Elizabeth is a very excellent operator to your establishment. She is very professional and explains the procedures very well. My facials are great and will continue to have appointments with her.
She did an AMAZING job! She specializes in medium to deep pressure. She did a really great job and loosened up the knots I had in my back and in my hips. She makes the environment super relaxing to the point where you will fall asleep ( I certainly did). Overall great experience I would 100% recommend, 10/10 experience!
While the entire staff at Massage Envy Hollywood is incredibly kind and helpful, I have to shout out my massage therapist Jaime, who has managed to help decrease my migraines and back spasms, and TMJ pain dramatically. His attention to detail, willingness to listen and capable of a real deep tissue massage, I just can’t thank him enough for the relief he has given me!
Went to have a facial at Massage Envy in Hollywood. It had been my first time getting a facial at Massage Envy. My aesthetician was Elizabeth and she did a great job. She is super informative and takes time to answer your questions. She took her time and the whole process was gentle and relaxing. My face looked phenomenal afterwards. I will be returning to Elizabeth next month.

Hi, the masseuse Kenson has blessed hands! I heard the knots go away and it was at a medium pressure. Not painful at all. I’ve experienced where I come out in pain and then feel relaxed the next day but he knows how to listen to the needs of each body.
I have been going to this location since being a member for massages but it keeps getting worst and worst. The last one was yesterday and all the massage therapist did was rub my body. I have been doing massages for yearsss and I am hoping it’s just this location ( will try another) otherwise I will cancel my membership
When I scheduled my appointment I specifically asked for someone who could do a deep tissue massage. The therapist I had was nice but did not anywhere near deep. I even asked her if she would address issue but she did not. I also felt like she rushed the massage.
Worst customer service, I called in the morning at 9 to reschedule the appointment for 1 o clock because I woke up sick with fever, and they still charged me for the procedure, I understand to charge a fee for rescheduling but to lose 90 minutes massage because I was sick? that’s unbelievable. I’ll close the account never go there again

My birthday was on the 17th of April.I took the day off from work and focused on me being grateful for being alive another year and in pretty good spirits.Well, the massage was last on my list.I had to call and tell them I was stuck in traffic, so I would be a little late. It was no problem. (That is not always true)Anyway, I am receiving my massage and I suddenly realize I am smiling. It is the type of smile connected to a feeling, that I dont experience much: PEACE.
Betsabe and Kenson are my favorites. Both do wonders for my achy body… the scalp massage from Betsabe definitely won her some major kudos. Front desk staff also rocks!

Probably wont return. Ive been here a couple times and the massage was average. Ive gotten many massages over the years so I can tell when the therapist is knowledgeable about anatomy versus rubbing you to death and hoping for the best. My final straw with this place is when I caught my therapist trying to give me post massage water from the bathroom sink. He was too lazy (or didnt think highly enough of me) to get the filtered water from down the hall I guess.Also, as a member, the company (not just this location) charges you $20 to freeze your account so you can have access to the visits you already paid for if you begin to accumulate them. This wasnt the case when I was a member years ago. I dont agree with these practices. Neither did the two individuals (separate incidents) who were arguing with front desk staff during my visit. Its almost as if this information isnt openly disclosed at the time of sign up. Read the fine print!

I got a gift for my birthday made an appointment I had an emergency was in pain and got to the ER later that evening, was try to explained why I was not able to make it but no consideration from front desk I want with pain to give them the gift card and pay the different without getting services total $125. I will not recommend this place. very unconsidered not polit (the lady at the front desk was laughed in my face)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called way ahead of time to reschedule an appoint because of TORNADOS and FLOODING. I was told that I would lose points, despite the multiple emergency weather alerts and news alerts. I even provided evidence of the severity of the storm (even though this was all over the news). Result? I was told that because other people were able to make their appointments, I should have been able to make mine as well. If this was regular Miami rain, I would have understood. However, this was severe weather with tornadoes. This location cares nothing about the safety of their clients. The management is absolutely horrible. My advice: find a different location. This is not a reflection of the therapists. But the entire leadership team (managers, supervisors) and the front desk staff needs to go.
Jaime is, hands down, the best therapist I have ever encountered at any Massage Envy. He has many years experience and really knows muscles and how to have you walk away feeling better for days. If you see him tip him very high bc he deserves it!

I’ve been a member for years. Lately not much time to use it since I travel a lot. I like ME because is very clean, cozy and professional. Why 4 stars? Well, the initial interview with my therapist was a bit uncomfortable. He kept referring to rules etc. I was close to the point to walk away. All because I asked if he can do some stretches in my arms. He said I had to book a different appointment. It was not what he said …it was more the way he said it. And some other stuff about hanging my clothes where it has to be etc that made feel unwelcome. It seems he had a previous situation and he was not at his best pleasant self. But I breathe deeply, relaxed and tried to enjoy my session. He was good and experienced. But the initial approach should it be different.
Staff were both pleasant and professional! I had a message AND facial! What a wonderful day!

I had my first facial with Alexis and I was dealing with some emotional life stuff. She was very sweet and comforting. She answered all my questions and made me safe very safe and nurtured. Can’t wait for my next facial!I think the overall energy of the front desk staff and the initial message needs to be more reflective of the brand!
I recently had a 1 pm appointment where I got there early by 12:50 pm.By the time I checked in and sat down, My assigned therapist Estela was supposed to come get me by 1 pm but instead approaches me with no eye contact, non engagement mannerism, and gets me at 1:05 pm which made us to start late. I asked her why is she picking me up soo late and she responded , “ My IPad wasn’t working”! Smh! Then we ended up starting at 1:10 pm to her trying to use her elbows on my thin back. I asked her to use her hands but she told me she can only use her elbows for deep tissue so I told her to just use her hands for medium. Before we started I told her my problem areas were my neck, left -side back and my feet! Instead she puts more focus on my back and less than a minute on my feet and neck! Then as I tried to relax again, as she’s doing my neck, she had the nerve to try to put pressure on the front of my neck instead of the side where I had to stop her. I thought we would cut off my air circulation with that act! When we were done , she had the nerve to ask me ,” How was everything” and I responded “ You didn’t even focus on the other problem areas like I asked you” and she just walked away! Smh ! Lastly, when there’s oil left over from oil you purchase separately, the therapists normally let you know but this one, didn’t even bother! She was a “ DISASTA”!!!

This was my first time getting a massage so I was a bit nervous not knowing if I would be comfortable. I don’t think anyone has ever made me feel so comfortable and relaxed like Jamie did. He knew exactly what I needed from head to toe. I don’t let anyone touch my feet because I am so ticklish so I hesitated at first. I didn’t even flinch with him when he did my feet. He literally made me feel like a million dollars. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He knew my body better than me and gave me an amazing massage. I can’t wait to go back to him.
Tamara is amazing! Always using a new rechnique to cure whatever is aching that day. She can always guess exactly what I was doing to cause the issue and suggests ways to correct it. Every day I see her I feel like a new person when I leave!
Been a memeber for about a year. Initial sign-up was a mess. I was told that Id receive a sign-up gift certificate but then it was yanked out of my hands because the clerk made a mistake. Front desk turnover is high so many times you run into confused looks when asking questions. Massages are generally good, so I keep coming back and hence the fairly positive review. Latetly the place has been very hot. Facility keeps temperatures too high or the AC is not working well. Either way, it makes for an uncomfortable massage.

Love my therapist hes the best. But Im not happy that I have to wait 3 months before I can get a spot for a massage and limited to a 60 minute as this location is not booking 90 minutes at this time. My husband and i have been members for over 15 years, and If I didnt have 6 months already paid for we would cancel it. We have to continue to pay monthly, but we cant get an appointment.

The place was nice, you have to book an appointment to be seen. Also certain technicians are available only on certain days. Parking is great as well. The technique they use to massage you is very good, they do ask if you are comfortable, is this or that okay. Which massage you prefer and what part of your body need this or that the most. The room is very relaxing there is also scents they have for the aromatherapy if you like. They have nice music you can listen to while they are working on you. They have a monthly membership that you can join. If you have a family member there is a discount available as well. Overall the place is nice and relaxing.

Charged me $180 for cancellation because they booked an appointment wrong. Disputed with my bank and did a stop payment

He works them out each and every time I see him. I just wish I could go every week for a massage from him but financially can’t. I do go once a month and on good times twice a month. My maassages are always wonderful. The sound system needs work. The music always has disturbances. Not sure if its the speakers but a strange, distracting sound happens multiple times throughout the massage. This happens every time Im there. Also, the harmony playing will abruptly turn off and switch to something new without warning. Youll go from sitting on the beach, to a rain forest with birds, to piano music. No smooth transition. Not good for relaxation.
Naydi was excellent. She asked about what I needed and focused on those problem areas. I really need strong hands and a deep tissue massage. I could tell she was trying so hard to get out the many many knots I had. I felt great when I left. This was the one and only time I had a positive experience at a Massage Envy and it was because of Naydi. Thank you.

Neriel is awesome, I only get deep tissue massages and he always does a great job with my aches and pains. Had sciatica for almost 2 weeks going to therapy, and doing exercises… no relief but after my massage… 100% better.
This whole thing started when my kids decided to buy me gift cards for a massage since I work on the field, my kids spent $125 on two gift cards, made an appointment since it was my first time they charge me $105 which one of my cards was for $100 so I gave him five dollar cash and decided to leave the $25 for the person that gave me the massage but it didn’t happen that way they told me that my $25 card was expired, I asked the manager to show me where does it say in the print out in back of the card that this car will expire she said it doesn’t say they might’ve put it on a different card ,manager was being negative and rude so I decided to give them cash to pay for the tip. Now I’m $25 out that my kids gave to buy this card being that this is my first time it was a bad experience, not planning to come back, not planning to send anybody there or give any good reviews , instead, I’m a start posting this through social media to stop buying gift cards from massage envy it’s a rip off and waste of money.
I went in for a prenatal massage, it was fine, wouldn’t call it a massage more like a rubbing but that’s not the problem at the moment, I said it was fine that day & moved on but thought I could come back in the future when I’m not pregnant & get a real massage or get one for my husband that has back aches.They told me to sign up for the monthly membership for only $65 a month, I said I would have to talk to my husband about it first before I take and they said after that day it would be much more a month so to take the deal & if anything I could cancel anytime as long as it was 24 hours before the next bill date.I call to cancel & it turns out it’s 24 hours after I sign, so I missed the “deadline”& now I have to pay $65 a month that I can not afford because they will not let me cancel.Point is don’t sign anything & do not believe anything they say, read thoroughly don’t let them just explain to you & you sign. It was my mistake in the end for trusting a girl that was just trying to make a sale.
My massage therapist Tamara is the best. I go in there with tension headaches and aches and pains from past injuries and the work I do. She always fixes me up and makes me feel like a brand new man!!! My quality of life has drastically increased since I started going to Massage Envy!!!!! They help YOU take care of YOU. You deserve better than terrible customer service. The lack of empathy that we experienced from this location and specifically the manager, Jennifer, is truly appalling. During a global pandemic, companies need to do better understanding the extenuating circumstances that we are all facing. I am not happy with the service I received here and if you are spending your hard earned money at a massage place, you can do better.
Ive been a member of Massage Envy since 2011. I relocated to Hollywood two years ago and have been going to the Hollywood location for about 2 years. I always had a great experience up until yesterday, Friday, March 10, 2017. I arrived at 1130am and checked in and the receptionist at the desk told me I was all checked in, enjoy. So I was very unpleasantly surprised when my 90 minute session was only 60 minutes. My therapist, Oneida, who is great by the way, told me that the front desk staff said theyd explained to me that I was late and would only get the remaining 60 minutes. But that was simply NOT TRUE!So I spoke to the manager about it who informed me that my appointment was actually at 11AM and not 1130 like Id thought. So that was completely me fault, but had the front desk staff told me this when I arrived, instead of just saying Youre all checked in, enjoy, like they did, at least I wouldve known to only expect 60 minutes.I work in law enforcement, (very stressful) and had worked a double shift Thursday night (16 hours) so it was my fault that I didnt get the time right. Its also my fault that my cell phone was not turned on in the morning when they tried to call me at 11AM. It is, however, their fault that they didnt said a word about any of that when I arrived at 1130AM. And then LIED to the therapist by telling her that theyd explained it to me when they had not. I left my stressed and aggravated then when I arrived. For that, I was truly annoyed and disappointed
Booked 2 prepaid appointments while on vacation and bc my friend did not have a card on file, they cancelled the appointment. Liz, “the manager” was disrespect and rude on the phone.This incident will cause my 10+ yr membership to be cancelled.My recommendation is to not visit this location.
The front desk was horrible as was the manager. But my aesthetician was fantastic and I love her. She is a great aesthetician. She is the only reason I come back. If she leaves so do I.

08/19/20: Called the Sheridan Street location to find out how many services I had banked in my account and in my sister’s account. When discussing possibly cancelling both subscriptions, I was told that we would each have to purchase 2 more services so that each of us gets to 12 services within the 1 year contract period. Was also advised that after cancelling we would only have 60 days to use 8 services in each account. How is it possible that with the Covid pandemic we are currently in, we only have 60 days? Neither of us feel comfortable in getting a massage with the Covid cases daily increasing. I am asking that this period be extended to a longer period of time. Thank you.
Last night was my first time at this location. Very clean and front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Stella did an awesome job and released all the tension in my back and shoulders. Highly recommend her!!!
This used to be a place we loved but we are now considering never going back. My girlfriend Jessica has had a membership for years and I go monthly. As part of the membership program she receives a massage per month. With the current covid situation we have not been able to go but she was still paying the membership and accumulated several massages. Due to losing her job she had to pause the membership. When she went to get a much needed massage today the rude front desk staff insisted even though she had already paid in advance for several massages she could not get them with the membership being paused. We were told a manager would contact us shortly to resolve the situation, that call never came. After waiting for hours and making several calls we finally got in touch with Jenise. Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Completely unsympathetic to the situation and unwilling to even make the slightest attempt to help us. Made it very clear she had better things to do than stay on the phone and try to resolve the situation.
My girlfriend and I went to this location for the $49 introductory massage, signed up for the membership because we were told that we would be given a discount if we both signed up together on the same account.However, NO such discount was given. Because of this, we wanted to cancel our membership, even though the funds had not been taken from my credit card. Upon calling to cancel, the receptionist told us that we were unable to cancel our membership without a doctors note stating that we are unable to receive massages, or a note stating that we were moving to a place that does not have a Massage Envy location within 25 miles. So, we left it alone for the moment....We called to reschedule our appointments from a Wednesday to a Tuesday. On the Tuesday, I called to let them know that I would be running a few minutes late, however, they informed me that we did not have appointments set for that day, and that the appointments were set for Wednesday. No one ever put in our appointment change. As we were already on our way to the location, we went in anyway to complain. The assistant manager offered us a half hour upgrade because of the inconvenience. I was too angry to rebook, since we planned our whole day off around the appointment, when we could have spent the day doing more productive things. We walked out of the store, then turned around and walked right back in to try to cancel because of the poor customer service we were offered. When we approached the front desk, the assistant manager saw us, did not acknowledge us, and continued to clock out and leave for the day, leaving the associates to handle the problem. I am emailing customer service... I have never experienced such terrible customer service, or lack or appreciation for clients.
Ive been a member for 5 years now I believe, it took me a while to find the right person that I like the massage they give and the right amount of pressure.Now I have my regular wonderful person Stella, she is amazing, she truly cares about taking those knots out and not just giving you a nice massage.
Would never go here!! I had a scheduled appointment. They didn’t schedule it in their system. Management rep was very unprofessional. I do not particularly care for chain massage parlors. However my boyfriend planned this as a surprise. So being a good girlfriend, I kept my mouth closed and pretended I had a good time.For these chains, they are simply hiring people who has a certificate and bringing them on board. Because let’s be honest, look at what they’re charging for a massage. My boyfriend’s masseuse, I can tell that she wasn’t much experienced. We’re doing a couples massage but he’s finished at least 6 minutes before me. How? My masseuse seemed like he knew what he was doing and can tell that he has a real passion for it.I mean overall they were both nice but my experience that day confirmed exactly why I do not do chain massage parlors. People come to places like these because there is practically one on each corner and they offer a monthly membership. However people don’t realize that with that same monthly membership price they can get a quality massage somewhere else and it’s basically the same thing of receiving one massage a month.Speaking of membership, the other young lady that was there was practically pressuring a young lady leaving to get the membership. To the point where some of the things she was saying was basically calling her dumb. “If you get it because you work for the hospital we’ll waive whatever fee” and when the young lady told her no she likes “so you want to pay the fee when you come back”. Like girl that’s her money. You can’t tell her how to spend her money. If she wants to pay the fee, if she even comes back, let her. Like telemarketers, management must be pushing them to get memberships.

The massage was not for me, but for my wife who is the one leaving this review. Jaime is the worst masseuse. I’d give this 0 stars if that was an option. I don’t believe he has any qualifications. I asked and was not assured or had my question answered. Instead the front desk girl responded with lots of people love him. I’m lucky I’m not paralyzed today. He is dangerous when he applies deep pressure (as requested) to neck and areas right next to spine. Then when the gluteal region and legs needed to be addressed, he only wanted to spend time on the left heel of my foot. He rubbed my legs when he put lotion on them. But there was no massage whatsoever. He seemed uncomfortable with working on the gluteal region and spent maybe 30 seconds on one side and 90 seconds on the other. I sit for my job so I told him I have a strong need on my back side, the entire back side including back, shoulders, legs and glutes. He knows nothing of the human anatomy. If he’s uncomfortable working the gluteal region then tell customer so they aren’t stuck with someone who has made the massage weird and horrible. It’s a muscle and the massage is over clothes. I had 30 minutes left when he asked me to flip over (which he didn’t leave the room for). I told him again he is ignoring what I’m saying and not addressing my requests. The only thing he offered was for me to terminate the massage. Jaime does not know what he’s doing. Even his hand massage was inept. I would like his full name and whether he has any qualifications whatsoever to be giving massages. I was able to pay for 60 minutes instead of an hour, but it was so bad I shouldn’t have had to pay for anything.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The staff was unprofessional. Bathrooms smelled and looked like a truck stop. I explained the situation to the front staff and they rolled their eyes like it wasnt their job and didnt move a muscle to even check it. The bedding on the massage table appeared to be used already by another client with multiple hairs on it and appeared to have urine like stains on them. Needless to say I left without my massage too afraid to think any further of their sanitization process. I think its time to hire professionals and not bratty teenagers to handle your business because its making a bad name for massage envy. Such as shame!
Horrible customer service. My husband and I are new to the area. My husband called and made the appointments for us. We arrived on 10/1 at the Hollywood East location,and were told our appointment was actually at the Hollywood West location. The East location called down to the West location for us and explained the mix up. The Manager of the WEST location would NOT cancel our appointment so we didn’t have to drive all the way down there. It was already our appointment time and we would have been half an hour late had we driven to the West store. The manager of WEST charged us each for a visit. Absolutely ridiculous!!! It was an innocent mistake. You could see in the computer we had never done this before. The manager at east even called the WEST store to explain and they still would not help us. We got our massages at East as they were very helpful. We will NEVER go to the ME HOLLYWOOD WEST location!!! A formal complaint will be going to the corporate headquarters. #MEHOLLYWOODWEST
Jaime has hand of gold. He listens to when I am explaining where my pain is and always hits the right spot. He also instructs on things I can do at home to help. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Was trying to buy a year membership for my mothers birthday., They “require” a mask simply to make a purchase with no one in the lobby while masked & behind plexiglass. We’re not playing that game in Florida. You have your rights as a business but as our state has already proven, this situation is not as advertised. I recommend real Americans not support this company as long as there operations are as current.
I cancelled my membership in Dec. 2013 and even checked to be sure they had all the necessary signed paperwork two weeks later. They reassured me that they had the paperwork and I was billed my final payment in January. I was told I could use the remaining credits to my account within 6 weeks. They billed my again in February and I had to go through 3 people at Massage Envy before I could get a refund. Now they told me I only had 4 weeks to use the remaing credit. I am pretty ticked off because they make it next to impossible to cancel and you have to keep going back to sign more paperwork. Its very annoying and upsetting when they have your credit card information and keep charging you. If you decide to cancel, be sure you get a copy of your completed and signed cancellation request and followup on it!!! OR better yet, just go to a regular massage therapist. Massage Envy only pays their massage therapists $15 for each massage and Massage Envy keeps the rest. Find a good Massage Therapist in your area and give them the full amount - they deserve it!!

If I could give 0 star I would! Poor customer service from the manager. He/she is never there and never respond. I have 18 massages accumulated, I sent the cancelation form and they keep charging me. I asked for 1 month refund (among the 18) and they dont want to respond, they refused to do it! They give all kind of excuses. Just do the math 18 times $59.99 = $1,079.82 that I have lost even though I have been a customer for more than 5 years!! and they dont want to refund 1 month!?! Unbelievable!! IF I HAVE 18 SESSIONS ACCUMULATED WHY THEY KEEP CHARGING ME?? DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE!
This place has always been a place of zen for me. A little gift I give myself every month and encourage family, friends and co-workers to do as well but that stops today. While OTHER companies are evolving to help their loyal clientele in the craziness of this pandemic, Massage Envy only has one goal and that is to pad their own pockets at the expense of their customers. I encourage you to give your money to a business that cares about a its customers instead of exploiting them. After several attempts I spoke to the manager Jenise who made no effort to provide a solution and sounded as though she was reading off a script. She denied me any numbers or emails to any other staff who would be able to help.

My daughter gave me a one hour massage here a couple of years ago and I have been going ever since. I have never found the staff to be unorganized or anything except perfectly professional. I love my masseuse Miladys. Its an hour I look forward to every month!
Would not return. Bed did not heat up and after asking the therapist three times for this to be fixed. I finally had to just say stop-no more...this must be fixed! Way more forceful than I wanted to be at a relaxing massage. She finally got a new room and I changed back in to my clothes and crossed the hall to continue the massage. Due to the switch, I never got the low back part of the massage. Didnt feel like fighting anymore to ask for it. The worst is the whole sales pitch at the end after I had explained I lived in NC and the closest Massage Envy was no where near my home. The final kicker was when the desk guy was billing my credit card and he asked me in front of the entire lobby how much tip I would be leaving. He would not allow me to add this on to my sales slip privately. Horrible. I will never go back. Hope it shuts down.
Everytime i come he it’s a great experience. Staff is friendly and professional. Will continue to come here when possible. Will like for more availability for facials but other than that everything has always been great.
For first time customers they rushed my massage and they charged a full hour for me and my girlfriend when we started at 17:17 to 17:55! Also we had a order confirmation for 100$ gift card which they couldn’t even find!For me thats considered a scam!Thank you for your service never again don’t recommend at all!

The good: clean, good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice ambiance. The bad: the massages are terrible! If you are someone with tight muscles who needs real work done on your back dont sign up for a massage envy memberships. I signed up for a membership (which you cant cancel once you pay for it so Im locked in for a year) and I go and get what I consider to be a swedish massage. I leave relaxed, its nice, but my muscles need real work done on them or else I suffer from aches and pains and even headaches. When I asked if any therapist at the office does Tuina, the front desk people didnt even know what the technique was.Its a shame that a massage chain cant actually provide you with a professional massage and instead pushes upgrades like facials and aromatherapy.
I am black lady first time did facial I felt very bad and discrimination.. over charge my membership for 60 min charge me extra 50 $ for 90 min massagecouldnt make appointment because my relative discover she have covid 19 before one hour to my app and I contact with her they charge me 68$
I used a gift card and had to pay a difference, I decided to use a visa gift card for that, since they were given to me for my bday. The visa apparently did not go through so they gave it back to me. I went to use it later and I was told it didn’t have any money left. After calling visa they told me the card was charged at massage envy. So not only they got the full amount with the massage envy card but they also exhausted my Visa card.
The massage was great and much needed after having appointments changed. We came as a couple and then had to wait for one of us to go a half hour later. All usually manageable but the front desk person was aggressively rude.
This is a great location. Front desk staff is friendly and remember me by name. Massage therapists are professional and skilled; Jimena is the best. My beef is with the business model of this corporation: they hold your accrued (already paid for) massages hostage, and if you cancel your membership you have only 30 days to use them up. This is bad news if you go through busy or cash poor periods when you have to forego using your monthly massages.
8/13/19- Be carful this place is a scam, they will keep charging you the monthly payment even after you will send them the cancellation form, the only way to stop the monthly payment will be to replace your credit card for a new one. Poor customer service the manager is never their to solve customer service issues, the owner is leaving their 2 young girls at the front desk that don’t know nothing about how manage the place or how to run customer service.9/13/19- After reviewing them for 1 star a month ago and after the manager was apologize, they keep charging my card every month.. when i called to ask why they keep charging me they telling me that they received my cancellation form but not my wife cancellation form, and my wife never signed with them any contract, she was just joined for the deal of $55 per massage for 2 people, who ever sign on contract dont let any one else sign on any thing because that will put the other person in contract too.

The first time my massage was mediocre and about 10-15min shy of the full hour. The second massage was amazing but only lasted 65min after I played to have the hour and a half session. The second time I had family in from out of town and the incompetent little girls at the front desk screwed up our appointments and didnt have the services we were promised when we made our appts a week prior. When we told them we were shorter on our time, they argued, we paid to simply get the Hell out of there. Horrible customer service from inexperienced young girls that do not know how to talk customers or handle basic duties as a SERVICE industry employees. The massage was great but unfortunately that was enough to make me cancel my membership, with a doctors note of course because thats in the fine print of the contract you sign.
They let massages take place, knowing there was black mold in the building! My massages made me sick! If you accumulate massages, you have to use them within a month of cancellation. Ive accumated about 20 massages, who can get 20 massages in a month? They will NOT refund anything!!! If you freeze your account, you are unable to use the massages. Go somewhere else. Their contacts SUCK!!! Membership is not worth the aggravation!!!

This place runs a shady buisness.They literally send you a reminder if you change your debit card and if you dont give them your new debit card information they will go through visa debit card, and update your new depit card without consent and take it anyways.You literally have to call your bank and block them as a merchant. Then ask your bank to remove visa debit card update.After you do that they will constantly send you text messages to update your card information. Then when you block text messages by replying stop they call you. I literally told her to stop calling me and she said if i dont update my card i will never be allowed to use any massage envy ever again. I said good thats the point. I literallywant to cancel my membership.They also give free enhancements to follow their platforms and for reviews.They also run through front desk staff. Literally there are new people everytime you come in. This has been ongoing for several years.

The girls at the front desk are a mess. I constantly get put on hold, and I have to repeat my information to several different people. The only reason I go to this location is because of Daniel and he is amazing. Whatever you do, dont use Isabel. She pulled up my skin, try to give me a weird finger massage, and rubbed me in a ticklish spot, all of which I asked her to please stop. She told me to get dressed and that my session was over! The manager Jennifer is probably 20 and not very good at handling issues. If you decide to go , ask for DANIEL. No one else. Isabel is horrid.

Theres a blonde girl in the front with BLUE EYES. shes so kind and sweet. Staff has great customer service and office is very clean. I rated the place 4 stars just because I love bigger spas with additional add ons. They do NOT have facials or sauna in their location. MJ did my massage and she was great ! If you go , youll leave happy :)

I signed up for a year with this location and I regret it. When my contract was up the failed to notify if you dont go in to sign a cancellation form it would automatically renew. Then after I canceled they failed to give me a copy of what I signed and they said I have till the end of the next month to use all my extra massages. Reality was I had 30 exact days to use it so my last massage I lost and had to pay a cancelation fee! Use the coopercity location if u want to sign up!
Jaime was the best and is highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable about the body muscles, provides helpful recommendations for treatment, and is skillful at bringing a “stiff body” back to a “fully functioning state”.

If i would rate it a zero i would. First time getting a massage never again will i spend time and money for that. The massage was horrible my girlfriend does a better job then that and shes not licensed. The massage chair you pay at the mall was better then this massage they gave me.

After trying other Massage Envy locations I I tried this location and I was disappointed after the lackluster massage that I received. Im not sure if the girl who gave me the massage was new, but she missed multiple locations on my body (scalp/head, chest and toes) if you can believe that.She didnt crack or pull my toes!!!!Do you know how good it feels to have someone pull your toes or fingers?!?!?!?!? Its an amazing feeling!!!!I felt robbed once that didnt happen!!!If youre in this area I would say go to the Massage Envy on Miramar Parkway or this great small massage place called New Life Massage on Hollywood Blvd.

Went in while my mother was shopping next door for a massage. They refused to serve me without having my credit card number. I was paying with cash, was willing to fill out the personal info form but couldnt see why they needed my charge card if I was paying cash.THESE PEOPLE ARE SHIFTY. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH A BUSINESS THAT WONT TAKE A CASH CUSTOMER WITHOUT GETTING ACCESS TO THEIR CREDITCARD INFORMATION. I WOULDNT TRUST THESE PEOPLE EVER FOR ANYTHING.

Used this location the message was great but the service here sucks and the people behind the desk suck. The receptionist told me to get the wellness membership and then cancel it so i can get the member price. Did that and they told me i can fax in a written letter to cancel. NOT TRUE! i did that and then they called me to set up my free massage and i said what free massage. The one with your membership! What membership??? That was supposed to be cancelled. Well it wasnt. You have to come in to ill out a cancellation form. So I go in today the girl tld me i cant cancel now without a letter from the Doctor or a moving letter.WTF?? I didnt not keep contract or confirmation because i didnt think i needed it. So i go to my DR. and they cant give me a letter because there is nothing medically wrong with me for them to write a letter saying medically that i cannot continue using them. Which I fully understand my Drs position and liability issues. So im stuck between a rock and another rock. So called my bank..Massage Envy you can kick rocks!!!!!!Never again at this location! I do not recommend anyone getting the wellness plan either its a headache if you want to get out of it, you really sign your life away with them

Incompetent front desk staff, they were unable to change my phone number on file after 3 attempts. They cancelled my appointment twice because they did not have my correct phone number on file. Today, 4th attempt to have the phone number changed I spoke to a Supervisor Jessica when we were ending the call she read the old phone number back to me. I will be speaking to ME Corporate about this.
