been a customer of Chattanooga Vape for four years. I have spent thousands with them. I purchased a disposable that flat-out did not work right out of the package. I tried charging it and it did not power up at all. I went back with it in original package, including the charger that came with it. I simply wanted to exchange it for same product. They refused without even looking at my history with them. I understand that there are people who would try to steal by returning a used product, but customer loyalty should count for something. I have a new vape shop now. Vape Bros will order the things I like, have a much better selection of disposables, and exchanged one vape that did not work with no hassle. Chattanooga Vape needs to review their policies regarding loyal customers. This customers loyalty has gone to Vape Bros!

I absolutely LOVE this vape shop!!! Went in today to get some coils and a new juice. They were very helpful.. I ended up dropping my glass for my tank at the store and they gave me a new one for free! Huge selection of juices. Just about everytime I go in, theres a new mod and/or juice. Employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are average to high. If theres an issue theyre willing to help fix it. One of the best vape stores in Chattanooga.

This device was around the price of a carton of cigarettes, and has FAR LASTED CIGS, OR EVEN SELF ROLLED CIGS BY A LONG SHOT! Time, money, I mean what else could you need or want. They even have some for around 20-25$ that will have filters with them, and a 5$ discount

Check online before you buy! Just bought a mod for $85 found out you can’t get it online for much cheaper. Called to see if I could return it they told me no. Didn’t even unwrap the product. Place is a rip off.
